现在技术中,在进行消费电子产品表面贴膜时,很多应用到贴膜、贴纸,但是手动贴膜或贴纸对于普通人来说是一件很麻烦的事情,常常出现膜贴偏报废的情况发生,对于经验不足,不常贴膜的人其贴膜效率较低。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子产品表面贴膜的膜纸组件及贴膜器,该膜纸组件贴膜方便快捷,并能与贴膜器进行准确、快速定位,该贴膜器能够与需要贴膜的电子产品进行快速定位,最终实现膜纸组件与电子产品需要贴膜部位的准确、快速定位,提高了电子产品表面贴膜的效率,贴膜准确,贴膜成功率高,操作简便,无需培训。

一种电子产品表面贴膜的膜纸组件,所述膜纸组件包括从上至下依次粘贴的连接膜、主膜和离型膜,所述离型膜与主膜大小适配,所述连接膜呈条状,所述连接膜下表面设有胶黏层,所述连接膜的两端分别设有向外延伸出主膜的粘贴部,所述粘贴部用于将膜纸组件粘贴在贴膜器上。

本实用新型通过将贴膜器与膜纸组件配合使用,贴膜器能够将膜纸组件与电子产品需要贴膜的位置准确定位,电子产品的外轮廓结构与贴膜器的容置腔适配定位,主膜与电子产品贴合,然后在刮膜口处轻刮几次主膜,即可实现主膜与电子产品的贴膜操作。
该贴膜器可实现与电子产品的准确并进行快速贴膜,一次贴膜的成功率高,尤其适合各类不规则表面结构的消费电子产品贴膜,贴膜器采用一体注塑成型工艺,生产成本低。

以下结合附图1-14对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所述,本实用新型一种电子产表面贴膜的膜纸组件,膜纸组件1包括从上至下依次粘贴的连接膜11、主膜12和离型膜13,离型膜13与主膜12的大小适配,连接膜11呈条状,连接膜11下表面设有胶黏层,连接膜11的两端分别设有向外延伸出主膜12的粘贴部111,粘贴部111用于将膜纸组件1粘贴在贴膜器2上。
   本实用新型的主膜可以是透明的防护膜、带有图案层的装饰膜、钻石贴纸或3D贴的一种。
   为了更好的对主膜进行保护,避免主膜12上表面在运输、存放过程中刮伤,连接膜11与主膜12之间设有用于保护主膜12的基层膜14,基层膜14与主膜12之间可以采用静电吸附方式进行连接,也可以在基层膜14的下表面涂覆胶黏层,基层膜14下表面的胶黏层与主膜12上表面粘贴,连接膜11的胶黏层与基层膜14的上表面连接。
具体的,基层膜14可以为UV转移贴、TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes)膜等其它类型的透明贴纸,基层膜14下表面可以涂覆有胶黏层或光面。如主膜12为透明防护膜、带有图案层的装饰膜或钻石贴纸时,基层膜14下表面可以为光面,基层膜14与主膜12可以通过静电进行吸附;如主膜12为3D贴时,可在基层膜14下表面涂覆胶黏层,基层膜14通过胶黏层与3D贴上表面粘贴。
连接膜11下表面涂覆胶黏层,主膜12的下表面涂覆胶黏层,主膜12上表面不涂覆胶黏层,离型膜13两面均不涂覆胶黏层;当没有基层膜14时,连接膜11下表面的胶黏层与主膜12的上表面粘贴,离型膜13的上表面与主膜12下表面的胶黏层粘贴。
当主膜12为带有图案层的装饰膜时,图案层可以设置成卡通、动物、花草等图案,以满足不同人群的需求,用户可以根据自己需求选择不同图案的主膜12。
贴膜过程就是将主膜12粘贴在电子产品上,以提升电子产品外型的美观度或对电子产品的外观进行保护,满足现代年轻人追求时尚、个性化设计的需求,同时,印制有不同图案层的装饰膜也可防止电子产品被刮花。
主膜12的占地空间小于电子产品需要贴膜部位的尺寸,当有基层膜14时,连接膜11粘贴在基层膜14上表面,基层膜14粘贴在主膜12上表面,主膜12下方涂覆胶黏层,该胶黏层通过与离型膜13粘贴,可以较好的保护主膜12下表面的胶黏层,放置其受到灰尘污染,失去黏性。使用膜纸组件1进行贴膜时,需要将离型膜13去除,主膜12下方涂覆胶黏层用以粘贴电子产品表面;主膜12与电子产品进行粘贴完成后,通过牵拉连接膜11上的粘贴部111,牵领基层膜14与主膜12分离,完成电子产品上粘贴主膜12的贴膜工作。
如图3-5所示,实施例一,本实用新型还包括贴膜器2,该贴膜器2适用于上述膜纸组件1。
实施例一中,需要贴膜的为圆盘状的电子产品,主膜12为带有图案层的装饰膜、钻石贴纸或3D贴。贴膜器2包括上盖部21和边框部22,上盖部21呈圆形,上盖部21与边框部22一体成型,上盖部21中央开设刮膜口3,边框部22设置在上盖部21底面并环绕刮膜口3向下延伸,上盖部21底面与边框部22内壁之间形成容纳腔4,容纳腔4与电子产品的外轮廓适配;上盖部21顶面为平面,刮膜口3相对两侧的上盖部21顶面设有定位槽211,两个粘贴部111与相应的定位槽211粘贴,离型膜13与刮膜口3相对设置且大小适配。
刮膜口3的形状可以是方形、矩形或者椭圆形,也可以是其他形状。
定位槽211沿上盖部21顶面向下凹陷,两个定位槽211的长度方向与上盖部21顶面平行并分别贯穿上盖部21,定位槽211的宽度与相应粘贴部111的宽度适配。通过定位槽211与粘贴部111的配合定位,可以使电子产品需要贴膜的部位于主膜12准确定位,防止将主膜12贴偏。
两个粘贴部111至少有一个伸出相应的定位槽211。通过伸出定位槽211的粘贴部111,方便对连接膜11的牵拉,保证基层膜14能够方便、快速的与主膜12分离。
如图3所示,容纳腔4的深度略小于电子产品的高度,贴膜器2的周向开设有截断的引拔缺口5,基层膜14上设有向外延伸并与引拔缺口5相对应的牵引部141,牵引部141用于分离离型膜13。
本实施例中,容纳腔4的深度略小于电子产品的高度,这样在使用贴膜器2贴膜的时候,电子产品的底面可与操作台抵靠,使电子产品的顶面与容纳腔4顶面抵靠限位,避免出现电子产品在容纳腔4内悬空的情况发生,保证了电子产品需要贴膜的部位与主膜12更近距离的贴合。
容纳腔4顶部设有弧面结构41,即上盖部21底面与边框部22内壁之间为弧面结构41,弧面结构41与电子产品外轮廓边缘弧面相匹配,保证电子产品与贴膜器2更好的定位。
本实施例的边框部22呈环状,为了节省材料,可以在边框部22周向设置多个开口向下的减重凹槽,只要满足边框部22的内壁与电子产品的外轮廓适配,达到边框部22对电子产品的定位目的即可,位于容纳腔4处的上盖部21底面则可对电子产品的上表面边缘进行限位。
引拔缺口5将上盖部21及边框部22沿周向截断,当连接膜11粘贴在定位槽211后,牵引部141设置在引拔缺口5处,一只手可以从外侧经引拔缺口5触碰到离型膜13边缘,另一只手轻拉牵引部141,使基层膜14与离型膜13之间产生缝隙,便于牵拉离型膜13,实现离型膜13与主膜12的快速分离。
如图5所示,本实用新型膜纸组件1与贴膜器2配合使用贴膜过程如下:
首先将离型膜13与贴膜器2的刮膜口3对准,再将连接膜11上的两个粘贴部111分别粘贴在定位槽211上,一只手抓住牵引部141,另一只手沿离型膜13的边缘将离型膜13与主膜12分离,通过拉扯牵引部141,方便离型膜13与主膜12的分离操作。
膜纸组件1与贴膜器2配合使用时,粘贴部111与定位槽211粘贴后需保持拉紧状态,使膜纸组件1为一平面。
离型膜13与基层膜14及主膜12的分离操作,也可以在将粘贴部111粘贴在定位槽211之前进行操作。
然后,将电子产品需要贴膜的一面与主膜12相对,并将电子产品嵌入容纳腔4内,用手或刮板来回刮压位于刮膜口3处的基层膜14,使基层膜14下方的主膜12与电子产品贴合,通过主膜12下表面的胶黏层与电子产品在刮压作用下牢固粘贴在一起。
最后拉扯粘贴部111,使连接膜11及基层膜14一同与主膜12分离,完成整个电子产品准确、快速的贴膜操作。
如图6-8所述,实施例二中,需要贴膜的电子产品为立方体状,如蓝牙耳机充电仓,主膜12为带有图案层的装饰膜、钻石贴纸或3D贴。贴膜器2的上盖部21呈矩形,边框部22设置在上盖部21底部边缘,边框部22与上盖部21为一体结构,刮膜口3相对两侧的上盖部21上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台212,定位槽211横向贯穿凸耳平台212所在的上盖部21,容纳腔4的深度略大于电子产品的高度。
具体的,边框部22底端可伸出蓝牙耳机充电仓底面1-2mm,边框部22下边缘沿周向设有向内凸起的卡扣边221,将蓝牙耳机充电仓从容纳腔4开口推入,蓝牙耳机充电仓将卡扣边221撑开并使其嵌入容纳腔4后,卡扣边221在弹性作用下卡扣在蓝牙耳机充电仓的底部,卡扣边221可使蓝牙耳机充电仓卡紧在容纳腔4内。
容纳腔4顶部设有弧面结构,即上盖部21底面与边框部22内壁之间为弧面结构41,弧面结构41与蓝牙耳机充电仓的曲面边缘相匹配;凸耳平台212相邻的一侧的边框部22上设有开口向下的撕膜槽6,通过撕膜槽6,手可以方便的伸入容纳腔4内并触摸到离型膜13的边缘,便于离型膜13与主膜12的分离工作;边框部22上开设有充电孔缺口222,充电孔缺口222可确保蓝牙耳机充电仓在充电的时候也能正常进行贴膜操作,充电孔缺口222位置可根据不同型号的蓝牙耳机充电仓进行相应设置。
本实施例中,上盖部21顶面沿周向设置有多个沟槽213,沟槽213围绕刮膜口3外侧设置,沟槽213可避免边框部22的壁厚太厚造成的成型过程中的缩水问题;还可以作为减重孔,减轻贴膜器2的重量;同时也能够起到一定的美观装饰作用。
实施例二的具体贴膜过程如实施例一相同。
如图9-11所示,实施例三中,需要贴膜的电子产品为椭圆体状,如头戴式大耳机,主膜12为带有图案层的装饰膜、钻石贴纸或3D贴。贴膜器2的上盖部21呈椭圆形,边框部22设置在上盖部21底部边缘,边框部22与上盖部21为一体结构,刮膜口3相对两侧的上盖部21上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台212,定位槽211横向贯穿凸耳平台212所在的上盖部21,容纳腔4用于容纳整个左(右)头戴式大耳机,容纳腔4的深度略大于头戴式大耳机高度1-2mm,边框部22下边缘沿周向设有向内凸起的卡扣边221,将头戴式大耳机从容纳腔4开口推入,头戴式大耳机将卡扣边221撑开并使其嵌入容纳腔4后,卡扣边221在弹性作用下卡扣在头戴式大耳机的底部,卡扣边221可使头戴式大耳机卡紧在容纳腔4内。
凸耳平台212相邻的一侧的边框部上设有开口向下的撕膜槽6,通过撕膜槽6,手可以方便的伸入容纳腔4内并触摸到离型膜13的边缘,便于离型膜13与主膜12的分离工作;边框部22上开设有充电孔缺口222、按键缺口223和连杆缺口224;充电孔缺口222可确保左(右) 头戴式大耳机在充电的时候也能正常贴膜操作,按键缺口223和连杆缺口224能够保证左、右头戴式大耳机都能更好地放置于容纳腔4内。充电孔缺口222、按键缺口223和连杆缺口224位置可根据不同型号的头戴式大耳机进行相应设置。
本实施例中,上盖部21顶面沿周向设置有一环状的沟槽213,沟槽213围绕刮膜口3外侧设置,沟槽213可避免边框部22的壁厚太厚造成的成型过程中的缩水问题;还可以作为减重孔,减轻贴膜器2的重量。
实施例三的具体贴膜过程如实施例一相同。
如图12-14所示,实施例四中,需要贴膜的为电子产品扁平立体状,如手机、平板等,主膜12为透明的防护膜。贴膜器2的上盖部21呈矩形,边框部22设置在上盖部21底部,边框部22与上盖部21为一体结构;刮膜口3相对两侧的上盖部21上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台212,定位槽211横向贯穿凸耳平台212所在的上盖部21。
由于手机或平板尺寸体积较大,当给手机或平板贴膜时,边框部22在成型注塑中容易变形,所以采用边框部22采用外边框22a和内边框22b的双边框结构。边框部22包括外边框22a和内边框22b,外边框22a环绕在上盖部21边缘,内边框22b环绕并靠近刮膜口3边缘,内边框22b内壁与上盖部21底面形成容纳腔4,容纳腔4的深度略大于手机或平板厚度1-2mm,内边框22b下边缘沿周向形成向内凸起的卡扣边221,内边框22b上开设有充电孔缺口222和按键缺口223。
容纳腔4用于放置手机或平板,实现贴膜器2与手机或平板之间的定位;外边框22a用于装饰和加固贴膜器2的外形,因此外边框22a可以设置成多种形状,内边框22b的高度大于外边框22a的高度。
手机或平板与贴膜器2定位过程:首先将手机或平板从容纳腔4开口推送至容纳腔4,手机或平板将卡扣边221推送初始首先撑开卡扣边221,并使其嵌入容纳腔4后,手机或平板顶面与上盖部21的底面抵靠限位,卡扣边221在弹性作用下卡扣在手机或平板下表面的底部,卡扣边221可使手机或平板卡紧在容纳腔4内,实现贴膜器2对手机或平板的准确定位;内边框22b上开设有充电孔缺口222和按键缺口223,可确保手机或平板在充电的时候也能正常贴膜操作;充电孔缺口222和按键缺口223位置可根据不同型号的手机或平板进行相应设置。
由于手机或平板尺寸体积较大,为了便于成型注塑,提高边框部22的强度,沿内边框部22b与外边框部22a之间连接有多个骨架225,多个骨架225沿边框部22的周向分布。内边框部22b与外边框部22a之间设置多个支撑骨架225,提高了边框部22的受力强度,避免贴膜器2使用过程的变形。骨架225的外形可以是长条形,菱形,圆形等,只要能将内边框部22b与外边框部22a连接固定在一起即可。
实施例四的具体贴膜过程如实施例一相同。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本实用新型的保护范围,故:凡依本实用新型的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子产品表面贴膜的膜纸组件,其特征在于,所述膜纸组件包括从上至下依次粘贴的连接膜、主膜和离型膜,所述离型膜与主膜大小适配,所述连接膜呈条状,所述连接膜下表面设有胶黏层,所述连接膜的两端分别设有向外延伸出主膜的粘贴部,所述粘贴部用于将膜纸组件粘贴在贴膜器上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的膜纸组件,其特征在于,所述主膜为透明的防护膜、带有图案层的装饰膜、钻石贴纸或3D贴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的膜纸组件,其特征在于,所述连接膜与主膜之间设有用于保护主膜的基层膜,所述基层膜与主膜之间静电吸附,所述连接膜与基层膜通过胶黏层连接。
  4. 一种贴膜器,适用于权利要求1-3任一所述的膜纸组件,其特征在于,所述贴膜器包括上盖部和边框部,所述上盖部中央开设刮膜口,所述边框部设置在上盖部底面并环绕刮膜口向下延伸,所述上盖部底面与边框部内壁之间形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔与电子产品的外轮廓适配;所述上盖部顶面为平面,所述刮膜口相对两侧的上盖部顶面设有定位槽,两个所述粘贴部与相应的定位槽粘贴,所述离型膜与刮膜口大小适配。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述定位槽沿上盖部顶面向下凹陷,两个所述定位槽的长度方向与上盖部顶面平行并分别贯穿上盖部,所述定位槽的宽度与相应粘贴部的宽度适配;两个所述粘贴部至少有一个伸出相应的定位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述上盖部呈圆形,所述容纳腔的深度略小于电子产品的高度,所述贴膜器的周向开设有截断的引拔缺口,所述基层膜上设有向外延伸并与引拔缺口相对应的牵引部,所述牵引部用于分离离型膜。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述上盖部呈矩形,所述刮膜口相对两侧的上盖部上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台,所述定位槽横向贯穿凸耳平台所在的上盖部,所述容纳腔的深度略大于电子产品的高度,所述边框部下边缘沿周向设有向内凸起的卡扣边,所述凸耳平台相邻的一侧的边框部上设有开口向下的撕膜槽,所述边框部上开设有充电孔缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述述上盖部呈椭圆形,所述刮膜口相对两侧的上盖部上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台,所述定位槽横向贯穿凸耳平台所在的上盖部,所述容纳腔的深度略大于电子产品的高度,所述边框部下边缘沿周向设有向内凸起的卡扣边,所述凸耳平台相邻的一侧的边框部上设有开口向下的撕膜槽,所述边框部上开设有充电孔缺口、按键缺口和连杆缺口。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述上盖部呈矩形,所述刮膜口相对两侧的上盖部上设有向外延伸的凸耳平台,所述定位槽横向贯穿凸耳平台所在的上盖部,所述边框部包括位于上盖部底面的外边框和内边框,所述外边框环绕在上盖部边缘,所述内边框环绕并靠近刮膜口边缘,所述内边框内壁与上盖部底面形成容纳腔,所述容纳腔的深度略大于电子产品的厚度,所述内边框下边缘沿周向形成向内凸起的卡扣边,所述内边框上开设有充电孔缺口和按键缺口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的贴膜器,其特征在于,所述内边框的高度大于外边框的高度,沿所述内边框部与外边框部之间连接有多个骨架,多个所述骨架沿边框部的周向分布。
