背景技术
   医院废物是指医院所有需要丢弃、不能再利用的废物,包括生物性的和非生物性的,也包括生活垃圾。如使用过的口罩、防护服、棉球、沙布、胶布、一次性医疗器具、术后的废弃品等等。据国家卫生部门的医疗检测报告表明,由于医疗垃圾具有空间污染,急性传染和潜伏性污染等特征,其病毒、病菌的危害性远大于普通生活垃圾。如果处理不当,将造成对环境的严重污染,也可能成为疫病流行的源头。
技术问题
现有的医疗垃圾大多都是装袋打包后运输用于焚烧。医疗垃圾未经过处理即用于运输,极易在运输过程造成污染。
技术解决方案
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,可用于对医院固体废物进行消毒、粉碎和装袋处理,利于后续的运输、填埋和焚烧等处理。

    所述出料仓内沿收集槽的拉动路径设有导轨,收集槽可滑动地安装于导轨上。所述收集槽顶部设有垃圾袋封口装置。收集槽和取料口配合形成抽屉结构,便于医疗垃圾经处理后取出。
    所述出料仓内还设有臭氧还原装置,臭氧还原装置还可连通至投料仓,便于同时处理投料仓和进料仓内的臭氧。臭氧还原装置可采用内置还原剂等方式实现。
    所述壳体设有底轮,以便于设备的移动使用。此外,还可以将智能机器人的移动底座集成于壳体底部,通过控制系统控制整个设备位置变化,进而实现自主导航和移动、定点收集医废、自动避障及自主充电等功能。
有益效果
本发明可以同时对医疗固体垃圾进行粉碎、消毒和装袋处理,消毒同时采用紫外消毒和臭氧消毒,消毒效果好,分别处理三个流程的投料仓、粉碎仓和出料仓为从上至下分布,布局合理、处理速度快,使用方便。本发明通过配合控制系统使用,还能够实现智能化,自动无害化处理医废,处理医废过程无需分拣。

    壳体1为顶部开口的柜状。壳体1底部设有底轮7;底轮7为万向轮。
    投料仓2上下端开口,且由上至下不断缩口,其内围有斜板。投料仓2上端开口活动盖合有盖板21,盖板21通过合页与壳体1铰接;盖板21与投料仓2的盖合边沿设有密封条。仓内设有两根紫外线臭氧灯管22,紫外线臭氧灯管22设于投料仓2侧壁上部,而且顶部盖有护板23。投料仓2的下端开口连通于粉碎仓3顶部。
    粉碎仓3内设有粉碎转子31和位于粉碎转子31下方的筛网32。粉碎转子31由电机33带动旋转,粉碎转子31上设有用于粉碎的刀具。粉碎仓3下端连通于出料仓4顶部,连通处活动封口有挡板34。挡板34以可左右移动的方式实现封口或开口。粉碎仓3两侧分别留有隔间,一个隔间内安装有电机33,电机33与粉碎转子31之间皮带传动。另外一个隔间内安装有控制机箱5。筛网32下端设有漏斗状的出料斗35,出料斗35内壁设有电加热管,挡板34设于出料斗35下端。
    出料仓4内设有可移动的收集槽41,收集槽41位于挡板34下方。出料仓4开有可拉出收集槽41的取料口(图中省略正面面板后未显示)。出料仓4内沿收集槽41的拉动路径设有导轨,收集槽41可滑动地安装于导轨上。收集槽41顶部设有常见的垃圾袋封口装置。垃圾袋封口装置用于对垃圾袋封口打包。出料仓4内还设有连通壳体1内外的臭氧还原装置6。臭氧还原装置6通过内设还原剂等方式实现臭氧还原、消散的目的。
    如图2所示,本实施例的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机还包括有控制系统。控制系统包括控制器以及与控制器连接的挡板驱动装置、开合感应装置、重量传感器、通讯模块、报警装置和光电开关。控制器为PLC,设于控制机箱5内。挡板驱动装置为电机或电动推杆,用于驱动挡板34的开合。开合感应装置为磁簧开关,设于盖板21的盖合处,通过利用干簧管与磁铁的配合来检测盖板21是否处于打开状态。重量传感器为电阻应变式重量传感器,设于挡板34上,用于检测挡板34的承重情况。通讯模块可同时采用USB接口和WiFi模块,用于作为控制器的外部通讯端口。光电开关设于收集槽41上端,用于检测垃圾是否装满。
    使用时,装袋的固体医疗垃圾由投料仓2上端入口投入,并最终进入粉碎仓3。控制器通过开合感应装置检测到盖板21闭合后,才可启动电机33和打开紫外线臭氧灯管22。紫外线臭氧灯管22向下照射紫外线并产生下沉的臭氧。垃圾进入粉碎仓3进行粉碎的同时,还进行紫外线和臭氧的双重消毒。符合粒度的垃圾粉碎物汇集于挡板34上端。重量传感器检测到挡板34上的垃圾到达预设重量后,经控制器控制挡板驱动装置打开挡板34。垃圾粉碎物掉落进入收集槽41内的垃圾袋。光电开关检测垃圾装满后触发垃圾袋封口装置进行封口打包,并通过报警装置发出报警信号。操作人员抽出收集槽41,再将打包好的垃圾取出即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),壳体(1)内部由上之至下分为投料仓(2)、粉碎仓(3)和出料仓(4);投料仓(2)上下端开口,上端开口活动盖合有盖板(21),仓内设有紫外线臭氧灯管(22),下端开口连通于粉碎仓(3)顶部;粉碎仓(3)内设有粉碎转子(31)及位于粉碎转子(31)下方的筛网(32),粉碎转子(31)由电机(33)带动旋转,粉碎仓(3)下端连通于出料仓(4)顶部,连通处活动封口有挡板(34);挡板(34)下方的出料仓(4)内设有可移动的收集槽(41),出料仓(4)开有可拉出收集槽(41)的取料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:还包括有控制系统;控制系统包括控制器以及与控制器连接的挡板驱动装置、开合感应装置、重量传感器和通讯模块;挡板驱动装置用于驱动挡板(34)的开合;开合感应装置设于盖板(21)的盖合处,用于检测盖板(21)的开闭状态;重量传感器设于挡板(34)上,用于检测挡板(34)的承重情况;控制器用于控制电机(33)、紫外线臭氧灯管(22)和挡板驱动装置的开关;通讯模块用于作为控制器的外部通讯端口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述紫外线臭氧灯管(22)设于投料仓(2)侧壁上部且顶部盖有护板(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述盖板(21)与投料仓(2)的盖合边沿设有密封条。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述粉碎仓(3)两侧分别留有隔间,一个隔间内安装有所述电机(33),电机(33)与粉碎转子(31)之间皮带传动;另外一个隔间内安装有控制机箱(5),所述控制器设于控制机箱(5)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述筛网(32)下端设有漏斗状的出料斗(35) ,出料斗(35)内壁设有加热器,所述挡板(34)设于出料斗(35)下端。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述出料仓(4)内沿收集槽(41)的拉动路径设有导轨,收集槽(41)可滑动地安装于导轨上。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述收集槽(41)顶部设有垃圾袋封口装置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述出料仓(4)内还设有臭氧还原装置(6)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能医废消毒无害化处理粉碎机,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)底部设有底轮(7)。
