为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种铺布机,包括呈倾斜设置、用以放入面料的滑板,滑板的底部两侧各设有卷边展开装置,还包括可旋转的压布杆和位于压布杆上方的压布条,压布杆可沿靠近和远离卷边展开装置的方向运动,通过压布杆沿靠近卷边展开装置的方向运动,以使面料在滑板上滑落的过程中靠近卷边展开装置,并通过两个卷边展开装置将经滑板滑落的面料的两侧卷边分别展开,压布条将面料压紧并固定于滑板。
可选地,卷边展开装置具体为传送带,传送带和滑板的底部具有预设角度,以使经滑板滑落的面料的卷边和传送带表面贴合,传送带可朝向滑板的侧边方向运动,用以带动面料的卷边展开。
可选地,压布杆的端部连接有驱动连杆,驱动连杆和主动连杆转动连接,通过主动连杆的转动,以使驱动连杆带动压布杆沿靠近和远离卷边展开装置的方向摆动。
可选地,位于压布杆的端部还设有板体,且主动连杆、驱动连杆和压布杆三者位于板体的同一侧;驱动连杆面向板体的一侧设有导向杆,板体设有容纳导向杆、且用以供导向杆滑动的导向槽。
可选地,板体面向主动连杆的一侧设有限位开关,限位开关用以控制主动连杆的转动角度。
可选地,主动连杆固设有转轮,转轮可相对于板体的定点转动;板体设有可转动的同步轴,同步轴位于主动连杆的上方,同步轴固设有链轮,链轮和转轮之间通过传动件相连。
可选地,主动连杆、驱动连杆、导向杆和板体的个数均为两个,其中一个板体设有驱动装置,压布杆面向驱动装置的端部固设有驱动轮,驱动装置和驱动轮之间通过传动体相连。
可选地,卷边展开装置连接有驱动件,驱动件固定于安装座,安装座还固定有板体,且驱动件和板体两者沿安装座的长度方向分布,安装座和板体之间通过折弯件相连。
可选地,压布条的上方设有可转动的压布轴,压布轴和压布条两者的延伸方向相同,且两者之间设有多个簧片,通过压布轴的转动,以使簧片驱动压布条沿靠近和远离滑板的方向运动。
可选地,压布轴的端部连接有拨叉,拨叉和凸轮相接触,通过凸轮的旋转,以使拨叉驱动压布轴转动。
相对于上述背景技术,本申请实施例提供的铺布机,利用位于滑板底部两侧的卷边展开装置对面料的两侧卷边分别进行展开,也即,面料在倾斜的滑板上向下滑落的过程中,当面料的两侧边沿落在卷边展开装置的工作区域内时,则卷边展开装置将面料的卷边展开,使得面料的两侧卷边平整;此外,利用压布杆沿靠近卷边展开装置的方向运动,压布杆将面料压向卷边展开装置,使得面料的卷边最大程度展开,旋转的压布杆能够确保卷边展开后的面料持续不断地在滑板上滑动下落。当需要切割面料或是没 有面料运动时,则可控制压布杆沿远离卷边展开装置的方向运动,压布杆和卷边展开装置的间距变大;而当需要切割面料时,则压布条沿靠近滑板的方向运动,以使面料固定于滑板,再通过切刀将面料裁断,自此一层面料的铺布动作结束,可继续执行下一层面料的铺布动作。可以看出,如此设置的铺布机,利用卷边展开装置和压布杆分别作用在面料的不同位置,以使面料平整的从滑板底部展开,面料在被最大化展开后能够及时铺到桌板上,面料没有褶皱或者回卷的时间,铺布效果奇佳。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图 和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本申请实施例提供的铺布机,用于将面料在输送过程中进行展开,参考说明书附图1和附图2所示,铺布机包括滑板19,滑板19用于放置面料,面料沿着倾斜的滑板19向下滑动。滑板19呈倾斜状,其下部可设有一定的折弯角度,即滑板19可具体为折弯板,其上下两部分相较于水平面的倾斜角度可设置为不同,以调节面料的下滑速度。
滑板19底部即为下布口,滑板19的下方可具体为桌板等,面料从下布口滑出滑板19,即滑至桌板上;其中,滑板19可具体为金属材质,其表面可设置较为光滑,以便面料顺畅的在滑板19上滑动。
在滑板19的底部两侧各设有一个卷边展开装置2,铺布机还设有压布杆8和压布条13,压布条13位于压布杆8的上方,且压布条13可和滑板19贴合,压布杆8可旋转,且压布杆8能够沿靠近和远离卷边展开装置2的方向运动。
当需要对面料进行卷边展开操作时,首先控制压布杆8位于靠近卷边展开装置2的位置处,且控制压布杆8旋转;面料由滑板19的上部朝向下部运动,面料首先经过压布条13,面料不和压布条13接触,然后面料和旋转的压布杆8接触,在压布杆8的作用下,使得面料在卷边展开装置2上运动的过程中被展开,也即压布杆8将面料展开于卷边展开装置2上,面料继续向下运动,从而将面料平整的从下布口输出,被铺平的面料位于桌板上。
当不需要对面料进行卷边展开操作时,则可控制压布杆8沿远离卷边展开装置2的方向运动,此时压布杆8和卷边展开装置2的间距变大,压布杆8和面料之间不会接触,如说明书附图1和附图2所示的状态。当需要切割面料时,则压布条13沿靠近滑板19的方向运动,压布条13压紧面料,以使面料固定于滑板19,即通过压布条13将面料固定于滑板19,再通过切刀将面料裁断,自此一层面料的铺布动作结束,可继续执行下一层面料的铺布动作。
卷边展开装置2用来将面料的两侧卷边展开,在面料沿着滑板19向下滑动的过程中,通过压布杆8将面料压向卷边展开装置2,卷边展开装置2 对面料的两侧卷边进行展开,以使面料整体平整。
针对卷边展开装置2的具体设置方式,可以是摩擦滑块等可移动部件,且摩擦滑块能够沿滑板19的外侧方向运动,以说明书附图1所示的方位为例,卷边展开装置2可向左侧运动,而以说明书附图1所示的方位为例,卷边展开装置2可向右侧运动,这样一来,当面料的卷边滑落在卷边展开装置2的工作区域时,也即当面料的卷边落在摩擦滑块上时,由于摩擦滑块的表面具有摩擦力,使得面料的卷边和摩擦滑块两者贴合,摩擦滑块的运动带动面料的卷边展开,从而使面料平整的铺在桌板上。
此外,卷边展开装置2还可具体为压块等,当面料的卷边落在压块的下方时,则压块会对面料的卷边进行压持,并且压块朝向滑板19的外侧方向运动,从而将面料的卷边展开;显然,无论是摩擦滑块还是压块,其运动方式均可参考现有技术。当然,针对卷边展开装置2的具体设置方式,下面将再给出一种实施方式。
针对卷边展开装置2的具体设置方式,可具体设置为传送带,说明书附图1和附图2分别示出了传送带,即铺布机可设有两条传送带,两条传送带可设置呈直线状,位于滑板19的下方;传送带和滑板19的底部具有预设角度,以使经滑板19滑落的面料的卷边和传送带表面贴合。
两条传送带可竖直设置,滑板19的底部相较于水平面向上倾斜;当面料的卷边由滑板19滑落时,面料的卷边呈竖直状态落在传送带上,传送带朝向滑板19的侧边方向运动,用以带动面料的卷边展开。针对说明书附图1示出的传送带,其和面料卷边接触的一侧朝左侧运动,类似地,针对说明书附图2示出的传送带,其和面料卷边接触的一侧朝右侧运动,这样一来,面料的卷边分别通过不同的传送带向两侧拉扯,从而实现面料的展开。
传送带可通过电机等驱动件1实现运动,每条传送带分别和不同驱动件1的输出轴连接,通过两个驱动件1的驱动,以使两条传送带分别朝向不同方向运动,驱动件1可竖直设置。驱动件1可具体为电机等部件,其运行速度可调,进而调节传送带的运行速度。
为了实现压布杆8沿靠近卷边展开装置2的方向运动,从而达到将面料在滑板19上滑落的过程中展开的目的,可通过活塞缸等部件驱动压布杆 8实现往复运动,即驱动压布杆8沿靠近和远离卷边展开装置2的方向,此外,还可以通过连杆机构实现压布杆8的摆动,下文仅给出一种驱动压布杆8的具体实施方式。
压布杆8的端部连接有驱动连杆7,驱动连杆7的一端和压布杆8的端部固定连接,驱动连杆7的另一端和主动连杆6的一端转动连接,主动连杆6的另一端可作为旋转点,利用驱动电机驱动主动连杆6以旋转点为轴进行转动,这样一来,在主动连杆6的旋转作用下,带动驱动连杆7沿靠近和远离卷边展开装置2的方向摆动,以完成对面料的展开动作。
位于压布杆8的端部还设有板体,板体可具体为切刀壁,说明书附图1和附图2中分别示出了第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21,也即板体的块数为两块,第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21分别设置在左右两侧,主动连杆6、驱动连杆7和压布杆8三者位于两块板体之间。
驱动连杆7面向板体的一侧固设有导向杆9,板体设有导向槽,导向杆9位于导向槽中,且导向杆9能够在导向槽中滑动;导向槽可设置呈弯曲状,且大体沿竖直方向延伸;当主动连杆6在旋转过程中,导向杆9在导向槽的引导作用下进行运动,驱动连杆7、导向杆9和压布杆8三者同步运动,以使压布杆8朝向靠近和远离卷边展开装置2的方向运动。说明书附图1和附图2示出了压布杆8位于远离卷边展开装置2的位置时的示意图,此时压布杆8处于最高点位置,且导向杆9位于导向槽的顶端,压布杆8不和面料接触;当主动连杆6以说明书附图1中的逆时针方向旋转时,驱动连杆7向下摆动,导向杆9沿导向槽向下运动,以使压布杆8靠近卷边展开装置2,压布杆8可以将面料在卷边展开装置2上滑落的过程中展开。
本文可以将导向杆9固定在驱动连杆7和主动连杆6的转动连接处,这样能够优化主动连杆6和驱动连杆7的运动轨迹,进而确保压布杆8的摆动轨迹平稳可靠,有助于提升铺布的效果。
第一切刀壁20和/或第二切刀壁21还可设置有限位开关10,限位开关10位于两块板体的内侧,利用限位开关10可控制主动连杆6的转动角度,即控制压布杆8的摆动角度;其中,限位开关10的具体结构和工作原理可 参考现有技术,本文不再展开。
参考说明书附图1所示,主动连杆6固设有转轮,转轮可相对于第二切刀壁21的定点转动,即主动连杆6以第二切刀壁21的定点为旋转中心转动;第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21之间设置可转动的同步轴5,位于第二切刀壁21的外侧设有和同步轴5连接的升降电机3,在升降电机3的旋转作用下,驱动同步轴5发生旋转。
同步轴5主动连杆6的上方,在同步轴5的端部固设有链轮4,链轮4和主动连杆6的转轮之间可通过链条等传动件(图中未示出)连接;即当同步轴5在升降电机3的驱动下旋转时,链轮4带动主动连杆6的转轮旋转,主动连杆6的旋转带动驱动连杆7和压布杆8的摆动运动,进而完成对面料的展开操作。
为了实现压布杆8两端的同步运动,第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21均可转动连接有主动连杆6,主动连杆6、驱动连杆7和导向杆9的个数均为两个,且分别设于压布杆8的两端。
驱动装置17设于第一切刀壁20的内侧,压布电机14设于第一切刀壁20的外侧,压布杆8面向第一切刀壁20的端部固设有驱动轮18,即驱动装置17和驱动轮18两者相距较近,驱动装置17和驱动轮18之间通过圆带等传动体(图中未示出)相连。
驱动装置17作为动力部件,提供的旋转动力能够带动驱动轮18旋转,进而驱动压布杆8旋转,驱动装置17的运行速度可调,从而调节压布杆8的转速,以适应不同的铺布速度。
为了优化结构,可以将驱动件1、第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21固定在安装座上,安装座可呈板状,其两端分别固定两个驱动件1,两个驱动件1之间固定第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21,第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21之间设有同步轴5、主动连杆6、驱动连杆7、压布杆8、导向杆9、限位开关10、驱动装置17和驱动轮18等部件,第一切刀壁20和第二切刀壁21两者和安装座之间分别通过不同的折弯件16连接。
折弯件16可具体为角铁,以说明书附图2所示的折弯件16为例,折弯件16位于第一切刀壁20的外侧,折弯件16的竖直边固定于第一切刀壁 20的外侧壁,折弯件16的水平边固定于安装座的上方,这样即可将第一切刀壁20固定于安装座;第二切刀壁21和安装座的安装方式和上述类似,本文不再展开。
参考说明书附图1,压布条13的上方设有可转动的压布轴11,压布轴11和同步轴5可近似处于同一高度,两者之间具有一定水平距离,压布轴11相较于同步轴5更加靠近滑板19,压布轴11、压布条13、同步轴5和压布杆8四者可平行设置。
在压布轴11和压布条13之间可设有多个簧片12,其可具有一定的弹性形变,能够承受一定的弯曲,当压布轴11转动时,则簧片12带动压布条13同步运动,以使压布条13沿靠近和远离滑板19的方向运动,利用簧片12产生的弯曲,使得压布条13将面料压紧在滑板19的表面,确保面料和滑板19的相对位置固定可靠。
多个簧片12可均匀分布在压布轴11和压布条13之间,任意相邻的两个簧片12之间的间距相同,从而平稳的将压布轴11的旋转作用力传递至压布条13,以保证面料在不同宽度方向上的压力一致。
此外,压布条13可设有斜面,该斜面和滑板19的倾斜角度一致,当压布条13和滑板19贴合时,则压布条13的斜面和滑板19之间贴合可靠,这样可增加压布条13和滑板19的贴合面积,以确保面料在压布条13的斜面和滑板19之间固定可靠。
压布条13可具体为橡胶等弹性材质,从而确保其能够稳固的将面料压紧于滑板19的表面。
参考说明书附图2,第一切刀壁20的外侧壁设有压布电机14,压布电机14的输出轴设有凸轮,凸轮位于第一切刀壁20的外侧,第一切刀壁20的外侧还设有拨叉15,拨叉15和压布轴11的端部连接,拨叉15可围绕第一切刀壁20的定点旋转,凸轮和拨叉15相接触。
当压布电机14运行时,则凸轮旋转,凸轮和拨叉15保持接触,在凸轮旋转的过程中,一旦凸轮的凸包作用于拨叉15时,驱动拨叉15运动,即拨叉15以第一切刀壁20的定点为轴进行旋转,此时拨叉15的旋转会带动压布轴11转动,进而驱动压布条13沿靠近和远离滑板19的方向运动。 当然,针对压布条13的运动方式,还可通过其他部件带动压布轴11转动,本文不再展开。
当需要进行压布操作时,首先驱动件1和驱动装置17开始运行,卷边展开装置2和压布杆8运行,然后通过升降电机3驱动压布杆8朝向靠近滑板19的方向运动,也即在放布时,压布杆8位于靠近滑板19的位置,从而利用压布杆8将面料压向卷边展开装置2,并通过卷边展开装置2对面料的两侧卷边展开。
当需要进行切布和无布运动时,通过升降电机3的运动驱动压布杆8朝向远离卷边展开装置2的方向运动,即将压布杆8升至最高位置,压布杆8不和面料接触;当压布杆8升至最高位置后,压布电机14开始运行,压布电机14带动拨叉15运动,进而通过压布轴11带动压布条13运动,将面料紧紧地压在滑板19的表面,再通过切刀将面料裁断,自此一层面料的铺布动作结束,继续下一层铺布。
可以看出,本申请的铺布机,通过压布杆8主动将面料展开于卷边展开装置2的表面,使得面料能够沿卷边展开装置2向下滑动,从而将面料铺向桌板;与此同时,压布杆8可持续旋转,从而方便面料持续传输;可以看出,面料和卷边展开装置2之间紧密接触,可提升卷边展开的效果,并且卷边展开装置2的运行平稳,噪音低,速度可调,展开效果佳;同时,由于卷边展开装置2位于滑板19的底部,即位于下布口处,面料在被展开后的第一时间铺在了桌板上,回卷机率小;当需要切布时,压布条13自上而下把面料压到滑板上,压布牢固度强。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中,诸如第一和第二之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体与另外几个实体区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铺布机,包括呈倾斜设置、用以放入面料的滑板(19),其特征在于,所述滑板(19)的底部两侧各设有卷边展开装置(2),还包括可旋转的压布杆(8)和位于所述压布杆(8)上方的压布条(13),所述压布杆(8)可沿靠近和远离所述卷边展开装置(2)的方向运动,通过所述压布杆(8)沿靠近所述卷边展开装置(2)的方向运动,以使面料在所述滑板(19)上滑落的过程中靠近所述卷边展开装置(2),并通过两个所述卷边展开装置(2)将经所述滑板(19)滑落的面料的两侧卷边分别展开,所述压布条(13)将面料压紧并固定于所述滑板(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述卷边展开装置(2)具体为传送带,所述传送带和所述滑板(19)的底部具有预设角度,以使经所述滑板(19)滑落的面料的卷边和所述传送带表面贴合,所述传送带可朝向所述滑板(19)的侧边方向运动,用以带动面料的卷边展开。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述压布杆(8)的端部连接有驱动连杆(7),所述驱动连杆(7)和主动连杆(6)转动连接,通过所述主动连杆(6)的转动,以使所述驱动连杆(7)带动所述压布杆(8)沿靠近和远离所述卷边展开装置(2)的方向摆动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的铺布机,其特征在于,位于所述压布杆(8)的端部还设有板体,且所述主动连杆(6)、所述驱动连杆(7)和所述压布杆(8)三者位于所述板体的同一侧;所述驱动连杆(7)面向所述板体的一侧设有导向杆(9),所述板体设有容纳所述导向杆(9)、且用以供所述导向杆(9)滑动的导向槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述板体面向所述主动连杆(6)的一侧设有限位开关(10),所述限位开关(10)用以控制所述主动连杆(6)的转动角度。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述主动连杆(6)固设有转轮,所述转轮可相对于所述板体的定点转动;所述板体设有可转动的同步轴(5),所述同步轴(5)位于所述主动连杆(6)的上方,所述同步轴(5)固设有链轮(4),所述链轮(4)和所述转轮之间通过传动件 相连。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述主动连杆(6)、所述驱动连杆(7)、所述导向杆(9)和所述板体的个数均为两个,其中一个所述板体设有驱动装置(17),所述压布杆(8)面向所述驱动装置(17)的端部固设有驱动轮(18),所述驱动装置(17)和所述驱动轮(18)之间通过传动体相连。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述卷边展开装置(2)连接有驱动件(1),所述驱动件(1)固定于安装座,所述安装座还固定有所述板体,且所述驱动件(1)和所述板体两者沿所述安装座的长度方向分布,所述安装座和所述板体之间通过折弯件(16)相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述压布条(13)的上方设有可转动的压布轴(11),所述压布轴(11)和所述压布条(13)两者的延伸方向相同,且两者之间设有多个簧片(12),通过所述压布轴(11)的转动,以使所述簧片(12)驱动所述压布条(13)沿靠近和远离所述滑板(19)的方向运动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的铺布机,其特征在于,所述压布轴(11)的端部连接有拨叉(15),所述拨叉(15)和凸轮相接触,通过所述凸轮的旋转,以使所述拨叉(15)驱动所述压布轴(11)转动。
