Description
本实用新型涉及服装设计技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置。
现代的人们追求美的兴致日益高涨,导致服装业一直经久不衰,服装的新颖设计成为了服装业最重要的竞争点之一,而服装设计必然离不开对布料的裁剪,市面上能够快速裁剪布料的装置应运而生,布料在裁剪过程中,需要使用固定装置对布料进行固定。
现有的布料固定装置无法将布料进行快速固定,固定操作不便,同时固定位置角度以及固定位置不易调节,使用灵活性不佳,使用范围有限。
实用新型内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,包括底板、设置在底板上侧面上的立架以及设置在立架上侧面上的裁剪台,所述裁剪台上侧面上设置电磁铁,所述裁剪台一侧表面设置固定组件,所述固定组件包括支撑座,所述支撑座设置在裁剪台一侧表面,所述支撑座通过旋转结构与底座连接,所述底座通过平移结构与裁剪台连接,所述支撑座外表面一侧设置调节槽,所述调节槽内活动设置调节块,所述调节块一侧表面设置金属固定杆,所述调节槽内一侧表面设置复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧一端与调节块连接。
优选的,所述调节块两侧表面对称设置导向块,所述导向块一端滑动设置在导向槽内,所述导向槽对称设置在调节槽内两侧表面。
优选的,所述旋转结构为转轴,所述转轴设置在支撑座下侧面上,所述转轴底部与底座转动连接。
优选的,所述平移结构包括滑套,所述滑套设置在在底座下侧面上,所述滑套活动设置在滑杆外表面上,所述滑杆设置在安装架内中部,所述安装架设置在裁剪台一侧表面。
优选的,所述安装架一侧表面设置锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓一端与滑杆抵接。
优选的,所述滑套内一侧表面设置滑轮,所述滑轮设置在滑槽内,所述滑槽开设在滑杆一侧表面。
优选的,所述电磁铁通过连接线与控制开关连接,所述控制开关设置在裁剪台一侧表面。
优选的,所述底板下表面棱角处均设置自锁万向轮。
优选的,所述金属固定杆一侧表面设置刻度标线。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、本实用新型通过电磁铁、金属固定杆、支撑座、调节槽、调节块以及复位弹簧的设置,能够对布料进行快速固定,固定操作便捷。
2、本实用新型通过旋转结构的设置,能够对金属固定杆的角度进行调节,能够对布料的固定角度进行调节。
3、本实用新型通过平移结构的设置,能够对金属固定杆的位置进行调节,能够满足不同位置布料的固定,使用灵活度高。

实施例一
如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,包括底板4、设置在底板4上侧面上的立架2以及设置在立架2上侧面上的裁剪台6,裁剪台6上侧面上设置电磁铁7,裁剪台6一侧表面设置固定组件1,固定组件1包括支撑座102,支撑座102设置在裁剪台6一侧表面,支撑座102通过旋转结构与底座103连接,底座103通过平移结构与裁剪台6连接,支撑座102外表面一侧设置调节槽108,调节槽108内活动设置调节块106,调节块106一侧表面设置金属固定杆101,调节槽108内一侧表面设置复位弹簧105,复位弹簧105一端与调节块106连接。
本实施例中,首先将布料铺在电磁铁7上,然后通过平移结构调节支撑座102的位置,通过旋转结构调节金属固定杆101的角度,当移动至裁剪位置时,接通电磁铁7电路,电磁铁7通电产生磁性,进而通过磁力吸附金属固定杆101 向下移动,金属固定杆101带动调节块106在调节槽108内向下移动,调节块106拉伸复位弹簧105,然后电磁铁7将金属固定杆101吸附固定,金属固定杆101将布料进行压紧,然后对布料进行裁剪,裁剪完成后,切断电磁铁7电路,电磁铁7磁性消失,复位弹簧105在弹力作用下,带动调节块106复位移动,进而带动金属固定杆101复位移动。
调节块106两侧表面对称设置导向块109,导向块109一端滑动设置在导向槽110内,导向槽110对称设置在调节槽108内两侧表面,调节块106移动带动导向块109在导向槽110内移动,提高了调节块106移动时的导向性。
电磁铁7通过连接线与控制开关5连接,控制开关5设置在裁剪台6一侧表面,便于控制电磁铁7运行。
底板4下表面棱角处均设置自锁万向轮3,能够对本装置的使用位置进行调节,使用灵活性佳。
金属固定杆101一侧表面设置刻度标线,便于使用人员对裁剪长度进行控制。
实施例二
如图3-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,相较于实施例一,本实施例还包括旋转结构,旋转结构为转轴107,转轴107设置在支撑座102下侧面上,转轴107底部与底座103转动连接。
本实施例中,当需要调节金属固定杆101的角度时,推动金属固定杆101,金属固定杆101带动支撑座102转动,支撑座102带动转轴107转动,进而对金属固定杆101的角度进行调节,通过电磁铁7对金属固定杆101进行吸附固定,并对布料进行压持固定。
实施例三
如图5所示,本实用新型提出的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,相较于实施例一或实施例二,本实施例还包括平移结构,平移结构包括滑套111,滑套111设置在在底座103下侧面上,滑套111活动设置在滑杆115外表面上,滑杆115设置在安装架104内中部,安装架104设置在裁剪台6一侧表面。
本实施例中,推动滑套111,滑套111沿着滑杆115移动,滑杆115带动底座103移动,底座103带动支撑座102移动,支撑座102带动金属固定杆101移动,进而对金属固定杆101的位置进行调节。
安装架104一侧表面设置锁紧螺栓112,锁紧螺栓112一端与滑杆115抵接,当滑套111移动至布料裁剪位置时,拧紧锁紧螺栓112,锁紧螺栓112将滑套111固定在滑杆115上。
滑套111内一侧表面设置滑轮113,滑轮113设置在滑槽114内,滑槽114开设在滑杆115一侧表面,滑套111移动带动滑轮113在滑槽114内移动,提高了滑套111移动时的导向性。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本实用新型并不限于此,在所属技术领域的技术人员所具备的知识范围内,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下还可以作出各种变化。

- 一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,其特征在于,包括底板(4)、设置在底板(4)上侧面上的立架(2)以及设置在立架(2)上侧面上的裁剪台(6),所述裁剪台(6)上侧面上设置电磁铁(7),所述裁剪台(6)一侧表面设置固定组件(1),所述固定组件(1)包括支撑座(102),所述支撑座(102)设置在裁剪台(6)一侧表面,所述支撑座(102)通过旋转结构与底座(103)连接,所述底座(103)通过平移结构与裁剪台(6)连接,所述支撑座(102)外表面一侧设置调节槽(108),所述调节槽(108)内活动设置调节块(106),所述调节块(106)一侧表面设置金属固定杆(101),所述调节槽(108)内一侧表面设置复位弹簧(105),所述复位弹簧(105)一端与调节块(106)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,其特征在于,所述调节块(106)两侧表面对称设置导向块(109),所述导向块(109)一端滑动设置在导向槽(110)内,所述导向槽(110)对称设置在调节槽(108)内两侧表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,其特征在于,所述旋转结构为转轴(107),所述转轴(107)设置在支撑座(102)下侧面上,所述转轴(107)底部与底座(103)转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于服装设计的布料裁剪用固定装置,其特征在于,所述平移结构包括滑套(111),所述滑套(111)设置在在底座(103)下侧面上,所述滑套(111)活动设置在滑杆(115)外表面上,所述滑杆(115)设置在安装架(104)内中部,所述安装架(104)设置在裁剪台(6)一侧表面。
