本发明涉及清洁机械技术领域,尤其涉及一种防异味清洁滚筒机构及清洁器具。
随着科技的进步,人们对地面清洁工具的要求也逐渐提高,出现一种新的清洁机制,通过清洁辊将清洁面灰尘吸附后,再通过在线水清洗清洁辊方式用水将灰尘带离清洁辊,该机制称为“水尘环流”,采用这样机制的清洁器具,也称为“水尘环流”洗地机。水尘环流洗地机通过电机的运行带动清洁筒擦拭地面,清洁筒通常采用海绵筒结构,同时该地面清洁器内也会配备供水系统,对清洁筒进行清洗,从而完美地实现对地面的清洁。为了清洗清洁筒,通常会设置与供水系统连通的封闭清洗空间来清洗局部滚筒,提供清水用来清洗清洁筒,然后再把清洗完清洁筒的污水抽走。
中国专利文献CN212698746U公开了一种用于清洁工具的压水板组件、清洁头和清洁工具。所述压水板组件包括:压水板,包括透明窗口;刮条,与所述压水板相连。然而,压水板上的弧形工作条和刮条的引流部共同两点同侧与海绵滚筒产生过盈配合,过盈配合的部分存在少量间歇会导致海绵滚筒卷扬过来的细颗粒垃圾在未过盈配合之处慢慢堆积,而且被堆积处被海绵滚筒整体封堵在海绵滚筒和壳体形成的半封闭空间内侧,只能通过拆卸海绵滚筒后才能用其它工具清理到这些细颗粒垃圾的堆积,同时由于海绵滚筒工用时处于潮湿状态,导致容易细菌滋生出现导味现象。
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防异味清洁滚筒机构及清洁器具,其中该防异味清洁滚筒机构可避免在与清洁滚筒接触的部件附近形成细颗粒垃圾堆积现象,减少清洁滚筒机构发生异味。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种防异味清洁滚筒机构,该防异味清洁滚筒机构包括清洁滚筒和与清洁滚筒表面形成清洗面接触的挤水条和引水条,所述清洁滚筒机构还包括位于挤水条外侧设有与清洁滚筒表面接触的接引挡板。

以下将结合附图对本申请的方案进行详细描述。
实施例一:如图1-图3所示,本发明提供一种防异味清洁滚筒机构,该防异味清洁滚筒机构包括清洁滚筒1和滚筒盖板2,还包括与清洁滚筒表面形成清洗面接触的挤水条3和引水条,在所述挤水条外侧设有与清洁滚筒表面接触的接引挡板4,所述接引挡板4一端与挤水条3活动连接,所述接引挡板4可以实现与挤水条3的挤水部31平滑连接,这样挤水部31在挤水过程中从清洁滚筒表面分离的细小颗粒在接引挡板4与清洁滚筒之间存在的一定干涉情况下被带走,从而可以避免其聚集,导致异味产生。
为了提高接引挡板4工作时稳定性,所述接引挡板4的另一端与滚筒盖板2活动连接。在滚筒盖板2与接引挡板4之间设有一用于对挤水条3连接固定的固定件5,该固定件5包括固定端和自由端,其中固定端与清洁头壳体6与挤水条3活动连接,所述自由端与接引挡板4连接。
所述挤水条3包括第一固定部30,该第一固定部30与固定件5远离清洁头壳体6的另一端面相抵接,该固定件5的抵接面上设有一固定槽50,该挤水条3的第二固定部32卡设于该固定槽50内,从而实现挤水条4与固定件5的连接固定,所述第一固定部30用于防止挤水条3受力时发生转动,第二固定部32用于与固定件5连接。所述挤水条3还包括与滚筒表面干涉的挤水部31和位于挤水部前端的过滤部33,过滤部33上设有多个供污水流流出的过滤孔35。在本实施例中,所述过滤孔35的数量和分布规则不做限定,可以根据需要进行设置,如过滤孔35可以规律性分布,也可以是交错排列分布。作为优选的方案过滤部33最好能与滚筒表面接触,这样可以确保的使用时,被挤水条3从滚筒挤了的污水能通过过滤孔35。
为了防止水流通过过滤孔35后多余的水流外溢,使清洁滚筒表面过湿而在地面形成积水,在所述过滤部33上设有挡水条34,该挡水条34与过滤部33之间形成用于对细小颗粒进行沉淀的沉积槽36,该沉积槽36可以防止细小颗粒进入污水排出管路,导致容易堵塞现象。为了防止流经过滤孔35进入沉积槽36中的水再次回流到过滤孔35中,所述沉积槽36的底部与过滤孔35之间保持一定的间隔距离。
为了实现接引挡板4减少与清洁滚筒表面较大的阻力,所述接引挡板4与挤水条3之间设置为活动连接,所述挤水条3设有安装槽38,该安装槽38与固定部42卡合固定,在固定部42卡入安装槽38后,实现对接引挡板4与挤水条3固定。所述安装槽38设有槽口和安装腔,其中槽口的宽度小于安装腔壁间最大间距。所述安装槽38的截面最好为圆形,可以保证挤水条3安装后有一定的转动余量,从而减小产生的阻力。
作为该实施例的一种变形设计,如图4所示,为了给予接引挡板4更大的回弹效果及变形空间,在接引挡板4与固定件5之间设有若干由弹性压条49分割形成的可变腔体40,为了达到更优的回弹效果,以地面为水平线,弹性压条49呈水平面垂直间隔分布。
所述弹性压条49的设计可以使接引挡板4有更大的变形空间,同时减小清洁滚筒的受力。当有外力通过滚筒盖板2传输到固定件5后,由于弹性压条49的设计,可以有效的将挤水条5所受的外力进行分散,从而不会影响清洁滚筒的正常工作。
为了便于与固定件的自由端配合,如图1、图3、图4所示,所述接引挡板4与固定件5的自由端连接的一端设有弹性可拉伸勾部43,该勾部43套接在固定件5的自由端上,从而实现接引挡板4与固定件5连接固定,保持接引挡板4能与滚筒之间进干涉处在一定的范围,使得接引挡板4与滚筒间的阻力适当。
具体操作时,如图1、图2所示,可以先将固定部42卡设于安装槽38中,然后,挤水条3通过第二固定部32与固定件5连接和第一固定部30防止转动,拉伸接引挡板上的勾部43套在固定件的自由端即可。当然也可以是先将固定件与挤水条连接固定后,再将接引挡板与挤水条连接,然后再将固定件的自由端套于该勾部。以上列举的仅为两种不同操作方式,当然也可以根据个人的操作习惯进行。
为了使接引挡板4经挤水条3挤压后与清洁滚筒表面接触时能够顺利将碎屑等垃圾从清洁滚筒表面分离,所述接引挡板截面设计为与清洁滚筒表面相适应的弧形。因清洁滚筒吸水后会产生一定的弹性,为了使接引挡板与清洁滚筒表面接触时不会刮坏清洁滚筒,所述接引挡板为弹性材料制成,优选的,该弹性材料为橡胶。
在该实施例中,接引挡板与挤水条的挤水部31存在较小的高度差,使用时接引挡板与经挤水条挤压后的清洁滚筒表面接触,将挤压后从清洁滚筒表面产生的垃圾,如碎屑从清洁滚筒分离,就不会在挤水条后端形成细颗粒垃圾聚集,减少清洁滚筒机构发生异味。
如图9-图12所示,所述接引挡板4包括接引挡板本体45,接引挡板本体表面上分布多个加强筋 46,在各加强筋之间设有多个固定扣 47,该固定件5上设有数量与固定扣47相对应的固定孔 51,为了便于固定扣57与固定孔51连接固定,固定孔51内设有固定滑槽 52。为了防止固定扣从固定孔中脱落,如图9所示,所述固定扣设计为上宽下窄结构,且在宽窄连接过渡区域开设有倒角,相应的固定滑槽设计与之相适配的结构,在便于固定扣与固定孔稳定配合的同时,还便于二者装配固定。
本实施例中,固定扣的结构不限于图中所示结构,可以是卡勾或者其他任意可与固定孔连接固定且不容易脱落的结构。
在现有产品机构中,如图1、图3、图4所示,如通过过滤孔35透过的水流过大时,水很容易漫过挤水条顺着挤水条背板并沿着清洁头壳体滴落到地板,或沿着清洁头壳体滴滴嗒嗒向下滴落,从而在地面形成积水,此漏水问题不仅影响清洁器具的清洁效果同时给客户造成不好的体验感,同时顺着水流的细微颗粒垃圾容易在清洁头壳体上聚集,从而产生异味。
为解决以上技术问题,具体实施方式为:所述勾部与固定件的自由端配合,从而保证漫过挤水条的水始终停留于接引挡板与固定件之间,当水流经泄水口48后,因泄水口与清洁滚筒表面接触,水流透过泄水口流到清洁滚筒表面,因清洁滚筒为软质吸水材料,可以快速的吸收通过泄水口滴落的水,从而解决水流沿着清洁头壳体直接滴落地面的技术问题。
如图1、图3、图4所示,本实施例中接引挡板与挤水条可拆卸连接,当水流中的细微颗粒垃圾附着于接引挡板本体上或所述勾部时,可以对接引挡板进行拆洗,从而有效防止因细微颗粒垃圾长期堆积而产生异味。
如图9、图10所示,本实施例中固定扣设定数量为多个,对应的泄水口48的数量为固定扣的数量减一个,例如当固定扣数量为6个时,所述泄水口的数量为5个,泄水口48分别一一分布于相应的二固定扣之间。当然泄水口也可以设于各加强筋之间,此时水流可沿着加强筋流通并直接通过泄水口流出。
本实施例中泄水口优选设定一排,当然也可以为交错分布的多排或多列,只要能便于水流通过泄水口快速流出即可。
本实施例中接引挡板与挤水条的挤水部之间的高度差较小或齐平,使得细颗粒垃圾不会在挤水条后端形成聚集,减少清洁滚筒机构产生异味,同时在接引挡板上设计勾部、固定扣 、固定孔及泄水口结构,可以有效防止水流漫过挤水条而顺着清洁头壳体滴落的问题,同时也避免了顺着水流流出的细微颗粒垃圾在清洁头壳体上堆积,减少清洁滚筒机构产生异味。
实施例二:如图5所示,该实施例与实施例一不同的是,本实施例中,所述固定板与接引挡板间可拆卸连接,本方案中主要通过螺钉的方式进行连接,当然本实施例中对二者的连接方式并不做限定,只要本领域中能实现可拆卸连接的方式均可作为本实施例中的替代方案。为了使接引挡板与挤水条无缝连接,本实施例中接引挡板与挤水条之间通过粘接的方式实现连接,通过以上两种连接方式,即可实现接引挡板与挤水条的无缝连接,同时与使接引挡板与挤水条之间存在较小的高度差或接近齐平。
与实施例一比,另一不同点为:本实施例中无弹性压条结构设计,但是接引挡板内部仍然可以设计成可变腔体结构,接引挡板远离挤水条的另一端自由与清洁滚筒相抵,或也可以在该端面终端设置一凸起,该凸起与固定件相抵,当固定件产生形变时,该凸起结构设计能达到一定的缓冲效果,从而减小接引挡板与清洁滚筒间的力,保证清洁滚筒的正常工作。
同样的,该固定件的自由端与接引挡板的凸起部相抵,给于其更大的活动及变形空间,其他结构与实施例一相同,在此将不在赘述。
以上设计同样可以满足:使用时接引挡板与经挤水条挤压后的清洁滚筒表面接触,将挤压后从清洁滚筒表面产生的垃圾,如碎屑等从清洁滚筒上分离。因本实施例中接引挡板与挤水条之间存在较小的高度差或接近齐平,就不会在挤水条后端形成细颗粒垃圾聚集,减少清洁滚筒机构发生异味。
实施例三:如图6-图8:该实施例与实施例一与实施例二不同的是,所述接引挡板包括一限位部41,该限位部为一凸起结构,本方案中,该凸起结构端面呈圆弧状,该限位部圆弧凸起端面与固定件相抵,本实施例中优选该限位部圆弧凸起端面相抵于该固定件的中部,即固定件长度为自由端至固定端间的长度,该固定端为固定件与第一固定部相抵接且向靠近自由端的抵接端。
同时,在该实施例中,接引挡板与挤水条的挤水部31端面齐平,所述挤水部设有引导部37,该引导部与接引挡板齐平且平滑连接,该接引挡板设有与引导部配合的固定部42。
为了达到上述端面齐平的效果,所述引导部的与挤水部连接的一端为固定端,另一端为自由端,该自由端与清洁滚筒表面接触的端面与固定槽延伸出的端面间呈一定夹角,本方案中优选为锐角,相应的在所述接引挡板上设有一齐平端44,当固定部卡入固定槽后,所述齐平端刚好与引导部的夹角相接,从而实现接引挡板与挤水条的平滑连接。
因清洁滚筒遇水后具有一定的弹性,为了防止在工作过程中接引挡板及挤水条与清洁滚筒表面压合部的垃圾残留,所述接引挡板与挤水条的挤水部端面齐平,使用时挤水条后端形成细颗粒垃圾会随着滚筒而掉落再次被回收,从而减少垃圾的聚集,此设计可以使用减少垃圾在清洁滚筒机构内部残留,减少清洁滚筒机构发生异味。
根据本发明的实施例,提供一种清洁器具,包括上述清洁滚筒机构。
此外,清洁器具还包括清洁头壳体6等部件。
根据本发明的实施例,清洁器具工作的过程中,清洁滚筒转动,垃圾通过清洁滚筒被卷起,同时清水输送到清洁滚筒表面,对清洁滚筒进行冲刷,清洁头壳体上部安装有挤水条,挤水条和清洁滚筒过盈配合,清洁滚筒高速旋转中经挤水条挤压出的污水以及经输送到清洁滚筒的清水混合在一起,通过水流带走一部分垃圾,旋转通过挤水条的挤水部的清洁滚筒的部分在清洁滚筒本身材质的弹性作用下,该部分清洁滚筒表面会朝着正常的无受压的表面形状恢复,接引挡板正好消纳该部分清洁滚筒表面在恢复形状过程中产生的冲击,该部分清洁滚筒表面在恢复形状过程中也就无法把经过“挤水”后的“洁净表面”中夹杂的“微颗粒”垃圾甩出,自然的这些被甩出的“微颗粒”垃圾就无法在不配置接引挡板时的固定件和该部分清洁滚筒表面对应的下表面沉积。可以广泛用于清洁器具上,该清洁器具可以是吸尘器,洗地机或扫地机器人等产品。

Claims (15)
- 一种防异味清洁滚筒机构,包括清洁滚筒和与清洁滚筒表面形成清洗面接触的挤水条和引水条,其特征在于,所述清洁滚筒机构还包括位于挤水条外侧设有与清洁滚筒表面接触的接引挡板。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述接引挡板与挤水条的挤水部端面齐平。
- 根据权利要求 2 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述挤水部设有引导结构,该引导结构与接引挡板齐平且平滑连接,该接引挡 板设有与引导结构配合的转动固定部。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述接引挡板截面为弧形。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述接引挡板包括弹性橡胶。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述接引挡板与挤水条之间活动连接。
- 根据权利要求 6 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述挤水条设有固定槽,该固定槽与所述接引挡板一端设有的固定条配合。
- 根据权利要求 7 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述清洁滚筒机构还包括滚筒盖板,所述接引挡板另一端与滚筒盖板活动连接, 在接引挡板与滚筒盖板之间设有可变腔体。
- 根据权利要求 8 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述可变腔体由接引挡板上的弹性压条分隔形成。
- 根据权利要求 9 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述弹性压条与水平面垂直。
- 根据权利要求 1 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述挤水条包括挤水部和位于挤水部前端的过滤部,所述过滤部设有多个过滤孔,在挤水时过滤部设与滚筒表面接触。
- 根据权利要求 11 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述过滤孔交错排列。
- 根据权利要求 11 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述过滤部前端设有挡水条,该挡水条与过滤部之间形成沉积槽。
- 根据权利要求 11 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构,其特征在于,所述沉积槽的底部与过滤孔之间保持距离。
- 一种清洁器具,包括设有壳体的清洁头,该清洁头设有防异味清洁 滚筒机构,其特征在于,该防异味清洁滚筒机构具有权利要求 1-14 所述的防异味清洁滚筒机构。
