Description

自动分类垃圾箱 技术领域
本发明涉及了一种垃圾箱,特别是一种自动分类垃圾箱。
背景技术
垃圾是一种放错位置的物品,虽然垃圾分类已经实施了若干年,但是垃圾分类是一个专业性较强和较为麻烦的事情,由于宣传和教育不到位,虽然在每个小区或社区内均放有4-5个垃圾桶,但是,每个垃圾桶内放置的垃圾大致相同,许多人都不知道哪些垃圾是可回收垃圾,哪些垃圾是不可回收垃圾,哪些垃圾是必须要进行特殊处理的垃圾等,即垃圾分类从没有真正地实施过。
发明内容
本申请的发明目的是解决现有垃圾得不到真正分类的问题,而提供一种自动分类垃圾箱。
为了完成本申请的发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,它包括:外壳框架、若干个垃圾桶、电子控制系统、摄像头和支架,在外壳框架内装有若干个垃圾桶,每个垃圾桶的上端装有顶盖,顶盖通过其上的开关使其打开或关闭,在垃圾桶的侧壁上装有门扇,在外壳框架的正上方装有支架,其中:在支架上装有至少一个摄像头,每个摄像头和每个开关均与电子控制系统相连,每个摄像头将待放入垃圾桶内的垃圾图像传输给电子控制系统,电子控制系统经过图像识别,通过开关打开或关闭相应的垃圾桶的顶盖;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述开关是装在顶盖与垃圾桶之间的转轴和装在转轴上的旋转电机,旋转电机与电子控制系统相连,电子控制系统通过驱动旋转电机打开或关闭相应的垃圾桶的顶盖;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述电子控制系统装在在支架上或支架内;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述支架相对于垃圾桶的顶盖向上倾斜0°~15°;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述支架与垃圾桶的顶盖之间的间距为垃圾桶高 度的1/5~1/2;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:在靠近顶盖的每个垃圾桶内装有限位器,限位器与电子控制系统相连;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述垃圾桶为8个,它们分成前后二排布置在外壳框架内,布置在前排垃圾桶朝外的侧壁上装有门扇;布置在后排垃圾桶朝外的侧壁上装有门扇;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述门扇上还装有把手;
本发明的一种自动分类垃圾箱,其中:所述摄像头为1-5个。
本发明采用电子控制系统中的图像识别法识别技术,来识别出扔入自动分类垃圾箱物品的类型,当摄像头照到各种垃圾时,通过图像识别技术将其分类,然后相应自动打开该类垃圾的顶盖,用户只能将该垃圾放入被打开的垃圾桶内,垃圾被扔入相应垃圾桶后,顶盖自动关闭。有几个独立垃圾桶,就可以把垃圾分成几类。垃圾桶的个数是根据环境的需要确定。打开每个垃圾桶门扇,将该垃圾桶被分类的垃圾运走。

在图1至图3中,标号1为外壳框架;标号2为顶盖;标号3为支架;标号4为电子控制系统;标号5为摄像头;标号6为门扇;标号7为把手;标号8为转轴;标号9为垃圾桶;标号10为限位器。
具体实施方式
如图1至图3,本发明的自动分类垃圾箱包括:外壳框架1、若干个垃圾桶9、电子控制系统4、摄像头5和支架3,在外壳框架1内装有若干个垃圾桶9,每个垃圾桶9的上端装有顶盖2,顶盖2通过转轴8装在垃圾桶9上,转轴8上装有使顶盖2开关的旋转电机。例如:垃圾桶9为8个,它们分成前后二排布置在外壳框架1内,布置在前排垃圾桶9朝外的侧壁上装有门扇6;布置在后排垃圾桶9朝外的侧壁上装有门扇6。门扇6上还装有把手7。
在外壳框架1的正上方装有支架3,支架3相对于顶盖2向上倾斜0°~15°。支架3与垃圾桶9的顶盖2之间的间距为垃圾桶9高度的1/5~1/2。在若干个垃圾桶9上方的支架3上装有1-5个摄像头5,在靠近顶盖2的每个垃圾桶9内装有限位器10,在支架3上或支架3内 装有电子控制系统4,每个摄像头5、限位器10和每个旋转电机均与电子控制系统4相连。
当用户要将垃圾扔入自动分类垃圾箱时,先将垃圾对准装在自动分类垃圾箱上的摄像头5,当摄像头5照到该垃圾时,将该垃圾的图像传输给电子控制系统4,电子控制系统4通过图像识别技术将该垃圾进行分类,而若干个垃圾桶9是分别装有一类垃圾的垃圾桶,例如:垃圾桶9内分别装有瓶子、金属、纸张、电池、厨余垃圾、塑料、易拉罐等中的一类垃圾。然后,电子控制系统4通过控制相应类型的垃圾桶9顶盖2的旋转电机,相应地自动打开该类垃圾桶9的顶盖2,用户只能将该垃圾放入被打开的垃圾桶9内,在垃圾被扔入相应垃圾桶9后,顶盖2自动关闭,当垃圾桶9内的限位器10检测到该垃圾桶9内的垃圾接近充满时,限位器10会向电子控制系统4发出信号,来显示要清理该垃圾桶9内的垃圾,本发明通过上述自动图像识别和分类将垃圾进行自动分类,有利于垃圾的回收和利用。
工业实用性
本申请的自动分类垃圾箱用于垃圾的分类与回收。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种自动分类垃圾箱,它包括:外壳框架(1)、若干个垃圾桶(9)、电子控制系统(4)、摄像头(5)和支架(3),在外壳框架(1)内装有若干个垃圾桶(9),每个垃圾桶(9)的上端装有顶盖(2),顶盖(2)通过其上的开关使其打开或关闭,在垃圾桶(9)的侧壁上装有门扇(6),在外壳框架(1)的正上方装有支架(3),其特征在于:在支架(3)上装有至少一个摄像头(5),每个摄像头(5)和每个开关均与电子控制系统(4)相连,每个摄像头(5)将待放入垃圾桶(9)内的垃圾图像传输给电子控制系统(4),电子控制系统(4)经过图像识别,通过开关打开或关闭相应的垃圾桶(9)的顶盖(2)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述开关是装在顶盖(2)与垃圾桶(9)之间的转轴(8)和装在转轴(8)上的旋转电机,旋转电机与电子控制系统(4)相连,电子控制系统(4)通过驱动旋转电机打开或关闭相应的垃圾桶(9)的顶盖(2)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述电子控制系统(4)装在在支架(3)上或支架(3)内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述支架(3)相对于垃圾桶(9)的顶盖(2)向上倾斜0°~15°。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述支架(3)与垃圾桶(9)的顶盖(2)之间的间距为垃圾桶(9)高度的1/5~1/2。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:在靠近顶盖(2)的每个垃圾桶(9)内装有限位器(10),限位器(10)与电子控制系统(4)相连。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自动分类垃圾箱,其特征在于:所述垃圾桶(9)为8个,它们分成前后二排布置在外壳框架(1)内,布置在前排垃圾桶(9)朝外的侧壁上装有门扇(6);布置在后排垃圾桶(9)朝外的侧壁上装有门扇(6)。
