Abstract
Un dispositif de traitement laser (100) comprend : un oscillateur laser (1) qui délivre un faisceau laser ; une tête de traitement (2) qui condense le faisceau laser à l'aide d'un système optique de condensation (6) et rayonne le faisceau sur une position d'irradiation sur une pièce (W) ; une unité de commande (8) qui, sur la base d'une instruction d'entraînement, change une position relative entre la tête de traitement (2) et la pièce (W) et amène la position d'irradiation à se déplacer dans une direction de coupe ; une unité de réglage de distribution d'intensité (5) qui comprend un composant optique (5a) ayant une caractéristique de conversion de distribution d'intensité qui est symétrique en rotation par rapport à un axe, et modifie la distribution d'intensité du faisceau laser sur la base d'une instruction de réglage de distribution d'intensité ; et une unité de réglage d'axe optique (4) qui change la position incidente ou l'angle incident du faisceau laser incident sur l'unité de réglage de distribution d'intensité (5). Sur la base d'un paramètre numérique concernant la coupe, l'unité de commande (8) détermine une instruction de réglage d'axe optique pour commander l'unité de réglage d'axe optique (4) de manière à correspondre à une partie ou à la totalité d'une instruction d'oscillateur, de l'instruction d'entraînement, de l'instruction de réglage de distribution d'intensité, du matériau de la pièce (W), de l'épaisseur de la feuille de la pièce (W) et de la direction de coupe.
