背景技术
随着科技的发展和人民生活水平的提升,吸尘器以其可以快速清理地面上的异物的功能得到人们的认可,正在逐渐走进人们的生活。
在现有技术中,吸尘器的电池和电机之间的电连接的走线较复杂,不仅会占用过多的空间,而且电池与电机之间的连接线易被其他结构剐蹭,并且发生损坏。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本公开一方面提出了一种吸尘器,该吸尘器的结构更加紧凑。

进一步地,动力组件20设置于动力腔111内,供电单元30设置于供电腔112内,并且与动力组件20电连接。具体地,将动力组件20和供电单元30分别设置于动力腔111和供电腔112中,不仅可以保证动力组件20和供电单元30安装设置的稳定性和可靠性,而且还可以使动力组件20和供电单元30之间的电连接更加简单直接,这样可以进一步地优化吸尘器100的结构设计。

结合图8和图9所示,旋风杯体43的一端设置有朝向供电单元30开口的第一安装座432,第一连接器51设置于第一安装座432内。具体地,在旋风杯体43的一端设置朝向供电单元30开口的第一安装座432,并且将第一连接器51设置于第一安装座432内,第一安装座432可以对第一连接器51起到罩设保护的作用,可以防止第一连接器51受到外力的冲击,或者外界异物的侵蚀,这样可以提升第一连接器51的使用寿命,以及可以提升第一连接器51和 供电单元30电连接的稳定性和持续性。
进一步地,第一连接器51可以通过第一安装座432的开口端与供电单元30电连接,这样可以在保证第一安装座432对第一连接器51起到罩设保护的前提下,保证第一连接器51和供电单元30电连接的稳定性和持续性。
进一步地,集尘杯41的一端设置有第一避让槽411,第一安装座432设置于第一避让槽411内。具体地,通过在集尘杯41的一端设置第一避让槽411,在集尘杯41和旋风杯42连接固定后,为了防止风在从旋风杯42进入集尘杯41的过程中泄露,需要保证集尘杯41和旋风杯42之间的贴合紧密,由于电连接装置50设置在旋风杯42上,并且电连接装置50自身的结构较脆弱,易发生损坏,因此需要将电连接装置50设置于旋风杯42朝向集尘杯41的一端,将第一安装座432设置于第一避让槽411中,可以在保证将第一安装座432中的第一连接器51与供电装置之间的电连接稳定的前提下,防止第一安装座432影响旋风杯42和集尘杯41之间的紧密贴合,这样可以优化吸尘器100的结构设计。
在本公开的一些实施例中,旋风杯体43的外周壁设置有外罩板433,外罩板433与旋风杯体43的外周壁之间形成有走线通道4331,连接线设置于走线通道4331内。具体地,通过在旋风杯体43的外周壁上设置外罩板433,并且使外罩板433和旋风杯体43的外周壁之间限定出走线通道4331,这样可以使外罩板433和旋风杯体43的外周壁共同对连接线形成保护的作用,从而可以进一步地提升连接线的可靠性。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,旋风杯体43的外周壁设置有走线通道4331,连接线设置于走线通道4331内,如此设置,可以在走线通道4331对连接线形成保护作用的前提下,使旋风杯体43的结构更加简单。
进一步地,可以根据吸尘器100的应用环境、生产成本和吸尘器100的具体结构,选择性地通过设置外罩板433,使外罩板433和旋风杯体43限定出走线通道4331,或者直接在旋风杯体43的外周壁上开设走线通道4331,这样可以提升走线通道4331的适用性,从而可以方便吸尘器100的生产制造。
结合图9和图15所示,外罩板433朝向集尘杯41凸出设置,集尘杯41的外周壁设置有第二避让槽412,外罩板433设置于第二避让槽412内。具体地,为了保证集尘杯41和旋风杯42之间贴合的紧密性,需要在集尘杯41的外周壁上开设第二避让槽412,并且使第二避让槽412避让外罩板433,从而可以防止旋风杯42上的外罩板433将旋风杯42和集尘杯41隔开,导致旋风杯42和集尘杯41之间发生漏风,这样可以进一步地提升尘杯40的结构可靠性。
结合图6所示,第二连接器52设置于进风管45内,进风管45的端面设置有对接孔49,第二连接器52设置有接线端子521,接线端子521与对接孔49相对应。具体地,吸尘管道70的一端与对接孔49对接设置,另一端设置有吸尘头80,将第二连接器52的接线端子521与对接孔49相对应,可以使吸尘管道70在与对接孔49对接设置后,使接线端子521和吸尘管道70上的相关部件电连接,从而使电连接装置50和吸尘头80电连接,这样可以进一步地 使电连接装置50和吸尘头80的电连接更加方便直接。
进一步地,第二连接器52与旋风导流件44抵接配合。具体地,由于旋风导流件44设置于旋风杯42中,并且进风管45设置于旋风导流件44上,并且进风管45与旋风导流件44相连通,因此,将设置于进风管45中的第二连接器52与旋风导流件44相互抵接配合,可以在保证第二连接器52在进风管45中的安装设置稳定牢固的前提下,使第二连接器52在进风管45中的设置更加简单直接,无需设置安装固定的结构,这样可以进一步地优化吸尘器100的结构设计。
结合图5和图10所示,供电单元30可以主要包括:电池31、隔板32和第三连接器33,隔板32设置于供电腔112内,电池31设置于隔板32的后侧,隔板32的前侧设置有第二安装座321,第三连接器33设置于第二安装座321上,第三连接器33与第一连接器51可分离地电连接。具体地,将隔板32设置于供电腔112内,并且将电池31的后侧,这样可以使隔板32和供电腔112共同限定出容纳电池31的空间,从而可以使电池31在供电腔112中的设置更加稳定可靠,并且可以避免外力的冲击和外界异物的侵蚀损坏电池31的结构。
进一步地,通过在隔板32的前侧设置第二安装座321,并且在第二安装座321上设置第三连接器33,这样可以使旋风杯42和集尘杯41在连接固定的同时,便可以使第二连接器52和第三连接器33电连接,从而使电连接装置50和供电单元30电连接,在旋风杯42和集尘杯41分离时,可以使第二连接器52和第三连接器33之间断开连接,这样可以在保证第二连接器52和第三连接器33的电连接稳定可靠的前提下,降低第三连接器33和第二连接器52电连接的难度,以及可以使第二连接器52和第三连接器33断开连接更加直接方便,这样可以进一步地优化吸尘器100的结构设计。
结合图9和图10所示,动力组件20的前端凸出于动力腔111,并且设置有第一挂设部21,旋风杯42的后端设置有第二挂设部47,旋风杯42的后端套设在动力组件20的前端,在旋风杯42转动预定角度后,第二挂设部47与第一挂设部21挂设配合,并且电连接装置50与供电单元30相连接。具体地,通过将动力组件20的前端凸出动力腔111设置,并且在动力组件20凸出动力腔111的部分设置第一挂设部21,旋风杯42的后端敞开设置,在将旋风杯42设置于动力组件20前端的过程中,需要先将旋风杯42敞开的后端套设在动力组件20的前端,并且通过转动,使第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47挂设配合,从而实现旋风杯42与动力组件20的连接固定。
进一步地,在第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47挂设配合的同时,电连接装置50和供电单元30也因为旋风杯42的转动相互电连接设置,如此设置,不仅可以简化吸尘器100的组装步骤,而且还具有一定的防呆性,用户在将集尘杯41拆卸下来将异物清理,并且重新安装设置于动力组件20的后端后,便可以快速直接地实现供电单元30和电连接装置50的电连接,这样可以进一步地优化吸尘器100的结构设计。
结合图9和图10所示,第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47中的一个为第一挂设槽,并且另 一个为第一挂设块,第一挂设块配合在第一挂设槽内。具体地,通过将第一挂设块伸入第一挂设槽中,便可以实现第一挂设块和第一挂设槽的挂设配合,这样不仅可以提升旋风杯42和动力组件20连接固定的稳定性和牢固性,而且还可以使旋风杯42和动力组件20之间的连接更加简单快速。
结合图9和图13所示,第一挂设槽包括:第一槽段471和第二槽段472,第二槽段472连接于第一槽段471的周向一侧,第一槽段471的顶部开口设置,第二槽段472的宽度大于等于第一挂设块的宽度,并且小于第一槽段471的宽度,以使第一挂设块挂设在第二槽段472内。具体地,由于第一槽段471顶部开口,并且宽度较大,可以先使第一挂设块从第一槽段471的顶部开口的位置伸入第一槽段471中,可以方便第一挂设块的进入,从而可以降低组装生产的难度,又因为第二槽段472处于第一槽段471周向的一侧,并且第二槽段472的宽度大于等于第一挂设块的宽度,可以通过转动滤筒481,使第一挂设块进入第二槽段472中,并且与第二槽段472进行稳定可靠地挂设配合,这样不仅可以进一步地提升第一挂设块和第一挂设槽挂设配合的牢固性和稳定性,而且还可以使第一挂设块和第一挂设槽的挂设配合更加简单顺畅,可以方便吸尘器100的组装生产,可以降低生产制造的难度。
结合图9和图10所示,动力组件20在第一挂设部21上设置有第一锁止部211,尘杯40在第二挂设部47上设置有第二锁止部4721,第一锁止部211和第二锁止部4721中的一个为锁止凸起,并且另一个为锁止槽,锁止凸起配合在锁止槽内。具体地,在将旋风杯42相对动力组件20进行转动,使第一挂设块从第一槽段471进入第二槽段472后,第二槽段472仅仅只能限制第一挂设块从第一槽段471向第二槽段472方向的转动,第一挂设块从第二槽段472向第一槽段471方向的转动则无法得到有效限制,因此,可以在第一挂设部21上设置第一锁止部211,在第二挂设部47上设置第二锁止部4721,其中,第一锁止部211可以设置在第一挂设部21的第二槽段472上,在将第一挂设块配合在第二槽段472中后,第一锁止部211和第二锁止部4721的锁止配合,可以限定第一挂设块周向的转动,从而可以使旋风杯42和动力组件20的连接固定更加稳定牢固,可以防止旋风杯42在吸尘器100正常使用状态时,相对集尘杯41发生转动,从而导致吸尘器100的故障,这样可以进一步地提升吸尘器100的结构可靠性。
进一步地,通过将第一锁止部211和第二锁止部4721中的一个设置成锁止凸起,另一个设置成锁止槽,在第一挂设块伸入第二槽段472中后,可以使锁止凸起直接伸入锁止槽中,并且与锁止槽锁止配合,这样不仅可以保证第一锁止部211和第二锁止部4721锁止配合的稳定性和可靠性,而且还可以降低第一锁止部211和第二锁止部4721锁止配合难度。
结合图9和图10所示,第一挂设部21为至少两个,并且在动力组件20的前端周向间隔分布,第二挂设部47为至少两个,并且在尘杯40的周向间隔设置,至少两个第一挂设部21和至少两个第二挂设部47一一对应地挂设配合。具体地,将第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47分别设置成至少两个,并且分别在动力组件20的顶部和旋风杯42的底部周向间隔设置,在 将至少两个第一挂设部21和至少两个第二挂设部47一一对应挂设配合后,可以使旋风杯42在动力组件20上的设置受力更加均匀,从而可以提升旋风杯42在动力组件20上安装设置的稳定性和可靠性。
结合图10所示,动力腔111的横截面为圆形,供电腔112的截面为优弧形,第三连接器33到供电腔112外周壁上端所对应的圆心角为预定角度。具体地,将动力腔111和供电腔112的横截面分别设置成圆形和优弧形,第三连接器33到供电腔112外周壁上端所对应的圆心角,即为旋风杯42相对动力组件20进行转动,并且使第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47配合的预定角度,如此设置,在将旋风杯42安装设置于动力组件20上时,无论旋风杯42的后端套设于动力组件20的前端的初始位置在何处,旋风杯42在转动预定角度后,使第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47挂设配合后,第二连接器52和第三连接器33均能正好处于上下相对的位置,并且进行相互的电连接,这样可以进一步地降低旋风杯42的安装设置的难度,从而可以进一步地提升旋风杯42安装设置的效率以及准确性。
结合图6-图13所示,动力组件20的前端设置有第三挂设部22,旋风杯42包括:旋风杯体43和过滤器48,过滤器48设置于旋风杯体43内,第二挂设部47设置于旋风杯体43上,过滤器48设置有第四挂设部4811,在旋风杯42转动预定角度后,第四挂设部4811与第三挂设部22挂设配合。具体地,第二挂设部47设置于旋风杯体43内,在将旋风杯42与动力组件20连接固定的过程中,可以将旋风杯体43的后端套设于动力组件20的前端,并且使旋风杯体43上的第二挂设部47与动力组件20上的第一挂设部21挂设配合,进一步地,由于旋风杯42的后端开口设置,过滤器48在旋风杯体43中的设置不稳定,在将旋风杯42设置于动力组件20后,过滤器48易在旋风杯体43内发生移动,从而降低吸尘器100的结构可靠性。
因此,通过在动力组件20的前端设置第三挂设部22,并且在过滤器48对应第三挂设部22的位置设置第四挂设部4811,通过将第三挂设部22和第四挂设部4811挂设配合,这样可以过滤器48和动力组件20连接固定,从而可以使过滤器48相对动力组件20和旋风杯体43保持稳定,这样可以进一步地提升吸尘器100的结构的稳定性与可靠性。
结合图13所示,过滤器48可以主要包括:滤筒481和滤芯482,滤芯482设置于滤筒481内,第四挂设部4811设置于滤筒481上,第三挂设部22和第四挂设部4811中的一个为第二挂设槽,并且另一个为第二挂设块,第二挂设块配合在第二挂设槽内。具体地,将滤芯482设置于滤筒481内,并且将第四挂设部4811设置于滤筒481内,使滤筒481与动力组件20连接固定,以实现过滤器48整体与动力组件20的连接固定,进一步地,滤筒481可以对滤芯482起到罩设保护的作用,从而可以提升滤芯482的结构稳定性和可靠性。

需要说明的是,过滤器48与旋风杯体43连接固定,在旋风杯体43转动,使第一挂设部21和第二挂设部47挂设配合的同时,过滤器48也跟随旋风杯体43进行转动,从而使第三挂设部22和第四挂设部4811完成挂设配合,这样可以进一步地方便吸尘器100的组装。

进一步地,通过将第三锁止部221和第四锁止部48113中的一个设置成锁止凸起,另一个设置成锁止槽,在将第二挂设块伸入第四槽段48112中后,可以使锁止凸起直接伸入锁止槽中,并且与锁止槽锁止配合,这样不仅可以保证第三锁止部221和第四锁止部48113锁止配合的稳定性和可靠性,而且还可以降低第三锁止部221和第四锁止部48113锁止配合难度。
结合图12和图13所示,第三挂设部22为至少两个,并且在动力组件20的前端周向间隔分布,第四挂设部4811为至少两个,并且在过滤器48的周向间隔设置,至少两个第三挂设部22和至少两个第四挂设部4811一一对应地挂设配合。具体地,将第三挂设部22和第四挂 设部4811分别设置成至少两个,并且分别在动力组件20的顶部和过滤器48的底部周向间隔设置,在将至少两个第三挂设部22和至少两个第四挂设部4811一一对应挂设配合后,可以使过滤器48在动力组件20上的设置受力更加均匀,从而可以提升过滤器48在动力组件20上安装设置的稳定性和可靠性。

结合图14所示,第二卡接部621设置于第一卡接件62朝向第一卡接部16的一端,第一卡接件62的另一端设置有第一按压部622,第一按压部622向远离集尘杯41的方向延伸。具体地,将第一卡接件62可转动地设置于第一固定座61,第二卡接部621和第一按压部622分别设置于第一卡接件62朝向第一卡接部16的一端和另一端,在用户对集尘杯41进行拆卸时,可以先对第一按压部622进行按压,从而使第一卡接件62转动,并且使第二卡接部621翘起,从而使第一卡接部16和第二卡接部621断开连接,用户可以将集尘杯41从供电腔112 中取出。相对应地,在用户将集尘杯41安装设置于供电腔112中时,可以先对第一按压部622进行按压,从而使第一卡接件62转动,并且使第二卡接部621翘起,使第二卡接部621避让第一卡接部16,在第一卡接部16和第二卡接部621相互对位后,再撤去对第一按压部622的按压力,由于第一弹性件63在被按压时处于拉伸状态,具有一定的弹性势能,在用户撤去外力后,第一弹性件63的弹性势能将转化成第二卡接部621的回复力,从而实现第二卡接部621与第一卡接部16卡接配合,如此设置,可以在保证第一卡接器60的结构简单的前提下,进一步地方便用户对集尘杯41的安装或者拆卸。
在本公开的一些实施例中,第一卡接部16设置于机壳10的外周壁,第一卡接器60对应设置于集尘杯41的外周壁,如此设置,可以在保证第一卡接部16和第一卡接器60的卡接配合稳定的前提下,使第一卡接器60遮住第一卡接器60焊接在集尘杯41上的焊接线,从而可以使集尘杯41的整体外观更好,进而可以提升用户的使用体验。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,第一卡接部16设置于机壳10对应供电腔112的内周壁,第一卡接器60对应设置于集尘杯41的内周壁,如此设置,第一卡接部16和第一卡接器60的卡接可以在集尘杯41和供电腔112内部进行,这样可以防止第一卡接器60凸出集尘杯41,导致第一卡接器60受到剐蹭导致损坏,这样可以进一步地提升第一卡接器60的结构可靠性。
进一步地,可以根据用户需求,生产成本以及生产工艺选择性地将第一卡接部16设置于机壳10对应供电腔112的内周壁或者外周壁上,以及将第二卡接部621选择性地设置于集尘杯41的内周壁和外周壁上,这样可以提升第一卡接部16和第一卡接器60的适用性,从而可以方便吸尘器100的生产制造。
结合图14和图15所示,集尘杯41包括:集尘杯体413和集尘杯盖414,集尘杯盖414可转动地设置于集尘杯体413的一端,集尘杯盖414在背离旋风杯42的一侧设置有第三卡接部4141,集尘杯体413在背离旋风杯42的一侧设置有第二卡接器64,第二卡接器64与第三卡接部4141卡接配合。具体地,集尘杯体413的前端敞开设置,集尘杯盖414可转动地设置在集尘杯体413的前端,通过在集尘杯盖414背离旋风杯42的一侧设置第三卡接部4141,并且使集尘杯体413背离旋风杯42的一侧设置第二卡接器64,在第三卡接部4141和第二卡接器64卡接配合时,可以使集尘杯41整体密封,防止集尘杯41中的异物发生泄漏,用户想清理集尘杯41中的异物时,可以使第三卡接部4141和第二卡接器64断开卡接,从而使集尘杯盖414转动,并且将集尘杯体413的前端敞开,使集尘杯41中的异物从集尘杯体413中倒出,这样在保证吸尘器100在正常使用状态下,集尘杯盖414将集尘杯体413稳定密封的前提下,方便用户将集尘杯盖414打开,从而可以方便用户对集尘杯体413中的异物的清理。
结合图10和图14所示,集尘杯41设置有第二安装座321,第二卡接器64包括:第二卡接件66和第二弹性件67,第二卡接件66可转动地设置于第二安装座321,第二弹性件67设置于第二卡接件66和第二安装座321之间,以提供弹性回复力,第二卡接件66设置有第四卡接部661,第四卡接部661与第三卡接部4141卡接配合。具体地,用户可以操控第二卡接 件66在第二固定座65上转动,从而可以实现第二卡接件66上的第四卡接部661和第三卡接部4141的卡接配合,或者相互分离,此时第二弹性件67具有弹性势能,在用户撤去外力后,第二弹性件67的弹性势能转化成回复力,从而使第四卡接部661复位,这样不仅可以使第二卡接器64的结构简单,而且还可以方便用户对第二卡接器64的操控。

相对应地,在用户想将集尘杯41密封时,可以先对第二按压部662进行按压,从而使第二卡接件66转动,并且使第四卡接部661翘起,使第四卡接部661避让第三卡接部4141,在第四卡接部661和第三卡接部4141相互对位后,再撤去对第二按压部662的按压力,由于第二弹性件67在被按压时处于拉伸状态,具有一定的弹性势能,在用户撤去外力后,第二弹性件67的弹性势能将转化成第四卡接部661的回复力,从而实现第四卡接部661与第三卡接部4141卡接配合,如此设置,可以在保证第二卡接器64的结构简单的前提下,进一步地方便用户对集尘杯41打开或者密封。
需要说明的是,集尘杯盖414靠近旋风杯42的一侧与集尘杯41弹性连接配合,集尘杯盖414盖设于集尘杯体413的前端时,弹簧处于压缩状态,第二卡接器64和第三卡接部4141的卡接配合可以限制集成杯盖的转动,在第二卡接器64和第三卡接件断开连接后,集尘杯盖414靠近旋风杯42的一侧将相对集尘杯41进行转动,从而使集尘杯体413的前端自动打开。
结合图10和图11所示,供电腔112设置有第一导向部1121,集尘杯体413设置有第二导向部4131,第一导向部1121和第二导向部4131中的一个为导向槽,并且另一个为导向凸起,导向凸起配合在导向槽内。具体地,在将集尘杯体413设置于供电腔112的过程中,通过导向凸起伸入导向槽中,便可以实现第一导向部1121和第二导向部4131的导向配合,从而可以使集尘杯体413在供电腔112中的设置快速直接地处于正确的位置,这样可以提升集尘杯41在供电腔112中安装设置的速度和准确性。
结合图11所示,集尘杯体413可以主要包括:主杯体415和杯座416,主杯体415设置于杯座416上,杯座416设置有第二导向部4131,并且设置于供电腔112内,第一卡接器60设置于主杯体415的外周壁上。具体地,通过在杯座416上设置第二导向部4131,将杯座416设置于供电腔112内,并且使第一导向部1121和第二导向部4131导向配合,将主杯体415设置于杯座416上,可以在保证杯座416在供电腔112中的设置稳定牢固的前提下,使主杯体415的外周和供电腔112的外周平齐设置,这样可以进一步地提升吸尘器100的整体性, 从而可以提升用户对吸尘器100的使用体验。
结合图5和图8以及图9-图21所示,根据本公开实施例的吸尘器100的尘杯40可以主要包括:集尘杯41和旋风杯42,其中,集尘杯41的外周壁上设置有进尘口17,旋风杯42的外周壁上设置有出尘口19,出尘口19与进尘口17相对应。具体地,吸附着异物的风可以进入旋风杯42中,并且在旋风杯42中经过导流作用后,将异物从旋风杯42的出尘口19排向集尘杯41的进尘口17,并且从进尘口17进入集尘杯41中,在集尘杯41中沉积下来,从而可以实现吸尘器100的吸尘,并且这样还可以在集尘杯41中的异物积攒到一定量后,将集尘杯41取下,将集尘杯41中的异物倒出,从而可以实现对异物的清理。
通过在旋风杯42的一端设置进风口451,并且在另一端设置出风口191,风可以从旋风杯42一端的进风口451进入旋风杯42,并且从另一端的出风口191流出,这样不仅可以使风的流动更加直接快速,可以提升吸尘器100的吸尘效率,而且还可以降低风流动的风噪,从而可以优化尘杯40的结构设计。
进一步地,旋风杯体43的另一端设置出风口191,如此设置,风在旋风杯体43中经过旋风导流件44的导流作用后,直接从另一端的出风口191流出,这样不仅可以进一步地提升风的流动速度,可以提升吸尘器100的吸尘效率,而且还可以进一步地降低风流动的风噪,从而可以优化尘杯40的结构设计。
结合图6和图7所示,第一盖体部442的边缘设置有环形的配合槽194,第二盖体部453的边缘设置有环形的配合凸起195,配合凸起195配合在配合槽194内。具体地,通过将环形的配合槽194伸入环形的配合凸起195中,使配合凸出和配合槽194相互配合,这样不仅可以起到定位的作用,而且还可以限制第一盖体部442和第二盖体部453径向上的移动,从而可以进一步地提升第一盖体部442和第二盖体部453连接固定的稳定性和可靠性。
结合图6和图7所示,旋风杯体43的一端设置有第一限位部192,第二盖体部453设置有第二限位部196,第一限位部192和第二限位部196中的一个为限位凹槽,并且另一个为限位凸起,限位凸起配合在限位凹槽内。具体地,通过将限位凸起伸入限位凹槽中,可以实现第一限位部192和第二限位部196的限位配合,这样不仅可以使第一限位部192和第二限位部196的限位配合更加简单直接,而且还可以进一步地提升旋风杯体43和第二盖体部453连接固定的稳定性和牢固性。

结合图21所示,第一枢转部172为设置于集尘杯体413一端的枢转座,枢转座设置有枢转孔1721,集尘杯盖414上设置有连接部182,第二枢转部18为枢转轴,并且设置于连接部182上,枢转轴配合在枢转孔1721内,弹性件186套设在枢转轴上,并且两端设置于枢转座和连接部182上,遮挡部181设置于连接部182上。具体地,将枢转轴设置在集尘杯盖414上的连接部182上,并且将枢转轴伸入枢转座的枢转孔1721中,将弹性件186套设在枢转轴上,并且使弹性件186的两端分别设置于枢转座和连接部182上,如此设置,在集尘杯盖414朝向集尘杯体413的一端进行转动,并且带动枢转轴在枢转孔1721中进行转动时,可以使弹性件186被压缩从而产生弹性势能,在集尘杯盖414和集尘杯体413之间解除限位后,弹性件186的弹性势能可以转化成回复力,驱动枢转轴在枢转孔1721中转动,并且使集尘杯盖414朝向远离集尘杯体413的一端进行转动时,从而使集尘杯体413打开。
进一步地,将遮挡部181设置在连接部182上,这样不仅可以保证遮挡部181安装设置的稳定性,而且遮挡部181对弹性件186的遮挡作用更加直接可靠,并且由于遮挡部181和枢转轴均设置在连接部182上,连接部182设置在集尘杯盖414上,在集尘杯盖414进行转动时,遮挡部181和枢转轴之间不发生相对运动,从而可以进一步地确保遮挡部181始终将枢转轴上的弹性件186遮挡起来,可以进一步地提升遮挡部181的可靠性。另外,如此设置,遮挡部181和枢转轴均集成在连接部182上,这样可以使集尘杯41的结构更加紧凑,从而可以简化集尘杯41的结构。
结合图21所示,连接部182可以主要包括:第一连接板183和第二连接板184,第一连接板183连接于集尘杯盖414上,第二连接板184垂直连接于第一连接板183上,枢转轴垂直连接于第二连接板184上,遮挡部181设置于第二连接板184上。具体地,将第一连接板183连接在集尘杯盖414上,并且将第二连接板184垂直连接于第一连接板183上,在将枢转轴垂直连接于第二连接板184上后,可以使枢转轴的转动带动集尘杯盖414在打开集尘杯体413和对集尘杯盖414合的区域内进行转动,这样可以进一步地优化集尘杯盖414的结构设计。
进一步地,将遮挡部181设置于第二连接板184上,可以使遮挡部181对第二连接板184上的枢转轴始终进行直接可靠地遮挡作用,这样不仅可以进一步地简化连接部182的结构设计,而且还可以保证集尘杯盖414的稳定转动,从而可以提升尘杯40的结构可靠性。
结合图21所示,遮挡部181为弧形板状结构,并且沿连接部182的外边缘延伸,以遮挡内侧的弹性件186和枢转轴。具体地,将遮挡部181设置成弧形板结构,不仅可以使遮挡部181对弹性件186和枢转轴的遮挡保护作用更加全面有效,而且还可以使遮挡部181的结构更 加简单,可以防止遮挡部181阻碍集尘杯盖414的正常转动。
结合图21所示,枢转座上设置有第一止抵部1722,连接部182上设置有第二止抵部1841,在集尘杯盖414闭合集尘杯体413时,第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841止抵配合。具体地,在集尘杯盖414闭合集尘杯体413时,可以使第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841相互止抵配合,从而不仅可以使集尘杯盖414在集尘杯体413上的设置更加稳定牢固,可以防止集尘杯盖414在集尘杯体413上移动,导致集尘杯体413正常工作时漏风,而且还可以使第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841分担枢转轴和枢转孔1721之间的受力,从而可以使集尘杯盖414在集尘杯体413上的设置更加稳定牢固,从而可以进一步地提升集尘杯41的结构可靠性。
结合图21所示,第一止抵部1722为朝向第二止抵部1841凸出的第一止抵块,第二止抵部1841为朝向第一止抵部1722凸出的第二止抵块。具体地,第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841分别设置成第一止抵块和第二止抵块,可以在保证第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841的止抵配合稳定牢固的前提下,使第一止抵部1722和第二止抵部1841的结构更加简单,这样可以方便集尘杯41的生产制造。
结合图21所示,集尘杯体413的一端设置有集尘杯口187,集尘杯盖414设置于集尘杯口187,集尘杯体413设置有朝向集尘杯口187延伸的导尘部188。具体地,通过在集尘杯体413的一端设置集尘杯口187,并且使集尘杯体413内设置朝向集尘杯口187延伸的导尘部188,在集尘杯盖414将集尘杯口187打开,并且用户想将其中的异物倒出时,导尘部188可以将集尘杯体413内的异物导向集尘杯口187,这样不仅可以提升用户对集尘杯41中异物的倾倒速度,而且还可以使集尘杯41中的异物被倾倒地更加干净,这样可以进一步地优化集尘杯41的结构设计,可以进一步地提升用户的使用体验。
结合图21所示,集尘杯体413的一端设置有集尘杯口187,集尘杯体413在集尘杯口187的一侧设置有至少两个第一枢转部172,集尘杯盖414上设置有至少两个第二枢转部18,至少两个第一枢转部172和至少两个第二枢转部18一一对应地枢转配合。具体地,通过将集尘杯体413在集尘杯口187的一侧设置至少两个第一枢转部172,在集尘杯盖414上设置至少两个第二枢转部18,通过至少两个的第一枢转部172和至少两个的第二枢转部18的枢转配合,可以使集尘杯盖414在集尘杯体413上的转动更加稳定顺畅,可以使集尘杯盖414的受力更加均匀,从而可以提升集尘杯41的结构可靠性。
结合图1所示,根据本公开实施例的吸尘器100可以主要包括:机体200;以上的吸尘器100的尘杯40,旋风杯42和集尘杯41设置于机体200上,这样可以使吸尘器100的结构更加简单,可以减小吸尘器100的体积,而且还可以使吸尘器100的吸尘效率更高,并且风噪更小。进一步地,旋风杯42和集尘杯41均为可拆卸地设置在机体200上,这样不仅可以方便集尘杯41从机体200上拆卸下来,进行异物的清理,而且还可以方便将旋风杯42拆卸下来进行进行维修更换。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    机壳,所述机壳内设置有动力腔和供电腔;
    动力组件,所述动力组件设置于所述动力腔内;
    供电单元,所述供电单元设置于所述供电腔内且与所述动力组件电连接;以及
    尘杯,所述尘杯包括:旋风杯、集尘杯和电连接装置,所述集尘杯与所述旋风杯相连通,所述旋风杯后端设置于所述动力组件的前端,所述集尘杯的后端设置于所述供电腔内,所述电连接装置设置于所述旋风杯上且与所述供电单元相连接,所述电连接装置用于连接吸尘头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述动力组件的前端凸出于所述动力腔且设置有第一挂设部,所述旋风杯的后端设置有第二挂设部,所述旋风杯的后端套设在所述动力组件的前端,在所述旋风杯转动预定角度后,所述第二挂设部与所述第一挂设部挂设配合且所述电连接装置与所述供电单元相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述第一挂设部和所述第二挂设部中的一个为第一挂设槽且另一个为第一挂设块,所述第一挂设槽包括:第一槽段和第二槽段,所述第二槽段连接于所述第一槽段的周向一侧,所述第一槽段的顶部开口设置,所述第二槽段的宽度大于等于所述第一挂设块的宽度且小于所述第一槽段的宽度,以使所述第一挂设块挂设在所述第二槽段内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述动力组件在所述第一挂设部上设置有第一锁止部,所述尘杯在所述第二挂设部上设置有第二锁止部,所述第一锁止部和所述第二锁止部中的一个为锁止凸起且另一个为锁止槽,所述锁止凸起配合在所述锁止槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述动力组件的前端设置有第三挂设部;所述旋风杯包括:旋风杯体和过滤器,所述过滤器设置于所述旋风杯体内,所述第二挂设部设置于所述旋风杯体上,所述过滤器设置有第四挂设部,在所述旋风杯转动预定角度后,所述第四挂设部与所述第三挂设部挂设配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述动力组件在所述第三挂设部上设置有第三锁止部,所述过滤器在所述第四挂设部上设置有第四锁止部,所述第三锁止部和所述第四锁止部中的一个为锁止凸起且另一个为锁止槽,所述锁止凸起配合在所述锁止槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电连接装置包括:第一连接器、第二连接器和连接线,所述第一连接器设置于所述旋风杯的一端,所述第二连接器设置于所述旋风杯的另一端,所述连接线连接于所述第一连接器和所述第二连接器之间,所述第一连接器与所述供电单元相连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述供电单元包括:电池、隔板和第三连接器,所述隔板设置于所述供电腔内,所述电池设置于所述隔板的后侧,所述隔板的前侧设置有第二安装座,所述第三连接器设置于所述第二安装座上,所述第三连接器与所述第一连接器可分离地电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机壳在所述供电腔背离所述动力腔的一侧设置有第一卡接部,所述集尘杯的后端在背离所述旋风杯的一侧设置有第一卡接器,所述第一卡接器与所述第一卡接部卡接配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述集尘杯设置有第一固定座,所述第一卡接器包括:第一卡接件和第一弹性件,所述第一卡接件可转动地设置于所述第一固定座,所述第一弹性件设置于所述第一卡接件和所述第一固定座之间,以提供弹性回复力,所述第一卡接件设置有第二卡接部,所述第二卡接部与所述第一卡接部卡接配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述集尘杯包括:集尘杯体和集尘杯盖,所述集尘杯盖可转动地设置于所述集尘杯体的一端,所述集尘杯盖在背离所述旋风杯的一侧设置有第三卡接部,所述集尘杯体在背离所述旋风杯的一侧设置有第二卡接器,所述第二卡接器与所述第三卡接部卡接配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述集尘杯设置有第二固定座,所述第二卡接器包括:第二卡接件和第二弹性件,所述第二卡接件可转动地设置于所述第二固定座,所述第二弹性件设置于所述第二卡接件和所述第二固定座之间,以提供弹性回复力,所述第二卡接件设置有第四卡接部,所述第四卡接部与所述第三卡接部卡接配合。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于,所述机壳包括:主壳体和把手,所述主壳体内设置有所述动力腔和所述供电腔,所述动力腔和所述供电腔在上下方向上排布,所述把手连接于所述主壳体上,所述把手位于所述动力腔背离所述供电腔的一侧,或所述把手连接于所述供电腔背离所述动力腔的一侧。
  14. 一种吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,包括:
    旋风杯,所述旋风杯设置有出尘口和第一可拆卸部,所述出尘口和所述第一可拆卸部在所述旋风杯的轴向上间隔设置;以及
    集尘杯,所述集尘杯设置有进尘口和第二可拆卸部,所述进尘口和所述第二可拆卸部在所述集尘杯的轴向上间隔设置,所述进尘口与所述出尘口相对应,所述第二可拆卸部与所述第一可拆卸部相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,所述第一可拆卸部和所述第二可拆卸部中的一个为挂钩且另一个为挂槽,所述挂钩挂设在所述挂槽内,所述挂钩在所述旋风杯朝向所述集尘杯的一侧凸出设置,所述集尘杯设置有第一避让槽,所述挂槽设置于所述第一避让槽的一侧,所述挂钩伸入所述第一避让槽内,以与所述挂槽相配合。
  16. 一种吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,包括:集尘杯,所述集尘杯包括:集尘杯体、集尘杯盖和弹性件,所述集尘杯体上设置有第一枢转部,所述集尘杯盖上设置有第二枢转部和遮挡部,所述第二枢转部与所述第一枢转部枢转配合,以使所述集尘杯盖相对所述集尘杯体可开合,所述弹性件设置于所述集尘杯体和所述集尘杯盖之间,以提供所述集尘杯盖弹性力,所述遮挡部遮挡在所述弹性件的外侧。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,所述第一枢转部为设置于所述集尘杯体一端的枢转座,所述枢转座设置有枢转孔,所述集尘杯盖上设置有连接部,所述第二枢转部为枢转轴且设置于所述连接部上,所述枢转轴配合在所述枢转孔内,所述弹性件套设在所述枢转轴上且两端设置于所述枢转座和所述连接部上,所述遮挡部设置于所述连接部上。
  18. 一种吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,包括:
    集尘杯,所述集尘杯的外周壁上设置有进尘口;以及
    旋风杯,所述旋风杯的外周壁上设置有出尘口,所述出尘口与所述进尘口相对应,所述旋风杯的一端设置有进风口且另一端设置有出风口。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的吸尘器的尘杯,其特征在于,所述旋风杯包括:旋风杯体、旋风导流件和进风管,所述旋风导流件设置于所述旋风杯体,所述进风管与所述旋风导流件相连通且设置于所述旋风杯体的一端,所述进风管设置有所述进风口,所述旋风杯体的另一端设置有所述出风口。
  20. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括:
    机体;
    权利要求14-19中任一项所述的吸尘器的尘杯,所述旋风杯和所述集尘杯设置于所述机体上。
