具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对作为本发明的实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1进行说明。图1是本发明的实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1的立体图。图2是表示图1的滚筒洗衣机1的结构的侧面剖视图。
如图1和图2所示,本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1具有箱状的箱体2,在箱体 2的内部配置具有大致圆筒状的内周面的外筒3,在外筒3的内部,具有用于容纳洗涤物的大致圆筒状的内周面的滚筒4由沿前后方向延伸的主轴5来轴支承。滚筒4能以水平轴为中心旋转。
在箱体2的前表面形成有供使用者操作的操作部2a和与形成于滚筒4的前端的开口4a对置的衣物投入口6。在箱体2设有对衣物投入口6进行开闭的门8,衣物投入口6通过门8来开闭,设为能在门8开放的状态下向滚筒4内取出放入洗涤物。
在滚筒4的内周面,以向滚筒4内突出的方式设有多个提升筋4b。提升筋4b是用于举升容纳于滚筒4内的洗涤物的突起,例如,在洗涤过程时,当滚筒4通过后述的驱动马达11的驱动力而旋转时,进行通过提升筋4b来将滚筒4内的含水的洗涤物举升并自然落下的所谓的捶洗。
在滚筒4的内周面贯穿设置有许多通水孔4c,在洗净、漂洗时,供给至外筒3内的水经过通水孔4c向滚筒4内流入,在离心脱水时,在滚筒4内从洗涤物中吐出的水经过该通水孔4c向外筒3侧飞散。
主轴5由装接于外筒3的背面壁的轴承5a支承为旋转自如,在进一步向后方突出的主轴5的顶端装配有主带轮10。在箱体2的底部设置有驱动马达11,在驱动马达11的旋转轴装配有马达带轮12,马达带轮12的转矩经由同步带16传递至主带轮10。由此,当驱动马达11被驱动时,滚筒4以主轴5为中心旋转。
在外筒3的背面壁的上部连接有中途设有供水阀30a的供水管30,当供水阀30a打开时,从外部供给的水经由供水管30被供给向外筒3。在设于外筒3的底部的排水口3a连接有中途设有排水阀31a的排水管31,当排水阀31a打开时,外筒3内的水经过排水口3a和排水管31向机外排出。
如图3和图4所示,在外筒3的下端部附近设有容纳部50。容纳部50以向径向外侧突出的方式设置于外筒3的内周面的局部。需要说明的是,在图4中,为了容易理解形成于外筒3的内周侧的容纳部50,省略了外筒3的局部的图示,并且省略了滚筒的图示。容纳部50具有容纳后述的去污构件52的容纳空间。在本实施方式中,在正视下,容纳部50相对于外筒3的底部配置于右侧且稍上方。容纳部50内的容纳空间沿前后方向延伸,具有与外筒3大致相同的长度。
在本实施方式中,如图5所示,外筒3具有配置于正面侧的第一外筒构件3N1和配置于背面侧的第二外筒构件3N2。第一外筒构件3N1和第二外筒构件3N2在外筒3的前后方向中央部处接合。第一外筒构件3N1与配置于容纳部50的正面侧的第一容纳构件50T1一体成型,第二外筒构件3N2与配置于容纳部50的背面侧的第二容纳构件50T2一体成型。因此,通过将第一外筒构件3N1和第二外筒构件3N2接合,第一容纳构件50T1和第二容纳构件50T2被接合而形成容纳部50。
例如,当在洗涤时向外筒3内进行了供水时,该水也进入容纳部50内,该水贮留于容纳部50内。然后,当洗涤结束时,会从外筒3内排出水,而此时为了使容纳部50内的水向排水口3a流动,如图5所示,在容纳部50与外筒3的底部之间形成有槽状的排水水路51。排水水路51形成于第一外筒构件3N1与第二外筒构件3N2接合的部分。因此,在本实施方式中,容纳部50在外筒3的上下方向中央部的下方形成于从外筒3内排出了水时容纳部50内的所有水会向排水口3a流动的位置。
如图5所示,在容纳部50内容纳有多个去污构件52。去污构件52是由例如橡胶材料、聚氨酯材料、硅材料形成的大致球状的构件。容纳部50内的容纳空间的沿着周向的幅度稍大于去污构件52的外形的幅度。因此,多个去污构件52在容纳部50内呈一列被容纳。需要说明的是,容纳部50的前端部和后端部配置为去污构件52不会从容纳部50内向外部移动。
如图6所示,容纳于容纳部50内的多个去污构件52与配置于外筒3内的滚筒4的外周面对置。容纳部50内的容纳空间的深度(径向长度)配置为比去污构件52的直径长。因此,去污构件52能在远离滚筒4的外周表面的非接触位置和与滚筒4的外周表面接触的接触位置之间移动。图6中示出了去污构件52配置于与滚筒4的外周面接触的接触位置的状态。
需要说明的是,在滚筒洗衣机1中,如下所述,作为向外筒3内供水的供水量,设定有多个供水量,但在图6中输出的是供给了最少供水量的水的状态。在滚筒洗衣机1中,如图6所示,容纳部50设于如下的位置:即使在供给了最低水量的水的情况下,供给的水也会进入容纳部50内,去污构件52浸水,去污构件52会通过浮力而向上方移动。
图7的(a)和图7的(b)是表示去污构件52配置于非接触位置状态的局部放大剖视图,图8的(a)和图8的(b)是表示去污构件52配置于接触位置状态的局部放大剖视图。需要说明的是,图7的(a)和图8的(a)是图6的局部放大图,图7的(b)和图8的(b)是沿前后方向剖切外筒3和滚筒4的剖视图。
即,在未向外筒3内供给水的情况下,如图7的(a)和图7的(b)所示,去污构件52通过自重而配置于非接触位置。当洗涤时向外筒3内供给了水时,如图8的(a)和图8的(b)所示,去污构件52通过水的浮力而浮起从而配置于与滚筒4的外周面接触的接触位置。当洗涤结束而排出外筒3内的水时,去污构件52通过自重而配置于非接触位置。
此外,同样地,当漂洗时向外筒3内供给了水时,去污构件52通过水的浮力而浮起从而配置于与滚筒4的外周面接触的接触位置。当漂洗结束而排出外筒3内的水时,去污构件52通过自重而配置于非接触位置。需要说明的是,在脱水时,去污构件52配置于非接触位置。
如上所述,在洗涤时,去污构件52配置于与滚筒4的外周面接触的接触位置,但在该状态下滚筒4被旋转驱动时,去污构件52通过水的浮力而被按压向滚筒4的外周面,同时通过从滚筒4的外周面作用摩擦力而在容纳部50内旋转。
此时,多个去污构件52能在容纳部50内沿滚筒4的前后方向移动些许距离。因此,附着于滚筒4的外周面的污垢在滚筒4的外周面的整个区域被去污构件52去除。像这样,在洗涤时滚筒4被旋转驱动时,通过将多个去污构件52的动作限定于容纳部50内,能控制去污构件52的动作。因此,能防止去污构件52从容纳部50内向外部移动。
滚筒洗衣机1能实施洗涤过程、漂洗过程以及脱水过程。在洗涤过程和漂洗过程中,向外筒3内供给水(有时也适当地排出外筒3内的水),在脱水过程中,排出外筒3内的水。在滚筒洗衣机1中,根据投入滚筒4内的洗涤物的量(负荷)来自动调整向外筒3内供水的供水量。即,在洗涤物的量多的情况下供水量设定得多,在洗涤物的量少的情况下供水量设定得少。
如以上所说明的,本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1是能实施洗涤过程的滚筒洗 衣机,具备:外筒3,配置于箱体2内;滚筒4,配置于外筒3内,能以水平轴为中心旋转;驱动马达11,用于使滚筒4旋转;以及容纳部50,设于外筒3的内周侧,容纳与滚筒4的外周面对置的去污构件52。
由此,根据本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1,当洗涤过程中滚筒4被旋转驱动时,去污构件52能通过物理摩擦滚筒4的外周面来适当地去除滚筒4的外周面的污垢。此外,由于滚筒4的洗净运转与普通的洗涤运转并行进行,因此不费工夫,即使不进行特别的操作,也能自动去除附着于滚筒4的污垢。此外,若去污构件52从容纳部50向外部露出,会引发堵塞、异常噪声,因此通过将去污构件52的动作限定于容纳部50内来控制去污构件52的动作从而防止其引发堵塞、异常噪声。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在向外筒3内供给了水的情况下,去污构件52通过浮力而移动从而与滚筒4的外周面接触,在从外筒3内排出了水的情况下,去污构件52通过自重而移动从而远离滚筒4的外周面。
由此,根据本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1,在向外筒3内供给了水的情况下,去污构件52通过浮力而移动从而与滚筒4的外周面接触,在从外筒3内排出了水的情况下,去污构件52通过自重而移动从而远离滚筒4的外周面,因此能在滚筒4旋转时容易地将去污构件52移动至与滚筒4的外周面接触的位置。
在本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1中,在容纳部50内容纳有沿着滚筒4的旋转轴配置的多个去污构件52。
由此,根据本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1,由于多个去污构件52容纳于容纳部50内,因此通过使多个去污构件52分别大范围旋转,能去除附着于滚筒4的大部分外周面的污垢。
在本发明的滚筒洗衣机1中,在外筒3的下端部设有排水口3a,容纳部50配置于排水口3a的上方,以使容纳部50内的水向排水口3a流动的方式设有排水水路51。
由此,根据本实施方式的滚筒洗衣机1,由于配置为容纳部50内的水会向排水口3a流动,因此能将容纳部50内的水从排水口3a适当地排出。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本实施方式的结构并不局限于 上述内容,能进行各种变形。
例如,在上述实施方式中,去污构件52是由橡胶材料、聚氨酯材料、硅材料等形成的大致球状的构件,但是不限于此。去污构件52的材质、形状是任意的。例如,也可以是,如图9的(a)所示,容纳于容纳部50内的去污构件152是由橡胶材料、聚氨酯材料、硅材料等形成的圆柱状构件。此外,可以是,如图9的(b)所示,容纳于容纳部50内的去污构件252是刷子状的构件。
在上述实施方式中,多个去污构件52容纳于容纳部50内,但是不限于此。容纳于容纳部50内的去污构件52也可以是一个,其数量是任意的。
在上述实施方式中,容纳部50具有与外筒3大致相同的长度,但是不限于此。例如,容纳部50也可以比外筒3的前后方向长度短,配置于外筒3的前后方向整个区域的局部。
在上述实施方式中,在向外筒3内供给了水的情况下,去污构件52通过浮力而移动从而与滚筒4的外周面接触,在从外筒3内排出了水的情况下,去污构件52远离滚筒4的外周面,但是不限于此。例如,也可以具有使去污构件52在接触位置与非接触位置之间移动的其他装置。
在上述实施方式中,容纳部50在正视下相对于外筒3的底部配置于右侧且稍上方,但是不限于此。在外筒3的内周面,容纳部50的配置是任意的。但是,优选的是,在向外筒3内供给了水的情况下使去污构件52通过浮力而移动的情况下,去污构件52配置于外筒3的底部附近。
在上述实施方式中,滚筒4能以水平轴为中心旋转,但是不限于此。例如,也可以是,滚筒4能以相对于水平方向倾斜的倾斜轴为中心旋转。
其他结构也能在不脱离本发明主旨的范围内进行各种变形。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,能实施洗涤过程,其特征在于,具备:
    外筒,配置于箱体内;
    滚筒,配置于所述外筒内,能以水平轴或相对于水平方向倾斜的倾斜轴为中心旋转;以及
    容纳部,设于所述外筒的内周侧,容纳与所述滚筒的外周面对置的去污构件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在向所述外筒内供给了水的情况下,所述去污构件通过浮力而移动从而与所述滚筒的外周面接触,在从所述外筒内排出了水的情况下,所述去污构件通过自重而移动从而远离所述滚筒的外周面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在所述容纳部内容纳有沿所述滚筒的旋转轴配置的多个所述去污构件。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在所述外筒的下端部设有排水口,所述容纳部配置于所述排水口的上方,所述滚筒洗衣机设有供所述容纳部内的水向所述排水口流动的排水水路。
