Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de mélange pour produits alimentaires comportant un récipient de mélange (10) dans lequel est disposé un mélangeur (20), lequel comprend au moins deux bras de mélangeur (21a, 21b) présentant chacun un arbre de mélangeur (22a, 22b) et une roue dentée d'arbre de mélangeur (31a, 31b) montée solidaire en rotation sur celui-ci, qui sont entraînés en rotation par un moteur (40) doté d'un arbre d'entraînement (41) et d'une roue dentée d'arbre d'entraînement (32) montée de solidaire en rotation sur celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de transmission (30). L'invention vise à fournir un dispositif de mélange fonctionnant de manière plus efficace et moins sonore. A cet effet, selon l'invention, les roues dentées d'arbre de mélangeur (31a, 31b) et la roue dentée d'arbre d'entraînement (32) sont conçues sous la forme d'engrenages cylindriques à denture droite (30).
