在连接板带动印刷头印刷完成后,连接板带动印刷头向上移动,连接板同时通过连接轴带动活动杆移动,活动杆通过固定轴在第一支撑架上转动,另外活动杆同时在第一限制槽、第二限制槽的内部活动,活动杆一端的凸块将挤压第二推板活动,第二推板将在第一支撑架上转动,同时第二推板带动第一推板移动,第一推板带动推墨板移动,推墨板在储墨盒的内部密封滑动,将储墨盒内部的油墨通过连接管挤压至印刷头的内部,达到自动添加油墨的效果,避免添加油墨时需要停止工作,因此节省时间,提高工作效率。
在活动杆转动挤压第二推板时,活动杆带动固定轴转动,固定轴带动第二轮齿转动,第二轮齿通过与第一轮齿啮合,第二轮齿可以带动带动板在第四限制槽的内部滑动,同时带动板滑动时带动第三推板移动,第三推板带动限制块移动,限制块与第三限制槽挤压连接,可以使放置板与安装板连接的更加稳定,避免导致放置板与安装板连接的稳定性变差,导致放置板上的纸箱印刷位置发生错位。

请参阅图1至图9,本发明提供一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,包括用于支撑作用的工作架1,工作架1上设置有用于自动运输纸箱的运输机构2,运输机构2上可拆卸安装有用于放置纸箱的放置机构3,工作架1上设置有对纸箱印刷的印刷机构4,印刷机构4上设置有自动对印刷机构4添加油墨的添墨机构5,且添墨机构5由印刷机构4驱动,印刷机构4上设置有稳定放置机构3与运输机构2连接的稳定机构6,稳定机构6与添墨机构5连接,将纸箱放置在放置机构3上,通过运输机构2可以自动运输,避免工作人员将纸箱搬运,节省人力,提高工作效率,印刷机构4可以自动印刷,在印刷机构4印刷的同时,印刷机构4驱动添墨机构5工作,添墨机构5可以对印刷机构4自动添加油墨,可以避免将装置停止来添加油墨,不但极大的节省人力物力,同时有效提高工作效率,另外在添墨机构5对印刷机构4自动添加油墨时,添墨机构5驱动稳定机构6工作,稳定机构6可以使放置机构3与运输机构2连接的更加稳定,避免放置机构3在运输机构2的带动下,导致放置机构3与运输机构2连接的稳定性变差,导致放置机构3上的纸箱印刷位置发生错位。
进一步的,运输机构2包括固定安装在工作架1上的电机21,电机21的输出端贯穿工作架1的内壁,电机21的输出端安装有第二带动辊24,工作架1的一侧转动安装有第一带动辊22,电机21的外侧啮合连接有链条23,且链条23与第一带动辊22啮合连接,启动电机21,电机21的输出端带动第二带动辊24转动,第二带动辊24带动链条23转动,第二带动辊24同时配合第一带动辊22转动,由此可以带动放置机构3移动。
进一步的,放置机构3包括放置纸箱的放置板31,放置机构3还包括安装在链条23上的安装板32,放置板31上贯穿安装有插接杆33,插接杆33靠近安装板32的一端固定安装有球形块34,球形块34与安装板32插接,利用放置板31上的插接杆33,并通过插接杆33一端的球形块34与安装板32插接,可以保持放置板31与安装板32连接的稳定性,由于安装板32安装在链条23上,因此链条23可以带动放置板31上的纸箱移动,另外放置板31与安装板32可拆卸连接的方式,可以根据实际情况选择两个相邻放置板31的距离。
进一步的,印刷机构4包括与工作架1固定连接的第一支撑架41,第一支撑架41的一侧固定安装有第二支撑架42,第二支撑架42的顶部表面固定安装有液压杆43,液压杆43的输出端贯穿第二支撑架42的内壁,液压杆43的输出端固定安装有连接板44,连接板44远离液压杆43输出端的一端固定安装有对纸箱进行印刷的印刷头45,启动液压杆43,液压杆43的输出端带动连接板44移动,连接板44带动印刷头45移动进行印刷。
进一步的,添墨机构5包括转动安装在第一支撑架41一侧的固定轴53,固定轴53的表面固定安装有活动杆52,活动杆52与固定轴53连接的一端一体式安装有凸块,活动杆52远离固定轴53的一端开设有第二限制槽55,添墨机构5还包括与连接板44固定连接的连接轴54,连接轴54在第二限制槽55的内部活动,且连接板44安装印刷头45的一端表面开设有用于活动杆52活动的活动槽,且第一支撑架41、第二支撑架42的一侧均开设有用于活动杆52活动的第一限制槽51,添墨机构5还包括固定安装在第一支撑架41一侧的伸缩弹簧510,伸缩弹簧510的另一端固定安装有第二推板59,第二推板59转动安装在第一支撑架41上,且第二推板59远离与第一支撑架41转动连接的一端与活动杆52上的凸块挤压连接,第二推板59与活动杆52上凸块挤压的一端转动安装有第一推板58,第一推板58远离第二推板59的一侧固定安装有推墨板57,添墨机构5还包括固定安装在第二支撑架42底部用于储存油墨的储墨盒56,推墨板57在储墨盒56的内部密封滑动,储墨盒56的一侧连通安装有连接管511,连接管511的另一端与印刷头45连通连接,连接管511为弹性材质,在连接板44带动印刷头45印刷完成后,连接板44带动印刷头45向上移动,连接板44同时通过连接轴54带动活动杆52移动,活动杆52通过固定轴53在第一支撑架41上转动,另外活动杆52同时在第一限制槽51、第二限制槽55的内部活动,活动杆52一端的凸块将挤压第二推板59活动,第二推板59将在第一支撑架41上转动,同时第二推板59带动第一推板58移动,第一推板58带动推墨板57移动,推墨板57在储墨盒56的内部密封滑动,将储墨盒56内部的油墨通过连接管511挤压至印刷头45的内部,达到自动添加油墨的效果,避免添加油墨时需要停止工作,因此节省时间,提高工作效率。
进一步的,稳定机构6包括开设在放置板31上的第三限制槽61,稳定机构6还包括开设在第二支撑架42上的第四限制槽62,第四限制槽62内部滑动安装有带动板63,带动板63远离第四限制槽62的一侧安装有第一轮齿,稳定机构6还包括安装在固定轴53上的第二轮齿64,第二轮齿64与第一轮齿啮合,带动板63的一端安装有第三推板65,第三推板65为L形,且第三推板65的底部安装有限制块66,限制块66与第三限制槽61挤压连接,在活动杆52转动挤压第二推板59时,活动杆52带动固定轴53转动,固定轴53带动第二轮齿64转动,第二轮齿64通过与第一轮齿啮合,第二轮齿64可以带动带动板63在第四限制槽62的内部滑动,同时带动板63滑动时带动第三推板65移动,第三推板65带动限制块66移动,限制块66与第三限制槽61挤压连接,可以使放置板31与安装板32连接的更加稳定,避免导致放置板31与安装板32连接的稳定性变差,导致放置板31上的纸箱印刷位置发生错位。
工作原理:将纸箱放置在放置板31上,利用放置板31上的插接杆33,并通过插接杆33一端的球形块34与安装板32插接,可以保持放置板31与安装板32连接的稳定性,由于安装板32安装在链条23上,因此链条23可以带动放置板31上的纸箱移动,另外放置板31与安装板32可拆卸连接的方式,可以根据实际情况选择两个相邻放置板31的距离;启动电机21,电机21的输出端带动第二带动辊24转动,第二带动辊24带动链条23转动,第二带动辊24同时配合第一带动辊22转动,由此可以带动放置板31上的纸箱移动,启动液压杆43,液压杆43的输出端带动连接板44移动,连接板44带动印刷头45移动进行印刷,在连接板44带动印刷头45印刷完成后,连接板44带动印刷头45向上移动,连接板44同时通过连接轴54带动活动杆52移动,活动杆52通过固定轴53在第一支撑架41上转动,另外活动杆52同时在第一限制槽51、第二限制槽55的内部活动,活动杆52一端的凸块将挤压第二推板59活动,第二推板59将在第一支撑架41上转动,同时第二推板59带动第一推板58移动,第一推板58带动推墨板57移动,推墨板57在储墨盒56的内部密封滑动,将储墨盒56内部的油墨通过连接管511挤压至印刷头45的内部,达到自动添加油墨的效果,避免添加油墨时需要停止工作,因此节省时间,提高工作效率;在活动杆52转动挤压第二推板59时,活动杆52带动固定轴53转动,固定轴53带动第二轮齿64转动,第二轮齿64通过与第一轮齿啮合,第二轮齿64可以带动带动板63在第四限制槽62的内部滑动,同时带动板63滑动时带动第三推板65移动,第三推板65带动限制块66移动,限制块66与第三限制槽61挤压连接,可以使放置板31与安装板32连接的更加稳定,避免导致放置板31与安装板32连接的稳定性变差,导致放置板31上的纸箱印刷位置发生错位。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,包括用于支撑作用的工作架(1),其特征在于,所述工作架(1)上设置有用于自动运输纸箱的运输机构(2),所述运输机构(2)上可拆卸安装有用于放置纸箱的放置机构(3),所述工作架(1)上设置有对纸箱印刷的印刷机构(4),所述印刷机构(4)上设置有自动对印刷机构(4)添加油墨的添墨机构(5),且所述添墨机构(5)由印刷机构(4)驱动,所述印刷机构(4)上设置有稳定放置机构(3)与运输机构(2)连接的稳定机构(6),所述稳定机构(6)与添墨机构(5)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述运输机构(2)包括固定安装在工作架(1)上的电机(21),所述电机(21)的输出端贯穿工作架(1)的内壁,所述电机(21)的输出端安装有第二带动辊(24),所述工作架(1)的一侧转动安装有第一带动辊(22),所述电机(21)的外侧啮合连接有链条(23),且所述链条(23)与第一带动辊(22)啮合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述放置机构(3)包括放置纸箱的放置板(31),所述放置机构(3)还包括安装在链条(23)上的安装板(32),所述放置板(31)上贯穿安装有插接杆(33),所述插接杆(33)靠近安装板(32)的一端固定安装有球形块(34),所述球形块(34)与安装板(32)插接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷机构(4)包括与工作架(1)固定连接的第一支撑架(41),所述第一支撑架(41)的一侧固定安装有第二支撑架(42),所述第二支撑架(42)的顶部表面固定安装有液压杆(43),所述液压杆(43)的输出端贯穿第二支撑架(42)的内壁,所述液压杆(43)的输出端固定安装有连接板(44),所述连接板(44)远离液压杆(43)输出端的一端固定安装有对纸箱进行印刷的印刷头(45)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述添墨机构(5)包括转动安装在第一支撑架(41)一侧的固定轴(53),所述固定轴(53)的表面固定安装有活动杆(52),所述活动杆(52)与固定轴(53)连接的一端一体式安装有凸块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述活动杆(52)远离固定轴(53)的一端开设有第二限制槽(55),所述添墨机构(5)还包括与连接板(44)固定连接的连接轴(54),所述连接轴(54)在第二限制槽(55)的内部活动,且所述连接板(44)安装印刷头(45)的一端表面开设有用于活动杆(52)活动的活动槽,且所述第一支撑架(41)、第二支撑架(42)的一侧均开设有用于活动杆(52)活动的第一限制槽(51)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述添墨机构(5)还包括固定安装在第一支撑架(41)一侧的伸缩弹簧(510),所述伸缩弹簧(510)的另一端固定安装有第二推板(59),所述第二推板(59)转动安装在第一支撑架(41)上,且所述第二推板(59)远离与第一支撑架(41)转动连接的一端与活动杆(52)上的凸块挤压连接,所述第二推板(59)与活动杆(52)上凸块挤压的一端转动安装有第一推板(58)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述第一推板(58)远离第二推板(59)的一侧固定安装有推墨板(57),所述添墨机构(5)还包括固定安装在第二支撑架(42)底部用于储存油墨的储墨盒(56),所述推墨板(57)在储墨盒(56)的内部密封滑动,所述储墨盒(56)的一侧连通安装有连接管(511),所述连接管(511)的另一端与印刷头(45)连通连接,所述连接管(511)为弹性材质。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置,其特征在于,所述稳定机构(6)包括开设在放置板(31)上的第三限制槽(61),所述稳定机构(6)还包括开设在第二支撑架(42)上的第四限制槽(62),所述第四限制槽(62)内部滑动安装有带动板(63),所述带动板(63)远离第四限制槽(62)的一侧安装有第一轮齿,所述稳定机构(6)还包括安装在固定轴(53)上的第二轮齿(64),所述第二轮齿(64)与第一轮齿啮合,所述带动板(63)的一端安装有第三推板(65),所述第三推板(65)为L形,且所述第三推板(65)的底部安装有限制块(66),所述限制块(66)与第三限制槽(61)挤压连接。
  10. 一种根据权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的一种用于纸箱生产的印刷装置的印刷方法,其特征在于,将纸箱放置在放置板(31)上,利用放置板(31)上的插接杆(33),并通过插接杆(33)一端的球形块(34)与安装板(32)插接,可以保持放置板(31)与安装板(32)连接的稳定性,由于安装板(32)安装在链条(23)上,因此链条(23)可以带动放置板(31)上的纸箱移动,另外放置板(31)与安装板(32)可拆卸连接的方式,可以根据实际情况选择两个相邻放置板(31)的距离;启动电机(21),电机(21)的输出端带动第二带动辊(24)转动,第二带动辊(24)带动链条(23)转动,第二带动辊(24)同时配合第一带动辊(22)转动,由此可以带动放置板(31)上的纸箱移动,启动液压杆(43),液压杆(43)的输出端带动连接板(44)移动,连接板(44)带动印刷头(45)移动进行印刷,在连接板(44)带动印刷头(45)印刷完成后,连接板(44)带动印刷头(45)向上移动,连接板(44)同时通过连接轴(54)带动活动杆(52)移动,活动杆(52)通过固定轴(53)在第一支撑架(41)上转动,另外活动杆(52)同时在第一限制槽(51)、第二限制槽(55)的内部活动,活动杆(52)一端的凸块将挤压第二推板(59)活动,第二推板(59)将在第一支撑架(41)上转动,同时第二推板(59)带动第一推板(58)移动,第一推板(58)带动推墨板(57)移动,推墨板(57)在储墨盒(56)的内部密封滑动,将储墨盒(56)内部的油墨通过连接管(511)挤压至印刷头(45)的内部;在活动杆(52)转动挤压第二推板(59)时,活动杆(52)带动固定轴(53)转动,固定轴(53)带动第二轮齿(64)转动,第二轮齿(64)通过与第一轮齿啮合,第二轮齿(64)可以带动带动板(63)在第四限制槽(62)的内部滑动,同时带动板(63)滑动时带动第三推板(65)移动,第三推板(65)带动限制块(66)移动,限制块(66)与第三限制槽(61)挤压连接。
