在本发明的滚筒洗衣机中,凸部配置于外筒内的洗涤水的量多的部分,因此通过在外筒的内周面形成凸部,能够有效地增加从滚筒内向外筒内流出的洗涤水。
在本发明的滚筒洗衣机中,能够防止例如像凸部从滚筒的正面侧朝向背面侧延续的情况那样,在排出滚筒内的洗涤水时洗涤水残留在凸部的上方的情况。
在本发明的滚筒洗衣机中,通过在从滚筒的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置使从提升筋的里侧部分向外筒内流出的洗涤水集中在一个通水口,能够更有效地增加从滚筒内向外筒内流出的洗涤水。
在本发明的滚筒洗衣机中,在滚筒旋转时,被褥以贴附于滚筒的内周面的状态旋转,因此能通过离心力来使滚筒内的洗涤水穿过被褥的内部向外筒内流出。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1进行说明。图1是本发明的实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1的立体图。图2是表示图1的滚筒洗衣机1的结构的侧剖图。
如图1和图2所示,本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1(以下,有时称为洗衣机1)具有箱形的箱体1a,在箱体1a的内部配置有外筒2,该外筒2具有大致圆柱形状的内周面,用于容纳洗涤物的具有大致圆柱形状的内周面的滚筒3由沿前后方向延伸的主轴5来轴支承于外筒2的内部。滚筒3能以水平轴为旋转轴旋转。
在箱体1a的前表面形成有供使用者操作的操作部1c和与形成于滚筒3的前端的开口3a对置的衣物投入口6。在箱体1a设有对衣物投入口6进行开闭的门8,衣物投入口6由门8来开闭,在门8打开的状态下,能将洗涤物从滚筒3内取出放入至滚筒4内。
在滚筒3的内周面,沿周向等间隔地设有三个提升筋3b。提升筋3b是以向滚筒3内突出的方式形成,以便将容纳于滚筒3的洗涤物举起的中空形状的突起,例如,在清洗过程时,当滚筒3通过后述的马达11的驱动力而旋转时,通过提升筋3b来对滚筒3内的含水的洗涤物进行将其举起后使其自然落下的所谓 的捶洗。
在滚筒3的内周面(未设置提升筋3b的部分)贯穿设置有许多通水孔3c,在洗净、漂洗时供给至外筒2内的水经过通水孔3c向滚筒3内流入,同时经过通水孔3c向外筒2侧流出。此外,在离心脱水时从洗涤物吐出至滚筒3内的水会经过该通水孔3c向外筒2侧飞溅。
主轴5由装接于外筒2的背面壁的轴承5a支承为旋转自如,而且,在向后方突出的主轴5的前端装配有主带轮10。在箱体2的底部设置有马达11,在马达11的旋转轴装配有马达带轮12,马达带轮12的旋转动力经由正时带16传递至主带轮10。由此,当马达11被驱动时,滚筒3以主轴5为中心旋转。
在外筒2的背面壁的上部连接有供水管20,该供水管20在中途设有供水阀20a,当供水阀20a打开时,从外部供给来的水经由供水管20供给向外筒2。在设于外筒2的底部的排水口连接有排水管21,该排水管21在中途设有排水阀21a,当排水阀21a打开时,外筒2内的水经过排水管21向机外排出。
如图3和图4所示,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在提升筋3b的表面形成有多个孔31。因此,滚筒3的内部空间和提升筋3b的内部空间经由多个孔31连通。多个孔31均为圆形,如图5的(a)所示大致均匀地配置在从提升筋3b的正面侧端部至背面侧端部的大致整个区域。
如图5的(b)所示,在滚筒3中的提升筋3b的里侧部分3T形成有多个通水口32。需要说明的是,提升筋3b的里侧部分3T是当提升筋3b装配于滚筒3的内周面时在滚筒3的内周面上被提升筋3b覆盖的部分。因此,提升筋3b的内部空间和外筒2的内部空间经由多个通水口32连通。多个通水口32均为圆形,配置在从滚筒3的正面侧端部至背面侧端部的大致整个区域。
在滚筒3中的一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T,多个通水口32大致均匀地配置在从正面侧向背面侧延伸的一条直线上。因此,在滚筒3的内周面,在一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T,在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置N(例如,图5的(b)中单点划线所示的位置)形成有一个通水口32,或者不形成通水口32。即,在一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T,在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置N不形成两个以上通水口32。
如图3所示,在外筒2的内侧面以朝向外筒2的内侧突出的方式设有凸部33。凸部33配置于在周向上远离的位置即四个部位。在滚筒洗衣机1中,凸部33均设于比滚筒3的旋转轴靠下方处。凸部33分别沿着从正面侧向背面侧延伸的一条直线配置。如图4所示,凸部33的突出量小于外筒2的半径与滚筒3的半径之差。因此,滚筒3以不与凸部33接触的方式在外筒2内旋转。
凸部33具有朝向外筒2内侧突出的多个突出部33a。突出部33a呈位于该外筒2的内侧面上的底面为圆形的大致圆锥形。突出部33a的底面的大小与滚筒3的通水口32的大小大致相同。多个突出部33a分别配置于能在滚筒3旋转时与滚筒3的通水口32对置的位置。突出部33a的数量与配置于提升筋3b的里侧部分3T的滚筒3的通水口32的数量相同。在凸部33与通水口32对置的情况下,凸部33的中心位置与通水口32的中心位置大致一致。
图6是滚筒洗衣机1的控制框图。如图6所示,滚筒洗衣机1的控制部50例如由微型计算机等构成,具备:CPU(中央处理器)、储存控制滚筒洗衣机1的动作的程序的ROM(r只读存储器)以及临时存储执行上述程序时所使用的数据等的RAM(随机存取存储器)。滚筒洗衣机1的运转动作由该控制部50来控制。控制部50与操作部1c、供水阀20a、排水阀21a以及马达11连接。
在滚筒洗衣机1中,使用者能通过操作箱体1a的操作部1b来选择例如标准洗净进程、被褥专用洗净进程。需要说明的是,在滚筒洗衣机1中,能通过操作箱体1a的操作部1b来选择各种运转进程,但在以下的说明中,仅对被褥专用洗净进程进行说明。
被褥专用洗净进程是洗涤羽毛被等被褥时所使用的进程,以清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的顺序实施运转。
在被褥专用洗净进程的清洗过程或漂洗过程中,滚筒3以稍快的转速被旋转驱动,使得作用于被褥的离心力大于作用于被褥的重力。因此,当滚筒3旋转时,被褥以贴附于滚筒3的内周面的状态进行旋转。在本实施方式中,滚筒3始终向规定方向被旋转驱动。
需要说明的是,在被褥专用洗净进程的清洗过程或漂洗过程中,滚筒3内的洗涤水在因离心力而穿过被褥的内部后,除了穿过形成于提升筋3b的里侧部 分3T的多个通水口32之外,还穿过形成于滚筒3的内周面(未设有提升筋3b的部分)的许多通水孔3c而流出到外筒2内,而在以下的说明中,对从形成于提升筋3b的里侧部分3T的多个通水口32流出的洗涤水的流动进行详细说明。
如图7所示,在滚筒3以滚筒3的通水口32朝向外筒2的凸部33的方式旋转的情况下,滚筒3内的洗涤水在因离心力而穿过被褥的内部后,依次穿过提升筋3b的孔31、滚筒3的通水口32,从滚筒3的内部空间向外筒2的内部空间流出。
如此,在滚筒洗衣机1中,在提升筋3b形成有多个孔31,在提升筋3b的里侧部分3T形成有多个通水口32,因此滚筒3内的洗涤水容易穿过该孔31和通水口32而流出到外筒2的内部空间。
然后,在滚筒3旋转并如图8所示滚筒3的通水口32移动至与外筒2的凸部33对置的位置跟前的情况下,从滚筒3的通水口32朝向外侧流出的水流会与凸部33碰撞,因此滚筒3的通水口32处的向内水压提高。由此,通过离心力,从滚筒3的通水口32向外筒2内流出的水流的一部分被抵消,从滚筒3的内部空间流出到外筒2的内部空间的水流会减少。
然后,在滚筒3旋转并如图9所示滚筒3的通水口32刚经过与外筒2的凸部33对置的位置时,从滚筒3的通水口32朝向外侧流出的水流不会与凸部33碰撞,因此滚筒3的通水口32处的向外水压提高。由此,从滚筒3的内部空间前往外筒2的内部空间的水流会增加。
即,在滚筒3的通水口32刚经过与外筒2的凸部33对置的部分时,外筒2的凸部33的下游侧的区域变成负压,会产生使滚筒3内的洗涤水经过提升筋3b的孔31和滚筒3的通水口32流向外筒2的水流。通过该水流,起到使穿过离心力不足的被褥的洗涤水量增加的效果,洗涤性能和漂洗性能提高。
以上说明的本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1具备:外筒2;滚筒3,配置于外筒2内,能以水平轴为旋转轴旋转;以及三个提升筋3b,设于滚筒3的内周面,在提升筋3b形成有孔31,并且在滚筒3中的提升筋3b的里侧部分3T形成有通水口32,在外筒2的内侧面设有能在滚筒3旋转时与通水口32对置的凸部33。
由此,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在进行被褥的洗涤、漂洗的情况 下,滚筒3内的洗涤水也会从滚筒3的内周面上的设有提升筋3b的部分流出到外筒2内,因此即使是在滚筒3的内周面设有提升筋3b的滚筒洗衣机中,也能抑制洗涤性能和漂洗性能在滚筒3的周向上局部降低。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,凸部33设于比滚筒3的旋转轴靠下方处。
由此,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,凸部33形成于外筒2内洗涤水量多的部分,因此能通过在外筒2的内周面形成凸部33来有效地增加从滚筒3内向外筒3内流出的洗涤水。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,凸部33包括从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧以相互远离的方式配置的多个突出部33a。
由此,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,能够防止例如像凸部33从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧延续的情况那样,在排出滚筒3内的洗涤水时洗涤水残留在凸部33的上方的情况。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置,在一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T不形成两个以上通水口32。
由此,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,通过在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置使从提升筋3b的里侧部分3T向外筒2内流出的洗涤水集中在一个通水口32,能更有效地增加从滚筒3内向外筒2内流出的洗涤水。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,具备:马达11,用于对滚筒3进行驱动旋转;以及控制部50,控制马达11的转速,控制部50在进行被褥的洗涤的情况下,控制马达11的转速而使得作用于被褥的离心力与作用于被褥的重力相等或比作用被褥的重力大。
由此,在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在滚筒3旋转时,被褥以贴附于滚筒3的内周面的状态旋转,因此能通过离心力来使滚筒3内的洗涤水穿过被褥的内部向外筒2内流出。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但各部分的具体结构不限定于上述的实施方式。
例如,在上述实施方式中,示出了形成于提升筋3b的孔31、形成于滚筒3 中的提升筋3b的里侧部分3T的通水口32以及形成于外筒2的内侧面的凸部33(突出部33a)的例子,但不限于此。孔31、通水口32以及凸部33(突出部33a)各自的数量、大小、形状以及配置是任意的。此外,提升筋3b的数量、大小、形状以及配置是任意的。
在上述实施方式中,凸部33设于比滚筒3的旋转轴靠下方处,但不限于此。例如,也可以包括设于比滚筒3的旋转轴靠上方的凸部33。
在上述实施方式中,形成有多个通水口32,并且凸部33具有以相互远离的方式配置的多个突出部33a,但不限于此。例如,也可以是,如图10的(b)所示,在提升筋3b的里侧部分3T形成有从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧连续延伸的一个通水口32,并且如图10的(c)所示,在外筒2的内周面形成具有从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧连续延伸的一个突出部133a的凸部133。在该情况下,突出部133a的与从正面侧朝向背面侧的方向垂直的截面也可以形成为大致梯形或大致长方形。此外,也可以从正面侧朝向背面侧被分割成多个突出部133a。
在上述实施方式中,在滚筒3的内周面沿周向等间隔地设有三个提升筋3b,但不限于此。设于滚筒3的内周面的提升筋3b的数量也可以是一个、两个、四个以上。此外,在滚筒3的内周面设有两个以上提升筋3b的情况下,两个以上提升筋3b也可以不在周向上等间隔设置。
在上述实施方式中,在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置,在一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T不形成两个以上通水口32,但不限于此。例如,也可以是,在从滚筒3的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置,在一个提升筋3b的里侧部分3T形成有两个以上通水口32。
在上述实施方式中,滚筒洗衣机1的滚筒3能以水平轴为中心旋转,但也可以是,滚筒3能以相对于水平方向倾斜的倾斜轴为中心旋转。
在上述实施方式中,对能实施清洗过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程的滚筒洗衣机1进行了说明,但本发明也能适用于能一并实施清洗过程、漂洗过程、脱水过程以及烘干过程的洗干一体机。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    外筒;
    滚筒,配置于所述外筒内,能以水平轴或相对于水平方向倾斜的倾斜轴为旋转轴旋转;以及
    至少一个以上提升筋,设于所述滚筒的内周面,
    在所述提升筋形成有孔,并且在所述滚筒中的所述提升筋的里侧部分形成有通水口,
    在所述外筒的内侧面设有能在所述滚筒旋转时与所述通水口对置的凸部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述凸部设于比所述滚筒的所述旋转轴靠下方处。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述凸部包括从所述滚筒的正面侧朝向背面侧以相互远离的方式配置的多个突出部。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在从所述滚筒的正面侧朝向背面侧的方向的规定位置,在一个所述提升筋的里侧部分不形成两个以上所述通水口。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,具备:
    马达,用于对所述滚筒进行旋转驱动;以及
    控制单元,控制所述马达的转速,
    所述控制单元在进行被褥的洗涤的情况下控制马达的转速而使得作用于被褥的离心力与作用于被褥的重力相等或比作用于被褥的重力大。
