本申请涉及智能可穿戴设备领域,具体涉及一种AR显示装置和可穿戴装置。
增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)技术是在展示真实场景的同时,通过图像、视频、3D模型等技术为用户提供虚拟信息,实现将虚拟信息与现实场景相互融合。
AR显示装置属于增强现实技术的主要硬件载体,用于将现实和虚拟相结合的设备,具有丰富的人机互动形式,从而可以更方便的信息交互,提升工作效率。在对现有技术的研究和实践过程中,本申请的发明人发现,现有技术中AR显示装置通过显示屏交互时,由于佩戴者的身体特征不同,AR显示装置可能无法将AR信息(如图像、视频、3D模型等)呈现在与佩戴者视野一致的范围内,从而影响了场景交互的效果。
发明内容
本申请用于解决AR信息呈现范围与佩戴者视野范围无法调节,降低场景交互效果的技术问题。

本实施例中的AR显示装置,其利用装配组件调整显示屏和主机模组之间的相对角度,使得该AR显示装置能够适配不同佩戴者的身体特征,提高佩戴者的使用舒适度,以提升用户体验。

本申请实施例提供一种AR显示装置和可穿戴设备。以下分别进行详细说明。需说明的是,以下实施例的描述顺序不作为对实施例优选顺序的限定。
实施例一
本申请的第一实施例提供了一种AR显示装置,通过AR软硬件技术为用户提供虚拟信息,如图像、视频、3D模型等,实现将虚拟信息与现实场景相互融合,具有丰富的人机互动形式,从而可以更方便的信息交互。如图1-图20所示,其包括主机模组、显示模组和装配组件。其中,主机模组包括第一壳体100,第一壳体100靠近显示模组的一端设置有镜头110,用于采集现实场景信息,进行信息交互。在一些实施例中,第一壳体100靠近显示模组的一端内部设置镜头110,在一些实施例中,第一壳体100靠近显示模组的一端外部设置镜头110,在此不进行限定。在一些实施例中,设置在第一壳体100靠近显示模组一端的镜头110可以相对于第一壳体转动,在另一些实施例中,设置在第一壳体100靠近显示模组一端的镜头110不可以相对于第一壳体转动,在此不进行限定。显示模组包括用于信息交互的显示屏231。装配组件用于将显示模组转动连接至主机模组上,其中,镜头110的中轴线和显示屏231表面所处的平面之间的夹角是可以多自由度调整的。其中,显示模组通过装配组件连接至主机模组上,在一些实施例中,显示模组与主机模组水平连接,在另一些实施例中,显示模组与主机模组竖直连接,在此不进行限定。在使用状态下,根据用户需求,利用装配组件调整显示屏231和主机模组之间的相对角度,使得显示屏231位于人眼的前方或远离人眼的前方,从而提高信息交互的效率,提升用户体验。
在一些实施例中,主机模组包括摄像部,镜头110为摄像部的一部分,用 于采集现场场景信息。摄像部可转动连接至第一壳体100上,使得镜头110能够相对于第一壳体100转动一定的角度。即镜头110的中轴线和第一壳体100底面所处的平面之间的夹角是可以调节的,示例性地,上述夹角的调节范围为-30-30度,调节范围在此不进行限定。利用相对于第一壳体100转动设置的摄像部能够在一定幅度内调整镜头110的采集方位,使得在佩戴者头部未转动的情况下,通过摄像部的转动采集对应方位的场景信息。在一些实施例中,摄像部通过转轴和第一壳体转动连接,用以上下调整镜头110的位置。
在一些实施例中,主机模组还包括电路板、电池和通信单元等功能模块,使得AR显示装置能够进行作业。
在一些实施例中,显示模组包括第二壳体200和设置在第二壳体200内的第二电路板,上述第二电路板和显示屏231电连接。
第二壳体200包括依次设置的转动部210、连接部220和显示部230,其中,转动部210用于衔接主机模组,在一些实施例中,转动部210用于通过装配组件衔接主机模组;显示部230用于安装显示屏231;连接部220用于连接转动部210和显示部230。示例性地,显示部230的中心平面与连接部220的中心平面之间的夹角为0-70度,夹角在此不进行限定,利用倾斜设置的连接部220连接转动部210和显示部230,既能够实现小型化以及轻量化的设计,又能给用户提供佩戴近视镜或者老花镜的空间,使得用户可以同时佩戴AR显示装置和近视镜或者老花镜;同时也能够增大装配组件的操作空间,以便于调整显示模组相对于主机模组之间的相对位置。
进一步的,显示模组还包括位于第二壳体200的下表面的麦克风120,以便于信息交互。本申请中第二壳体200的下表面设置有至少一组麦克风120,在一些实施例中,第二壳体200的下表面设置有3组麦克风120,其中显示部230的下表面设置有2组,连接部220的下表面设置有1组。设置在第二壳体200下表面的麦克风120更接近嘴部,以便于采集声音信息、降低噪声。
装配组件包括第一阻尼件410、第二阻尼件420和联动轴430,第一阻尼件410部分位于第一壳体100内部,且第一阻尼件410的一端从第一壳体100靠近显示模组的一侧穿出。第一阻尼的内侧壁包括第一弧面411,同时第一阻尼件410的外侧壁通过紧固螺钉和第一壳体100固定连接,固定连接方式在此 不进行限定。第二阻尼件420呈环形设置,同时第二阻尼件420的内侧壁包括第二弧面421。联动轴430的一端通过紧固螺钉和显示模组固定连接,固定连接方式在此不进行限定,其另一端形成一球状件431。第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420相对设置,同时第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420套设在球状件431的外部,球状件431的外表面抵接至第一弧面411和/或第二弧面421,在一些实施例中,球状件431的外表面同时抵接第一弧面411和第二弧面421。
由于第一弧面411和/或第二弧面421和球状件431抵接,因而球状件431会承受第一阻尼件410和/或第二阻尼件420施加的静摩擦力,使得球状件431在上述静摩擦力的作用下相对第一阻尼件410和/或第二阻尼件420静止。在一些实施例中,第一弧面411和第二弧面421与球状件431抵接,因而球状件431会承受第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420施加的静摩擦力,使得球状件431在上述静摩擦力的作用下相对第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420静止。因而在无外力或者存在轻微外力的情况下,球状件431相对于第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420静止,使得球状件431能够所需的状态下静止,从而保证在使用过程中显示屏231和主机模组的相对位置不会轻易发生变化,以保证AR显示装置使用时的稳定性,提升用户体验。当向联动轴430施加外力并致使联动轴430能够相对于第一阻尼件410和/或第二阻尼件420转动时,调整主机和显示屏231之间的相对位置,使得显示屏满足佩戴者的使用需求。利用第一阻尼件410和第二阻尼件420既能够实现联动轴430的转动,同时也能够利用静摩擦力控制联动轴430的转动阻力,具有多重技术效果。同时,利用球状件431的球铰接实现联动轴430位置的调整,能够增加联动轴430运动的自由度,实现显示模组和主机模组之间的多角度调整。
在进一步优选的方案中,装配组件还包括调节螺母440,上述调节螺母440位于主机模组和显示模组之间。调节螺母440沿其轴向贯穿开设有一螺孔441,使得其能够套设于联动轴430的外部,在一些实施例中,调节螺母440通过第一阻尼件410套设于联动轴430的外部,第一阻尼件410从第一壳体100侧壁伸出的部分设置有外螺纹,该伸出部分和调节螺母440螺纹配合。螺孔441远离第一壳体100的一端设置有突出于孔壁的环形板442,第二阻尼件420的一端插入第一阻尼件410内部,第二阻尼件420的另一端插设进螺孔441内部, 并且抵接上述环形板442。
利用第一阻尼件410和调节螺母440间的螺纹配合驱动调节螺母440靠近第一壳体100,环形板442会向与其抵接的第二阻尼件420施加推力,在一些实施例中,第二阻尼件420具有一定的弹性形变性能,例如第二阻尼件420采用尼龙材料。因而第二阻尼件420在环形板442推力的作用下能够抵接球状件431,使得第二阻尼件420和球状件431之间的贴合面积增大,贴合缝隙减小,因而第二阻尼件420和球状件431贴合的更加紧密。使得第二阻尼件420和球状件431之间的摩擦力增大,因而提高了联动轴430转动时需要的外力。
在优选的方案中,第一壳体100靠近显示模组的侧壁内凹有安装槽130,安装槽130的底部开设有安装通孔131,第一阻尼件410的一部分被安装在安装槽130内,其还有一部分从安装通孔131内穿出,与调节螺母440螺纹配合。本申请中安装槽130内还放置有固定板450,固定板450和第一阻尼件410贴合,并通过紧固螺钉等方式连接至第一壳体100上,从而实现第一阻尼件410相对于第一壳体100的固定。
利用固定板450辅助限制第一阻尼件410和第一壳体100的相对位置,能够保证显示模组和主机模组之间的距离不会太长,以提高AR显示装置的美观度。利用安装槽130嵌设第一阻尼件410和固定板450,既有利于提高第一阻尼件410固定时位置的准确性,也能够限制第一阻尼件410和固定板450的位置,保证使用状态下第一阻尼件410的稳定性,同时,也能够避免第一阻尼件410突出第一壳体100的表面,提高AR显示装置的美观度。AR显示装置在使用时需要考虑防水效果,因而需要保证第一阻尼件410和安装槽130间的密封性,利用固定板450辅助第一阻尼件410的固定,通过保证固定板450的侧壁和安装槽130内壁的对应贴合,可以进一步加强主机模组的防水性能,从而也降低了对第一阻尼件410加工精度的要求。
在另一优选方案中,固定板450的表面设置有第一挡块451,调节螺母440朝向第一壳体100的表面突出设置有第二挡块443,其中第一挡块451的高度与第二挡块443的高度之和大于固定板450和调节螺母440之间的垂直的距离,第二挡块443的正投影和第一挡块451同圆,因而在旋转调节螺母440时,第二挡块443能够和第一挡块451抵接,从而限制调节螺母440向远离第 一壳体100的方向运动时的极限位置,以避免调节螺母440和第一阻尼件410脱离。
在一些实施例中,调节螺母440开设有至少一个用于嵌设第二挡块443的调节孔444,所述调节孔444的中心位于同一圆周上。优选的,调节螺母440开设有多个用于嵌设第二挡块443的调节孔444时,上述全部的调节孔444的中心共圆分布,本申请中全部的调节孔444呈均匀的圆周阵列,当然,全部的调节孔444也可不呈均匀的圆周阵列,在此不做限定。利用不同调节孔444和第一挡块451的距离,根据实际的需求选择合适的调节孔444固定第二挡块443,使得能够控制调节螺母440向远离第一壳体100的方向运动时的极限位置,满足调节螺母440的旋转角度的要求。另一方面,当长期使用后,第二挡块443可能出现磨损的情况,因而可以选择其它的调节孔444嵌设第二挡块443,避免重新替换调节螺母440。
在另一优选的方案中,装配组件还包括下凹于球状件431表面的限位槽432,以及与上述限位槽432配合的限位件412,其中限位件412突出设置在第一阻尼件410的侧壁上,且能够延伸至限位槽432的内部。当球状件431相对于第一阻尼件410转动时,固定设置在第一阻尼件410上的限位件412能够相对于限位槽432运动,当限位件412抵接限位槽432的侧壁时,会限制球状件431在该方向的运动。利用限位槽432和限位件412的配合,限制球状件431运动的范围和方向,从而实现显示模组和主机模组之间角度的精准调节。
进一步的,沿联动轴430的轴向,限位槽432的开设宽度对应的圆心角小于60°;沿联动轴430的径向,限位槽432的开设长度对应的圆心角小于120°。利用限位槽432沿联动轴430径向和轴向的开设范围,从而限制球状件431在上述范围内精准运动。
优选的,上述限位件412为螺杆,贯穿第一阻尼件410的侧壁设置。在装配AR显示装置的过程中,将第一阻尼件410套设在球状件431的外部后,将螺杆穿设过第一阻尼件410插入限位槽432内部,即可实现第一阻尼件410和球状件431的装配。在另一些实施例中,螺杆的长度能够与限位槽432的侧壁抵接即可,并不要求螺杆插入限位槽432底部。同时,利用螺杆既便于装配, 同时也便于调整限位件412插入限位槽432内部的长度,从而能够减小加工时对第一阻尼件410和球状件431的精度限制。
在另一优选的方案中,装配组件包括沿联动轴430轴向贯穿开设的通道433,通道433的两个开口分别设于联动轴430的两端;以及穿过上述通道433导线束,导线束的一端连接至主机模组的第一电路板,其另一端连接至显示模组的第二电路板。主机模组和显示模组的利用穿设在通道433内的导线束电连接,利用主机模组为显示模组供电。同时,当联动轴430相对于主机模组转动时,穿设在通道433内部的导线束能保持持续供电和信号传输,因而实现主机模组和显示模组的机械连接和电连接。同时将导线束置于联动轴430的内部,能够提高AR显示装置的防水性能。
在另一优选方案中,装配组件包括设置在第一壳体100内部的保护套500和套设在保护套500端部的密封圈,保护套500套设于第一阻尼件410一端的外部,同时保护套500上开设有一保护套通孔520,以便于导线束穿设。本申请中导线束与保护套通孔520的开口处为密封连接,可以通过线塞插入实现密封,可以直接点胶进行密封,在此不做限定,从而提高AR显示装置的防水性能。
密封圈套设于保护套500靠近第一阻尼件410的端部,使得保护套500和第一阻尼件410的端部更加贴合,从而提高AR显示装置的防水性能。
在另一优选方案中,AR显示装置还包括电源模组,上述电源模组和主机模组电连接,为主机模组供电。其中,电源模组可以设置于主机的第一壳体内,电源模组也可以设置于主机的第一壳体外,在此不进行限定。在一些实施例中,电源模组600设置于主机的第一壳体外,电源模组600包括电池盒610和可拆卸式安装在电池盒610内部的电池,电池盒610的端部盖设有能够打开和关闭的盒盖620,实现电池可拆卸式安装在电池盒610的内部。
此外,电池模组还包括限位套640,上述限位套640套设在盒盖620和电池盒610的连接处,本申请中限位套640呈匚型设置。盒盖620和电池盒610的连接处下凹设置有匚形槽630,且下凹于电池盒610和盒盖620的三个侧壁上,上述限位套640可在匚形槽630内滑动。同时盒盖620的外侧壁开设有凹槽621,限位套640上对应突出设置有插块641,当利用插块641和凹槽621 嵌合时,能够避免盒盖620和电池盒610脱离。
在一些实施例中,主机模组包括设置在第一壳体100内的第一电路板和备用电源模块,其中备用电源模块电连接上述第一电路板,并且第一电路板电连接镜头110。当更换电源模组600的电池时,利用备用电源模块可以在短时间内为主机模组和显示模组提供持续供电,维持作业状态。
在另一优选方案中,AR显示装置还包括通信模组,上述通信模组和主机模组电连接,从而便于信息交互。其中,通信模组可以设置于主机的第一壳体内,通信模组也可以设置于主机的第一壳体外,在此不进行限定。通信模组包括WIFI通信单元、蓝牙通信单元、蜂窝通信单元中的至少一种,具体地,如4G、5G等通信单元。在一些实施例中,通信模组300设置于主机的第一壳体外。
在一些实施例中,第一壳体100的外表面设置有控制按键,可拆卸式存储卡插口141(SD卡等)等,从而提高AR显示装置使用时的便利性。
实施二
一种可穿戴设备,其包括实施例一中的AR显示装置的全部技术特征,还包括与AR显示装置连接的穿戴物。
当穿戴物为帽子时,AR显示装置中的主机模组和/或显示模组被安装在帽子上,其可以安装在帽子的外表面,也可以安装在帽子内部。当帽子戴在使用者的头部时,显示模组的显示屏231与佩戴者的至少一只眼睛相对设置,从而提升佩戴者使用AR显示装置的舒适度。
可穿戴设备还包括第一悬挂件,主机模组通过第一悬挂件安装在帽子上。其中,主机模组可以通过第一悬挂件直接安装在帽子上,也可以通过第一悬挂件连接帽子上的固定件安装在帽子上,在此不做限定。在一些实施例中,主机模组通过第一悬挂件安装在帽子的外表面。在一些实施例中,具体地,上述第一悬挂件包括弧形支臂830、第一滑轨810、与第一滑轨810配合的第一滑动件820、以及第一锁定板840,其中弧形支臂830的一端通过紧固螺钉和帽子固定连接,为了使得弧形支臂830和帽子的外表面贴合,本申请中弧形支臂830的上端成弧形设置,并贴合帽子的外表面。
第一滑轨810通过紧固螺钉等紧固件安装在主机模组的第一壳体100靠近 帽子的侧壁上,本申请中第一滑轨810沿直线固定。第一滑动件820的一侧连接至第一锁定板840上,另一相对侧滑动安装至第一滑轨810处。第一锁定板840的一侧滑动连接弧形支臂830的游离端,另一侧连接第一滑动件820,利用第一滑动件820和第一滑轨810的滑动连接,从而调整主机模组相对于帽子的前后位置,利用第一锁定板840和弧形支臂830的滑动连接,从而调整主机模组相对于帽子的上下位置,以调整设置在第一壳体100上的镜头110和与主机模组连接的显示模组相对帽子的前后和上下位置。
弧形支臂830朝向第一锁定板840的表面上开设有卡槽831,上述卡槽831沿垂直于第一滑轨810的方向开设,本申请中第一滑轨810沿水平方向固定,卡槽831沿竖直方向开设。卡槽831的底部设置有至少一个的卡位槽832,本申请中卡位槽832均匀的分布在卡槽831的底部。第一锁定板840朝向弧形支臂830的表面上突出设置有锁定部843,锁定部843和卡位槽832对应设置,当第一锁定板840和弧形支臂830相对静止时,锁定部843能够嵌设在卡位槽832中。从而保证第一锁定板840相对于弧形支臂830的调整位置更加稳定,以保证在没有外力或者轻微外力的作用下,第一锁定板840不会相对弧形支臂830滑动。利用至少一个卡位槽832嵌设锁定部843能够更准确的控制第一锁定板840的调节位移,提高主机模组相对于帽子上下调节位置的位移范围。
此外,当第一锁定板840上设置有多个锁定部843时,锁定部843沿平行于卡槽831的方向排布,并且相邻两锁定部843中心的距离与相邻两卡位槽832中心的距离相等,以保证第一锁定板840和弧形支臂830相对静止时,锁定部843能够对应地嵌设在卡位槽832中。
在进一步优选的方案中,第一悬挂件还包括第二锁定板850和锁定球860,其中第二锁定板850和第一锁定板840连接,本实施例中第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850可拆卸连接。第二锁定板850朝向第一锁定板840的表面内凹设置有第一转动槽851,同时第一锁定板840朝向第二锁定板850的表面内凹设置有第二转动槽842,因而第一转动槽851和第二转动槽842相对设置。此外,第二锁定板850位于第一转动槽851的底部还开设有穿球孔852,锁定球860位于第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850之间,其一端抵接第二转动槽842,另一端穿设过穿球孔852,并固定在第一滑动件820上。锁定球860的表面贴合 至第一转动槽851和/或第二转动槽842的内壁,使得第一锁定板840和/或第二锁定板850和锁定球860之间有摩擦力,因而利用上述摩擦力能够在没有外力或者轻微外力的情况下限制锁定球860的转动,以保证主机模组和帽子的相对位置不变。嵌设在第一转动槽851和第二转动槽842之间的锁定球860,由于锁定球860一端固定在第一滑动件820上,当对第一滑动件820施加转动力后,锁定球860能够在第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850之间转动,从而通过转动第一滑动件820带动第一壳体100运动,可以使得主机模组能够相对于帽子实现多自由度地调整,从而使得镜头110和显示模组能够相对于帽子实现多自由度地调整。
在另一优选的方案中,第一锁定板840的上表面或者下表面突出设置有凸出部841,同时第二锁定板850朝向第一锁定板840的表面设置有限位围边853,限位围边853和上述凸出部841对应设置,并且凸出部841能够嵌设在限位围边853的内部。第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850之间穿设有固定杆870,同时固定杆870与限位围边853分别位于第一转动槽851的两侧。本申请中利用限位围边853和凸出部841的嵌合能够实现第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850一端的固定,固定杆870可以选用螺栓。利用固定杆870穿设第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850,从而实现第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850另一端的固定连接。通过凸出部841和限位围边853的配合、以及固定杆870能够实现第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850的可拆卸连接,从而利用第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850限制锁定球860的位置,使得其在第一转动槽851和第二转动槽842之间旋转运动。利用固定杆870能够调整第一锁定板840和第二锁定板850之间的间距,从而能够改变第一转动槽851和第二转动槽842与锁定球860表面的贴合面积以及贴合缝隙,从而调整第一锁定板840、第二锁定板850与锁定球860之间的摩擦力。
实施例三
一种可穿戴设备,其包括实施例一的全部技术特征,且与实施例一的区别在于,其包括帽子、实施例一中的AR显示装置、以及第二悬挂件,其中第二悬挂件用于将电源模组600连接至上述帽子上,其中,电源模组600可以通过第二悬挂件直接连接至帽子上,也可以通过第二悬挂件连接帽子上的固定件连 接至帽子上,在此不做限定。
电源模组600与主机模组分别设于帽子的左右两侧;主机模组及显示装置的总重量与电源模组600的重量间差值的绝对值小于一预设阈值;和/或主机模组、显示装置及电源模组600的总重量小于另一预设阈值,以使得帽子上的重量分布的相对均匀,提高佩戴者的使用体验。
第二悬挂件包括第二滑轨910、与第二滑轨910配合的弧形板920,其中第二滑轨910通过紧固螺钉等紧固件固定在电池盒610靠近帽子的侧壁上。弧形板920的上端通过紧固螺钉等紧固件与帽子固定连接,或者通过紧固螺钉等紧固件与帽子上的固定件固定连接,其另一端可滑动安装至第二滑轨910。利用弧形板920和第二滑轨910的配合,实现电源模组600相对于帽子的前后位置移动。
第二滑轨910包括:滑轨本体911,其一侧的中部固定至电池盒610,滑轨本体911的上沿与电池盒610之间形成第一间隙913;其下沿与电池盒610之间形成第二间隙914。滑轨本体911远离电池盒610一侧的中部开设有滑槽912,上述滑槽912沿直线开设。
弧形板920包括板体931,板体931突出于板体931的表面,且朝向第二滑轨910一侧设置有第一钩状件932,第一钩状件932向下弯折能够插入第一间隙913内部。板体931突出于板体931的表面,且朝向第二滑轨910一侧设置有第二钩状件933,第一钩状件932向上弯折能够插入第二间隙914中。
此外,板体931朝向第二滑轨910一侧的表面突出设置有弧形突块934,上述弧形突块934能够抵接滑槽912的底部,用以限制弧形板920的运动方向,使得板体931沿滑槽912方向运动。
实施例四
一种可穿戴设备,其包括实施例一的全部技术特征,同时本实施例的不同之处在于,其还包括,帽子、实施一中AR显示装置、以及第三悬挂件,其中,第三悬挂件用于连接通信模组300和帽子。通信模组300可以安装在帽子的外表面,也可以安装在帽子内部。其中,通信模组300可以通过第三悬挂件直接连接至帽子上,也可以通过第三悬挂件连接帽子上的固定件连接至帽子上,在此不做限定。
第三悬挂件包括弧形带700,弧形带700通过紧固螺钉等紧固件固定连接在帽子上。其中弧形带700的外侧通过紧固件和弧形带700可拆卸。本申请中弧形带700呈弧形设置,并贴合帽子的表面,以提高通信模组300安装稳定性。

Claims (32)
- 一种AR显示装置,包括:主机模组,所述主机模组包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体的一端设有一镜头;显示模组,所述显示模组包括显示屏;以及装配组件,将所述显示模组可转动式连接至所述主机模组;其中,所述镜头的中轴线与所述显示屏表面所处平面的夹角是多自由度式可调设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述主机模组包括摄像部,所述摄像部可转动式连接至所述第一壳体;所述镜头为所述摄像部的一部分;所述镜头设于所述第一壳体靠近所述显示屏的一端;所述镜头的中轴线与所述第一壳体底面所处平面的夹角是可调节的。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件包括第一阻尼件,穿设所述第一壳体的一侧壁;所述第一阻尼件的内侧壁包括第一弧面,其外侧壁固定至所述第一壳体;第二阻尼件,其为环形,其内侧壁包括第二弧面,所述第二阻尼件与所述第一阻尼件相对设置;以及联动轴,其一端固定连接至所述显示模组,其另一端形成一球状件;所述第一阻尼件和所述第二阻尼件套设于所述球状件外部,所述球状体抵接至所述第一弧面和/或所述第二弧面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件还包括调节螺母,设于所述主机模组和所述显示模组之间;所述调节螺母包括一螺孔,套设于所述联动轴的外部;所述螺孔的一端设有突出于孔壁的环形板;其中,所述第一阻尼件位于所述第一壳体外的部分螺纹连接至所述调节螺母;所述第二阻尼件的一端插入至所述第一阻尼件,其另一端插入至所述螺孔并抵接至所述环形板。
- 根据权利要求4所述的AR显示装置,还包括安装槽,下凹于所述第一壳体的一侧面;所述安装槽的底部设有安装通孔; 所述第一阻尼件被安装至所述安装槽及所述安装通孔内;以及固定板,被安装至所述安装槽内,并将所述第一阻尼件连接至所述第一壳体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件还包括第一挡块,突出于所述固定板的表面;以及第二挡块,突出于所述调节螺母朝向所述第一壳体一侧的表面;其中,所述第一挡块的高度与所述第二挡块的高度之和大于所述固定板和所述调节螺母的距离;所述第二挡块的正投影和所述第一挡块位于同一圆周上;至少一个调节孔,开设于所述调节螺母上,用以嵌设所述第二挡块;所述调节孔的中心位于同一圆周上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件还包括限位槽,下凹于所述球状件的表面;以及限位件,突出于所述第一阻尼件的内侧壁,且延伸至所述限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的AR显示装置,其中,沿所述联动轴的轴向,所述限位槽的开设宽度对应的圆心角小于60°;沿所述联动轴的径向,所述限位槽的开设长度对应的圆心角小于120°。
- 根据权利要求7所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述限位件为螺杆,贯穿于所述第一阻尼件的侧壁。
- 根据权利要求3所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件包括通道,设于所述联动轴内,所述通道的两个开口分别设于所述联动轴的两端;以及导线束,穿过所述通道,所述导线束的一端连接至所述主机模组的第一电路板,其另一端连接至所述显示模组的第二电路板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述装配组件还包括保护套,位于所述第一壳体内,且套设于所述第一阻尼件一端的外部;所述保护套设有一保护套通孔;以及密封圈,套设于所述保护套靠近所述第一阻尼件的端部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述主机模组包括第一电路板,设于所述第一壳体内,所述主机模组的镜头电连接至所述第一电路板;以及备用电源模块,设于所述第一壳体内,电连接至所述第一电路板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述显示模组包括第二壳体,包括转动部,与所述主机模组衔接;显示部,用以安装所述显示屏;以及连接部,连接所述转动部与所述显示部;所述显示部的中心平面与所述连接部的中心平面形成的夹角为0-70度;以及第二电路板,设于所述第二壳体内,且电连接至所述显示屏。
- 根据权利要求13所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述显示模组包括麦克风,设于所述第二壳体的下表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,还包括电源模组,电连接至所述主机模组。
- 根据权利要求15所述的AR显示装置,其中,所述电源模组包括:电池盒,包括可开关的盒盖;以及电池,可拆卸式安装至所述电池盒内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的AR显示装置,还包括:通信模组,电连接至所述主机模组;所述通信模组包括WIFI通信单元、蓝牙通信单元、蜂窝通信单元中的至少一种。
- 一种可穿戴设备,其中,包括穿戴物,以及如权利要求1至17中任一项所述的AR显示装置。
- 根据权利要求18所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述穿戴物为帽子;以及所述AR显示装置的主机模组和/或显示模组被安装至所述帽子;当所述帽子被戴在一人的头部时,所述显示模组的显示屏与此人的至少一眼睛相对设置。
- 根据权利要求19所述的可穿戴设备,还包括第一悬挂件,所述主机模组通过所述第一悬挂件安装至所述帽子。
- 根据权利要求20所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一悬挂件包括第一滑轨,设于所述主机模组的第一壳体靠近所述帽子一侧的表面;弧形支臂,其一端固定至所述帽子;第一滑动件,其一侧固定连接至第一锁定板,其另一侧可滑动式安装至所述第一滑轨;卡槽,开设于所述弧形支臂朝向第一锁定板的表面,所述卡槽沿垂直于所述第一滑轨的方向开设,且用于嵌设锁定部;两个以上卡位槽,均匀分布于所述卡槽底部;第一锁定板,一侧滑动连接至所述弧形支臂,其另一侧连接至所述第一滑动件;以及锁定部,突出设于所述第一锁定板朝向所述弧形支臂的表面,且与所述卡位槽对应设置;当所述第一锁定板和所述弧形支臂相对静止时,所述锁定部可拆卸式卡入至一所述卡位槽内。
- 根据权利要求21所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一悬挂件还包括第二锁定板,连接至所述第一锁定板;第一转动槽,下凹于所述第二锁定板靠近所述第一锁定板的表面形成;穿球孔,开设于所述第一转动槽的底部;第二转动槽,下凹于所述第一锁定板靠近所述第二锁定板的表面形成,且所述第一转动槽和所述第二转动槽相对设置;以及锁定球,一端抵接所述第二转动槽,其相对端穿过所述穿球孔,并固定至所述第一滑动件;其中,所述锁定球的表面贴合至所述第一转动槽和/或所述第二转动槽内壁。
- 根据权利要求22所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第一锁定板的上表面或下表面突出设有凸出部;所述第二锁定板朝向所述第一锁定板的表面设有限位围边;并且,所述限位围边和所述凸出部相对设置,且所述凸出部能够嵌设于所述限位围边内部;并且其中,固定杆穿设过所述第一锁定板和所述第二锁定板,以调整所述第一锁定板和所述第二锁定板之间的距离;以及,所述凸出部和所述固定杆分别位于所述第一转动槽的两侧。
- 根据权利要求19至23中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,还包括第二悬挂件,所述AR显示装置的电源模组通过所述第二悬挂件安装至所述帽子。
- 根据权利要求24所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述电源模组与所述主机模组分别设于所述帽子的左右两侧;所述主机模组及所述显示装置的总重量与所述电源模组的重量间差值的绝对值小于一预设阈值;和/或,所述主机模组、所述显示装置及所述电源模组的总重量小于另一预设阈值。
- 根据权利要求24所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第二悬挂件包括:第二滑轨,设于所述电源模组的电池盒靠近所述帽子一侧的表面;以及弧形板,其上端通过一组紧固件固定至所述帽子,其下端可滑动式安装至所述第二滑轨。
- 根据权利要求19至23中任一项所述的可穿戴设备,还包括第三悬挂件,所述AR显示装置的通信模组通过所述第三悬挂件安装至所述帽子。
- 根据权利要求27所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第三悬挂件包括弧形带,其通过一组紧固件固定至所述帽子;其中,所述通信模组通过另一组紧固件固定至所述弧形带。
- 根据权利要求24所述的可穿戴设备,还包括第三悬挂件,所述通信模组通过所述第三悬挂件安装至所述帽子。
- 根据权利要求29所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第三悬挂件包括弧形带,其通过一组紧固件固定至所述帽子;其中,所述通信模组通过另一组紧固件固定至所述弧形带。
- 根据权利要求25或26所述的可穿戴设备,还包括第三悬挂件,所述通信模组通过所述第三悬挂件安装至所述帽子。
- 根据权利要求31所述的可穿戴设备,其中,所述第三悬挂件包括弧形带,其通过一组紧固件固定至所述帽子;其中,所述通信模组通过另一组紧固件固定至所述弧形带。
