Description

一种滑轨机柜 技术领域
本发明属于轨道交通车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种滑轨机柜。
背景技术
在现有轨道交通车辆的电器柜内配备有蓄电池或超级电容等需要经常进行维护检修的设备。该类设备重量大、数量多,形状一般为块状。安装时应保证这些设备位置稳定,接线牢靠,以防震荡和移位发生危险事故。通常,设备振动容易导致接线虚而不实,极易造成设备打火、烧灼电线和起火等现象。现有技术中,为了防止安装在电器柜内的设备振动,一般采用压板将设备分别进行固定,从而保证设备的安全、可靠。但由于设备数量多,分层排布,柜子深度很深,且需要定期维护检修,从而需要将设备拖出才能观察其外表有无鼓包现象以及测量其相关电参数是否满足运行要求,这样拆解大量压板以及电缆就需要花费大量的人力物力来完成设备的维护检修工作。
并且,电源设备在使用一定时间后,还需要进行更换,或者对其进行升级改造,而目前电器柜结构都是根据电源设备量身定制的,若后期更换其它不同尺寸的电源设备,会导致整个电器柜报废,同时随着容量的要求提高,设备的重量增加。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种滑轨机柜,以解决现有机柜无法同时克服设备的重载、防振、维护检修和更新替换困难的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种滑轨机柜,该机柜包括机柜本体,所述机柜本体内设有多个设备箱,所述设备箱的两端通过滑轨与所述机柜本体连接;
所述设备箱两端设有竖直方向延伸的多根第一加强筋;
所述设备箱两端的端板水平弯折并向箱外延伸形成第一安装板,所述第一安装板与相应端的第一加强筋上端相连,所述第一安装板上竖直开设有多个第一安装孔;
所述设备箱通过支架与滑轨连接,所述支架的一侧设有多组第三加强筋,每一组所述第三加强筋的上端设有水平延伸的第二安装板,所述第二安装板上竖直开设有多个与所述第一安装孔对应的第二安装孔,所述第一安装板搭接在所述第二安装板上方,且所述第一安装板与第二安装板通过紧固件固定;
所述支架侧壁面的长度方向设有多个滑轨安装孔,所述滑轨的延伸端安装在所述滑轨安装孔上,所述滑轨的固定端安装在机柜本体上。
由此,第一加强筋和第三加强筋可以实现凹凸型的配合关系,在保证受力合理的同时,有效降低设备箱与支架的接触面,从而达到减缓外力冲击目的,有效的防止了设备箱内的设备打火、烧灼电线和起火等现象发生。同时采用支架搭配竖向开设安装孔,使设备箱以搭设的方式安装在支架上,可更好地分散设备箱的受力,防止设备箱在外力作用下发生结构变形。并且,采用设备箱这种模块化的机柜结构可以方便后续的维护检修,更新替换大容量设备后也只需要相应的替换一个大号的设备箱,而不需要对整个机柜进行改造。设备箱通过搭接的方式设置在支架的第二安装板上,设备箱的重量通过第一安装板传递到第二安装板上,再传递至滑轨上;第一加强筋和第一安装板一起提高了设备箱的端部刚度,第三加强筋和第二安装板一起提供了支架的刚度,从而提高整个滑轨机柜的稳定性。
进一步地,所述第一加强筋和所述第三加强筋相互交错设置,相邻两个所述第一加强筋具有所述第三加强筋,相邻两组所述第三加强筋之间具有所述第一加强筋;优选地,所述第一加强筋呈倒U型结构,所述第三加强筋和所述第二安装板一起也形成倒U型结构。
进一步地,所述支架的前端设有限位板,所述机柜本体包括多根立柱,位于机柜本体前端的立柱上设有与所述限位板配合的固定件,所述固定件上开设有螺孔,所述限位板上开设有通孔,所述限位板和所述固定件能够通过螺栓可拆卸连接。当设备箱通过滑轨回缩到机柜本体内时,通过螺栓将限位板和固定件固定连接在一起,可有效防止设备箱在振动下意外伸出,造成事故;当需要检修设备箱内电池等部件时,将螺栓拧出,将设备箱从机柜本体内拉出来。
再进一步地,所述机柜本体两端的立柱之间设有滑轨安装板,所述滑轨 的固定端安装在所述滑轨安装板上。
再进一步地,所述第三加强筋在所述支架的滑轨安装孔处开设有缺口,所述缺口能有效避开滑轨安装支架上的紧固件。
更进一步地,所述设备箱底部设有多根水平方向延伸的第二加强筋,所述设备箱两端相对应的第一加强筋的底部延伸端通过所述第二加强筋连接,并构成所述设备箱的外骨架。本发明通过采用第一加强筋和第二加强筋配合形成设备箱外骨架,极大地提升了设备箱的承载性能。
此外,所述支架的长度方向设有两排滑轨安装孔,每一个所述支架上安装两根所述滑轨。采用双滑轨式机柜可以更好适应重载。
本发明的一种滑轨机柜具有以下优点:本发明采用模块化的机柜结构,易于安装,易于维护检修,易于升级改造。采用双层滑轨,支架和设备箱之间采用凹凸型的加强筋配合,不仅可以有效的提高承重和稳定性,还可以防止放置在设备箱内的设备振动,实现重载同时保证设备的安全,极大提升机柜的可靠性。

为了更好地了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
如图1和图8所示,本发明的一种滑轨机柜包括机柜本体1,所述机柜本体1包括四根立柱5,位于所述机柜本体1两端的立柱5之间设有滑轨安装板11,如图2所示,所述滑轨安装板11上设有滑轨4,所述滑轨4的固定端安装于所述滑轨安装板11上,所述滑轨4的延伸端通过支架2与设备箱3连接,所述机柜本体1内可设有多个设备箱3,所述设备箱3可按照不同尺寸进行定做。
如图7的a)所示,所述设备箱3两端设有竖直方向延伸的多根第一加强筋32,所述设备箱3两端的第一加强筋32对称布置。如图7的b)所示,所述设备箱3底部设有多根水平方向延伸的第二加强筋33,所述设备箱3两端相对应的第一加强筋32的底部延伸端通过所述第二加强筋33连接,第一加强筋32和第二加强筋33一起构成所述设备箱3的外骨架,提升设备箱3的承载能力。
如图7的a)所示,所述设备箱3两端的端板水平弯折并向箱外延伸形成第一安装板31,所述第一安装板31与相应端的第一加强筋32上端相连,所述第一安装板31上竖直开设有多个第一安装孔311。
如图4和图6所示,所述设备箱3通过支架2与滑轨4连接,所述支架2的一侧设有多组第三加强筋25,所述第一加强筋32和所述第三加强筋25相互交错设置,相邻两个所述第一加强筋32具有所述第三加强筋25,相邻两组所述第三加强筋25之间具有所述第一加强筋32。
如图5所示,每一组所述第三加强筋25的上端设有水平延伸的第二安装板21,所述第二安装板21上竖直开设有多个与所述第一安装孔311对应的第二安装孔312,所述第一安装板31搭接在所述第二安装板21上方,且所述第一安装板31与第二安装板21通过紧固件固定。
如图4的a)所示,所述支架2侧壁面的长度方向设有多个滑轨安装孔24,所述滑轨安装孔24可设置两排,并使用两根所述滑轨4在所述支架2连接, 每一根所述滑轨4的延伸端安装在对应的所述滑轨安装孔24上,所述滑轨4的固定端安装在机柜本体1的滑轨安装板11上,由此组成双滑轨结构,如图6的b)所示,所述第三加强筋25在所述支架2的滑轨安装孔24处开设有缺口251,所述缺口251能有效避开双滑轨安装支架2上紧固件。
如图2和图3所示,所述支架2的前端设有限位板22,所述机柜本体1前端的立柱5上设有与所述限位板22配合的固定件13,所述固定件13上开设有螺孔,所述限位板22上开设有通孔,所述限位板22和所述固定件13能够通过螺栓可拆卸连接。所述限位板22与固定件13通过紧固件连接后,如图1所示,所述滑轨4将无法带动设备箱3伸出。

    所述设备箱(3)通过支架(2)与滑轨(4)连接,所述支架(2)的一侧设有多组第三加强筋(25),每一组所述第三加强筋(25)的上端设有水平延伸的第二安装板(21),所述第二安装板(21)上竖直开设有多个与所述第一安装孔(311)对应的第二安装孔(312),所述第一安装板(31)搭接在所述第二安装板(21)上方,且所述第一安装板(31)与第二安装板(21)通过紧固件固定;
    所述支架(2)侧壁面的长度方向设有多个滑轨安装孔(24),所述滑轨(4)的延伸端安装在所述滑轨安装孔(24)上,所述滑轨(4)的固定端安装在机柜本体(1)上。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑轨机柜,其特征在于,所述机柜本体(1)两端的立柱(5)之间设有滑轨安装板(11),所述滑轨(4)的固定端安装在所述滑轨安装板(11)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑轨机柜,其特征在于,所述第三加强筋(25)在所述支架(2)的滑轨安装孔(24)处开设有缺口(251)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种滑轨机柜,其特征在于,所述设备箱(3)底部设有多根水平方向延伸的第二加强筋(33),所述设备箱(3)两端相对应的第一加强筋(32)的底部延伸端通过所述第二加强筋(33)连接,并构成所述设备箱(3)的外骨架。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的一种滑轨机柜,其特征在于,所述支架(2)的长度方向设有两排滑轨安装孔(24),每一个所述支架(2)上安装两根所述滑轨(4)。
