Abstract
La présente invention concerne un collecteur de courant composite à haute soudabilité et son procédé de préparation. Le collecteur de courant composite à haute soudabilité comprend une couche de support en film mince, et des couches de revêtement en alliage disposées sur chacune des deux surfaces opposées de la couche de support en film mince, une couche de revêtement en alliage comprenant de l'aluminium métallique et du nickel métallique en mélange uniforme. La présente invention, au moyen du mélange d'aluminium métallique et de nickel métallique, amène une couche de revêtement en alliage contenant du nickel métallique à présenter une haute soudabilité en raison de l'excellente résistance à la corrosion et de la bonne soudabilité du nickel métallique, et amène la couche de revêtement en alliage à haute soudabilité à être fermement soudée à la couche de support en film mince, ce qui permet de résoudre efficacement les problèmes de mauvais soudage et de faux soudage dans un processus de soudage, tout en garantissant également efficacement les performances électriques et la sécurité d'une batterie. De plus, le collecteur de courant composite de la présente invention présente une large gamme d'applications et peut être utilisé en grandes quantités.
