背景技术

    如图1至图7所示,具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,包括外壳体1以及灯壳2,所述灯壳2上设有发光部4,所述灯壳2嵌入安装在外壳体1的端面上且灯壳2外周与外壳体1内侧之间的缝隙形成出口朝向该端面的出风通道31,所述灯壳2上还设有进风口32以及设于进风口32内的吸风部件33,所述出风通道31的截面形状包括自内向外宽度逐渐减少的加速风道31a以及连接在加速风道31a末端与外界连通的喇叭状开口31b。本发明提供了具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其通过将无叶风扇的结构融入到灯壳上,使得即有照明功能,又满足了吹风的需求,同时也解决了风扇灯尺寸大、易产生噪音的问题。而且使得本产品不受限应用于在吊灯上,可作为壁灯、吸顶灯等灯具上使用,能够代替掉更多场合的风扇使用。而且出风风道作出了优化设计,通过加速风道以及喇叭状开口吹出的风具有风量大,而且角度广、静音的特点,满足使用者的需求。
    具体地,所述喇叭状开口31b与加速风道31a呈夹角设置。又具体地,所述喇叭状开口31b与加速风道31a之间的夹角为150°至170°。使从加速风道吹出的风作出变向,而且通过喇叭状开口能使其吹出的角度更广。
    另外,所述加速风道31a的宽度满足d=D-0.13L;
    其中,d为加速风道末端的宽度,D为加速风道起始端的最大宽度,L为加速风道起始端至末端的长度。经过多次优化迭代不断调整加速风道的宽度以及长度后,并考虑实际制造时的难度,最终得到合理的长度和宽度范围为:
    所述加速风道31a起始端的最大宽度D为3~6mm。本申请中选取4.8mm。
    所述加速风道31a的长度L为10~20mm。本申请中选取13mm。
    采用上述尺寸合理设计,在出风道形成口径越来越窄的缝状加速风道,使得从该出风道吹出的风呈高速喷射,从而使本产品四周的空气向高速射流流动,根据伯努利方程可知高速气流的静压相对于周边空气的静压低,从而使周边空气向高速射流流动,从而实现流量倍增的效果(流量增加的倍数与射流速度相关)。而且其风量相比普通的无叶风扇更大,静音效果更好。
    又进一步地,所述外壳体1下端面设有向上凹陷的内空腔101,所述灯壳2设于内空腔101内,所述灯壳2的下端也设有向上凹陷的凹腔201,所述发光部设于所述凹腔201内,所述发光部包括设于凹腔201内的发光单元、以及覆盖在凹腔201下端开口的导光板。其在灯具上结合无叶风扇的结构,同时满足了出风以及照明的功能,又解决了吊扇灯难清洗、存在安全隐患的问题。而且,本方案中,出风通道以及进风口是位于同一端面上,通过发光部相隔开,可以理解为从光照的方向进行吸风以及进风,从而本产品并不受限于应用在吊灯上,可作为壁灯、吸顶灯等灯具上使用,能够代替掉更多场合的风扇使用。使得本产品使用范围更广,使用更加灵活。另外,灯壳或外壳体内还设有驱动器,通过驱动器可实现照明功能、风扇功能的单独启动或同时启动。使本产品使用更加灵活。
    而且,本方案中,外壳体1的厚度(即上端面到下端开口的距离)为45~70mm,整体轻薄,而且灯壳采用嵌入式安装,使产品整体安装完后整体尺寸小。且从附图中可看出,本产品做成圆扁型,其整体结构紧凑,而且轻薄。
    另外,灯壳嵌入安装后,与内空腔形成间隙,从而形成进风口-空腔间隙-出风通道的流动通道,利用吸风部件从进风口处将空气从外部吸入,并经过加速后从出风通道吹出,利用无叶风扇的原理,而且结合在照明灯具上,使得产品功能更全,而且结构简单,尺寸小。
再进一步地,所述进风口32设于灯壳2的中部且与外壳体1的内空腔101连通,所述吸风部件33包括设于进风口32内的吸风风扇,所述吸风风扇包括叶片基座331以及多个呈圆周式均匀分布在所述叶片基座331上的叶片332,所述叶片的叶尖与所述叶片基座中心轴线的夹角α为33.5°~37.3°,所述叶片的叶根与所述叶片基座中心轴线的夹角β为52°~58°。通过改进叶片在叶片基座上的叶根安装角和叶尖安装角,则在同等尺寸、同等电动率输入的情况下,使该叶型设计相比于传统风机叶型设计,具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、叶片处流通风量大的特点,使该风扇叶组件可广泛用于各种通风设备中,使通风设备结构简单,体积小、重量轻和风量大。
又具体地,叶尖安装角α:33.5°~37.3°;专利里选取35°。叶根安装角β:52°~58°;专利里选取55°。通过这样的叶型设计,在同等尺寸、同等电功率输入的情况下,风扇效率至少可以提升5%;或者,在同等尺寸和功率输入的情况下,新构型风机可以比传统动力风机的风量至少增加5%。
    另外,所述进风口32处还设有隔尘罩321。有利于防止外部灰尘、颗粒进入到本产品内部,造成堵塞、损坏等问题。另外还可设置用于过滤空气中的杂质或清新空气的过滤装置,来达到空气过滤以及使吹出的气流更清新。
    本方案中,所述外壳体1的上端面还设有安装部6所述安装部6上连接有用于固定连接在外界上的安装座61,所述安装座61可拆卸连接在所述安装部6上。安装座用于固定在外界的连接物上,比如墙壁,梁柱等。本方案采用安装座61可拆卸连接在所述安装部6上,其可根据不用的连接要求更换不同的安装座,使得本产品使用范围更广。
本发明提供了具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其通过将灯壳嵌入安装后,与内空腔形成间隙,从而形成进风口-空腔间隙-出风通道的流动通道,利用吸风部件从进风口处将空气从外部吸入,并经过加速后从出风通道吹出,利用无叶风扇的原理,而且结合在照明灯具上,使得产品使得即有照明功能,又满足了吹风的需求,同时也解决了风扇灯尺寸大、易产生噪音的问题。而且使得本产品不受限应用于在吊灯上,可作为壁灯、吸顶灯等灯具上使用,能够代替掉更多场合的风扇使用。而且出风风道作出了优化设计,通过加速风道以及喇叭状开口吹出的风具有风量大,而且角度广、静音的特点,满足使用者的需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,包括外壳体(1)以及灯壳(2),所述灯壳(2)上设有发光部(4),其特征在于,所述灯壳(2)嵌入安装在外壳体(1)的端面上且灯壳(2)外周与外壳体(1)内侧之间的缝隙形成出口朝向该端面的出风通道(31),所述灯壳(2)上还设有进风口(32)以及设于进风口(32)内的吸风部件(33),所述出风通道(31)的截面形状包括自内向外宽度逐渐减少的加速风道(31a)以及连接在加速风道(31a)末端与外界连通的喇叭状开口(31b)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述喇叭状开口(31b)与加速风道(31a)呈夹角设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述喇叭状开口(31b)与加速风道(31a)之间的夹角为150°至170°。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述加速风道(31a)的宽度满足d=D-0.13L;其中,d为加速风道末端的宽度,D为加速风道起始端的最大宽度,L为加速风道起始端至末端的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述加速风道(31a)起始端的最大宽度D为3~6mm。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述加速风道(31a)的长度L为10~20mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)下端面设有向上凹陷的内空腔(101),所述灯壳(2)设于内空腔(101)内,所述灯壳(2)的下端也设有向上凹陷的凹腔(201),所述发光部设于所述凹腔(201)内,所述发光部包括设于凹腔(201)内的发光单元、以及覆盖在凹腔(201)下端开口的导光板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述进风口(32)设于灯壳(2)的中部且与外壳体(1)的内空腔(101)连通,所述吸风部件(33)包括设于进风口(32)内的吸风风扇,所述吸风风扇包括叶片基座(331)以及多个呈圆周式均匀分布在所述叶片基座(331)上的叶片(332),所述叶片的叶尖与所述叶片基座中心轴线的夹角α为33.5°~37.3°,所述叶片的叶根与所述叶片基座中心轴线的夹角β为52°~58°。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述进风口(32)处还设有隔尘罩(321)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的具有静音大风量风道结构的照明装置,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)的上端面还设有安装部(6)所述安装部(6)上连接有用于固定连接在外界上的安装座(61),所述安装座(61)可拆卸连接在所述安装部(6)上。
