背景技术
为了保证船舶在行驶过程中的安全性,在遇到突发情况时需要进行警报提示,以使相关工作人员根据警报提示及时调整船舶安全行驶。
在对船舶进行警报提示时,通常是在检测到船舶可能存在安全性问题时,以语音播报的方式对船舱内的工作人员进行提示,但是这样的操作存在一定的问题,如,船舱内的工作人员没有及时听到警报提示,导致工作人员没能及时对突发情况作出反应,增加了航行过程中的危险性。
为了能够在船舶遇到突发情况时,能够及时进行相应的安全提示,需要对船舶警示方法进行改进。
发明内容
本申请提供一种船舶报警方法、船舶报警装置、电子设备及存储介质,以实现在船舶遇到突发情况时,及时有效的进行警报提示的效果。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种船舶报警方法,包括:
获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息;其中,所述室外环境信息由其它船舶发出;
获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息;
根据所述室内环境信息,确定所述目标船舶的警报声音强度;
控制所述目标船舶的警报系统根据所述警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种船舶报警装置,包括:
室外环境信息获取模块,用于获取与目标船舶的相关联的室外环境信息,所述室外环境信息由其它船舶发出;

图1为本申请实施例一所提供的一种船舶报警方法流程示意图,本实施例可适用于船舶行驶过程中,对船舶进行警报提示的情况,该方法可以由船舶报警装置来执行,该装置可以通过软件和/或硬件的形式实现,硬件可以是船舶、用于船舶的安全终端、移动终端或PC端等。
如图1所示,该方法包括:
S110、获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息。
其中,目标船舶可以理解为当前工作人员正在驾驶的船舶,室外环境信息可以理解为目标船舶的邻域内的环境信息,如可以为邻域内的其它船舶发出的警报声音等信息。
具体的,在目标船舶的行驶过程中,可能会遇到突发情况,如由于光线太暗或海面雾气太大等因素导致可视距离较短,无法及时发现目标船舶周围的其它船舶,导致可能会出现船舶碰撞的情况。通常,船舶在行驶过程中,在遇到突发情况时,会发出警报声音,以提示其它船舶进行避让,降低事故发生风险。为了能够在发生突发情况时,能够及时提醒目标船舶,可以在目标船舶的行驶过程中,获取目标船舶邻域内的其它船舶的警报声音等提示信息,以使目标船舶中的工作人员能够根据获取的提示信息控制目标船舶安全行驶。
可选的,获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息,包括:基于目标船舶的舱室外安装的声音采集器,获取采集范围内的其它船舶的警报信息。
其中,声音采集器可以理解为用于采集声音的仪器,通常安装于目标船舶的舱室外,在本技术方案中,声音采集器可以用于采集目标船舶的邻域内其它船舶发出的警报声音。采集范围为声音采集器的采集范围,如声音采集器可以采集以目标船舶为中心的方圆10km的其它船舶的警报声音,则采集范围为以目标船舶为中心的方圆10km的范围。警报信息可以理解为其它船舶发出的警报声音信息,需要说明的是,在本技术方案中,主要采集的是其它船舶发出的警报声音。
在实际应用中,在目标船舶的舱室外可以安装声音采集器,基于声音采集器对采集范围内的其它船舶发出的警报声音进行采集,以基于采集的警报声音确定目标船舶的周围是否存在其它船舶,以便确定是否需要调整目标船舶的行驶方向或行驶速度等。
可选的,在获取室外环境信息后,对室外环境信息中的警报信息进行检测,并确定与警报信息所对应的警报类型;当警报类型为预设警报类型时,获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息。
在实际应用中,预设警报类型可以包括船舶交会警报、船舶求救警报以及船舶避让警报等。可以理解的是,船舶在海面上行驶时,经常会以警报音的方式提示其它船舶进行避让或者是向其它船舶求助的情况,因此,为了满足不同的使用需求,可以对警报信息加以区分,如不同的警报类型可以对应不同的频率、不同的警报提示时长、以及多个警报音交替使用等。可以理解的是,在目标船舶行驶过程中,不需要响应所有的警报类型的警报信息,如警报类型为其它船舶发出的用于示好的警报信息,对于这类信息,目标船舶内的工作人员不需要对舱室内的人员进行警报提示,因此,可以根据目标船舶的行驶过程中的实际需求,从多个警报类型中选择需要关注的警报类型作为预设警报类型。当采集到的室外环境信息中的警报信息的警报类型为预设警报类型时,获取目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息。
S120、获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息。
其中,室内环境信息可以理解为目标船舶的舱室内的声音信息,如可以包括人员的说话声音、设备的运转声音、发动机工作时的声音以及各种娱乐设备工作时声音等。
具体的,若在采集范围内采集到其它船舶的警报信息,需要根据获取的警报信息对目标船舶舱室内的相关人员进行提示,如,在目标船舶的舱室内进行警报音提示。但是,当室内环境信息较为嘈杂时,可能会存在警报提示声音太小,无法有效的提示相关人员,进而导致警报提示被忽略的情况。为了避免这种情况的发生,使工作人员能够及时的收到警报提示,需要获取目标船舶内的室内环境信息,以根据室内环境信息调整警报提示的方式,如以警报灯和警报音共同提示,或者加大警报音的声音强度等。
可选的,获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息,包括:基于目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器,获取与室内环境信息。
其中,声音检测器可以理解为用于对目标船舶的舱室内的声音信息进行检测的仪器,通常安装于目标船舶的舱室内,声音检测器的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,以全方位的采集舱室内的各种声音信息,通过声音检测器可以采集室内环境信息。
S130、根据室内环境信息,确定目标船舶的警报声音强度。
其中,警报声音强度可以理解为目标船舶的警报系统在舱室内发出警报提 示时的声音强度。
具体的,为了能够确保目标船舶的工作人员能够及时听到警报系统发出的警报提示,在获取室内环境信息后,需要对室内环境信息的声音强度进行判断,以根据室内环境的声音强度确定警报声音强度。换句话说,警报声音强度要大于室内环境信息的声音强度,才能有效的对目标船舶内的工作人员进行警报提示。
可选的,根据室内环境信息,确定目标船舶的警报声音强度,包括:对室内环境信息进行分贝检测,得到室内环境信息所对应的分贝值;根据分贝值确定室内环境信息所对应的警报等级,并根据警报等级确定目标船舶的警报声音强度。
其中,分贝值可以表征声音的强度,分贝值越高,则表示声音的强度越大,反之,分贝值越低,表示声音的强度越低。
具体的,目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器不仅可以采集室内环境信息,还可以对采集到的声音信息进行分贝检测,确定当前时刻室内环境信息所对应的分贝值,以根据分贝值确定相应的警报等级。如,将分贝值进行区间划分,并建立各分贝值区间所对应的警报等级,当分贝值区间所对应的警报等级较低时,则目标船舶的警报声音强度较低;当分贝值区间所对应的警报等级较高时,则目标船舶的警报声音强度较高。
示例性地,就室内环境信息所对应的分贝值设置不同的阈值,当分贝值小于第一强度阈值时,确定室内环境信息所对应的警报等级为一级警报,并确定与一级等级相对应的一级警报声音强度。当所分贝值大于第一强度阈值,且小于第二强度阈值时,确定室内环境信息所对应的警报等级为二级警报,并确定与二级警报相对应的二级警报声音强度。当分贝值大于第二强度阈值时,确定室内环境信息所对应的警报等级为三级警报,并确定与三级警报相对应的三级警报声音强度。
S140、控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
进一步的,在确定目标船舶的警报声音强度后,可以基于警报声音强度确定目标船舶内的警报系统中扬声器的音量参数,以使警报系统基于确定的音量参数对舱室内的扬声器进行音量调节,控制扬声器进行相应的警报提示。
或者,还可以基于警报声音强度确定警报系统中警示灯的工作参数(如亮度、亮度变换频率、颜色、颜色变换频率等),以使警示系统根据工作参数对警示灯进行调节,控制警示灯进行相应的警报提示。
示例性地,可以根据警报声音强度控制警示灯显示不同的颜色,如警报声 音强度较低,相应的,对应的警报等级也较低,此时,警示灯的颜色可以显示为绿色,表示目标船舶当前处于较为安全的环境。当警报声音强度较高,相应的,对应的警报等级也较高,此时,警示灯的颜色可以显示为红色,表示目标船舶当前处于较为危险的环境,需要立刻对目标船舶进行相应的控制调节。此外,警示灯还可以以颜色表征警报等级,如警报等级越高,警示灯的闪烁频率越快,或者,警报等级越高,警示灯的亮度越高。
需要说明的是,各种警报提示的方法可以单一使用,也可以叠加使用。
可选的,其它船舶的警报声音与目标船舶自身遇险时所发出的警报声音在音色或音调中的至少一者上存在不同。
具体的,在目标船舶遇险时,若目标船舶自身的警报声音和其它船只的警报声音相同,可能会给工作人员造成干扰,没有及时对目标船舶进行相应的调节控制,导致发生安全事故。为了区分其它船舶与目标船舶自身的警报声音,可以针对目标船舶设置个性化警报声音,如可以在音色或音调上进行区分,或者还可以警报音乐进行提示,以确保目标船舶的警示音不与其它船舶的警报声音相混淆。
需要说明的是,本技术方案中的目标船舶的警报系统为目标船舶的舱室内的警报系统。
本实施例的技术方案,获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息,基于目标船舶舱室外的声音采集器,获取采集范围内的其它船舶发出的警报信息,当警报信息的警报类型为预设警报类型时,获取目标船舶的室内环境信息。获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息,基于目标船舶舱室内的声音检测器,采集室内环境信息,以确定室内环境信息的分贝值,以根据室内环境信息的分贝值确定警报系统的警报声音强度。根据室内环境信息,确定目标船舶的警报声音强度,根据警报声音强确定相应的警报等级,并根据警报等级确定相应的警报声音强度。控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示,在确定警报声音强度后,对警报系统中的扬声器进行音量参数调节,以控制扬声器按照确定的声音强度进行警报提示,或者基于警报声音强度调节警示灯的工作参数,以使警示灯根据警报声音强度进行相应的警示灯提示。解决了船舶遇到突发情况时,船舶内的人员可能会错过警报提示,导致出现安全事故的问题,实现了船舶遇到突发情况时,及时有效的进行警报提示的效果。
实施例二
作为上述实施例的一可选实施例,图2为本申请实施例二所提供的一种船 舶报警方法的流程示意图,可选的,还可以根据是否存在与目标船舶的相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶,确定是否获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息。
如图2所示,该方法包括:
S210、获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息。
S220、判断是否存在与目标船舶的相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶,若是,则执行S230,若否,执行S260。
其中,相对距离可以理解为其它船舶相对于目标船舶的直线距离,为了保证目标船舶的行驶安全,需要在行驶过程中和其它船舶保持一定的距离,以确定不会发生船舶碰撞的情况,基于此,可以根据船舶之间的安全距离设置相应的距离阈值。
具体的,为了确保行驶过程中其它船舶与目标船舶保持一定的安全距离,在采集到与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息后,对室外环境信息中的其它船舶的警报声音进行分析,确定其它船舶相对于目标船舶的距离,并以此确定其它船舶与目标船舶是否距离过近。如,基于其它船舶的警报声音的声音强度,判断其它船舶与目标船舶之间的距离,或者,还可以对其它船舶的警报声音进行声波分析,根据声波分析结果,确定是否存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶。
或者,还可以在目标船舶的四周安装距离探测仪,实时探测各其它船舶与目标船舶之间的相对距离。将与各船舶相对应的相对距离和距离阈值进比较,确定是否存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶。
需要说明的是,以上各种判断是否存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶的方法可以单独使用,也可以叠加使用。
S230、当存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶时,基于目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器,获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息。
具体的,当其它船舶与目标船舶之间的相对距离大于距离阈值时,表示当前目标船舶处于较为安全的环境,不需要进行警报提示。当其它船舶与目标船舶之间的相对距离小于距离阈值时,表示当前目标船舶处于较为危险的环境,需要进行相应的警报提示。当需要进行警报提示时,基于舱室内安装的声音检测器对室内环境信息进行采集,并判断室内环境信息的声音强度,以根据室内环境信息的声音强度确定警报提示所对应的警报声音强度。
S240、根据室内环境信息,确定目标船舶的警报声音强度;
S250、控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
在实际应用中,控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示,包括:控制警报系统根据警报声音强度及室外环境信息中的警报信息的警报类型,进行相应的警报提示。
也就是说,目标船舶舱室内的警报系统在进行警报提示时,需要根据室内环境信息的声音强度,调节舱室内的扬声器播放警报提示时的声音强度。在一个例子中,舱室内的扬声器的警报声的声音强度大于室内环境信息的声音强度,且二者之间的差值为预定值,例如,当室内环境信息的声音强度为a时,则控制扬声器的播警报报提示的声音强度为b,其中,b-a=c,c为大于0的预定值。在另一个例子中,舱室内的扬声器的警报声的声音强度与室内环境信息的声音强度具有一一对应的关系,例如,当室内环境信息的声音强度在[a1,b1]内时,相应地,警报声的强度应该调高到c1,其中,c1>b1,若室内环境信息的声音强度在[a2,b2],对应地警报声的强度应该调高到c2,其中,a2>b1,c2>b2,以此类推。
进一步地,在警报系统进行警报提示时,还需要根据室外环境信息中的警报信息的警报类型,确定相应的警报提示,如根据警报类型确定警报提示的声音强度、提示信息或警报提示的紧急程度等。
可选的,本申请的船舶报警方法在控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示之后还包括:获取预设时长内,警报提示所对应的处理状态;当处理状态为已处理时,解除警报提示;当处理状态为未处理时,生成与警报提示相对应的告警信息,并将告警信息发送至目标客户端。
其中,预设时长可以理解为针对警报系统进行警报提示后设置的一段时长,如可以为1分钟或2分钟等,设置预设时长的目的在于确定在警报提示后,工作人员是否及时对警报提示进行相应的处理。告警信息可以理解为当警报提示未被及时处理时,生成的用于提示工作人员对警报提示进行处理的信息。目标客户端可以包括监控平台或移动设备中的至少一种。
具体的,在警报系统发出警报提示后,监控在预设时长内警报提示是否被处理,如,可以在舱室内安装控制按钮,在预设时长内,检测到控制按钮被触发时,可以解除警报提示,并将警报提示所对应的处理状态确定为已处理状态。若在预设时长内,检测到控制按钮未被触发时,将警报提示所对应的处理状态确定为未处理状态,为了确定舱室内的工作人员及时收到警报提示,需要进一步的对船舶内的人员进行相应的提示,也就是生成与警报提示相对应的告警信息,并将告警信息发送至监控平台,或者时工作人员携带的移动设备,以提示工作人员对警报提示做出相应的处理。其中,告警信息可以包括警报提示生成时间、警报类型、其它船舶与目标船舶的相对距离信息以及警报提示的警报等 级等。
S260、当不存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶时,不对目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息进行采集。
本实施例的技术方案,判断是否存在与目标船舶的相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶,根据采集的其它船舶的警报信息,确定其它船舶相对与目标车辆的距离。当存在相对距离小于距离阈值的其它船舶时,基于目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器,获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息,当确定其它船舶小于距离阈值时,表明当前时刻,其它船舶距离目标船舶较近,可能会对目标船舶造成安全隐患,基于此,获取室内环境信息,以基于室内环境信息确定目标船舶的警报声音强度,对目标船舶内的人员进行相应的警报提示。解决了仅根据警报信息进行警报提示,可能存在警报不及时的问题,实现了及时有效的进行警报提示的效果。

告警信息发送模块,用于当处理状态为未处理时,生成与警报提示相对应的告警信息,并将告警信息发送至目标客户端;其中,目标客户端包括监控平台或移动设备中的至少一种。
本申请实施例所提供的船舶报警装置可执行本申请任意实施例所提供的船舶报警方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。
值得注意的是,上述装置所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本申请实施例的保护范围。
实施例四
图4为本申请实施例四提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,如图4所示,该电子设备包括处理器70、存储器71、输入装置72和输出装置73;电子设备中处理器70的数量可以是一个或多个,图4中以一个处理器70为例;电子设备中的处理器70、存储器71、输入装置72和输出装置73可以通过总线或其他方式连接,图4中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器71作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请任一实施例中的船舶报警方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,船舶报警装置中的室外环境信息获取模块310、室内环境信息获取模块320、警报声音强度确定模块330和警报提示模块340)。处理器70通过运行存储在存储器71中的软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行上述的船舶报警方法。
存储器71可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储 操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据处理器70的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器71可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实例中,存储器71可进一步包括相对于处理器70远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至电子设备。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置72可用于接收输入的数字信息、字符信息或声音信息(例如,本技术方案中的室外环境信息)等,以及产生与电子设备的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置73可包括显示屏等显示设备、用于进行警报提示的扬声器设备以及警示灯设备等。
实施例五
本申请实施例五还提供一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,例如,计算机可执行指令在由处理器执行时用于执行以下船舶报警方法。该方法包括:获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息;其中,室外环境信息由其它船舶发出;获取与目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息;根据室内环境信息,确定目标船舶的警报声音强度;控制目标船舶的警报系统根据警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
当然,本申请实施例所提供的一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,其计算机可执行指令不限于如上所述的方法操作,还可以执行本申请任意实施例所提供的船舶报警方法中的相关操作。
通过以上关于实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,本申请可借助软件及必需的通用硬件来实现,当然也可以通过硬件实现,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如计算机的软盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、闪存(FLASH)、硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种船舶报警方法,其中,包括:
    获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息;其中,所述室外环境信息由其它船舶发出;
    获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息;
    根据所述室内环境信息,确定所述目标船舶的警报声音强度;
    控制所述目标船舶的警报系统根据所述警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取与目标船舶相关联的室外环境信息,包括:
    基于所述目标船舶的舱室外安装的声音采集器,获取采集范围内的其它船舶的警报信息;其中,所述采集范围为所述声音采集器的采集范围。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    对所述室外环境信息中的警报信息进行检测,并确定与所述警报信息所对应的警报类型;
    当所述警报类型为预设警报类型时,获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息,其中,所述预设警报类型包括船舶交会警报、船舶求救警报以及船舶避让警报中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息,包括:
    基于所述目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器,获取所述室内环境信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    判断是否存在与所述目标船舶的相对距离小于距离阈值的所述其它船舶;
    当存在所述相对距离小于所述距离阈值的所述其它船舶时,基于所述目标船舶的舱室内安装的声音检测器,获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息;和/或
    所述根据所述室内环境信息,确定所述目标船舶的警报声音强度,包括:
    对所述室内环境信息进行分贝检测,得到所述室内环境信息所对应的分贝值;
    根据所述分贝值确定所述室内环境信息所对应的警报等级,并根据所述警报等级确定所述目标船舶的警报声音强度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述控制所述目标船舶的警报系统根据所述警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示,包括:
    控制所述警报系统根据所述警报声音强度及所述室外环境信息中的警报信息的警报类型,进行相应的警报提示;和/或
    所述其它船舶的警报声音与所述目标船舶自身遇险时所发出的警报声音在音色或音调中的至少一者上存在不同;和/或
    所述目标船舶的警报系统为所述目标船舶的舱室内的警报系统。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法在所述控制所述目标船舶的警报系统根据所述警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示之后,还包括:
    获取预设时长内,所述警报提示所对应的处理状态;
    当所述处理状态为已处理时,解除所述警报提示;
    当所述处理状态为未处理时,生成与所述警报提示相对应的告警信息,并将所述告警信息发送至目标客户端;其中,所述目标客户端包括监控平台或移动设备中的至少一种。
  8. 一种船舶报警装置,其中,包括:
    室外环境信息获取模块,用于获取与目标船舶的相关联的室外环境信息,所述室外环境信息由其它船舶发出;
    室内环境信息获取模块,用于获取与所述目标船舶相关联的室内环境信息;
    警报声音强度确定模块,用于根据所述室内环境信息,确定所述目标船舶的警报声音强度;
    警报提示模块,用于控制所述目标船舶的警报系统根据所述警报声音强度,进行相应的警报提示。
  9. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,用于存储一个或多个程序;
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的船舶报警方法。
  10. 一种包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,其中,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的船舶报警方法。
