技术领域
本申请涉及一种连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站。
背景技术
数控机床在加工制作零件产品时会出现NG品,作业人员将NG品取出。但是,传统的作业方法作业人员会不可避免地把NG品混入良品中,造成客户投诉。
发明内容
本申请的目的是为了克服现有存在的上述不足,本申请提供一种连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站。
本申请是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站,其包括收纳箱、控制装置、第一感应装置和提示装置,所述控制装置的输入端电连接于数控机床上的废品检测装置,所述控制装置的输出端电连接于所述提示装置,所述控制装置用于接收所述废品检测装置发出的废品信号并用于控制所述提示装置的打开,所述第一感应装置设置于所述收纳箱内并用于检测NG品放入所述收纳箱内,所述控制装置的输入端电连接于所述第一感应装置,所述控制装置的输出端电连接于所述提示装置,所述控制装置用于接收所述第一感应装置发出的放入信号并用于控制所述提示装置的关闭。
进一步地,所述连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构设置于所述收纳箱并用于打开或关闭所述收纳箱的箱盖, 所述控制装置的输出端电连接于所述驱动机构;
所述控制装置用于接收所述废品检测装置发出的废品信号并用于控制所述驱动机构,以使所述驱动机构用于打开所述收纳箱的箱盖,所述控制装置用于接收所述第一感应装置发出的放入信号并用于控制所述驱动机构,以使所述驱动机构用于关闭所述收纳箱的箱盖。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附图,用以示例本申请可以用以实施的特定实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站,该连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站包括收纳箱1、控制装置2、第一感应装置和提示装置3,控制装置2的输入端电连接于数控机 床上的废品检测装置,控制装置2的输出端电连接于提示装置3,控制装置2用于接收废品检测装置发出的废品信号并用于控制提示装置3的打开。
NG品回收工作站与数控机床相连接,数控机床上的废品检测装置将用于检测零件是否合格,当零件为NG品时,废品检测装置将会发出废品信号,控制装置2在接收到废品信号之后将控制提示装置3的打开,通过提示装置3来提醒工作人员该零件为NG品并需要剔除,以免NG品混入良品中。其中,检测到的NG品可以由作业人员抓取剔除,也可以使用机械抓手来抓取剔除。
第一感应装置设置于收纳箱1内并用于检测NG品放入收纳箱1内,控制装置2的输入端电连接于第一感应装置,控制装置2的输出端电连接于提示装置3,控制装置2用于接收第一感应装置发出的放入信号并用于控制提示装置3的关闭。NG品在被抓取剔除后将会放入至收纳箱1内,第一感应装置将检测到NG品放入至收纳箱1内并发出放入信号,控制装置2在接收到放入信号之后将控制提示装置3的关闭,通过提示装置3来提醒工作人员NG品已经被放入至收纳箱1内,有效避免了NG品混入至良品中,保证NG品全部都收纳至收纳箱1内。其中,提示装置3为警报灯。
连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括驱动机构,驱动机构设置于收纳箱1并用于打开或关闭收纳箱1的箱盖,控制装置2的输出端电连接于驱动机构;控制装置2用于接收废品检测装置发出的废品信号并用于控制驱动机构,以使驱动机构用于打开收纳箱1的箱盖。数控机床上的废品检测装置在检测到零件为NG品时,废品检测装置将会发出废品信号,控制装置2在接收到废品信号之后将控制驱动机构打开收纳箱1的箱盖,从而便于将NG品放入至收纳箱1内,使用非常方便。
控制装置2用于接收第一感应装置发出的放入信号并用于控制驱动机构,以使驱动机构用于关闭收纳箱1的箱盖。第一感应装置将检测到NG品放入至收纳箱1内并发出放入信号,控制装置2在接收到放入信号之后将驱 动机构关闭收纳箱1的箱盖,使得NG品收纳至收纳箱1内而无需人工来盖上箱盖,使用非常方便。其中,驱动机构可以采用气压、液压或者电驱动的方式来驱动箱盖的翻转或者移动。
在本实施例中,连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括安装架4,收纳箱1、控制装置2和提示装置3均设置于安装架4上,且控制装置2和提示装置3分别位于安装架4的底部和顶部,收纳箱1位于控制装置2与提示装置3之间。通过安装架4便于安装设置,使用非常方便。
连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括工作台5,工作台5设置于安装架4上,且收纳箱1与工作台5相邻并分别位于安装架4的左右两端。工作台5用于工作人员操作使用,且将收纳箱1与工作台5相邻放置,结构紧凑,空间利用率高。
工作台5的顶面具有工作台平面51,工作台平面51上便于工作人员的使用。工作台5内具有吹干室52,工作台5的正面具有与吹干室52相连通的开口。零件将通过开口进入至吹干室52内,在吹干室52内对零件进行吹干处理。
吹干室52内具有第二感应装置和吹气机53,第二感应装置用于检测零件放入吹干室52内,控制装置2的输入端电连接于第二感应装置,控制装置2的输出端电连接于吹气机53,控制装置2用于接收第二感应装置发出的相应信号并用于控制吹气机53的开关。零件在通过开口放入至吹干室52内,第二感应装置将检测到零件放入至吹干室52内并发出相应信号,控制装置2在接收到相应信号之后将控制吹气机53的打开,吹气机53将对零件进行吹风干燥处理。当零件从吹干室52取出后,第二感应装置将检测到零件被移出吹干室52并发出相应信号,控制装置2在接收到相应信号之后将控制吹气机53的关闭。实现精确控制,使用非常方便。
工作台5上具有工具盒54。工具盒54上用于盛放工具物品,使得工作人员在工作台平面51上操作使用工具非常方便。
连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括清洁框6,清洁框6设置于安装架4上。清洁框6设置在安装架4上并位于收纳箱1与控制装置2之间,清洁框6内盛放有清洗液并用于对零件进行清洗操作。
连接数控机床搭配使用的NG品回收工作站还包括控制开关7,控制开关7电连接于控制装置2。工作人员将通过控制开关7来对控制装置2进行开关,大大提高了NG品回收工作站的安全稳定。其中,控制开关7设置在安装架4的顶部,避免误操作。
