其中,连接座2与床杆4的自由端枢转连接以使其能够相对于该床杆4发生转动,所述连接座2朝向脚杆71方向设置枢转安装部27;脚杆71用于支撑床杆于预设高度,所述脚杆71可枢转地安装在前述的枢转安装部以使其能够在站立位置与水平位置之间切换;此处的“站立位置”是指脚杆能够支撑在地面上使床杆处于预设高度;此处的“水平位置”是指脚杆与床杆收折重合;具体可参考图2与图3。
可收折杆11可枢转地安装在连接座2远离床杆的一侧以使其能够在展开状态与收折状态之间切换;此处的“展开状态”是指可收折杆相对于床杆向外侧展开;此处的“收折状态”是指可收折杆与床杆收折重合;具体可参考图2与图3。此处的“近侧”是指靠近床杆的一侧,“远侧”是指远离床杆的一侧;
连接件81一端与床杆4转动连接,另一端与脚杆71转动连接,连接座2带动脚杆71围绕脚杆与连接件的连接点在站立位置与水平位置之间切换。
根据本发明实施方式提供的脚杆联动组件,可以实现可收折杆与脚杆的联动折叠与打开,无需单独折叠或者展开脚杆,操作更加便捷高效。
根据发明的一些实施例,所述的脚杆均具有一立杆以及一设置在立杆上的端塞3,所述端塞3用于支撑床杆,所述端塞3设置有与床杆形状相匹配的支撑槽300。示例性地,请参阅图5,所述床杆为圆形空管件,所述的支撑槽为与该圆形空管相贴合的弧形缺口,当床完全展开时接头上端弧形缺口正好贴牢床杆,整个结构稳定受力。
根据本发明另一些实施例,如图3所示,所述连接座2具有第一枢转安装部25、第二枢转安装部26和第三枢转安装部27(即构成前述的枢转安装部),所述可收折杆11通过第一枢转安装部25与连接座2枢转连接,床杆4通过第二枢转安装部26与连接座2枢转连接,所述脚杆71通过第三枢转部27与连接座2枢转相连。具体而言,所述第一枢转安装部25、第二枢转安装部26和第三枢转安装部27均为枢轴形式,枢轴枢设在连接座上,以供可收折杆、连接座以及脚杆能够发生枢转运动。
进一步地,为了保证可收折杆与脚杆的联动折叠。请参阅图4,所述连接座2具有一水平段21以及一与该水平段21连接且朝向脚杆倾斜的倾斜段22,所述水平段21的远侧与近侧分别具有第一枢转安装部25与第二枢转安装部26,所述倾斜段22具有第三枢转安装部27,所述可收折杆通过第一枢转安装部与水平段的远侧枢转连接,床杆通过第二枢转安装部与水平段的近侧枢转连接,所述脚杆通过第三枢转部与倾斜段枢转相连。这样,请参阅图2与图3,在可收折杆11相对于第一枢转安装部发生转动直至其呈竖直的过程中,所述连接座2的水平段21依然处于与床杆水平的状态;进一步,当可收折杆11围绕该第二枢装安装部转动收合在床杆4上侧时,连接座2、脚杆71、连接件81以及床杆4之间构成四连杆机构,在可收折杆带动连接座朝向床杆上侧枢转的过程中,连接座2与连接件81的联动最终实现了脚杆的自动收折。
在本发明一些具体实施例中,所述连接座具有多种实现形式:例如,所述水平段与倾斜段可以一体成型,也可以断开连接,其适于能够在水平段枢转的同时带动倾斜段联动。在本实施例中,如图4所示,所述连接座2具有一左连接板212以及一与左连接板212相对设置的右连接板213,所述的第一枢转安装部、第二枢转安装部以及第三枢转安装部自远侧朝向近侧装设在左连接板212与右连接板213。此外,为了实现左连接板与右连接板的连接,所述连接座还包括与左连接板和与右连接板相连的盖板211。所述左连接板212与右连接板213自远侧朝向近侧枢设有第一枢转安装部、第二枢转安装部和第三枢转安装部,该三个枢转安装部分别枢设在枢孔250、210与220。
可选地,所述连接座2与第一枢转安装部、第二枢转安装部以及第三枢转安装部之间的 缝隙内填充有防夹面料塞,降低安全隐患。
具体示例,所连接件81为连接片,所述连接片81一端与床杆转动连接,另一端与脚杆转动连接。
本实施例方式提供的脚杆联动组件,可以适用于多种折叠床,同时实现可折叠杆与脚杆的同步联动折叠,避免了多项折叠操作。
实施例2
根据本发明第二方面实施方式提供的折叠床,请参阅图6,该折叠床包括左右相对设置的第一脚杆联动组件10与第二脚杆联动组件20,所述第一脚杆联动组件10与第二脚杆联动组件20采用实施例1所述的脚杆联动组件。
可以理解的是,为了满足折叠床的功能,第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件的床杆前后两端分别设有折叠机构;
其中,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件的床杆左右平行设置以构成床面,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于后侧的可收折杆11彼此相连构成靠背架1,而其位于前侧的可收折杆11彼此相连构成搁脚架5,所述靠背架1与搁脚架5相对于床面转动收折时,连接座2通过连接件81联动脚杆71从站立位置朝向水平位置转换。
在本发明一些实施例中,如图1所示,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于后侧的可收折杆11通过中间连接杆110相连构成U型靠背架1,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于前侧的可收折杆11通过中间连接杆111相连构成U型搁脚架5。该U型架结构保证了床的稳定性以及同步收折。
在一些示例中,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于后侧的脚杆112通过中间连接杆相连构成U型脚架,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于前侧的脚杆通过中间连接杆113相连构成U型脚架。
在本实施例中,如图1所示,所述脚杆71底部设置球头与球形脚掌,为了进一步确保同步联动,第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于后侧的脚杆之间通过后连接杆91相连,第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于前侧的脚杆通过前连接杆92相连,如此,可以进一步保证位于同侧的的两个脚杆同步折叠或展开。
进一步地,所述的U型靠背架与U型搁脚架底部设有用于支撑其的脚杆。
此外,如图6所示,该折叠机构还包括用于支撑在地面上的支撑脚掌711,所述的脚杆71底部均具有球头710,所述球头710可转动地装配于支撑脚掌中,支撑脚掌10借助于地面的摩擦作用,支撑脚掌10的底面始终与该折叠后的脚杆所处平面平行。这样,完成脚杆折叠后,操作者无需进一步拨动脚掌使其由垂直位置转换为平行位置,避免操作者触摸与地面相 接触的脚掌。
下面参照图2-图3描述本发明实施例的折叠床的工作过程。
以靠背架1为例,当需要收折折叠床时,操作者向上翻折靠背架1,当靠背架1围绕第一枢转安装部25转动至与床杆呈90度夹角后,操作者继续拉动靠背架1朝向床杆上侧转动,靠背架带动连接座2围绕第二枢装安装部转动,连接座2带动脚杆71围绕连接件81与脚杆71的连接点由站立位置切换至水平位置,最终实现靠背架、脚架与床杆大致呈水平状态,整个床收折起来,打开则方向相反。
搁脚架的收折与展开过程同上述的靠背架收折与打开过程。
如此,本实施方式提供的折叠床实现了靠背架、搁脚架与脚管的联动展开与折叠,在操作靠背架、搁脚架的同时脚杆自动打开,无须单独折叠或展开脚杆,更不需要额外的锁定结构锁定脚杆,折叠或展开更加便捷方便。
与此同时,通过本发明提供的折叠床,在进行折叠与展开操作时,无需将床侧过来,面料也不容易弄脏。
在本发明的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本发明的描述中,“至少一个”的含义是一个以上。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,该组件包括沿前后方向水平延伸的床杆(4)以及至少设置在床杆一端的折叠机构,所述折叠机构包括:
    连接座(2),其与床杆(4)的自由端枢转连接以使其能够相对于该床杆(4)发生转动,所述连接座朝向脚杆方向设置枢转安装部;
    可收折杆(11),其可枢转地安装在连接座(2)远离床杆(4)的一侧以使其能够在展开状态与收折状态之间切换;
    脚杆(71),其用于支撑床杆(4)于预设高度,所述脚杆(71)可枢转地安装在前述的枢转安装部以使其能够在站立位置与水平位置之间切换;
    连接件(81),其一端与床杆(4)转动连接,另一端与脚杆转动连接,连接座带动脚杆围绕连接件与脚杆的连接点在站立位置与水平位置之间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述的脚杆均具有一立杆以及一设置在立杆上的端塞(3),所述端塞用于支撑床杆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述端塞设置有与床杆形状相匹配的支撑槽(300)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述连接座(2)具有第一枢转安装部(25)、第二枢转安装部(26)和第三枢转安装部(27),所述可收折杆通过第一枢转安装部与连接座枢转连接,床杆通过第二枢转安装部与连接座枢转连接,所述脚杆通过第三枢转部与连接座枢转相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述连接座具有一水平段(21)以及一与该水平段连接且朝向脚杆倾斜的倾斜段(22),所述水平段的远侧与近侧分别具有第一枢转安装部与第二枢转安装部,所述倾斜段具有第三枢转安装部,所述可收折杆通过第一枢转安装部与水平段的远侧枢转连接,床杆通过第二枢转安装部与水平段的近侧枢转连接,所述脚杆通过第三枢转部与倾斜段枢转相连。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述连接座具有一左连接板(212)以及一与左连接板相对设置的右连接板(213),所述的第一枢转安装部(25)、第二枢转安装部(26)以及第三枢转安装部(27)自远侧朝向近侧装设在左连接板与右连接板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述连接座还包括与左连接板和与右连接板相连的盖板(211)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所述连接座与第一枢转安装部、第二枢转安装部以及第三枢转安装部之间的缝隙内填充有防夹面料塞。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的脚杆联动组件,其特征在于,所连接件为连接片。
  10. 一种折叠床,其特征在于,该折叠床包括左右相对设置的第一脚杆联动组件(10)与第二脚杆联动组件(20),所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件采用权利要求1~9任意一项所述的脚杆联动组件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠床,其特征在于,第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件的床杆前后两端分别设有折叠机构;
    其中,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件的床杆平行设置以构成床面,所述第一脚杆联动组件与第二脚杆联动组件位于后侧的可收折杆彼此相连构成靠背架(1),而其位于前侧的可收折杆彼此相连构成搁脚架(5),所述靠背架与搁脚架相对于床面转动收折时,连接座通过连接件联动脚杆从站立位置朝向水平位置转换。
