本实用新型如有涉及的控制器、控制电路是本领域技术人员常规的控制技术或单元,如控制器的控制电路可以由本领域普通的技术人员采用现有,如简单编程即可实现。涉及与硬件配合实现控制结果的软件或程序,如说明未作详细说明表示涉及的软件或程序控制过程,则属于采用现有技术或本领域普通的技术人员常规技术。电源也采用所述属本领域现有技术,并且本实用新型主要实用新型技术点在于对机械装置改进,所以本实用新型不再详细说明具体的电路控制关系和电路连接。
本实用新型的公开提供了许多不同的实施方式或例子用来实现本实用新型的不同结构。为了简化本实用新型的公开,本实用新型中对特定例子的部件和设置进行描述。当然,它们仅仅为示例,并且目的不在于限制本实用新型。此外,本实用新型可以在不同例子中重复参考数字和/或参考字母,这种重复是为了简化和清楚的目的,其本身不指示所讨论各种实施方式和/或设置之间的关系。此外,本实用新型提供了的各种特定的工艺和材料的例子,但是本领域普通技术人员可以意识到其他工艺的应用和/或其他材料的使用。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1-图4所示,本实用新型提供一种适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒实施例。
该适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,包括垃圾盒上盖2和垃圾盒主体1,该垃圾盒主体设有收纳腔11和与设于侧面与收纳腔连通的收集口10,所述收集口10设有弹性转接条3,该弹性转接条3外侧设有第一引导面S1和与第一引导面连接位于内侧的第二引导面S2,且第一引导面与第二引导面不在同一平面内,安装后,该第二引导面与第一引导面在同一平面。
具体地说,所述弹性转接条3可以采用橡胶等制作。所述垃圾盒安装于壳体5内,位于清扫刷6后端,用于存储从清洁滚筒表面清扫下来的垃圾。
由于安装后弹性转接条3与壳体5挤压配合,使且第一引导面S1与第二引导面S2不在同一平面内,使得收集口10与壳体5之间平滑连接,避免部件之间配合存在间隙导致垃圾沉积现象。
为了避免在安装过程中出弹性转接条3向下变形,从而与壳体5之间不能平滑连接形成槽或缝隙,保证弹性转接条3在安装过程中只会向上变形,所述弹性转接条3的端面设有导槽32,该导槽将弹性转接条端面分隔形成第一引导部31和第二引导部33。所述第二引导面S2位于第一引导部31上端。所述导槽上侧面和下侧面分别与垂直面S3形成锐角的夹角。所述导槽上侧面与垂直面S3形成夹角大于导槽下侧面与垂直面S3形成夹角。所述第二引导部33外侧面设为第一引导面S1,且第一引导面S1与垂直面S3形成的夹角小于导槽下侧面与垂直面S3形成锐角的夹角。
为了避免在安装过程中出弹性转接条3向下变形,从而与壳体5之间不能平滑连接形成槽或缝隙,保证弹性转接条3在安装过程中只会向上变形,所述弹性转接条3端面的第一引导部31还设有安装斜面311,该安装斜面可以提高垃圾盒在安装到壳体5中的便捷性。
壳体5上在清洁滚筒4和垃圾盒之间设有与清扫刷6表面毛刷尖运动轨迹吻合的清扫刷过度部51,安装好垃圾盒之后,为了提升清洁刷6在把清洁滚筒4上的细颗粒垃圾刷离清洁滚筒表面后甩入垃圾盒,弹性转接条3的上表面还设置有衔接面34,该衔接面可以确保垃圾盒所搭接的对应清洁刷6离开壳体5的清扫刷过度部51的部分材料的最边缘高度一定高于衔接面34的高侧边缘,同时衔接面34的低侧边缘继续向前延申形成进一步向收纳腔11倾斜的入口斜面35,这样细颗粒垃圾被清洁刷6刷离清洁滚筒表面后甩入垃圾盒的过程中,可以依次沿着衔接面34、入口斜面3顺畅的落入垃圾和的收纳腔11中。
如图5-6所示,本实用新型还提供一种清洁装置实施例。
该清洁装置包括清洁头,该清洁头设有壳体5和设于壳体的清洁滚筒4、对清洁滚筒表面清扫的清扫刷6,以及将清扫的垃圾进行收集的垃圾盒。该适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,包括垃圾盒主体1,该垃圾盒主体设有收纳腔11和与设于侧面与收纳腔连通的收集口10,所述收集口设有弹性转接条3,该弹性转接条外侧设有第一引导面S1和与第一引导面连接位于内侧的第二引导面S2,且第一引导面S1与第二引导面S2不在同一平面内,安装后,该第二引导面S2与第一引导面S2在同一平面。

根据需要,所述壳体5侧面设有供垃圾盒侧面抽拉取出的开口(图中未标出)。这样在取出垃圾盒时不会与清扫刷6发生干涉,可以直接取出,操作更便捷。所述垃圾盒主体1沿长度方向设置有筋条(图中未标出),可推拉安装或取出垃圾盒过程中减小阻力。由于清洁装置采用水尘环流方式,需要对污水进行收集,因而壳体上需要设置污水管路,即所述壳体一侧设有横跨垃圾盒和清扫刷的污水管路。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,包括垃圾盒主体,该垃圾盒主体设有收纳腔和与设于侧面与收纳腔连通的收集口,其特征在于,所述收集口设有弹性转接条,该弹性转接条外侧设有第一引导面和与第一引导面连接位于内侧的第二引导面,且第一引导面与第二引导面不在同一平面内,安装后,该第二引导面与第一引导面在同一平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述弹性转接条的端面设有导槽,该导槽将弹性转接条端面分隔形成第一引导部和第二引导部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述第二引导面位于第一引导部上端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述导槽上侧面和下侧面分别与垂直面形成锐角的夹角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述导槽上侧面与垂直面形成夹角大于导槽下侧面与垂直面形成夹角。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述第二引导部外侧面设为第一引导面,且第一引导面与垂直面形成的夹角小于导槽下侧面与垂直面形成锐角的夹角。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的适用于清洁器具的垃圾盒,其特征在于,所述垃圾盒主体沿长度方向设置有筋条。
  8. 一种清洁装置,包括清洁头,该清洁头设有壳体和设于壳体的清洁滚筒、对清洁滚筒表面清扫的清扫刷,以及将清扫的垃圾进行收集的垃圾盒,其特征在于,该垃圾盒具有权利要求1-6任意一项所述的垃圾盒。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述壳体侧面设有供垃圾盒侧面抽拉取出的开口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述壳体一侧设有横跨垃圾盒和清扫刷的污水管路。
