3.与现有技术相比,本实用新型的使用过程中不会产生明火,相对较为安全,通过高温水蒸气加热香薰体并通过高温水蒸气将香薰分子向外扩散到空气中,并附着到室内的墙壁或家具等物体的表面上,使得香味更加持久。

自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,包括有水蒸气生成器和香薰体承载部2,水蒸气生成器包括有反应罐本体1和自热包3,自热包3设置于反应罐本体1的罐体内,自热包3与通过进水入口101进入反应罐本体1的水7发生化学反应可产生高温水蒸气。其中自热包配比,按重量百分比,自热包3的组合物包括有:铝粉24%-46%;氧化钙19%-44%;氢氧化钠4%-11%;焦炭粉1%-2%;活性炭2%-5%;氢化钠1%-3%;焙烧硅藻土2%-5%;沸石粉末2%-4%。
其中自热包的组成物中铝粉、氧化钙和氢氧化钠与水的化学反应式为:
CaO+H 2O=Ca(OH) 2
Ca(OH) 2+2Al+2H 2O=Ca[Al(OH) 4] 2+H 2
2Al+2H 2O+2NaOH==2NaAlO 2+3H 2
NaH+H 2O=NaOH+H 2
反应罐本体1包括有进水入口101和水蒸气出口102,进水入口101用于反应罐本体101内进水;水蒸气出口102用于反应罐本体1向外溢出水蒸气,由上述化学方程式产生的水蒸气,通过水蒸气出口102进入香薰体承载部2。
香薰体承载部2包括有水蒸气进口103和水蒸气外溢口104,水蒸气进口103与水蒸气出口102相连通;水蒸气通过水蒸气出口102、水蒸气进口103进入香薰体承载部2的内部,香薰体承载部2的内部包括有香精或者精油和承装香精或者精油的香薰载体21,其中香薰载体21为海绵体或者棉花。
从水蒸气生成器内生成的水蒸气均依次通过水蒸气出口102、水蒸气进 口103和香薰载体21,最后从水蒸气外溢口104向外溢出携香的水蒸气。香薰体承载部2的外侧还设置有阻隔网5,阻隔网5设置于香薰载体21的另一端的靠近水蒸气外溢口104处,阻隔网5用于阻隔外界固定杂质对于香薰体承载部2的内部污染。
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,根据本实用新型提供了一种自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,包括有水蒸气生成器,水蒸气生成器还包括有反应罐本体1,反应罐本体1呈圆柱体,反应罐本体1的上部开口处设置有易拉盖4,易拉盖4与反应罐本体1顶部的边缘处侧壁固定连接,使用时将易拉盖4向上掀起,即可将反应罐本体1打开。
在反应罐本体1的内部易拉盖4的下方设置有阻隔网5,阻隔网5与反应罐本体1的侧壁固定连接,阻隔网5用于将反应罐本体1内部与外界分隔开,防止杂物进入反应罐本体1污染香薰载体21。反应罐本体1的底部开设有进水入口101,进水入口101与外部连通。水蒸气生成器还包括有水浴体6,水浴体6是用于盛装水的容器;设置于反应罐本体1的底部的进水入口101,能够浸入在水浴体6的水7中,自热包3与水进行化学放热反应。
实施例1提供一种自热包,按照重量百分比,自热包组合物各成分百分比为:铝粉40%、氧化钙38%、氢氧化钠11%、焦炭粉1%、活性炭5%、氢化钠1%、焙烧硅藻土2%、沸石粉末2%,混合后粉碎成100目的粉剂,混合后每40克装入到无纺布包装内。其中,焦炭粉、活性炭、氢化钠、焙烧硅藻土、沸石粉末这些添加物主要作用是吸附水分,当自热包使用前可起到防潮的作用,延长自热包的有效期,放置氧化钙受潮发生反应影响使用效果。
当自热包用于加热香薰时,每个自热包与230克水充分接触,反应过程中,氧化钙与水发生化学反应生成氢氧化钙,并释放大量的热量;同时生成的氢氧化钙和氢氧化钠都能与铝粉发生化学反应,生成四羟基合铝酸钙、氢氧化铝和氢气,同时在该反应过程中会继续放出热量。反应过程中内部温度最高可达到260℃,释放出的水蒸气温度最高可达到160℃,反应过程持续溢出蒸汽的时间超过10分钟。
水蒸气生成器与香薰体承载部2为一体设置,香薰体承载部2设置于反应罐本体1的上方,反应罐本体1内部生成的水蒸气通过携带香精的香薰载 体21,水蒸气再通过阻隔网5,最后从水蒸气外溢口104向外溢出携香的水蒸气。
当反应罐本体1的底部浸入水7中,水7通过进水入口101进入反应罐本体1的内部,与自热包3浴水发生化学反应产生热量向香薰体释放高温水蒸气,发热过程中不产生明火,安全性更高。水蒸气通过香薰体承载部2后将香薰分子融入水蒸气中,将携香的水蒸气扩散到空气中,水蒸气的温度相较于冷雾,水分子更加活跃,扩散范围更大,而且水蒸气扩散后携带香薰分子散发到空气中,容易附着在墙面或家具等物体的表面,使得室内香味更加持久。
本实施例的具体使用方式为,首先将反应罐本体1顶部的易拉盖4向上掀起,反应罐本体1的罐体打开,然后将反应罐本体1底部浸入到装有水7的水浴体6中,水浴体6中盛水的重量约为5倍自热包3重量。浸水后,水7通过反应罐本体1底部的自热包3接触反应,从而实现对香薰体承载部2的香精加热并随水蒸气一起向空气中溢出。
实施例2
如图3至图5所示,根据本实用新型的提供了一种自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,包括有反应罐本体1和香薰体承载部2,香薰体承载部2为底部直径小于顶部直径的锥段,香薰体承载部2的上方开口处设置有阻隔网5,阻隔网5与香薰体承载部2的侧壁固定连接,阻隔网5用于将反应罐本体1内部与外界分隔开,防止杂物进入香薰体承载部2的内部污染。香薰体承载部2的底部开设有若干个水蒸气进口103,便于香薰体承载部2内部与反应罐本体1连通。
水蒸气生成器与香薰体承载部2可分体设置,水蒸气生成器包括有反应罐本体1,反应罐本体1为上方具有开口的圆柱罐体,香薰体承载部2放置于反应罐本体1的上方开口处,自热包3设置于反应罐本体1的内部。
水蒸气进口103设置于香薰体承载部2的底部,反应罐本体1内的水蒸气依次通过水蒸气进口103、香薰载体21和阻隔网5,最后从水蒸气外溢口104向外溢出。
使用时,先将香薰体承载部21从水蒸气生成器取下,向水蒸气生成器的反应罐本体1内加入重量约为自热包3的5倍的水,然后将锥段形状的香薰 体承载部2再放置于反应罐本体1上。自热包3与水反应产生大量的高温水蒸气,高温水蒸气通过水蒸气进口103进入香薰体承载部2的内部,依次通过水蒸气进口103,香薰载体21的一端、香薰载体21的另一端、阻隔网5,最后从水蒸气外溢口104向外溢出携香的水蒸气,将香薰分子扩散到空气中。
本实施例2提供一种自热包,按照重量百分比称取以下原料:铝粉35%、氧化钙38%、氢氧化钠8%、焦炭粉2%、活性炭5%、氢化钠3%、焙烧硅藻土5%、沸石粉末4%,混合后粉碎成100目的粉剂,混合后每40克装入到无纺布包装内。
其中,焦炭粉、活性炭、氢化钠、焙烧硅藻土、沸石粉末这些添加物主要作用是吸附水分,当自热包使用前可起到防潮的作用,延长自热包的有效期,放置氧化钙受潮发生反应影响使用效果。
当自热包用于加热香薰时,每个自热包与230克水充分接触,反应过程中,氧化钙与水发生化学反应生成氢氧化钙,并释放大量的热量;同时生成的氢氧化钙和氢氧化钠都能与铝粉发生化学反应,生成四羟基合铝酸钙、氢氧化铝和氢气,同时在该反应过程中会继续放出热量。反应过程中内部温度最高可达到260℃,释放出的水蒸气温度最高可达到160℃,反应过程持续溢出蒸汽的时间超过10分钟。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本实用新型上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:本实用新型通过加热包与水反应释放热量,通过高温水蒸气通过香薰体将香薰分子扩散到空气中,实现香薰的目的,使用过程不产生明火,相对更安全。本实用新型的香薰装置的结构简洁,方便携带。
本实用新型的加热包内氧化钙与水反应生成氢氧化钙,并释放大量的热,生成的氢氧化钙和加热包内的氢氧化钠与铝粉再次发生反应生成四羟基合铝酸钙、氢氧化铝和氢气,同时在该反应过程中会继续放出热量,放热的过程持续时间延长。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的使用过程中不会产生明火,相对较为安全,通过高温水蒸气加热香薰体并通过高温水蒸气将香薰分子向外扩散到空气中,并附着到室内的墙壁或家具等物体的表面上,使得香味更加持久。

Claims (9)

  1. 自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,包括有:
    水蒸气生成器,包括有反应罐本体(1)和自热包(3),所述自热包(3)设置于所述反应罐本体(1)的罐体内,所述反应罐本体(1)包括有进水入口(101)和水蒸气出口(102),所述进水入口(101)用于反应罐本体(101)内进水,所述自热包(3)与通过所述进水入口(101)进入反应罐本体(1)的水(7)发生化学反应可产生高温水蒸气,所述水蒸气出口(102)用于反应罐本体(1)向外溢出水蒸气;
    香薰体承载部(2),包括有水蒸气进口(103)和水蒸气外溢口(104),所述水蒸气进口(103)与所述水蒸气出口(102)相连通;所述香薰体承载部(2)的内部包括有香精或者精油和承装香精或者精油的香薰载体(21),从水蒸气生成器内生成的水蒸气均依次通过水蒸气出口(102)、水蒸气进口(103)和香薰载体(21),最后从水蒸气外溢口(104)向外溢出携香的水蒸气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述香薰体承载部(2)的外侧还设置有阻隔网(5),所述阻隔网(5)设置于所述香薰载体(21)的另一端的靠近所述水蒸气外溢口(104)处,所述阻隔网(5)用于阻隔外界固定杂质对于香薰体承载部(2)的内部污染。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    水蒸气生成器与所述香薰体承载部(2)为一体设置,所述香薰体承载部(2)设置于所述反应罐本体(1)的上方,所述反应罐本体(1)内部生成的水蒸气通过携带香精的香薰载体(21),水蒸气再通过所述阻隔网(5),最后从水蒸气外溢口(104)向外溢出携香的水蒸气。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述阻隔网(5)的外侧的水蒸气外溢口(104)处还设置有易拉盖(4),所述易拉盖(4)与所述反应罐本体(1)的侧壁固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    水蒸气生成器还包括有水浴体(6),所述水浴体(6)是用于盛装水的容器;所述进水入口(101)设置于反应罐本体(1)的底部,所述反应罐本体(1)的底部的进水入口(101)能够浸入在所述水浴体(6)的水(7)中,所述自热包(3)与水进行化学放热反应。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述水蒸气生成器与所述香薰体承载部(2)可分体设置,所述香薰体承载部(2)放置于所述反应罐本体(1)的上方开口处,所述自热包(3)设置于所述反应罐本体(1)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述水蒸气进口(103)设置于所述香薰体承载部(2)的底部,所述反应罐本体(1)内的水蒸气依次通过水蒸气进口(103)、香薰载体(21)和所述阻隔网(5),最后从水蒸气外溢口(104)向外溢出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述香薰体承载部(2)为底部直径小于顶部直径的锥段,所述香薰体承载部(2)的底部放置于所述反应罐本体(1)的上方开口处。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的自助生成水蒸气的香薰装置,其特征在于,
    所述香薰载体(21)为海绵体或者棉花。
