本实用新型提供一种四气囊充气船,包括上气囊、下气囊和两个侧气囊,两个侧气囊分别连接于上、下气囊两侧的中部,使得上、下气囊之间具有足够的支撑空间,并在上气囊上设有座舱孔,使得人们可通过座舱孔乘坐在船体内,增加了人们乘坐在船体内的腿部空间,具有乘坐舒适,有利于人们在水面上的平衡稳定的优势。
本实用新型一种四气囊充气船的外部套设有侧包皮,侧包皮为保护气囊不易被划破的保护套,且侧包皮为可以通过拉链打开的结构,提高了充气船的安全性,且便于清洁船体内脏污。
本实用新型采用了四气囊的结构设计,且两个侧气囊与上、下气囊分别采用可拆卸连接方式安装在侧包皮内,当上、下气囊任何一个气囊漏气情况下,侧气囊均可从船体上拆卸下来作为漂浮板,此外,即使多个气囊漏气的情况下,只要有一个气囊安全即可完成漂浮,具有结构简单、侧气囊易于拆卸、安全性高的优势。

图1为本申请一种四气囊充气船的主视示意图,图2为图1所示A-A截面示意图,如图1、图2所示,以图1所示方向为例,一种四气囊充气船,包括上气囊1、下气囊2、连接部3及两个侧气囊4、两个侧包皮5,所述上气囊1和下气囊2呈中部宽、两端窄的流线形,所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2两端的外部分别通过连接部3连接在一起,所述连接部3具有两个互相分离的独立隔舱,所述上气囊1与所述下气囊2的两端分别容置在所述连接部3的独立隔舱内,使得所述上气囊1与所述下气囊2之间形成具有容置空间的空腔7,所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2两侧分别通过侧包皮5连接在一起,两个所述侧气囊4可拆卸地容置于所述空腔7内、且分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2、所述侧包皮5可拆卸地连接在一起,所述上气囊1包括设置在中部的座舱孔16,所述座舱孔16与所述空腔7之间相互连通,人体可穿过座舱孔16乘坐在空腔7内,保证人体的安全。
由于所述侧包皮5分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2的侧边连接,使得当所述侧气囊4安装位置贴紧所述侧包皮5时,所述侧气囊4与所述侧包皮5、所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2的连接处会出现若干个连接空隙8,所述侧气囊4分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2相连的两侧边分别连接有定位胶条43,所述定位胶条43为用于卡位在所述连接空隙8内的边条,使得所述气囊4可定位在所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2之间,且可通过气囊充、放气方式,使得所述气囊4可拆卸地从所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2之间拆卸出来。
具体的,图3为本申请一种四气囊充气船的俯视示意图,如图3所示,所述上气囊1包括上气囊主体11、第一气嘴15、若干条第一气密条18,所述座舱孔16位于所述上气囊主体11的中部,所述座舱孔16、所述上气囊主体11的周边通过第一气密条18进行密封,所述上气囊主体11和若干条第一气密条18共同围成一个独立的气室,用于实现所述上气囊1的气室独立,且便于单个独立气室的上气囊1能够快速充气。所述第一气嘴15贯通所述上气囊1的独立气室,使用时,通过第一气嘴15将气体充填进所述上气囊主体11中,使得所述上气囊主体11整体饱满,在不使用时,可通过第一气嘴15将气体排出。
在一些实施例中,所述上气囊1还包括若干条围挡胶条17,所述座舱孔16周围通过围挡胶条17进行环绕,可替代的,所述围挡胶条17也可以为后安装固定的防水围裙,用于阻挡使用过程中溅起的水花,减少溅起的水花通过所述座舱孔16进入空腔7内的可能性。在一些实施例中,所述上气囊1上设有若干个把手12,用于方便搬运充气船。
在一些实施例中,所述上气囊1上还设有若干个连接环13和弹力绳14,若干个连接环13可设在上气囊1的一端或两端,弹力绳14穿过若干个所述连接环13形成网状结构,使得乘坐者可将随身携带的物品通过所述弹力绳14固定在上气囊1上。
图4为本申请一种四气囊充气船的仰视示意图,如图4及上图3所示,所述下气囊2包括下气囊主体21、第二气嘴23及若干条第二气密条24,所述下气囊主体21的四周侧边通过第二气密条24进行密封,使得所述下气囊主体21与所述第二气密条24共同围成一个独立的气室,用于实现所述下气囊2的气室独立,且便于单个独立气室的下气囊2能够快速充气。
所述第二气嘴23贯通至所述下气囊2的气室,使用时,通过所述第二气嘴23将气体充填进下气囊主体21中,使得所述下气囊主体21整体饱满,在不使用时,可通过第二气嘴23将气体排出。
所述下气囊2的尾部设有尾舵22,用于稳定充气船的航行方向。
本实施例中,所述连接部3设有两个,两个所述连接部3分别连接在所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2两端的外部,所述连接部3具有两个互相分离的隔舱,当所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2两端分别容置在所述连接部3的两个互相分离的隔舱内时,所述上气囊1与所述下气囊2呈中部悬空,两端分离的连接状,用于增大上、下气囊之间的容置空间。
具体的,图5为本申请的连接部3的内部结构示意图,如图5所示,所述连接部3包括第一隔舱31、筋条32及第二隔舱33,所述第一隔舱31及所述第二隔舱33为互相分离的、具有独立容置腔室的隔舱,用于分别容置所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2的末端,所述筋条32为若干条交错排列 且具有支撑作用的支撑条,所述筋条32位于所述第一隔舱31与所述第二隔舱33之间,用于对所述第一隔舱31和所述第二隔舱33定型支撑。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述连接部3为具有尖端部的流线形,用于减少充气船在水上运动时的水流阻力,提高充气船的划水性能。
所述连接部3还包括若干条第三气密条34,所述第三气密条34与所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2的周边连接,使得所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2的末端能牢固地容置在所述连接部3的隔舱内。
所述侧包皮5为具有防水作用的PVC夹网布,所述侧包皮5为单层皮料,所述侧包皮5可以通过热压或胶水的方式分别与所述上气囊1与所述下气囊2的侧边连接密封,且分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2及所述连接部3连接密封,使得所述空腔7形成一个四周密封,顶部与所述座舱孔16连通的腔室,此外,还可作为船体侧面的保护套。
在一些优选的实施例中,所述侧包皮5的中部设有侧包皮拉链6,所述侧包皮拉链6由具有防水作用的材料制成,用于通过所述侧包皮拉链6打开侧包皮5,便于清洁所述空腔7内的脏污物,同时防止水通过所述侧包皮拉链6溅入空腔7内。
图6为本申请一种四气囊充气船在未安装侧包皮5状态下的主视示意图,如图6所示,所述侧气囊4位于所述空腔7内,且所述侧气囊4的两侧边分别与所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2的侧边连接,所述侧气囊4分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2相连的两侧边之间的高度为20厘米-25厘米,用于定型所述上气囊1和所述下气囊2中间部分的空腔7,实现乘坐时腿部的空间足够大。
具体的,图7为本申请的侧气囊的结构示意图、图8为图7所示B-B截面示意图,如图7、图8所示,所述侧气囊4还包括侧气囊主体41、第四气密条42及第三气嘴44,所述侧气囊主体41周围通过所述第四气密条42进行密封,所述定位胶条43固定连接于所述侧气囊4分别与所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2相连的两侧边,所述侧气囊主体41与第四气密条42和定位胶条43共同围成一个独立的气室,实现所述侧气囊4的气室独立,所述第三气嘴44贯通所述侧气囊4的独立气室,用于对侧气囊4充、放气。
所述上气囊主体11、所述下气囊主体21、所述侧囊主体41的材质采用拉丝材料,本实施例中,优选的为拉丝垫,拉丝垫是一种上下两面均由软胶类塑料制作的,中间有密集、自由且固定长度的细丝,细丝连接着上下两面软胶的物品,其外部密封,内部充气后细丝结构会保证两个软胶塑料面的平整和整体的抗气压强度。
第一气密条18、第二气密条24、第三气密条34、第四气密条42材质优选的采用夹网布,夹网布是一种中间夹杂着纺织纤维网线,两侧由软胶热压包裹着塑料软胶的布类制品,其可以通过热压或胶水将拉丝垫的四面密封。
以下通过图9对所述侧气囊4如何实现可拆卸地容置于所述空腔7内进行详细解释:
图9为图2中C处的局部放大示意图,如图9所示,所述侧气囊4和所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2不做粘接,当所述侧气囊4安装到位时,所述侧气囊4、所述侧包皮5和所述上气囊1、所述下气囊2紧密贴合,且形成的三角形空白区域的所述连接空隙8,所述侧气囊4的定位胶条43卡进所述连接空隙8内,所述侧气囊4在充气后,所述定位胶条43具有定位作用,防止正常使用过 程中所述侧气囊4脱出。
当任意一个上气囊1或下气囊2漏气时,所述侧气囊4均可从船体内轻松地拆卸出来,用于铺在身下作浮板用,实现救援的需求。此外,也可通过对所述侧气囊4放气,使得所述侧气囊4从船内拆卸出来的,用于方便清洁。
在一些实施例中可以想象的是,两侧的所述侧气囊4也可采用固定连接的方式分别与上气囊1、下气囊2连接,当任意一个上气囊1或下气囊2漏气时,所述侧气囊4也可从船体内拆卸出来,所述侧气囊4分别与上气囊1、下气囊2连接方式在此不做进一步限制,但此种固定连接的连接方式相较于可拆卸的连接方式相比,采用固定连接方式的所述侧气囊4不易从船体内拆卸出来,实用性及便捷性较差。
以上对本申请的具体实施方式作了详细介绍,对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也属于本申请权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于,包括:
    上气囊(1)、下气囊(2)、两个连接部(3)、两个侧气囊(4)及两个侧包皮(5),
    所述上气囊(1)和下气囊(2)呈中部宽、两端窄的流线形,所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)两端的外部分别通过连接部(3)连接在一起,所述连接部(3)具有两个互相分离的独立隔舱,所述上气囊(1)与所述下气囊(2)的两端分别容置在所述连接部(3)的独立隔舱内,使得所述上气囊(1)与所述下气囊(2)之间形成具有容置空间的空腔(7),所述上气囊(1)包括设置在中部的座舱孔(16),所述座舱孔(16)与所述空腔(7)之间相互连通;
    所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)两侧分别通过侧包皮(5)连接在一起,两个所述侧气囊(4)可拆卸地容置于所述空腔(7)内,且分别与所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)、所述侧包皮(5)可拆卸地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述侧气囊(4)与所述侧包皮(5)、所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)的连接处包括若干个连接空隙(8),所述侧气囊(4)分别与所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)相连的两侧边分别连接有定位胶条(43),所述定位胶条(43)为用于卡位在所述连接空隙(8)内的边条,使得所述气囊(4)与所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)、所述侧包皮(5)可拆卸地连接在一起。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述上气囊(1)还包括上气囊主体(11)、第一气嘴(15)、若干条围挡胶条(17)及第一气密条(18),所述座舱孔(16)位于所述上气囊主体(11)的中部,所述座舱孔(16)、所述上气囊主体(11)的周边通过第一气密条(18)进行密封,若干条围挡胶条(17)环绕在所述座舱孔(16)周围,所述上气囊主体(11)和若干条第一气密条(18)共同围成一个独立的气室,所述第一气嘴(15)贯通所述上气囊(1)的独立气室。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述下气囊(2)包括下气囊主体(21)、第二气嘴(23)及若干条第二气密条(24),所述下气囊主体(21)的四周侧边通过第二气密条(24)进行密封,使得所述下气囊主体(21)与所述第二气密条(24)共同围成一个独立的气室,所述第二气嘴(23)贯通至所述第二气囊(2)的独立气室。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    两个所述连接部(3)分别连接在所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)两端的外部,所述连接部(3)包括第一隔舱(31)、筋条(32)及第二隔舱(33),所述第一隔舱(31)及所述第二隔舱(33)为互相分离的、具有独立容置腔室的隔舱,所述第一隔舱(31)及所述第二隔舱(33)内分别容置所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)的末端,所述筋条(32)为若干条交错排列且具有支撑作用的支撑条,所述筋条(32)位于所述第一隔舱(31)与所述第二隔舱(33)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述连接部(3)还包括若干条第三气密条(34),所述第三气密条(34)与所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)的周边连接,将所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)的末端牢固地容置在所述连接部(3)的隔舱内。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述侧气囊(4)还包括侧气囊主体(41)、第四气密条(42)及第三气嘴(44),所述侧气囊主体(41)周围通过所述第四气密条(42)进行密封,所述侧气囊主体(41)与第四气密条(42)和定位胶条(43)共同围成一个独立的气室,实现所述侧气囊(4)的气室独立,所述第三气嘴(44)贯通所述侧气囊(4)的独立气室。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述侧气囊(4)分别与所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)相连的两侧边之间的高度为20厘米-25厘米,所述侧气囊(4)两侧边分别与所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)的侧边连接,定型所述上气囊(1)和所述下气囊(2)中间部分的空腔(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述侧包皮(5)为具有防水作用的PVC夹网布,所述侧包皮(5)为单层皮料,所述侧包皮(5)分别与所述上气囊(1)与所述下气囊(2)的侧边连接密封,且分别与所述上气囊(1)、所述下气囊(2)及所述连接部(3)连接密封,使得所述空腔(7)形成一个四周密封,顶部与所述座舱孔(16)连通的腔室。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述一种四气囊充气船,其特征在于:
    所述侧包皮(5)的中部设有侧包皮拉链(6),所述侧包皮拉链(6)由具有防水作用的材料制成。
