Abstract

冷蔵庫は、第1上限値から第1下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できるチルド室と、第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値から第1下限値よりも小さい第2下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できる切替室と、冷気を生成する冷却器と、冷却器が設けられた冷却器室と、冷却器室と切替室とを接続し、冷却器が生成した冷気が流れる切替室風路とを備え、チルド室及び切替室は水平方向に並べて設けられ、チルド室及び切替室は開閉可能な1つの扉で閉塞されるものである。

Description

冷蔵庫
 本開示は、チルド室と切替室を備えた冷蔵庫に関する。
 冷蔵庫においては、冷凍室よりも高温且つ冷蔵室よりも低温の温度帯の温度が設定されたチルド室、及び使用者の任意で様々な温度帯に設定可能な切替室を有するものが知られている(たとえば、特許文献1参照)。一般に食品はより低温であれば保存期間を延長させることができる。その一方、冷凍室の温度帯で保存すると食品内部の水分が氷結し食品内の細胞壁を破壊するため食品の味が劣化してしまうことが多い。チルド室は、食品保存期間の延長と食品の劣化を抑える観点から設けられることがある。特許文献1では、例えば、約-3度に設定されたチルド室が記載されている。また、切替室の設定可能な温度帯としては種々の提案がされている。特許文献1では、例えば、冷凍(-15度)、パーシャル(-8度)、チルド(-3度)、冷蔵(3度)、野菜(8度)の各温度帯等を使用者が選択できるようになっている。

 冷凍された肉や魚などの食品をチルド室で解凍する場合、食品内の凍っていた水分が徐々に解凍されるため、食品の味を大きく損ねることなく解凍できることが知られている。また、チルド室の温度を0度付近に維持することで、食品内の水分の氷結を避けつつ、通常の冷蔵室で保存するよりも保存期間を延長させることを目的とした使用例がある。一方、切替室は、ソフト冷凍又はソフトフリージングと称される-7度程度の温度に設定する使い方が提案されている。このような、チルド室と切替室に設定可能な温度帯の特徴を利用して、チルド室と切替室との間で保存する食品を移動させる状況が発生する。例えば、チルド室に保存していた食品を、さらに長期間保存するために切替室に移して保存する状況、及び切替室に保存していた食品をチルド室で解凍する状況などが考えられる。
 一方、特許文献1に記載の冷蔵庫は、チルド室が冷蔵室の内部に設けられている。また、切替室は冷蔵室の下部に設けられ、冷蔵室と切替室とは異なる扉で開閉される。よって、チルド室と切替室との間で貯蔵物を移動させる際に、冷蔵室及び切替室のそれぞれの扉を開閉して、貯蔵物を上下方向に移動させる必要がある。すなわち、チルド室と切替室との間で貯蔵物を移動させる場合に、利用者にとって利便性がよいとはいえない。
 本開示は、上記のような課題を背景としてなされたものであり、チルド室と切替室との間で貯蔵物の移動を簡易に行うことができる冷蔵庫を提供するものである。
 本開示に係る冷蔵庫は、第1上限値から第1下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できるチルド室と、前記第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値から前記第1下限値よりも小さい第2下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できる切替室と、冷気を生成する冷却器と、前記冷却器が設けられた冷却器室と、前記冷却器室と前記切替室とを接続し、前記冷却器が生成した前記冷気が流れる切替室風路とを備え、前記チルド室及び前記切替室は水平方向に並べて設けられ、前記チルド室及び前記切替室は開閉可能な1つの扉で閉塞されるものである。
 本開示に係る冷蔵庫によれば、チルド室と切替室とは水平方向に並べて設けられる。また、チルド室及び切替室は開閉可能な1つの扉で閉塞される。このため、扉を1つ開けて、貯蔵物を水平方向に移動するだけでチルド室と切替室との間での貯蔵物の移動が行える。したがって、チルド室と切替室との間で貯蔵物の移動を簡易に行うことができる。

 以下、本開示に係る冷蔵庫について、図面を参照して説明する。本開示は、以下の実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本開示の主旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々に変形することが可能である。また、本開示は、以下の各実施の形態に示す構成のうち、組合せ可能な構成のあらゆる組合せを含むものである。また、図面に示す冷蔵庫は一例を示すものであり、図面に示された冷蔵庫によって本開示の冷蔵庫が限定されるものではない。
 また、以下の説明において、理解を容易にするために方向を表す用語(例えば「上」、「下」、「右」、「左」、「前」、「後」など)を適宜用いるが、これらは説明のためのものであって、本開示を限定するものではない。また、各図において、同一の符号を付したものは、同一の又はこれに相当するものであり、これは明細書の全文において共通している。
 なお、各図面では、各構成部材の相対的な寸法関係又は形状等が実際のものとは異なる場合がある。また、各図において、X方向は、冷蔵庫の左右方向を示し、矢印により右から左方向を示すこととする。Y方向は、冷蔵庫の前後方向を示し、矢印により前から後ろ方向を示すこととする。Z方向は、冷蔵庫の上下方向を示し、矢印により下から上方向を示すこととする。
実施の形態1.
(冷蔵庫100の構成)
 図1は、実施の形態1に係る冷蔵庫100の扉2a、2b及び2cが閉じられた状態の外観を概略的に示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る冷蔵庫100の扉2a、2b、及び2cが開放された状態の内観を概略的に示す斜視図である。図1に示すように、冷蔵庫100は、箱状の筐体1により構成される。筐体1の前面には扉2a、2b、及び2cが設けられている。以下の説明において、扉2a、2b、及び2cを特に区別する必要がない場合には、単に「扉2」と適宜称する。また、「扉2」と称した場合には、単数又は複数の両方を含むものとする。
 図2に示すように、扉2は回動式の扉である。扉2は、筐体1に設けられたヒンジ5a、5b、5c、5d、及び5eによって鉛直軸回りに軸支され回動する。ヒンジ5a~5eは、筐体1の左右のどちら側に設けてもよい。また、冷蔵庫100の扉2は回動式の扉に限定されず、引き出し式の扉であってもよい。また、回動式の扉と引き出し式の扉を混在させてもよい。
 図2に示すように、筐体1の内部は、冷蔵室31、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34に区切られている。扉2aが冷蔵室31を開閉可能に閉塞し、扉2bがチルド室32及び切替室33を開閉可能に閉塞し、扉2cが冷凍室34を開閉可能に閉塞する。本明細書では、筐体1の内部で区切られた空間を貯蔵室と称する。冷蔵室31、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34は貯蔵室に含まれる。また、「貯蔵室」と称した場合には、単数又は複数の両方を含むものとする。
 冷蔵室31の下部には、水平方向に延びる冷蔵室仕切壁7が設けられる。冷蔵室31には、棚11及び引出し式の冷蔵室ケース12が設けられる。図3では、複数の棚11が示されているが、棚11はなくてもよい。また、棚11の数は限定されない。
 冷蔵室仕切壁7の下部に、チルド室32及び切替室33が水平方向に並べて設けられる。チルド室32及び切替室33は、上述のように1つの扉2bで開閉可能に閉塞される。チルド室32と切替室33との間は、上下に延びる第1仕切壁8によって仕切られる。第1仕切壁8には、第1通気口8aが設けられる。第1通気口8aは、図2に示されるように、第1仕切壁8の前側下方に形成される。チルド室32と切替室33とは、第1通気口8aを介して連通する。
 チルド室32には、第1下限値から第1上限値の間の範囲であるチルド温度帯が設定可能である。チルド温度帯の第1下限値は、例えば、-3度、第1上限値は、例えば3度程度である。切替室33には、第2下限値である冷凍温度帯から第2上限値である冷蔵温度帯の範囲で温度を設定できる。冷凍温度帯は、例えば、-17度以下の温度帯である。冷蔵温度帯は、例えば、3度~10度の温度帯である。したがって、切替室33には、チルド室32よりも低い温度を設定することができる。また、切替室33にはチルド室32よりも高い温度を設定することができる。
 チルド室32には、引き出し式のチルド室ケース13が設けられる。また、切替室33には、引き出し式の切替室ケース14が設けられる。扉2bを開けて、チルド室ケース13及び切替室ケース14を引き出して、貯蔵物を移動させることができるため、チルド室32と切替室33との間での貯蔵物の移動が簡易に行える。
 チルド室32及び切替室33の下部には、水平方向に延びる第2仕切壁9が設けられる。第2仕切壁9の下部に冷凍室34が設けられる。第2仕切壁9には、チルド室32と冷凍室34を仕切る部分に第2通気口9aが設けられる。チルド室32と冷凍室34とは、第2通気口9aを介して連通する。冷凍室34には、引き出し式の冷凍室第1ケース15及び引き出し式の冷凍室第2ケース16が設けられる。冷凍室第1ケース15及び冷凍室第2ケース16を引き出すことによって貯蔵物の出し入れが簡易に行える。
 以下の説明において、冷蔵室ケース12、チルド室ケース13、切替室ケース14、冷凍室第1ケース15、及び冷凍室第2ケース16を特に区別する必要がない場合には、単に「引き出し式のケース」と称する。また、「引き出し式のケース」と称した場合には、単数又は複数の両方を含むものとする。棚11及び引き出し式のケースは、各貯蔵室の内部を仕切るものである。また、棚11及び引き出し式のケースは、貯蔵物の移動や出し入れを簡易に行えるようにするものである。また、引き出し式のケースを引き出すことで、引き出し式のケースの最奥部に貯蔵されている貯蔵物を確認できることができる。よって、奥に収容されている貯蔵物の利用機会を損ねるリスクを低減させることができる。なお、1つの貯蔵室に設けられる引き出し式のケースの数は限定されない。また、引き出し式のケースを備えない貯蔵室を設けてもよい。また、冷蔵室31とは異なる貯蔵室が棚11を有する構成としてもよい。
 図3は、図2のA部分の断面模式図である。図3には、切替室33を通る位置で上下の断面を示した冷蔵庫100が示されている。図3に示すように、冷蔵室31の後部には冷蔵室冷気吹出パネル24が設けられる。切替室33の後部には切替室冷気吹出パネル25が設けられる。冷凍室34の後部にはファングリル26が設けられる。
 以下の説明において、冷蔵室冷気吹出パネル24、切替室冷気吹出パネル25、及びファングリル26を特に区別する必要がない場合には、単に「背面パネル」と称する。また、「背面パネル」と称した場合には、単数又は複数の両方を含むものとする。
 ファングリル26と筐体1の背面との間には、冷却器21a及び送風機22が収容された冷却器室21が設けられる。送風機22は、冷却器21aの上方に設けられる。冷却器室21の上方であって、第2仕切壁9と筐体1の背面との間にはダンパー27が設けられる。ダンパー27は、ツインダンパーであってもよいしシングルダンパーであってもよい。冷却器21aで生成された冷気は、送風機22で加速され、開状態のダンパー27を通って、冷蔵室31及び切替室33に供給される。冷凍室34には、ダンパー27を介さずに冷気が供給される。
 冷蔵庫100は、背面下部に機械室52を有する。機械室52には、圧縮機23、空冷凝縮器、ドライヤ、及び減圧装置が収容される。圧縮機23、空冷凝縮器、ドライヤ、及び、減圧装置は、放熱用のパイプとともに冷媒回路に接続され、冷凍サイクルを構成する。放熱用パイプは、筐体1のウレタンの内部及び貯蔵室の周囲に設けられている。空冷凝縮器、放熱用のパイプ、ドライヤ、及び、減圧装置については図示を省略している。
 圧縮機23から吐出された冷媒は、空冷凝縮器及び放熱用のパイプにおいて放熱し、凝縮する。空冷凝縮器及び放熱用のパイプを通った冷媒は、ドライヤを経由した後、減圧装置を経て冷却器21aに供給される。冷媒は、冷却器21a内で蒸発し、送風機22によって冷蔵庫100の内部を循環する空気と熱交換した後、冷却器21aから流出し、吸入管を経て減圧装置と熱交換しながら温度上昇し、再び圧縮機23に戻る。また、冷却器21aの冷媒と熱交換した空気は、冷却され、送風機22により貯蔵室に供給されるため、冷蔵庫100には空気循環経路が形成される。
 筐体1の背面上部の角部には、冷蔵庫100を制御する制御装置51が設けられる。制御装置51は、例えば、専用のハードウェア、またはメモリに格納されるプログラムを実行するCPUで構成されるものである。CPUは、Central Processing Unit、中央処理装置、処理装置、演算装置、マイクロプロセッサ、マイクロコンピュータ、プロセッサとも称される。

 次に図4及び図5を参照しながら、冷蔵庫100での冷気の流れについて説明する。図4は、実施の形態1に係る冷蔵庫100の冷気の流れを説明するための概略図である。図4の冷蔵庫100の内部の矢印は、冷気の流れを示す。図5は、実施の形態1に係る冷蔵庫100の冷却器室21への冷気の流れを説明するための概略図である。
 図4に示すように、冷却器室21と冷蔵室31とは、冷蔵室風路500により接続される。冷蔵室冷気吹出パネル24には冷蔵室吹出口40aが設けられている。冷蔵室31は、冷蔵室冷気吹出パネル24に設けられた冷蔵室吹出口40aを介して冷蔵室風路500と連通する。図4では、冷蔵室吹出口40aが複数設けられているが、冷蔵室吹出口40aは単数でもよい。
 冷却器室21と切替室33とは、切替室風路510により接続される。切替室冷気吹出パネル25には切替室吹出口40cが設けられている。切替室33は、切替室冷気吹出パネル25に設けられた切替室吹出口40cを介して切替室風路510と連通する。
 冷却器室21と冷凍室34とは、冷凍室風路520により接続される。ファングリル26には冷凍室吹出口40dが設けられる。冷凍室34は、ファングリル26に設けられた冷凍室吹出口40dを介して冷凍室風路520と連通する。
 上述したように、冷却器21aで生成された冷気は、送風機22により流れを加速され、冷蔵室31、切替室33、及び冷凍室34に供給される。図4に示すように、ダンパー27を通過した冷気は、冷蔵室風路500を流れる冷蔵室供給冷気61及び切替室風路510を流れる切替室供給冷気63に分岐する。冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室風路500を流れ、冷蔵室吹出口40aから冷蔵室31に供給される。冷蔵室31内部の貯蔵物は、冷蔵室吹出口40aから冷蔵室31に供給された冷蔵室供給冷気61により冷却される。
 切替室供給冷気63は、切替室風路510を流れ、切替室吹出口40cから切替室33に供給される。切替室33内部の貯蔵物は、切替室吹出口40cから切替室33に供給された切替室供給冷気63により冷却される。
 冷凍室34には、冷却器21aで生成された冷気がダンパー27を介さずに供給される。図4に示すように、冷却器21aで生成された冷気は、冷凍室供給冷気64として冷凍室風路520を流れ、冷凍室吹出口40dから冷凍室34に供給される。冷凍室34内部の貯蔵物は、冷凍室吹出口40dから冷凍室34に供給された冷凍室供給冷気64により冷却される。
 次に、チルド室32への冷気の流れを説明する。図5に示すように、冷却器室21とチルド室32はチルド室戻り風路530により接続される。チルド室32には、チルド室戻り口42bが設けられる。チルド室32とチルド室戻り風路530とは、チルド室戻り口42bを介して連通する。また、チルド室32と切替室33とは、第1仕切壁8の第1通気口8aを介して連通する。したがって、切替室33に供給された切替室供給冷気63は、チルド室戻り風路530に働く負圧に引っ張られることにより、チルド室供給冷気62aとしてチルド室32に供給される。
 また、チルド室32と冷凍室34とは、第2仕切壁9の第2通気口9aを介して連通する。したがって、冷凍室34に供給された冷凍室供給冷気64は、チルド室戻り風路530に働く負圧に引っ張られることにより、チルド室供給冷気62bとしてチルド室32に供給される。つまり、チルド室32には、切替室33からチルド室供給冷気62aが供給され、冷凍室34からチルド室供給冷気62bが供給される。
 図5に示すように、チルド室戻り口42bは、第1通気口8a及び第2通気口9aとは対角となる位置に設けられる。したがって、チルド室32に供給されたチルド室供給冷気62a及び62bは、チルド室戻り風路530に働く負圧に引っ張られて、チルド室戻り口42bを介して、チルド室戻り風路530に流入する。チルド室32内部の貯蔵物は、第1通気口8aからチルド室戻り口42bに向かって流れるチルド室供給冷気62a、及び第2通気口9aからチルド室戻り口42bに向かって流れるチルド室供給冷気62bにより冷却される。チルド室戻り口42bは、第1通気口8a及び第2通気口9aとは対角となる位置に設けられるので、チルド室32の対角線に概ね沿った冷気の流れが形成され、チルド室32内の温度ムラが軽減される。チルド室戻り風路530に流入した、チルド室供給冷気62a及び62bは、チルド室戻り冷気202として、チルド室戻り風路530を通って冷却器室21に戻る。
 また、図5に示すように、冷蔵室31と冷却器室21とは、冷蔵室戻り風路540で接続される。冷蔵室31に供給された冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室戻り口(図示せず)を通って、冷蔵室戻り風路540に流入する。冷蔵室戻り風路540に流入した冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室戻り冷気201として、冷蔵室戻り風路540を通って冷却器室21に戻る。
 以上に説明したように、冷却器21aに生成されて切替室33に供給された切替室供給冷気63と、冷却器21aに生成されて冷凍室34に供給された冷凍室供給冷気64とは、それぞれチルド室供給冷気62a及びチルド室供給冷気62bとしてチルド室32に供給される。そして、チルド室戻り冷気202として、チルド室戻り風路530を通って冷却器室21に戻る。また、冷却器21aに生成されて冷蔵室31に供給された冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室戻り冷気201として、冷蔵室戻り風路540を通って冷却器室21に戻る。つまり、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気の経路とチルド室32に供給される冷気の経路は分離される。冷蔵室31は、設定される温度帯が比較的高く、一般的に貯蔵物からのにおいの発生が顕著である。しかし、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気の経路と、チルド室32に供給される冷気の経路とが分離されているため、冷蔵室31とチルド室32との間での貯蔵物のにおい移りを低減することができる。
 なお、本明細書の説明では、冷却器21aが生成した冷気について、便宜上区別するために、冷蔵室供給冷気61、チルド室供給冷気62a、チルド室供給冷気62b、切替室供給冷気63、冷凍室供給冷気64、冷蔵室戻り冷気201、及びチルド室戻り冷気202と、別名称及び別符号を用いている。冷蔵室供給冷気61、チルド室供給冷気62a、チルド室供給冷気62b、切替室供給冷気63、冷凍室供給冷気64、冷蔵室戻り冷気201、及びチルド室戻り冷気202のそれぞれを、単に「冷気」と称することもある。また、「冷気」と称した場合、冷蔵室供給冷気61、チルド室供給冷気62a、チルド室供給冷気62b、切替室供給冷気63、冷凍室供給冷気64、冷蔵室戻り冷気201、及びチルド室戻り冷気202の全てをさすこともある。
 以上に説明したように、本実施の形態では、チルド室32には、切替室33を経由したチルド室供給冷気62a及び冷凍室34を経由したチルド室供給冷気62bが供給される。チルド室供給冷気62a及び62bは、切替室33内の貯蔵物又は冷凍室34内の貯蔵物を冷却した後の冷気であるので、冷却器21aが生成した冷気よりも温度が高い。つまり、チルド室供給冷気62a及び62bの温度は、チルド室32の設定温度を維持するための目標温度に近いといえる。よって、チルド室32にチルド室供給冷気62a及び62bが供給される場合と、チルド室32に冷却器21aが生成した冷気が直接供給される場合とを比べると、チルド室32は、チルド室供給冷気62a及び62bが供給される場合の方が緩やかに冷却される。よって、チルド室32の温度ハンチングが小さくなり、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物に温度変動が生じることによる負荷が減少する。
 また、本実施の形態では、冷却器21aで生成された冷気は、チルド室32に直接供給されない。よって、チルド室32に対して、送風機22による強い吹き出しが行われない。また、冷却器室21から直接冷気が供給されることがないため、チルド室32は、冷却器21aで生成された冷気が供給される吹出口を有しない。そのため、チルド室32の設定温度に対して冷たすぎる冷気が供給され、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物が凍結することがない。
 また、送風機22の回転数及びダンパー27の開閉状態により、チルド室32に供給される冷気の流量及び温度が大きく影響を受けることが少ない。よって、冷却器21aで生成された必要以上に冷えた空気がチルド室32に供給されることがなく、チルド室32に大きな温度ハンチングが発生することが抑制される。チルド室32の設定温度を0度付近とした場合、温度ハンチングが大きいと、チルド室32の温度がプラスの温度帯とマイナスの温度帯を頻繁に行き来することになり貯蔵物に負荷がかかる。本実施の形態のチルド室32では、このような温度ハンチングの発生が抑制されるため、温度変動による貯蔵物への負荷が減少する。したがって、貯蔵物の損傷を防ぎ、貯蔵物が食品である場合の食品の風味の劣化を防ぐことができる。
(ダンパー27)
 次に図4を参照しながら、ダンパー27の動作ついて説明する。図4に示すように、冷蔵室31には冷蔵室温度センサ41a、チルド室32にはチルド室温度センサ41b、切替室33には切替室温度センサ41c、冷凍室34には冷凍室温度センサ41dがそれぞれ設けられている。以下の説明において、冷蔵室温度センサ41a、チルド室温度センサ41b、切替室温度センサ41c、及び冷凍室温度センサ41dを特に区別する必要がない場合には、単に「温度センサ41」と適宜称する。また、「温度センサ41」と称した場合には、単数又は複数の両方を含むものとする。
 貯蔵室内部の温度は、温度センサ41によりを検知される。制御装置51は、温度センサ41が検知した温度を取得し、ダンパー27に信号を送信してダンパー27の開閉状態を制御する。ダンパー27の開閉状態が変わることで、ダンパー27を通過する冷気の流量が変わる。貯蔵室に適切な流量の冷気を送ることができるため、貯蔵室に設定された温度を維持することができる。温度センサ41は、例えばサーミスタである。
 なお、冷蔵庫において、ダンパーが複数あると、製造コストが高くなるとともに、風路構造が複雑になることがある。本実施の形態では、チルド室32のための専用のダンパーを設ける必要がないため、製造コスト及び風路構造の複雑化を抑制できる。
(ヒーター50)
 次に、図6を参照しながら、ヒーター50について説明する。図6は、実施の形態1に係る冷蔵庫100のチルド室32のヒーター50を示す概略図である。図6に示すように、チルド室32及び切替室33の床面は、第2仕切壁9である。第2仕切壁9において、チルド室32の床面に相当する部分の内部には、ヒーター50が設けられる。ヒーター50は通電されると加熱する。ヒーター50の通電制御は制御装置51が行う。
 切替室33の設定温度が低温、例えば-10度に設定されている場合、チルド室32の設定温度に比べてチルド室32が過度に冷却されることがある。また、冷凍室34の設定温度が低温、例えば-20度に設定されている場合、チルド室32の設定温度に比べてチルド室が過度に冷却されることがある。また、切替室33内部の貯蔵物が少ない場合、切替室33からチルド室32に供給されるチルド室供給冷気62aの流量が多くなり、チルド室32が設定温度に比べて過度に冷却されることがある。また、冷凍室34内部の貯蔵物が少ない場合、冷凍室34からチルド室32に供給されるチルド室供給冷気62bの流量が多くなり、チルド室32が設定温度に比べて過度に冷却される場合がある。
 チルド室32が、チルド室32の設定温度に比べて過度に冷却される場合、チルド室32の温度は設定温度よりも低くなる。上述したように、制御装置51は、チルド室温度センサ41bにより検知されたチルド室32の温度を取得する。制御装置51は、チルド室温度センサ41bが検知したチルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも低い場合は、ヒーター50に通電し、ヒーター50を加熱する。ヒーター50が加熱されることにより、チルド室32内部の空気がチルド室32の目標とする設定温度まで温められる。
 なお、上記の説明では、チルド室32及び切替室33の上方に、冷蔵室仕切壁7を挟んで冷蔵室31が配置され、チルド室32及び切替室33の下方に、第2仕切壁9を挟んで冷凍室34が配置された、ボトムフリーザータイプの冷蔵庫100について説明した。しかし、本実施の形態の冷蔵庫はボトムフリーザータイプでなくてもよく、冷凍室34がチルド室32及び切替室33の上方に配置されていてもよい。チルド室32と切替室33が水平方向に設けられて1つの扉2bで開閉可能な冷蔵庫であればよい。また、貯蔵室は、冷蔵室31、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34に限定されない。製氷室及び野菜室など、異なる貯蔵室を設けてもよい。
 本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、第1上限値から第1下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できるチルド室32と、第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値から第1下限値よりも小さい第2下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できる切替室33と、冷気を生成する冷却器21aと、冷却器21aが設けられた冷却器室21と、冷却器室21と切替室33とを接続し、冷却器21aが生成した前記冷気が流れる切替室風路510とを備える。チルド室32及び切替室33は水平方向に並べて設けられ、チルド室32及び前記切替室33は開閉可能な1つの扉2bで閉塞される。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32と切替室33は、1つの扉2bによって開閉される。扉2bの一度の開閉によって、チルド室32と切替室33を利用することができる。したがって、チルド室32と切替室33との間での貯蔵物の移動を簡易に行える。したがって、冷蔵庫100の利便性が向上する。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、チルド室32と切替室33との間を仕切る第1仕切壁8と、冷却器室21とチルド室32とを接続し、チルド室32から流出するチルド室戻り冷気202が流れるチルド室戻り風路530とを備える。第1仕切壁8には、チルド室32と切替室33とを連通する第1通気口8aが設けられ、切替室33には前記切替室風路510を介して冷気が流入し、チルド室32には、切替室33から第1通気口8aを介して冷気が流入し、チルド室32に流入した冷気は、チルド室戻り風路530を介して冷却器室21に流入する。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32は第1仕切壁8を介して切替室33と接している。したがって、切替室33からの第1仕切壁8介する熱伝導によりチルド室32の冷却作用は影響を受ける。よって、冷蔵室31内部の冷蔵室31の最下部にチルド室32が配置される構成よりも、切替室33からの熱伝導による冷却作用が大きく、冷蔵室31の最下部に配置されるチルド室32よりも、当該構成によるチルド室32は効率的に内部の冷却が行える。また、チルド室32の内部が効率的に冷却されるため、切替室33を通過した冷気によりチルド室32を冷却することができる。すなわち、切替室33を冷却した冷気を再利用してチルド室32を効率的に冷却することができる。
 また、切替室33を経由したチルド室供給冷気62aがチルド室32に供給されるため、チルド室32は緩やかに冷却されることとなる。このため、チルド室32の内部の温度ハンチングが抑制され、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物への負荷を減少することができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、冷凍室34と、チルド室32と切替室33との間を仕切る第1仕切壁8と、チルド室32と冷凍室34との間を仕切る第2仕切壁9と、冷却器室21とチルド室32とを接続し、チルド室32から流出する冷気が流れるチルド室戻り風路530と、冷却器室21と冷凍室34とを接続し、冷却器21aが生成した冷気が流れる冷凍室風路520とを備える。冷凍室34は、切替室33に設定可能な第2下限値よりも低い温度を設定可能であり、第1仕切壁8には、チルド室32と切替室33とを連通する第1通気口8aが設けられ、第2仕切壁9には、チルド室32と冷凍室34とを連通する第2通気口9aが設けられ、切替室33には切替室風路510を介して冷気が流入し、冷凍室34には冷凍室風路520を介して冷気が流入し、チルド室32には、切替室33から第1通気口8aを介して冷気が流入するとともに、冷凍室34から第2通気口9aを介して冷気が流入し、チルド室32に流入した冷気は、チルド室戻り風路530を介して冷却器室21に流入する。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32は第1仕切壁8を介して切替室33と接している。また、チルド室32は第2仕切壁9を介して冷凍室34と接している。したがって、切替室33からの第1仕切壁8介する熱伝導、及び冷凍室34からの第2仕切壁9を介する熱伝導により、チルド室32の冷却作用は影響を受ける。よって、冷蔵室31内部で冷蔵室31の最下部にチルド室32が配置される構成よりも、切替室33及び冷凍室34からの熱伝導による冷却作用が大きく、冷蔵室31の最下部に配置されるチルド室32よりも、当該構成によるチルド室32は効率的に内部の冷却が行える。また、当該構成により、チルド室32の内部が効率的に冷却されるため、切替室33及び冷凍室34を通過した冷気によりチルド室32を冷却することができる。すなわち、切替室33及び冷凍室34を冷却した冷気を再利用してチルド室32を効率的に冷却することができる。
 また、切替室33を経由したチルド室供給冷気62a及び冷凍室34を経由したチルド室供給冷気62bがチルド室32に供給される、という風路構成が形成されることにより、チルド室32は緩やかに冷却されることとなる。このため、チルド室32の内部の温度ハンチングが抑制され、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物への温度変動による負荷を減少することができる。
(扉2の変形例1)
 図7は、実施の形態1の変形例1に係る冷蔵庫100の扉2を示す概略図である。図7に示すように、筐体1の前面には扉2a及び扉2bが設けられる。チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34は、扉2bが開閉可能に閉塞する。当該構成によれば、扉2bの一度の開閉によって、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34を利用することができる。したがって、チルド室32と、切替室33と、冷凍室34との間での貯蔵物の移動を簡易に行える。
(扉2の変形例2)
 図8は、実施の形態1の変形例2に係る冷蔵庫100の引き出し扉を示す概略図である。変形例2に係る扉2b及び扉2cは引き出し式扉である。図8に示すように、扉2bは、チルド室32及び切替室33の壁面に設置されたレールに沿って前後方向に引き出し可能な扉である。また、図示していないが、扉2cは、冷凍室34の壁面に設置されたレールに沿って前後方向に引き出し可能な扉である。
(引き出し扉2b、2c)
 詳細な図示を省略するが、チルド室32の左壁面及び切替室33の右壁面に、奥行方向に沿って延びる第1のレールが設けられる。扉2bのチルド室32及び切替室33に対向する面には、第1のレールに支持される第1のフレームが取り付けられる。チルド室32と切替室33を仕切る第1仕切壁8の左右の側面にそれぞれに、奥行方向に沿って延びる第2のレールが設けられる。扉2bのチルド室32及び切替室33に対向する面の中央付近には、第2のレールに支持される第2のフレームが取り付けられる。第1のフレーム及び第2のフレームは、それぞれ対応する第1のレール及び第2のレールに沿って摺動し前後方向に移動する。チルド室ケース13及び切替室ケース14は対応する各フレームと勘合することで、引き出し式の扉2bの前後方向の摺動に合わせてそれぞれチルド室32と切替室33から引き出すことができる。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32及び切替室33の扉2bと、チルド室ケース13と、切替室ケース14が一体化する。このため、扉2bを開けることで、チルド室ケース13及び切替室ケース14の貯蔵物の全てを確認することができる。また、扉2bを開けるだけで、チルド室32と切替室33との間で貯蔵物の移動が行える。よって、扉2bを開けるだけで、チルド室32及び切替室33に貯蔵されている全ての貯蔵物を確認しながら、チルド室32と切替室33との間で貯蔵物を移動することができる。したがって、冷蔵庫100の利便性が向上する。
実施の形態2.
 図9は、実施の形態2に係る冷蔵庫100の冷気の流れを説明するための概略図である。ここで説明する実施の形態2の冷蔵庫100は、実施の形態1の冷蔵庫100と比較して、チルド室32が冷蔵室風路500と連通する点が異なる。以下の説明において、上述した実施の形態1と共通する部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 図9に示すように、チルド室32には、冷蔵室風路500と連通するチルド室吹出口40bが設けられる。チルド室吹出口40bには、チルド室吹出口40bを開閉可能なチルド室用ダンパー401が設けられる。チルド室用ダンパー401が開状態になることで、冷蔵室風路500とチルド室32とが連通する。よって、冷蔵室風路500を流れる冷蔵室供給冷気61が、チルド室供給冷気62cとして、チルド室吹出口40bからチルド室32に流入する。チルド室用ダンパー401の開閉状態は、制御装置51により制御される。チルド室用ダンパー401は開閉度を調整できるものでもよく、チルド室供給冷気62cの流量をチルド室用ダンパー401の開閉度で調整してもよい。
 チルド室32に供給されたチルド室供給冷気62cは、チルド室供給冷気62a及び62bとともに、チルド室戻り冷気202として、チルド室戻り風路530を通って冷却器室21に戻る。チルド室戻り冷気202については、実施の形態1で説明したため、ここでの記載を省略する。また、冷蔵室風路500を流れる冷蔵室供給冷気61のうち、チルド室供給冷気62cとしてチルド室32に供給されなかった冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室31に供給される。冷蔵室31に供給される冷蔵室供給冷気61については、実施の形態1で説明したため、ここでの記載を省略する。
(チルド室用ダンパー401)
 切替室33の設定温度が冷蔵温度帯又は冷蔵温度帯に近い温度に設定されている場合、切替室33からチルド室32に供給されるチルド室供給冷気62aが、チルド室32の設定温度と同じ温度又はチルド室32の設定温度よりも高い温度になることがある。制御装置51は、チルド室温度センサ41bが検知したチルド室32の温度を取得する。制御装置51は、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも高い温度であると判断した場合、チルド室用ダンパー401を開状態にする。また、制御装置51は、チルド室32の温度が設定温度以下の温度であると判断した場合、チルド室用ダンパー401を閉状態にする。
 図10は、実施の形態2に係る冷蔵庫100のチルド室用ダンパー401の動作の一例を示すフローチャートである。制御装置51は、チルド室温度センサ41bが検知したチルド室32の温度を取得する(ステップST1)。次に、制御装置51が、取得したチルド室32の温度と設定温度を比較する。そして、チルド室32の温度が設定温度以下かどうかを判断する(ステップST2)。チルド室32の温度が設定温度以下である場合(ステップST2:YES)、制御装置51は、チルド室用ダンパー401を閉状態にして(ステップST3)、処理を終了する。制御装置51は、ステップST2の処理において、チルド室32の温度が設定温度より大きい場合(ステップST2:NO)、チルド室用ダンパー401を開状態にする(ステップST4)。その後、制御装置51はステップST1の処理に戻る。
 本実施の形態では、チルド室用ダンパー401が開状態になった場合、チルド室32には、切替室33から供給されるチルド室供給冷気62a及び冷凍室34から供給されるチルド室供給冷気62bに加えて、冷蔵室風路500からチルド室供給冷気62cが供給されることになる。したがって、冷却器21aで生成された冷気が、チルド室32へ直接供給される構成と比較すると、チルド室32の内部の温度ハンチングを抑制しながら、チルド室32に供給する冷気の流量を増やすことができる。したがって、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物への負荷を抑制しながら、チルド室32を設定温度に維持することができる。
 本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、冷蔵室31と、冷却器室21と冷蔵室31とを接続し、冷却器21aが生成した冷気が流れる冷蔵室風路500と、チルド室32に設けられ、冷蔵室風路500とチルド室32を連通するチルド室吹出口40bと、チルド室32に設けられた温度センサ41bとを備える。チルド室吹出口40bには、チルド室吹出口40bを開閉可能なチルド室用ダンパー401が設けられ、温度センサ41bが検知した温度及びチルド室32の設定温度に基づき、チルド室用ダンパー401が開閉する。
 当該構成によれば、冷蔵室風路500を流れる比較的温度の低い冷蔵室供給冷気61を、チルド室吹出口40bから、チルド室供給冷気62cとしてチルド室32に供給できる。つまり、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも高い場合、チルド室供給冷気62cをチルド室32に供給することができる。したがって、チルド室32の温度に影響を与えることを考慮することなく、切替室33の設定温度を冷蔵温度帯もしくはそれに近い温度帯に設定できる。すなわち、切替室33に設定できる温度の選択幅が広がることにより、冷蔵庫100の利便性が向上する。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100では、温度センサ41bが検知した温度がチルド室32の設定温度より高い場合、チルド室用ダンパー401が開状態となり、冷蔵室風路500を流れる冷気が、チルド室吹出口40bを介してチルド室32に流入する。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも高い場合、チルド室用ダンパー401が開状態になることで、冷蔵室風路500を流れる比較的温度の低い冷気がチルド室32に供給される。したがって、チルド室32の内部を素早く冷却して設定温度に近づけることができる。このため、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも一時的に高くなった場合でも、チルド室32の貯蔵物への負荷を抑制することができる。
実施の形態3.
 図11は、実施の形態3に係る冷蔵庫100のチルド室32の第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bを示す概略図である。ここで説明する実施の形態3の冷蔵庫100は、実施の形態1及び実施の形態2の冷蔵庫100と比較して、第1通気口8aに第1通気口用ダンパー8bが設けられ、第2通気口9aに第2通気口用ダンパー9bが設けられている点が異なる。以下の説明において、上述した実施の形態1及び2と共通する部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
(第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9b)
 第1通気口用ダンパー8bは、第1通気口8aを開閉可能であり、第1通気口用ダンパー8bが開状態になることで、チルド室供給冷気62aがチルド室32に流入する。第1通気口用ダンパー8bは開閉度を多段階に調整できるものでもよく、チルド室供給冷気62aの流量を第1通気口用ダンパー8bの開閉度で調整してもよい。
 第2通気口用ダンパー9bは、第2通気口9aを開閉可能であり、第2通気口用ダンパー9bが開状態になることで、チルド室供給冷気62bがチルド室32に流入する。第2通気口用ダンパー9bは、開閉度を多段階に調整できるものでもよく、チルド室供給冷気62bの流量を第2通気口用ダンパー9bの開閉度で調整してもよい。
 第1通気口用ダンパー8bの開閉状態及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの開閉状態は、制御装置51により制御される。実施の形態1で説明したように、チルド室32が設定温度に比べて過度に冷却される場合がある。制御装置51は、チルド室温度センサ41bが検知した温度を取得し、チルド室32の温度が設定温度以下の温度であると判断した場合、第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの少なくとも1つを閉状態にする。また、制御装置51は、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも高い温度であると判断した場合、第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bを開状態にする。
 第1通気口用ダンパー8bを閉状態することで、チルド室32に流入するチルド室供給冷気62aの流量を抑制することができる。また、第2通気口用ダンパー9bを閉状態にすることで、チルド室32に流入するチルド室供給冷気62bの流量を抑制することができる。そのため、チルド室32の温度が設定温度よりも低くなることが抑制され、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物への温度低下による負荷を減少することができる。なお、第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの2つを必ず両方設ける必要はない。第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bのいずれか一方を設けるだけでもよい。
 本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、チルド室32に設けられた温度センサ41bを備える。第1通気口8aには、第1通気口8aを開閉可能な第1通気口用ダンパー8bが設けられ、温度センサ41bが検知した温度及びチルド室32の設定温度に基づき第1通気口用ダンパー8bが開閉する。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32の温度とチルド室32の設定温度に基づき、第1通気口用ダンパー8bが開閉するため、チルド室32の温度を設定温度に維持しやすい。そのため、チルド室32の貯蔵物がより適正な温度で保存されることとなり、貯蔵物への負荷が減少する。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、温度センサ41bが検知した温度がチルド室32の設定温度より低い場合、第1通気口用ダンパー8bが閉状態となる。
 当該構成によれば、第1通気口用ダンパー8bが閉状態となることで、チルド室32にチルド室供給冷気62aが供給されなくなる。つまり、チルド室32はチルド室供給冷気62aにより冷却されない。したがって、チルド室32の温度がより低い温度になることを抑制できるため、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物が凍結することを抑制できる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、チルド室32に設けられた温度センサ41bを備える。第1通気口8aには、第1通気口8aを開閉可能な第1通気口用ダンパー8bが設けられ、第2通気口9aには、第2通気口9aを開閉可能な第2通気口用ダンパー9bが設けられ、温度センサ41bが検知した温度及びチルド室32の設定温度に基づき第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの少なくとも1つを開閉する。
 当該構成によれば、チルド室32の温度によって、第1通気口用ダンパー8bの開閉状態及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの開閉状態を制御できる。したがって、第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bそれぞれの開閉状態を組み合わせることで、チルド室32に供給される冷気の流量を調整することができる。チルド室32に供給される冷気の流量を調整しやすいため、チルド室32の温度を設定温度に維持しやすい。また、チルド室32内部の温度ハンチングを抑制できる。そのため、チルド室32の貯蔵物がより適正な温度で保存されることとなり、貯蔵物への負荷が減少する。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、温度センサ41bが検知した温度がチルド室32の設定温度より低い場合、第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bの少なくとも1つが閉状態となる。
 当該構成によれば、第1通気口用ダンパー8bが閉状態となることで、チルド室32にチルド室供給冷気62aが供給されなくなる。また、第2通気口用ダンパー9bが閉状態となることで、チルド室32にチルド室供給冷気62bが供給されなくなる。つまり、チルド室32はチルド室供給冷気62a及び62bにより冷却されない。したがって、チルド室32の温度がより低い温度になることを抑制できるため、チルド室32内部の貯蔵物が凍結することを抑制できる。また、チルド室32の温度によって、第1通気口用ダンパー8bを閉状態とするか、第2通気口用ダンパー9bを閉状態とするか、もしくは第1通気口用ダンパー8b及び第2通気口用ダンパー9bのどちらも閉状態とするかを選択できる。チルド室32に供給される冷気の流量を調整するための選択肢が増えることで、チルド室32の温度を設定温度に近づけやすくなる。また、チルド室32に供給される冷気の流量を調整しやすいため、チルド室32の温度を設定温度に維持しやすい。また、チルド室32内部の温度ハンチングを抑制できる。そのため、チルド室32の貯蔵物がより適正な温度で保存されることとなり、貯蔵物への負荷が減少する。
実施の形態4.
 図12は、実施の形態4に係る冷蔵庫100の冷気の流れを説明するための概略図である。図13は、実施の形態4に係る冷蔵庫100の冷却器室21への冷気の流れを説明するための概略図である。ここで説明する実施の形態4の冷蔵庫100は、実施の形態1~3の冷蔵庫100と比較して、冷却器21aが第1冷却器21aL及び第2冷却器21aRを有する点、及び冷却器室21に隔壁28が設けられる点が異なる。
(冷却器21a)
 図12及び図13に示すように、冷却器21aは、第1冷却器21aL及び第2冷却器21aRを有する。図12及び図13では、冷却器室21に隔壁28を設け、冷却器21aを第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとに隔てた例を示す。隔壁28が冷却器21aを第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとに隔てる位置は、第1冷却器21aLが生成した冷気が供給される貯蔵室で必要とされる冷気と量と、第2冷却器21aRが生成した冷気が供給される貯蔵室で必要とされる冷気の量の比により決まる。なお、第1冷却器21aL及び第2冷却器21aRは、並列に冷媒が流れる別体の構成であってもよいし、冷却器21aが隔壁28で区分されて第1冷却器21aL及び第2冷却器21aRを構成してもよい。第1冷却器21aLで生成した冷気と、第2冷却器21aRで生成した冷気とが独立して供給される構成であればよい。
 冷却器室21の内部で、隔壁28が、ファングリル26の背面から筐体1に接するまで延びる。隔壁28は、冷却器21aを第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとに分断するように、冷却器21aの冷媒配管の隙間を通る。つまり、隔壁28は、冷却器室21を、第1冷却器21aLが位置する左側の空間と、第2冷却器21aRが位置する右側の空間に仕切るように、ファングリル26と筐体1との間の空間に設けられる。冷却器室21の内部では、隔壁28により分断された右側の空間と左側の空間との間の冷気の往来が抑制される。
 図12に示すように、第1冷却器21aLで生成された冷気は、冷蔵室供給冷気61として冷蔵室31に供給される。第2冷却器21aRで生成された冷気は、切替室供給冷気63及び冷凍室供給冷気64として、切替室33及び冷凍室34に供給される。冷蔵室供給冷気61、切替室供給冷気63、及び冷凍室供給冷気64は、冷蔵室31、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34へ供給される。冷蔵室31、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34への冷気の流れは、実施の形態1と同様であるため、ここでの説明を省略する。
 図13に示すように、冷蔵室31に供給された冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室戻り口(図示せず)を通って、冷蔵室戻り風路540に流入する。冷蔵室戻り風路540に流入した冷蔵室供給冷気61は、冷蔵室戻り冷気201として、冷蔵室戻り風路540を通って第1冷却器21aLが設けられた冷却器室21の左側の空間に戻る。
 切替室33に供給された切替室供給冷気63及び冷凍室34に供給された冷凍室供給冷気64は、実施の形態1で説明したように、それぞれチルド室供給冷気62a及びチルド室供給冷気62bとしてチルド室32に供給される。そして、チルド室戻り冷気202として、チルド室戻り風路530を通って第2冷却器21aRが設けられた冷却器室21の右側の空間に戻る。
 本実施の形態では、第1冷却器21aLで生成された冷気は、冷蔵室供給冷気61として冷蔵室31内部の貯蔵物を冷却した後、冷蔵室戻り冷気201として、第1冷却器21aLに戻る。また、第2冷却器21aRで生成された冷気は、切替室33、冷凍室34、及びチルド室32を冷却した後、チルド室戻り冷気202として、第2冷却器21aRに戻る。つまり、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気は、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34に供給される冷気とは分断される。よって、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気が、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34に供給される冷気と混じり合わない。そのため、冷蔵室31に貯蔵された貯蔵物から、チルド室32、切替室33、及び冷凍室34の貯蔵物へにおいが移ることを抑制することができる。また、図示しないが、第1冷却器21aLの冷媒の配管経路と第2冷却器21aRの冷媒の配管経路とを分割してもよい。冷媒の配管経路を分けて、第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとを個別に制御することで省エネルギー化を図ることができる。
 本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、冷蔵室31と、冷却器室21と冷蔵室31とを接続する冷蔵室風路500と備える。冷却器21aは、第1冷却器21aLと、第2冷却器21aRとを有し、冷却器室21には、第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとを仕切る隔壁28が設けられ、第1冷却器21aLが生成する冷気は、冷蔵室風路500を介して冷蔵室31に流入し、第2冷却器21aRが生成する冷気は、切替室風路510を介して切替室33に流入する。
 当該構成によれば、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気と、切替室33に供給される冷気とが混じり合わない。そのため、冷蔵室31内部の貯蔵物と切替室33内部の貯蔵物との間でのにおい移りを抑制することができる。
 また、本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、冷蔵室31と、冷却器室21と冷蔵室31とを接続する冷蔵室風路500とを備える。冷却器21aは、第1冷却器21aLと、第2冷却器21aRとを有し、冷却器室21には、第1冷却器21aLと第2冷却器21aRとを仕切る隔壁28が設けられ、第1冷却器21aLが生成する冷気は、冷蔵室風路500を介して冷蔵室31に流入し、第2冷却器21aRが生成する冷気は、切替室風路510を流れる切替室供給冷気63と冷凍室風路520を流れる冷凍室供給冷気64とに分かれて、切替室33及び前記冷凍室34に流入する。
 当該構成によれば、冷蔵室31に供給される冷気と、切替室33及び冷凍室34に供給される冷気とが混じり合わない。そのため、冷蔵室31内部の貯蔵物と、切替室33内部及び冷凍室34内部の貯蔵物との間でのにおい移りを抑制することができる。
実施の形態5.
(自動製氷機601)
 図14は、実施の形態5に係る冷蔵庫100の自動製氷機601及び給水タンク602を示す概略図である。ここで説明する実施の形態5の冷蔵庫100は、実施の形態1~4の冷蔵庫100と比較して、製氷機能を備える点が異なる。以下の説明において、上述した実施の形態1~4と共通する部分については、同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 図14に示すように、本実施の形態の冷蔵庫100は、自動製氷機601と、自動製氷機601に給水するための水を蓄える給水タンク602とを備える。自動製氷機601は、冷凍室34に設けられる。自動製氷機601によって生成された氷粒は、製氷完了が確認された後、離氷され、冷凍室第1ケース15の貯氷用に設けたスペース(図示せず)に貯氷される。
 冷蔵室仕切壁7のチルド室32の天井面に相当する部分には、冷蔵室31に向かって凹状の凹部602aが形成される。給水タンク602は、冷蔵室仕切壁7の凹部602aに収容される。チルド室32は、冷凍室34よりも高い温度が設定される。そのため、冷凍室34の天井面に給水タンク602を収容する構成と比較して、給水タンク602及び給水タンク602内部の水が凍結する可能性が低い。また、給水タンク602及び給水タンク602内部の水が凍結する可能性が低いため、給水タンク602及び給水タンク602内部の水が凍結することを防ぐための手段を設ける必要がない。給水タンク602及び給水タンク602内部の水が凍結することを防ぐための手段とは、例えば、給水タンク602のためのヒーターの設置である。
 本実施の形態に係る冷蔵庫100は、チルド室32の上方に設けられた冷蔵室31と、冷蔵室31とチルド室32との間に設けられた冷蔵室仕切壁7と、自動製氷機601と、自動製氷機601で使用する水を貯留する給水タンク602とを備える。冷蔵室仕切壁7は、チルド室32から冷蔵室31に向かって凹状の凹部602aを有し、給水タンク602は凹部602aに収容される。
 当該構成によれば、給水タンク602が、冷蔵室31とチルド室32の間に位置する冷蔵室仕切壁7の内部に設けられる。冷蔵室31及びチルド室32は、設定温度が比較的高い貯蔵室である。このため、給水タンク602及び給水タンク602内部の水が凍結する可能性が抑制できる。
 以上、実施の形態1~5について説明したが、冷蔵庫100は、上述の実施の形態1~5に限定されるものではなく、要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で様々な変形や応用が可能である。例えば、チルド室32を右側に設け、切替室33を左側に設ける冷蔵庫100の構成としてもよい。また実施の形態1~5は、各実施の形態の機能又は構造を阻害しない範囲で、それぞれ相互に組み合わせることができる。

Claims (14)

  1.  第1上限値から第1下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できるチルド室と、
     前記第1上限値よりも大きい第2上限値から前記第1下限値よりも小さい第2下限値の間の範囲で温度を設定できる切替室と、
     冷気を生成する冷却器と、
     前記冷却器が設けられた冷却器室と、
     前記冷却器室と前記切替室とを接続し、前記冷却器が生成した前記冷気が流れる切替室風路と
     を備え、
     前記チルド室及び前記切替室は水平方向に並べて設けられ、
     前記チルド室及び前記切替室は開閉可能な1つの扉で閉塞される
     冷蔵庫。
  2.  前記チルド室と前記切替室との間を仕切る第1仕切壁と、
     前記冷却器室と前記チルド室とを接続し、前記チルド室から流出する前記冷気が流れるチルド室戻り風路と
     を備え、
     前記第1仕切壁には、前記チルド室と前記切替室とを連通する第1通気口が設けられ、
     前記切替室には前記切替室風路を介して前記冷気が流入し、
     前記チルド室には、前記切替室から前記第1通気口を介して前記冷気が流入し、
     前記チルド室に流入した前記冷気は、前記チルド室戻り風路を介して前記冷却器室に流入する
     請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
  3.  前記チルド室に設けられた温度センサを備え、
     前記第1通気口には、前記第1通気口を開閉可能な第1通気口用ダンパーが設けられ、
     前記温度センサが検知した温度及び前記チルド室の設定温度に基づき前記第1通気口用ダンパーが開閉する
     請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
  4.  前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記チルド室の前記設定温度より低い場合、前記第1通気口用ダンパーが閉状態となる
     請求項3に記載の冷蔵庫。
  5.  冷蔵室と、
     前記冷却器室と前記冷蔵室とを接続する冷蔵室風路と
     を備え、
     前記冷却器は、第1冷却器と、第2冷却器とを有し、
     前記冷却器室には、前記第1冷却器と前記第2冷却器とを仕切る隔壁が設けられ、
     前記第1冷却器が生成する冷気は、前記冷蔵室風路を介して前記冷蔵室に流入し、
     前記第2冷却器が生成する冷気は、前記切替室風路を介して前記切替室に流入する
     請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  6.  冷凍室と、
     前記チルド室と前記切替室との間を仕切る第1仕切壁と、
     前記チルド室と前記冷凍室との間を仕切る第2仕切壁と、
     前記冷却器室と前記チルド室とを接続し、前記チルド室から流出する前記冷気が流れるチルド室戻り風路と、
     前記冷却器室と前記冷凍室とを接続し、前記冷却器が生成した前記冷気が流れる冷凍室風路と
     を備え、
     前記冷凍室は、前記切替室に設定可能な前記第2下限値よりも低い温度を設定可能であり、
     前記第1仕切壁には、前記チルド室と前記切替室とを連通する第1通気口が設けられ、
     前記第2仕切壁には、前記チルド室と前記冷凍室とを連通する第2通気口が設けられ、
     前記切替室には前記切替室風路を介して前記冷気が流入し、
     前記冷凍室には前記冷凍室風路を介して前記冷気が流入し、
     前記チルド室には、前記切替室から前記第1通気口を介して前記冷気が流入するとともに、前記冷凍室から前記第2通気口を介して前記冷気が流入し、
     前記チルド室に流入した前記冷気は、前記チルド室戻り風路を介して前記冷却器室に流入する
     請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
  7.  前記1つの扉が前記冷凍室を閉塞する
     請求項6に記載の冷蔵庫。
  8.  前記チルド室に設けられた温度センサを備え、
     前記第1通気口には、前記第1通気口を開閉可能な第1通気口用ダンパーが設けられ、
     前記第2通気口には、前記第2通気口を開閉可能な第2通気口用ダンパーが設けられ、
     前記温度センサが検知した温度及び前記チルド室の設定温度に基づき前記第1通気口用ダンパー及び前記第2通気口用ダンパーの少なくとも1つが開閉する
     請求項6又は7に記載の冷蔵庫。
  9.  前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記チルド室の設定温度より低い場合、前記第1通気口用ダンパー及び前記第2通気口用ダンパーの少なくとも1つが閉状態となる
     請求項8に記載の冷蔵庫。
  10.  冷蔵室と、
     前記冷却器室と前記冷蔵室とを接続する冷蔵室風路と
     を備え、
     前記冷却器は、第1冷却器と、第2冷却器とを有し、
     前記冷却器室には、前記第1冷却器と前記第2冷却器とを仕切る隔壁が設けられ、
     前記第1冷却器が生成する冷気は、前記冷蔵室風路を介して前記冷蔵室に流入し、
     前記第2冷却器が生成する冷気は、前記切替室風路を流れる切替室供給冷気と前記冷凍室風路を流れる冷凍室供給冷気とに分かれて、前記切替室及び前記冷凍室に流入する
     請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  11.  冷蔵室と、
     前記冷却器室と前記冷蔵室とを接続し、前記冷却器が生成した前記冷気が流れる冷蔵室風路と、
     前記チルド室に設けられ、前記冷蔵室風路と前記チルド室を連通するチルド室吹出口と、
     前記チルド室に設けられた温度センサと
     を備え、
     前記チルド室吹出口には、前記チルド室吹出口を開閉可能なチルド室用ダンパーが設けられ、
     前記温度センサが検知した温度及び前記チルド室の設定温度に基づき、前記チルド室用ダンパーが開閉する
     請求項1~4、6~9のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  12.  前記温度センサが検知した温度が前記チルド室の前記設定温度より高い場合、前記チルド室用ダンパーが開状態となり、
     前記冷蔵室風路を流れる前記冷気が、前記チルド室吹出口を介して前記チルド室に流入する
     請求項11に記載の冷蔵庫。
  13.  前記チルド室の上方に設けられた冷蔵室と、
     前記冷蔵室と前記チルド室との間に設けられた冷蔵室仕切壁と、
     自動製氷機と、
     前記自動製氷機で使用する水を貯留する給水タンクと
     を備え、
     前記冷蔵室仕切壁は、前記チルド室から前記冷蔵室に向かって凹状の凹部を有し、
     前記給水タンクは前記凹部に収容される
     請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
  14.  前記1つの扉は回動可能な扉又は引き出し扉のいずれかである
     請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
