Abstract

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture : d'une électrode pour électrolyse, l'électrode permettant d'obtenir une durabilité améliorée ; et d'un dispositif de génération d'acide hypochloreux. Selon la présente invention, une couche de catalyseur (4) dans une électrode (1) pour électrolyse contient du platine et de l'oxyde d'iridium. Une couche d'oxyde de tantale (5) est disposée sur la couche de catalyseur (4). Par rapport à l'électrode (1) pour électrolyse, une partie de la couche de catalyseur (4) est exposée. La couche de catalyseur (4) est une couche poreuse qui contient une pluralité de particules composites (41) et une pluralité de pores (42). Chaque particule composite de la pluralité de particules composites (41) contient du platine et de l'oxyde d'iridium. L'électrode (1) pour électrolyse comprend une partie d'oxyde de tantale (43) qui est disposée à l'intérieur d'au moins un pore (42) parmi la pluralité de pores (42) de la couche de catalyseur (4) de façon à être en contact avec la couche de catalyseur (4) ; et la couche de catalyseur (4) comprend une région dans laquelle la concentration en oxyde de tantale dans une couche composite, qui comprend la couche de catalyseur (4) et une pluralité de parties d'oxyde de tantale (43), augmente d'une surface principale (40) de la couche de catalyseur (4) vers un substrat conducteur (2) dans le sens de l'épaisseur de la couche de catalyseur (4).
