Abstract
본 발명은 카테터가 환자의 신체 내로 일정 길이 삽입된 상태를 유지하기 위한 카테터 고정장치로서, 카테터가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성된 링형상의 제1링형부재와; 중앙 영역을 통과하는 상기 카테터의 외면을 선택적으로 가압할 수 있도록 상기 카테터의 외면을 향하여 절곡되며 상기 제1링형부재의 일측 내면에 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격 배치되는 복수의 고정부재와; 카테터가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 상기 제1링형부재의 내면에 동심원상으로 배치되어 회전가능하게 설치되며, 일측에 상기 고정부재가 절곡되지 않고 평탄한 판면을 형성하도록 고정부재를 내측에서 지지하는 복수의 지지판이 상기 고정부재와 대응되는 위치에 배치된 링형상의 제2링형부재를; 포함한 카테터 고정장치를 제공함으로써, 환자 신체의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킴과 동시에 환자 개인별로 알맞게 신체의 내부로 삽입된 카테터 길이가 카테터의 유동으로 인하여 변동됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
본 발명은 카테터 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킴과 동시에 환자 개인별로 알맞게 신체의 내부로 삽입된 카테터 길이가 카테터의 유동으로 인하여 변동됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 카테터 고정장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 카테터(catheter)는 환자 몸의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 의료 기구로서, 캐뉼러(cannula)와 함께, 시술 또는 침습 과정에서 사용이 보편화 된 의료 기구이다.
이러한 카테터는 필요에 따라, 환자가 치료를 받는 동안 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태로 유지되어야 하는 경우가 있다. 이 경우 카테터를 환자의 시술 또는 침습 과정 동안 그 치료 부위에서 지속적으로 고정 및 유지시키기 위한 다양한 방법들이 공지되어 있다.
삽입된 카테터를 고정하기 위하여 통상적으로 이용되는 카테터 고정 방법으로는, 카테터를 신체 일부에 삽입한 후 테이프를 이용하여 카테터와 환자의 피부를 부착하여 카테터를 고정한 후 혈액 투석, 약물주입 및 내용물의 배출액을 측정하게 된다.
상기와 같이 테이프를 이용하여 카테터를 고정시에는, 카테터를 환자의 신체부위에 삽입 후 테이프와 카테터를 환자의 신체에 직접 부착시 카테터가 유동하게 되어 카테터가 삽입된 삽입부위에 상처가 발생하여 상처를 통해 세균이 침투하여 이차감염이 발생 되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 고정 후에 고정부위를 조정할 경우 테이프를 떼어낸 후 고정부위를 조정한 후 테이프와 카테터를 환자의 신체에 직접부착 하므로 고정부위를 조정시 환자의 고통이 따르고, 휴식을 취하는 자세에 방해를 주어서 환자의 심리적 불안감을 유발하게 되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 장시간 테이프를 사용하여 카테터를 고정하게 되면 고정된 고정부위에 피부 트러블이 발생되는 문제점이 있다.
상기와 같은 점을 감안하여 안출한 본 발명의 목적은 환자 신체의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킴과 동시에 환자 개인별로 알맞게 신체의 내부로 삽입된 카테터 길이가 카테터의 유동으로 인하여 변동됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 카테터 고정장치를 제공함에 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위한 카테터 고정장치는, 카테터가 환자의 신체 내로 일정 길이 삽입된 상태를 유지하기 위한 카테터 고정장치로서, 카테터가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성된 링형상의 제1링형부재와; 중앙 영역을 통과하는 상기 카테터의 외면을 선택적으로 가압할 수 있도록 상기 카테터의 외면을 향하여 절곡되며 상기 제1링형부재의 일측 내면에 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격 배치되는 복수의 고정부재와; 카테터가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 상기 제1링형부재의 내면에 동심원상으로 배치되어 회전가능하게 설치되며, 일측에 상기 고정부재가 절곡되지 않고 평탄한 판면을 형성하도록 고정부재를 내측에서 지지하는 복수의 지지판이 상기 고정부재와 대응되는 위치에 배치된 링형상의 제2링형부재를; 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 지지판의 폭은 상기 고정부재가 상호 이격된 이격 간격보다 적어도 작은 폭을 갖도록 형성되어 상기 제2링형부재의 회전에 따라 상기 지지판이 상기 고정부재와 고정부재 사이에 배치되도록 할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 고정부재에서 상기 지지판이 이탈되어 상기 고정부재가 상기 카테터의 외면을 향하여 절곡된 상태에서 상기 카테터가 상기 고정부재의 가압에 의하여 막힘을 방지하도록 상기 고정부재의 길이는 절곡시에 상호 대향되게 배치된 고정부재가 상호 접촉되지 않는 길이를 갖도록 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고정부재가 상기 카테터의 외면을 가압한 상태에서 상기 카테터의 미끄럼이 발생됨을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 카테터의 외면을 가압하는 상기 고정부재의 단부에는 톱니부가 형성될 수 있다.
아울러, 상기 고정부재가 배치된 상기 제1링형부재의 일측면의 상기 고정부재의 외측에는 체결링이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 체결링에는 링형상으로 형성된 별도의 캡부재가 체결될 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 카테터 고정장치에 상기 카테터가 고정된 상태에서 약물을 주입하는 주입호스와 상기 카테터를 연결할 수 있도록 상기 주입호스를 고정시키며 상기 카테터 고정장치를 내부에 수용한 형태로 설치되는 고정캡이 더 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 고정캡의 단부 내면에는 나사산이 형성되어 상기 주입호스의 외면 일측이 상기 고정캡의 단부에 나사 결합되어 고정되도록 할 수 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명에 의한 카테터 고정장치는 환자 신체의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킴과 동시에 환자 개인별로 알맞게 신체의 내부로 삽입된 카테터 길이가 카테터의 유동으로 인하여 변동됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 구조를 도시한 사시도이고,
도 2는 도 1의 카테터 고정장치를 정면에서 바라본 구조를 도시한 평면도이며,
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 고정부재가 절곡된 구조를 도시한 사시도이고,
도 4는 도 3의 카테터 고정장치를 정면에서 바라본 구조를 도시한 평면도이며,
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 구조를 도시한 종단면도이고,
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치가 카테터의 외면에 고정된 구조를 도시한 사시도이다.
이하, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 구조를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 2는 도 1의 카테터 고정장치를 정면에서 바라본 구조를 도시한 평면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 고정부재가 절곡된 구조를 도시한 사시도이고, 도 4는 도 3의 카테터 고정장치를 정면에서 바라본 구조를 도시한 평면도이며, 도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치의 구조를 도시한 종단면도이고, 도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치가 카테터의 외면에 고정된 구조를 도시한 사시도이다.
이들 도면에 도시한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치는 카테터(1)가 환자의 신체 내로 일정 길이 삽입된 상태를 유지하기 위한 카테터 고정장치로서, 카테터(1)가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성된 링형상의 제1링형부재(100)와; 중앙 영역을 통과하는 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 선택적으로 가압할 수 있도록 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 향하여 절곡되며 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 일측 내면에 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격 배치되는 복수의 고정부재(200)와; 상기 카테터(1)가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 내면에 동심원상으로 배치되어 회전가능하게 설치되며, 일측에 상기 고정부재(200)가 절곡되지 않고 평탄한 판면을 형성하도록 고정부재(200)를 내측에서 지지하는 복수의 지지판(310)이 상기 고정부재(200)와 대응되는 위치에 배치된 링형상의 제2링형부재(300)를 포함하여 구성되어 있다.
제1링형부재(100)는 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 카테터(1)가 통과가능하도록 하며 일정 길이와 두께를 갖도록 형성된 링형상의 부재이다.
그리고, 고정부재(200)가 배치된 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 일측면의 고정부재(200)의 외측에는 체결링(110)이 일정 길이 돌출 형성되고, 체결링(110)에는 링형상으로 형성된 별도의 캡부재(400)가 체결될 수 있도록 한다.
고정부재(200)는 제1링형부재(100)의 일측 내면에 제1링형부재(100)의 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격 배치되며 자연 상태에서 'ㄱ'자로 절곡된 상태가 되며 외력이 작용시에는 'ㅡ'자 형상으로 펼쳐지도록 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되어 있다.
이러한 구성에 의하여 고정부재(200)의 내측에 후술할 제2링형부재(300)의 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 중첩 배치시에는 직립되게 'ㅡ'자 형상으로 펼쳐지고, 지지판(310)과 교번 배치시에는 원래 상태로 복원되어 'ㄱ'자로 절곡된 상태가 되어 카테터(1)를 고정시키는 역할을 한다.
그리고, 고정부재(200)에서 상기 지지판(310)이 이탈되어 상기 고정부재(200)가 카테터(1)의 외면을 향하여 절곡된 상태에서 카테터(1)가 고정부재(200)의 가압에 의하여 막힘을 방지하도록 고정부재(200)의 길이는 절곡시에 상호 대향되게 배치된 고정부재(200)가 상호 접촉되지 않는 길이를 갖도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 고정부재(200)가 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압한 상태에서 카테터(1)의 미끄럼이 발생됨을 방지할 수 있도록 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압하는 고정부재(200)의 단부에는 톱니부(210)가 형성되는 것이 효과적이다.
제2링형부재(300)는 카테터(1)가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 내면에 동심원상으로 배치되어 회전가능하게 설치되어 있다.
그리고, 일측에 고정부재(200)가 절곡되지 않고 평탄한 판면을 형성하도록 고정부재(200)를 내측에서 지지하는 복수의 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 대응되는 위치에 배치된 구성을 갖는다.
제2링형부재(300)가 제1링형부재(100)의 내부에서 회전 가능하게 설치됨으로써 제2링형부재(300)의 일측면에 돌출되게 구비된 지지판(310)이 선택적으로 고정부재(200)를 지지할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 중첩되게 배치되면 고정부재(200)가 내측으로 절곡되지 못하기 때문에 직립되게 'ㅡ'자 형상을 유지하게 되고, 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 교번되게 배치되면 고정부재(200)가 원래의 상태로 복원되어 'ㄱ'자 형상으로 절곡됨으로써 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압함으로써 카테터(1)가 고정될 수 있도록 한다.
이러한 지지판(310)의 폭은 고정부재(200)가 상호 이격된 이격 간격보다 적어도 작은 폭을 갖도록 형성되어 제2링형부재(300)의 회전에 따라 상기 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 고정부재(200) 사이에 배치되도록 함으로써 교번 배치시에 고정부재(200)와 지지판(310)이 상호 간섭되지 않도록 하여 고정부재(200)의 절곡 동작이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
캡부재(400)는 제1링형부재(100)와 동일한 외경을 갖도록 형성되어 체결링(110)에 삽입되어 제1링형부재(100)와 체결이 이루어지도록 그 내경은 체결링(110)의 외경과 동일한 직경으로 형성되어 있다.
그리고, 고정부재(200)에 의하여 카테터(1)를 고정시에 카테터(1)가 통과할 수 있도록 중앙 영역은 관통 형성된 링형상의 부재이다.
캡부재(400)가 제1링형부재(100)에 형성된 체결링(110)에 체결됨으로써 고정부재(200)에 의하여 카테터(1)가 고정된 구조가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 함으로써 카테터(1)가 고정된 상태를 견고하게 유지시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편, 상기 카테터 고정장치에 카테터(1)가 고정된 상태에서 약물을 주입하는 주입호스(미도시)와 카테터(1)를 연결할 수 있도록 상기 주입호스를 고정시키며 상기 카테터 고정장치를 내부에 수용한 형태로 설치되는 고정캡(500)이 더 구비되는 것이 효과적이다.
이러한 고정캡(500)은 카테터 고정장치가 내부에 수용되도록 함으로써 카테터 고정장치를 외력으로부터 보호할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 고정캡(500)의 단부 내면에는 나사산(510)이 형성되어 상기 주입호스의 외면 일측이 고정캡(500)의 단부에 나사 결합되어 고정되도록 하는 역할을 한다.
상술한 바와같은 구성을 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 카테터 고정장치가 동작하여 카테터를 고정하는 동작을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선, 카테터(1)의 외면에 고정캡(500)을 삽입하고 제2링형부재(300)에 형성된 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 중첩된 상태로 배치되어 고정부재(200)가 직립되게 배치된 상태에서 카테터(1)가 제1링형부재(100)의 중앙 영역을 통과하도록 카테터(1)를 제1링형부재(100)에 삽입한다.
그 후, 제2링형부재(200)를 일정 각도 회전시켜 제2링형부재(200)에 형성된 지지판(310)이 고정부재(200)와 교번되게 배치시키면 고정부재(200)가 직립되게 구속하던 구속력이 제거되어 고정부재(200)가 원래의 상태로 절곡되면서 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압하여 카테터(1)가 고정된다.
이러한 상태에서 카테터(1)를 통과시켜 캡부재(400)를 제1링형부재(100)의 일측에 형성된 체결링(110)에 체결한다.
그리고, 카테터(1)의 외면에 고정된 카테터 고정장치 전체가 고정캡(500)의 내부에 수용되도록 고정캡(500)을 이동시키고, 고정캡(500)의 단부 내면에 형성된 나사산(510)에 필요한 약물을 주입할 수 있는 주입호스를 카테터(1)의 단부와 연결하고 나사산(510)에 주입호스의 외면이 체결되도록 함으로써 카테터(1)의 고정 작업이 완료된다.
상기와 같은 구성을 갖는 카테터 고정장치는 환자 신체의 내부에 삽입되어 액체 치료약 등을 투입하거나 체액을 외부로 배출시키기 위하여 사용되는 카테터를 별도의 테이프를 사용하지 않고 환자의 피부에 삽입된 상태를 유지시킴과 동시에 환자 개인별로 알맞게 신체의 내부로 삽입된 카테터 길이가 카테터의 유동으로 인하여 변동됨을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다.
이상은 본 발명에 의해 구현될 수 있는 바람직한 실시예의 일부에 관하여 설명한 것에 불과하므로, 주지된 바와 같이 본 발명의 범위는 위의 실시예에 한정되어 해석되어서는 안 될 것이며, 위에서 설명된 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 그 근본을 함께 하는 기술적 사상은 모두 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다고 할 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 카테터(1)가 환자의 신체 내로 일정 길이 삽입된 상태를 유지하기 위한 카테터 고정장치로서,카테터(1)가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성된 링형상의 제1링형부재(100)와;중앙 영역을 통과하는 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 선택적으로 가압할 수 있도록 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 향하여 절곡되며 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 일측 내면에 둘레 방향을 따라 일정 간격 이격 배치되는 복수의 고정부재(200)와;상기 카테터(1)가 통과하도록 중앙 영역이 관통 형성되어 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 내면에 동심원상으로 배치되어 회전가능하게 설치되며, 일측에 상기 고정부재(200)가 절곡되지 않고 평탄한 판면을 형성하도록 고정부재(200)를 내측에서 지지하는 복수의 지지판(310)이 상기 고정부재(200)와 대응되는 위치에 배치된 링형상의 제2링형부재(300)를;포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지판(310)의 폭은 상기 고정부재(200)가 상호 이격된 이격 간격보다 적어도 작은 폭을 갖도록 형성되어 상기 제2링형부재(300)의 회전에 따라 상기 지지판(310)이 상기 고정부재(200)와 고정부재(200) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정부재(200)에서 상기 지지판(310)이 이탈되어 상기 고정부재(200)가 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 향하여 절곡된 상태에서 상기 카테터(1)가 상기 고정부재(200)의 가압에 의하여 막힘을 방지하도록 상기 고정부재(200)의 길이는 절곡시에 상호 대향되게 배치된 고정부재(200)가 상호 접촉되지 않는 길이를 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정부재(200)가 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압한 상태에서 상기 카테터(1)의 미끄럼이 발생됨을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 카테터(1)의 외면을 가압하는 상기 고정부재(200)의 단부에는 톱니부(210)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정부재(200)가 배치된 상기 제1링형부재(100)의 일측면의 상기 고정부재(200)의 외측에는 체결링(110)이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 체결링(110)에는 링형상으로 형성된 별도의 캡부재(400)가 체결된 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 카테터 고정장치에 상기 카테터(1)가 고정된 상태에서 약물을 주입하는 주입호스와 상기 카테터(1)를 연결할 수 있도록 상기 주입호스를 고정시키며 상기 카테터 고정장치를 내부에 수용한 형태로 설치되는 고정캡(500)이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 고정캡(500)의 단부 내면에는 나사산(510)이 형성되어 상기 주입호스의 외면 일측이 상기 고정캡(500)의 단부에 나사 결합되어 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카테터 고정장치.
