过风部件和电器设备
本申请要求于2022年04月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为“202220992979.5”、申请名称为“过风部件和电器设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电器设备技术领域,具体而言涉及一种过风部件和一种电器设备。
背景技术
在相关技术中,部分空气净化器或加湿器等设备,在出风口处设置有灯光模块,此灯为净化效果显示灯,一般安装在壳体表面,通过设置电线使指示灯与控制电路连接,装配结构复杂,且占据空间较大,尤其设置在出风口时,影响出风状态。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的灯光模块遮挡出风口而影响出风效果的技术问题之一。
为此,本申请的第一方面提出了一种过风部件。
本申请的第二方面提出了一种电器设备。
有鉴于此,根据本申请的第一方面,本申请提出了一种过风部件,包括:本体,本体包括过风口;第一导风部,设于本体,位于过风口处,第一导风部包括导风面和安装面;透光件,安装于安装面;发光组件,与透光件相对设置。
本申请提出的过风部件包括:本体、第一导风部、透光件和发光组件,本体上开设有过风口,第一导风部设置在过风口处,并且,第一导风部包括导风面和安装面,导风面迎风设置,透光件设置在安装面,进而导风面进行导风,而透光件位于安装面,发光组件对应于透光件设置,进而在气流通过过风口时,导风面进行导流,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流 的流动效果,并且,导风面有助于降低气流的噪音。
另外,根据本申请提供的上述技术方案中的过风部件,还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步地,导风面包括:第一导风面;第二导风面,和第一导风面形成夹角,安装面设置在第一导风面和第二导风面的背侧,且第一导风面和第二导风面之间形成开口,透光件暴露于开口处。
在该技术方案中,导风面包括第一导风面和第二导风面,两个导风面形成夹角,进而气流可以通过两个导风面向两侧进行导流,安装面位于第一导风面和第二导风面的背侧,进而安装面被第一导风面和第二导风面遮挡,尽可能地降低气流通过第一导风面时对安装面的影响,并且,形成夹角的第一导风面和第二导风面能够为安装面提供更大的空间,进而便于发光组件和透光件的安装。

在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,还包括:盖板,盖设于第一导风部,透光件安装于第一导风部和盖板之间。
在该技术方案中,过风部件还包括盖板,盖板压盖在第一导风面,以将透光件盖扣在第一导风部和盖板之间,从而提升透光件的安装强度,确保透光件的稳定性,并能够对透光件进行保护。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,盖板包括第一连接部,透光件包括第二连接部,第一连接部和第二连接部相适配。
在该技术方案中,盖板和透光件通过第一连接部和第二连接部连接固定,从而使得透光件的安装更加稳定。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,第一导风部还包括:第三导风面,与第一导风面和第二导风面相连接,盖板和第三导风面分别位于第一导风面和第二导风面的两侧。
在该技术方案中,第一导风部还包括与第一导风面和第二导风面相连接的第三导风面,通过第三导风面的过渡,降低第一导风部的制造难度,并且,提升第一导风部的强度。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,第一导风面为弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合;第二导风面为弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合。
在该技术方案中,第一导风面可以是弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合,第二导风面可以是弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,发光组件的发光部和透光件相贴合。

在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,本体包括:第一本体;第二本体,第二本体呈环状结构,第二本体设于第一本体的周侧,第一本体和第二本体之间形成过风口,第一导风部的一端和第一本体相连接,另一端和第二本体相连接。
在该技术方案中,本体包括第一本体和第二本体,第二本体环绕在第一本体的外侧,且第一本体和第二本体之间相间隔,形成过风口,第一导风部的两端分别和第一本体以及第二本体相连接,从而第一导风部还起到连接第一本体和第二本体的作用,使得第一本体和第二本体的相对位置更加的精准。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,还包括:第二导风部,设于本体,和第一导风部相间隔的设置在过风口处。
在该技术方案中,本体的过风口处还设置有第二导风部,第二导风部和第一导风部间隔设置,从而在过风口处形成多个导风部,以对气流进行导流,从而提升过风效果。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,发光组件安装于透光件;或发光组件安装于本体。
在该技术方案中,发光组件安装在透光件上,从而更有利于发光组件的发光部和透光件的接触,更便于发光组件和透光件的定位。
发光组件安装在本体上,进而本体可以为发光组件提供更加稳定的安装效果,使得发光组件更加平稳。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,透光件为橡胶透光件。
在该技术方案中,透光件采用橡胶透光件,橡胶透光件具有一定的弹 性,有助于透光件和发光组件的紧密接触,并且,橡胶透光件硬度较低,降低透光件和发光组件相抵时,发光组件被透光件顶坏的可能性。
根据本申请的第二方面,本申请提出了一种电器设备,包括:如上述技术方案中任一项提出的过风部件。
本申请提出的电器设备,因包括如上述技术方案中任一项提出的过风部件,因此,具备如上述技术方案中任一项提出的过风部件的全部有益效果,在此不再一一陈述。
在上述技术方案的基础上,进一步地,还包括:还包括:控制元件,和过风部件的发光组件电连接,用于根据电器设备的工作状态,控制发光组件的发光模式。
在该技术方案中,电器设备还包括和发光组件电连接的控制元件,控制元件和发光组件电连接,并且,控制元件能够检测电器设备的工作状态,进而控制元件根据电器设备的工作状态控制发光组件的发光模式,例如:调整发光组件的发光颜色、发光亮度或发光频次等,从而可以显示当前电器设备的工作状态。
在上述任一技术方案的基础上,进一步地,还包括:壳体,壳体包括透光部,透光部对应于过风部件的透光件设置。
在该技术方案中,电器设备还包括壳体,壳体罩设在过风部件上,从而保护过风部件,并且,壳体上设置有透光部,透光部对应于透光件设置,进而发光组件发出的光线能够通过透光件和透光部向外界散射。

为了能够更清楚地理解本申请的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请,但是,本申请还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本申请的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图1至图6来描述根据本申请一些实施例提供的过风部件100和电器设备200。
如图1至图4所示,本申请提供了一种过风部件100,过风部件100包括本体110、第一导风部120、透光件160和发光组件170,其中,过风部件100上具有过风口112,过风口112能够提供气流流动的通道,本体110和第一导风部120相连接,并且,第一导风部120设置在过风口112处,从而第一导风部120能够为通过过风口112的气流进行导流,第一导风部120包括安装面130和导风面122,导风面122对应于气流的流动方向,从而实现导风面122对气流的导流,安装面130背向气流的流动方向,从而降低安装面130对气流流动的影响,透光件160安装在安装面130,降低透光件160对气流的影响,发光组件170对应于透光件160设置,从 而发光组件170能够通过透光件160实现光线的散射。
本申请提供的过风部件100包括:本体110、第一导风部120、透光件160和发光组件170,本体110上开设有过风口112,第一导风部120设置在过风口112处,并且,第一导风部120包括导风面122和安装面130,导风面122迎风设置,透光件160设置在安装面130,进而导风面122进行导风,而透光件160位于安装面130,发光组件170对应于透光件160设置,进而在气流通过过风口112时,导风面122进行导流,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流的流动效果,进而提升净化效果,并且,导风面122有助于降低气流的噪音。
其中,在过风部件100应用于净化器时,可以提升净化器的CADR(洁净空气输出比率)值。
具体地,若过风部件100应用于电器设备200,电器设备200通过过风部件100吸风时,第一导风部120的导风面122对应于电器设备200的外部,第一导风部120的安装面130对应于电器设备200的内部,从而电器设备200在吸风时,导风面122能够对外部进入到电器设备200内部的气流进行导流,降低设置在安装面130上的透光件160对气流的干扰,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流的流动效果,进而提升净化效果,并且,导风面122有助于降低气流的噪音。
若过风部件100应用于电器设备200,电器设备200通过过风部件100排风时,第一导风部120的导风面122对应于电器设备200的内部,第一导风部120的安装面130对应于电器设备200的外部,从而电器设备200在排风时,导风面122能够对外部排出到电器设备200内部的气流进行导流,降低设置在安装面130上的透光件160对气流的干扰,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流的流动效果,进而提升净化效果,并且,导风面122有助于降低气流的噪音。
并且,通过透光件160的导光,可以改变发光组件170的安装位置,能够降低发光组件170对气流的影响。
具体地,发光组件170为LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)发光模块等。
如图2所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,导风面122包括第一导风面124和第二导风面126,第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间形成夹角,具体地,可以是第一导风面124和第二导风面126都倾斜设置,且两者的倾斜方向相反,从而第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间形成夹角,并且,安装面130设置在第一导风面124和第二导风面126的背侧,也就是,第一导风面124和第二导风面126形成类似于“V”字型的结构,安装面130位于第一导风面124和第二导风面126相背离的一侧,并位于第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间。
在该实施例中,导风面122包括第一导风面124和第二导风面126,两个导风面122形成夹角,进而气流可以通过两个导风面122向两侧进行导流,安装面130位于第一导风面124和第二导风面126的背侧,进而安装面130被第一导风面124和第二导风面126遮挡,尽可能地降低气流通过第一导风部120时对安装面130的影响,并且,形成夹角的第一导风面124和第二导风面126能够为安装面130提供更大的空间,进而便于发光组件170和透光件160的安装。
具体地,在安装面130包括支撑部和安装侧壁,透光件160的底部抵在支撑部上,透光件160的周侧和安装侧壁相抵靠,从而实现对透光件160的支撑,使得透光件160可以稳定地放置在安装面130上。
进一步地,透光件160呈楔状结构,楔状结构的小面积端朝向安装面130的底部,楔状结构的大面积端背离安装面130。
如图1至图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,透光件160的侧壁上形成有开口132,透光件160能够通过开口132处散射发光组件170发出的光线。
具体地,第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间形成开口132,透光件160暴露于开口132处。其中,第一导风部120具有包括两个导风板,两个导风面122相背离的一侧分别为第一导风面124和第二导风面126,两个导风面122相对的一侧为安装面130,进而两个导风板形成一个“V”字型的开口132,透光件160一侧的侧壁和开口132相契合,从而发光组件170发出的光线经过透光件160的散射,可以通过开口132射出。
在该实施例中,第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间形成有开口132,透光件160能够透过开口132传递发光组件170发出的光线,进而确保发光组件170和透光件160的发光效果。
如图1至图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,过风部件100还包括盖扣在第一导风部120上的盖板140,盖板140和第一导风部120的安装面130配合,透光件160被盖板140和第一导风部120共同固定安装。
在该实施例中,过风部件100还包括盖板140,盖板140压盖在第一导风面124,以将透光件160盖扣在第一导风部120和盖板140之间,从而提升透光件160的安装强度,确保透光件160的稳定性,并能够对透光件160进行保护。
具体地,盖板140和第一导风部120连接固定。或者盖板140和本体110连接固定。其中,盖板140可以是过风部件100上装饰部件的一部分,也可以是单独的盖板140。
如图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,盖板140上设置有第一连接部142,透光件160设置有第二连接部,盖板140和透光件160通过第一连接部142和第二连接部安装固定。
在该实施例中,盖板140和透光件160通过第一连接部142和第二连接部连接固定,从而使得透光件160的安装更加稳定。
具体地,第一连接部142可以是卡扣,第二连接部可以是卡槽,盖板140和透光件160可以通过卡扣和卡槽安装固定。

在该实施例中,第一导风部120还包括设置在第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间的第三导风面128,通过第三导风面128的过渡,降低第一导风部120的制造难度,并且,提升第一导风部120的强度。
具体地,第三导风面128呈弧面结构,第三导风面128凸出于背离第一导风面124和第二导风面126的一侧,凸出于第一导风面124和第二导风面126,从而第三导风面128能够实现对气流的导流。
其中,第一导风面124和第二导风面126形成类似于“V”字型的结构,安装面130位于第一导风面124和第二导风面126相背离的一侧,并位于第一导风面124和第二导风面126之间,第三导风面128位于“V”字型结构的底部,使得“V”字形结构的底部呈弧状结构。

在该实施例中,发光组件170的发光布和透光件160相抵,从而提升透光件160对光线传导的效果,提升透光件160的亮度。
具体地,发光部172和透光件160的一侧相匹配,两者可以是平面和平面的贴合,或者弧面和弧面的贴合,或者相互嵌套的配合方式。
如图1和图2所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,本体110包括第一本体114和第二本体116,第二本体116的中间位置具有通孔,第一本体114位于第二本体116的通孔内,第二本体116围绕在第一本体114的周侧,并且,第一本体114和第二本体116之间具有间隙,从而在第一本体114和第二本体116之间形成过风口112,第一导风部120的两端分别和第一本体114和第二本体116相连接。
在该实施例中,本体110包括第一本体114和第二本体116,第二本体116环绕在第一本体114的外侧,且第一本体114和第二本体116之间相间隔,形成过风口112,第一导风部120的两端分别和第一本体114以及第二本体116相连接,从而第一导风部120还起到连接第一本体114和第二本体116的作用,使得第一本体114和第二本体116的相对位置更加的精准。
具体地,第一本体114的横截面呈圆形结构,第二本体116的横截面呈圆环状结构,过风口112呈圆环状结构。
如图1至图3所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,过 风部件100还包括第二导风部150,第二导风部150和本体110相连接,第二导风部150设置在过风口112处,第二导风部150和第二导风部150相间隔。
在该实施例中,本体110的过风口112处还设置有第二导风部150,第二导风部150和第一导风部120间隔设置,从而在过风口112处形成多个导风部,以对气流进行导流,从而提升过风效果。
具体地,第二导风部150的两端分别和第一本体114以及第二本体116相连接。
并且,第二导风部150的数量为多个,第一导风部120和多个第二导风部150连接均匀地分布在环状结构的过风口112处。
如图3和图4所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,发光组件170安装在透光件160上,具体地,发光组件170可以插接在透光件160中,或者,发光组件170可以夹设在透光件160和安装面130之间。
在该实施例中,发光组件170安装在透光件160上,从而更有利于发光组件170的发光部172和透光件160的接触,更便于发光组件170和透光件160的定位。
具体地,发光组件170和第一导风部120的安装面130将发光组件170的发光部172夹设在中间。
如图1和图2所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,发光组件170安装在本体110上,具体地,发光组件170安装在本体110上,透光件160的背离开口132的一侧和发光组件170相抵。
在该实施例中,发光组件170安装在本体110上,进而本体110可以为发光组件170提供更加稳定的安装效果,使得发光组件170更加平稳。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,透光件160采用橡胶透光件。
在该实施例中,透光件160采用橡胶透光件,橡胶透光件具有一定的弹性,有助于透光件160和发光组件170的紧密接触,并且,橡胶透光件硬度较低,降低透光件160和发光组件170相抵时,发光组件170被透光件160顶坏的可能性。
并且,橡胶透光件能够在一定程度上降低光线的强度,从而使得光线更加柔和,降低发光组件170发出的光线刺眼的可能性。具体地,透光件160为硅胶透光件。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,本体110和第一导风部120为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,本体110和第一导风部120是一体式结构,本体110和第一导风部120一体制造成型,进而提升过风部件100的制造效率,降低生产成本。
具体地,本体110和第一导风部120为塑料材质。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,本体110和第二导风部150为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,本体110和第二导风部150是一体式结构,本体110和第二导风部150一体制造成型,进而提升过风部件100的制造效率,降低生产成本。
具体地,本体110和第二导风部150为塑料材质。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,本体110、第一导风部120和第二导风部150为一体式结构。
在该实施例中,本体110、第一导风部120和第二导风部150是一体式结构,本体110、第一导风部120和第二导风部150一体制造成型,进而提升过风部件100的制造效率,降低生产成本。
具体地,本体110、第一导风部120和第二导风部150为塑料材质。
如图5所示,本申请提供了一种电器设备200,包括:如任一实施例提供的过风部件100。
本申请提出的电器设备200,因包括如任一实施例提供的过风部件100,因此,具备如任一实施例提供的过风部件100的全部有益效果,在此不再一一陈述。
如图6所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备200还包括:和过风部件100的发光组件170电连接的控制元件210,控制元件210用于根据电器设备200的工作状态,控制发光组件170的发光模式。其 中,控制元件210和发光组件170通过导线230相连接。
在该实施例中,电器设备200还包括和发光组件170电连接的控制元件210,控制元件210和发光组件170电连接,并且,控制元件210能够检测电器设备200的工作状态,进而控制元件210根据电器设备200的工作状态控制发光组件170的发光模式,例如:调整发光组件170的发光颜色、发光亮度或发光频次等,从而可以显示当前电器设备200的工作状态。
具体地,电器设备200可以具有多个挡位,每个挡位对应一个发光组件170的发光模式,进而用户可以根据发光组件170的发光模式,确定电器设备200当前的工作状态。
如图5所示,作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备200还包括:壳体220,壳体220包括透光部222,透光部222对应于过风部件100的透光件160设置。
在该实施例中,电器设备200还包括壳体220,壳体220罩设在过风部件100上,从而保护过风部件100,并且,壳体220上设置有透光部222,透光部222对应于透光件160设置,进而发光组件170发出的光线能够通过透光件160和透光部222向外界散射。
其中,壳体220上具有孔洞,孔洞和过风口112进行气流的进出,具体地,电器设备200可以通过孔洞吸风,通过过风口112排风,或者电器设备200可以通过孔洞排风,通过过风口112吸风。
若电器设备200通过过风部件100吸风时,第一导风部120的导风面122对应于电器设备200的外部,第一导风部120的安装面130对应于电器设备200的内部,从而电器设备200在吸风时,导风面122能够对外部进入到电器设备200内部的气流进行导流,降低设置在安装面130上的透光件160对气流的干扰,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流的流动效果,进而提升净化效果,并且,导风面122有助于降低气流的噪音。
若电器设备200通过过风部件100排风时,第一导风部120的导风面122对应于电器设备200的内部,第一导风部120的安装面130对应于电器设备200的外部,从而电器设备200在排风时,导风面122能够对外部排出到电器设备200内部的气流进行导流,降低设置在安装面130上的透 光件160对气流的干扰,从而改善气流的流动方式,提升气流的流动效果,进而提升净化效果,并且,导风面122有助于降低气流的噪音。
其中,透光部222可以是塑料透光部或玻璃透光部等。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备200还包括送风组件,送风组件设置在壳体220的内部,送风组件在壳体220的内部工作时,气流可以通过过风部件100进入或排出电器设备200。
在该实施例中,电器设备200还包括送风组件,送风组件设置在过风部件100的一侧,从而送风组件可以通过过风部件100吸风或吹风。
具体地,送风组件为风机。
作为本申请的一个可能的实施例,进一步地,电器设备200包括净化器、加湿器、风扇和取暖器。
在该实施例中,电器设备200可以是净化器、加湿器、风扇或取暖器等。
具体地,风扇可以是无叶风扇或塔扇等。
在本申请中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种过风部件,其中,包括:
    本体,所述本体包括过风口;
    第一导风部,设于所述本体,位于所述过风口处,所述第一导风部包括导风面和安装面;
    透光件,安装于所述安装面;
    发光组件,与所述透光件相对设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过风部件,其中,所述导风面包括:
    第一导风面;
    第二导风面,和所述第一导风面形成夹角,所述安装面设置在所述第一导风面和第二导风面的背侧,且所述第一导风面和所述第二导风面之间形成开口,所述透光件暴露于所述开口处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的过风部件,其中,还包括:
    盖板,盖设于所述第一导风部,所述透光件安装于所述第一导风部和所述盖板之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的过风部件,其中,
    所述盖板包括第一连接部,所述透光件包括第二连接部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的过风部件,其中,所述第一导风部还包括:
    第三导风面,与所述第一导风面和所述第二导风面相连接,所述盖板和所述第三导风面分别位于所述第一导风面和所述第二导风面的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,
    所述第一导风面为弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合;
    所述第二导风面为弧面、平面或弧面与平面的组合。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,
    所述发光组件的发光部和所述透光件相贴合。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,所述本体包括:
    第一本体;
    第二本体,所述第二本体呈环状结构,所述第二本体设于所述第一本体的周侧,所述第一本体和所述第二本体之间形成所述过风口,所述第一导风部的一端和所述第一本体相连接,另一端和所述第二本体相连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,还包括:
    第二导风部,设于所述本体,和所述第一导风部相间隔的设置在所述过风口处。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,
    所述发光组件安装于所述透光件;或
    所述发光组件安装于所述本体。
  11. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的过风部件,其中,
    所述透光件为橡胶透光件。
  12. 一种电器设备,其中,包括:
    如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的过风部件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电器设备,其中,还包括:
    控制元件,和所述过风部件的发光组件电连接,用于根据所述电器设备的工作状态,控制所述发光组件的发光模式。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的电器设备,其中,还包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括透光部,所述透光部对应于所述过风部件的透光件设置。
