Description
本発明は、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物に関し、詳しくは、良好な色相を有し、耐湿熱変色性に優れたポリカーボネート樹脂組成物及びその成形体に関する。
ポリカーボネート樹脂は、耐衝撃性等の機械的特性に優れ、且つ耐熱性、透明性等にも優れるので、各種光学部品、電気・電子機器部品、自動車内外装部品、OA機器部品、シート、機械部品、建材などの多くの用途に広く用いられている。
そして、多くの場合、各種の添加剤を含有することにより機能性付与を行い、高機能化されたポリカーボネート樹脂組成物が多くの用途に用いられている。例えば、特許文献1では、ポリカーボネート樹脂85~95質量%にトリフェニルホスフェートを5~15質量%混合することにより、繊維強化ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の流動性を改良する発明が記載されている。
そして、近年は、各種機器の高機能化、高性能化が急速に進展する中で、ポリカーボネート樹脂には、特に色相と耐湿熱変色性の向上が強く求められている。
本発明の目的(課題)は、良好な色相を有し、耐湿熱変色性に優れたポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を提供することにある。
本発明者は、上記課題を達成すべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、特定のトリアリールホスフェート化合物と特定のフェノールをそれぞれ特定の量で含有するポリカーボネート樹脂組成物が、良好な色相を有し、且つ耐湿熱変色性に優れることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。
本発明は、以下のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物及び成形体に関する。

1.ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、下記一般式(1)で表されるトリアリールホスフェート(B)0.001~0.3質量部、及びフェノール構造を有する化合物(C)0.0012~0.12質量部を含有し、
フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)が、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.12質量部、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパンを含む場合は0.002~0.03質量部、4-tert-ブチルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.01質量部、クミルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.01質量部を、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、含有することを特徴とするポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。

2.式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1~R5は、その少なくとも1つ以上が炭素数1~12のアルキル基である上記1に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
3.式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1、R3が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子である上記1または2に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
4.式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1、R3がtert-ブチル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子である上記3に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
5.さらに、トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部を含有する上記1~4のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
6.さらに、ポリアルキレングリコールを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.01~4.0質量部含有する上記1~5のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
7.さらに、アリールホスフィンまたはアリールホスフィンオキシドを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部含有する上記1~6のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
8.フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)が、前記2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、クミルフェノール、及び4-tert-ブチルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種に加え、さらに、フェノールを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0017~0.01質量部含有する上記1~7のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。

本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、良好な色相を有し、且つ耐湿熱変色性に優れる。
以下、本発明について実施形態及び例示物等を示して詳細に説明する。

本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、前記一般式(1)で表されるトリアリールホスフェート(B)0.001~0.3質量部、及びフェノール構造を有する化合物(C)0.0012~0.12質量部を含有し、

[ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)]
本発明において使用するポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、特に限定されず、種々のものが用いられる。ポリカーボネート樹脂は、炭酸結合に直接結合する炭素がそれぞれ芳香族炭素である芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂、及び脂肪族炭素である脂肪族ポリカーボネート樹脂に分類できるが、いずれを用いることもできる。中でも、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)としては、耐熱性、機械的物性、電気的特性等の観点から、芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂が好ましい。
本発明において使用するポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、特に限定されず、種々のものが用いられる。ポリカーボネート樹脂は、炭酸結合に直接結合する炭素がそれぞれ芳香族炭素である芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂、及び脂肪族炭素である脂肪族ポリカーボネート樹脂に分類できるが、いずれを用いることもできる。中でも、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)としては、耐熱性、機械的物性、電気的特性等の観点から、芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂が好ましい。
芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂の原料となるモノマーのうち、芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物の例を挙げると、
1,2-ジヒドロキシベンゼン、1,3-ジヒドロキシベンゼン(即ち、レゾルシノール)、1,4-ジヒドロキシベンゼン等のジヒドロキシベンゼン類;

4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルフィド等のジヒドロキシジアリールスルフィド類;
4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホキシド、4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルホキシド等のジヒドロキシジアリールスルホキシド類;
4,4’-ジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホン、
4,4’-ジヒドロキシ-3,3’-ジメチルジフェニルスルホン等のジヒドロキシジアリールスルホン類;
等が挙げられる。
これらの中ではビス(ヒドロキシアリール)アルカン類が好ましく、中でもビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)アルカン類が好ましく、特に耐衝撃性、耐熱性の点から2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン(即ち、ビスフェノールA)、2,2-ビス(3-メチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン(即ち、ビスフェノールC)が好ましい。
なお、芳香族ジヒドロキシ化合物は、1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の組み合わせ及び比率で併用してもよい。

ポリカーボネート樹脂の原料となるモノマーのうち、カーボネート前駆体の例を挙げると、カルボニルハライド、カーボネートエステル等が使用される。なお、カーボネート前駆体は、1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の組み合わせ及び比率で併用してもよい。
カルボニルハライドとしては、具体的には例えば、ホスゲン;ジヒドロキシ化合物のビスクロロホルメート体、ジヒドロキシ化合物のモノクロロホルメート体等のハロホルメート等が挙げられる。
カーボネートエステルとしては、具体的には例えば、ジフェニルカーボネート、ジトリルカーボネート等のジアリールカーボネート類;ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート等のジアルキルカーボネート類;ジヒドロキシ化合物のビスカーボネート体、ジヒドロキシ化合物のモノカーボネート体、環状カーボネート等のジヒドロキシ化合物のカーボネート体等が挙げられる。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)の製造方法は、特に限定されるものではなく、任意の方法を採用できる。その例を挙げると、界面重合法、溶融エステル交換法、ピリジン法、環状カーボネート化合物の開環重合法、プレポリマーの固相エステル交換法などを挙げることができる。これらの中では、界面重合法、溶融エステル交換法によるものが耐湿熱性の向上効果がより高い点から好ましく、界面重合法が特に好ましい。
ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)の分子量は、溶媒としてメチレンクロライドを用い、温度25℃で測定された溶液粘度より換算した粘度平均分子量(Mv)で、好ましくは10,000~50,000であり、より好ましくは10,000~40,000,中でも10,000~30,000、10,000~26,000であり、更には10,500以上、11,000以上、特には11,500以上、最も好ましくは12,000以上であり、さらには24,000以下、特に好ましくは20,000以下である。粘度平均分子量を上記範囲の下限値以上とすることにより、本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の機械的強度をより向上させることができ、粘度平均分子量を上記範囲の上限値以下とすることにより、本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の流動性低下を抑制して改善でき、成形加工性を高めて成形加工を容易に行えるようになる。
なお、粘度平均分子量の異なる2種類以上のポリカーボネート樹脂を混合して用いてもよく、この場合には、粘度平均分子量が上記の好適な範囲外であるポリカーボネート樹脂を混合してもよい。
なお、粘度平均分子量の異なる2種類以上のポリカーボネート樹脂を混合して用いてもよく、この場合には、粘度平均分子量が上記の好適な範囲外であるポリカーボネート樹脂を混合してもよい。
なお、粘度平均分子量[Mv]とは、溶媒としてメチレンクロライドを使用し、ウベローデ粘度計を用いて温度25℃での極限粘度[η](単位dl/g)を求め、Schnellの粘度式、すなわち、η=1.23×10-4Mv0.83から算出される値を意味する。また、極限粘度[η]とは、各溶液濃度[C](g/dl)での比粘度[ηsp]を測定し、下記式により算出した値である。
また、成形体の外観の向上や流動性の向上を図るため、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、ポリカーボネートオリゴマーを含有していてもよい。このポリカーボネートオリゴマーの粘度平均分子量[Mv]は、通常1,500以上、好ましくは2,000以上であり、また、通常9,500以下、好ましくは9,000以下である。さらに、含有されるポリカーボネートオリゴマーは、ポリカーボネート樹脂(ポリカーボネートオリゴマーを含む)の30質量%以下とすることが好ましい。
さらにポリカーボネート樹脂(A)は、バージン原料だけでなく、使用済みの製品から再生されたポリカーボネート樹脂(いわゆるマテリアルリサイクルされたポリカーボネート樹脂)であってもよく、バージン原料とリサイクル樹脂の両方を含有することも好ましく、リサイクルポリカーボネート樹脂からなることでもよい。ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)中のリサイクルポリカーボネート樹脂の割合は40%以上、50%以上、60%以上、80%以上が好ましく、100%が特に好ましい。
[トリアリールホスフェート(B)]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、一般式(1)で表されるトリアリールホスフェート(B)を含有する。なお、本明細書において、アリール基とは、単環式又は多環式の芳香族基を含む基を意味し、特に好ましくはフェニル基を意味する。

式(1)中、R1~R5は、それぞれ独立に、水素原子または炭素数1~12のアルキル基であるが、炭素数1~12のアルキル基としては、炭素数1~8のアルキル基が好ましく、例えば、メチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、n-ブチル基、tert-ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基またはオクチル基が好ましく挙げられる。これらの中でも炭素数が1~6のアルキル基、特に炭素数1~4のアルキル基が好ましい。
式(1)中、3つある芳香環上のR1~R5の2以上がアルキル基である場合、当該アルキル基はそれぞれ同一であっても、または互いに相異なっていてもよい。
トリアリールホスフェート(B)としては、式(1)中、各芳香環上のR1~R5は、その少なくとも1つ以上が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であることが好ましい。
さらに、各芳香環上のR1、R3が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子であることがより好ましい。
トリアリールホスフェート(B)としては、式(1)中、各芳香環上のR1~R5は、その少なくとも1つ以上が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であることが好ましい。
さらに、各芳香環上のR1、R3が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子であることがより好ましい。
トリアリールホスフェート(B)の具体例としては、トリフェニルホスフェート、トリクレジルホスフェート、トリキシレニルホスフェート、クレジルジフェニルホスフェート、クレジル-2,6-ジキシレニルホスフェート、ジクレジルフェニルホスフェート、エチルフェニルジフェニルホスフェート、ジエチルフェニルフェニルホスフェート、プロピルフェニルジフェニルホスフェート、ジプロピルフェニルフェニルホスフェート、トリプロピルフェニルホスフェート、ブチルフェニルジフェニルホスフェート、ジブチルフェニルフェニルホスフェート、トリブチルフェニルホスフェート等を挙げることができる。
中でも、トリアリールホスフェート(B)は、式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1、R3がtert-ブチル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子であるものが好ましく、特にトリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスフェートが好ましい。
トリアリールホスフェート(B)は一種を単独で使用してもよく、二種以上を併用してもよい。
トリアリールホスフェート(B)の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部である。このような量で含有する樹脂組成物が、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性にも優れる。トリアリールホスフェート(B)の含有量は、好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.004質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、また、好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.13質量部以下、特に好ましくは0.1質量部以下である。
[フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)0.0012~0.12質量部を含有する。
フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)は、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む。フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)を、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、色相と耐湿熱変色性をより向上させることができる。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)0.0012~0.12質量部を含有する。
フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)は、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む。フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)を、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、色相と耐湿熱変色性をより向上させることができる。
2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノールを含む場合、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0012~0.12質量部を含有する。2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノールをこのような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、色相と耐湿熱変色性をより向上させることができる。2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノールの含有量は、好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.004質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、また、好ましくは0.10質量部以下であり、より好ましくは0.08質量部以下であり、中でも0.07質量部以下、特に好ましくは0.06質量部以下である。
2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン(則ち、ビスフェノールA)を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.002~0.03質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性をさらに優れたものとすることができる。2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパンの含有量は、好ましくは0.003質量部以上であり、中でも0.004質量部以上であり、また、好ましくは0.02質量部以下である。
4-tert-ブチルフェノールを含有する場合の含有量は0.0012~0.01質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性をさらに優れたものとすることができる。4-tert-ブチルフェノールの含有量は、好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.0035質量部以上である。
クミルフェノール[則ち、2-(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)-2-フェニルプロパン、あるいは4-α-クミルフェノール]を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0012~0.01質量部である。
2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン(則ち、ビスフェノールA)を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.002~0.03質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性をさらに優れたものとすることができる。2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパンの含有量は、好ましくは0.003質量部以上であり、中でも0.004質量部以上であり、また、好ましくは0.02質量部以下である。
4-tert-ブチルフェノールを含有する場合の含有量は0.0012~0.01質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性をさらに優れたものとすることができる。4-tert-ブチルフェノールの含有量は、好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.0035質量部以上である。
クミルフェノール[則ち、2-(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)-2-フェニルプロパン、あるいは4-α-クミルフェノール]を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0012~0.01質量部である。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、さらにフェノール構造を有する化合物(C)として、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種に加え、さらにフェノールを含有することも好ましい。この場合のフェノールの量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0017~0.01質量部であることが好ましい。
フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)としては、上記した中でも、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノールが好ましい。これらを上記した量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相と耐湿熱変色性をより優れたものとすることができる。
フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)としては、上記した中でも、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノールが好ましい。これらを上記した量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有することで、良好な色相と耐湿熱変色性をより優れたものとすることができる。
[トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、さらに、トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部を含有することが好ましい。トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトをこのような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)及びフェノール構造を有する化合物(C)と組み合わせて、含有することで、さらに色相を向上させることができる。
トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトの含有量は、より好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.004質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、また、より好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.13質量部以下、特に好ましくは0.1質量部以下である。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、さらに、トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部を含有することが好ましい。トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトをこのような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)及びフェノール構造を有する化合物(C)と組み合わせて、含有することで、さらに色相を向上させることができる。
トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトの含有量は、より好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.004質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、また、より好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.13質量部以下、特に好ましくは0.1質量部以下である。
[アリールホスフィン、アリールホスフィンオキシド]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、さらにアリールホスフィンまたはアリールホスフィンオキシドを含有することも好ましい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、さらにアリールホスフィンまたはアリールホスフィンオキシドを含有することも好ましい。
アリールホスフィンとしては、例えばトリフェニルホスフィン、ジフェニルブチルホスフィン、ジフェニルオクタデシルホスフィン、トリス(p-トリル)ホスフィン、トリス(p-ノニルフェニル)ホスフィン、トリス(ナフチル)ホスフィン、ジフェニル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスフィン、ジフェニル(アセトキシメチル)、ジフェニル(β-エチルカルボキシエチル)ホスフィン、トリス(p-クロロフェニル)ホスフィン、トリス(p-フルオロフェニル)ホスフィン、ジフェニルベンジルホスフィン、ジフェニル-β-シアノエチルホスフィン、ジフェニル(p-ヒドロキシフェニル)ホスフィン、ジフェニル-1,4-ジヒドロキシフェニル-2-ホスフィン、フェニルナフチルベンジルホスフィン等が好ましく挙げられ、トリアリールホスフィンが好ましく、トリフェニルホスフィン、トリトリルホスフィン等が好ましく挙げられ、特に好ましくはトリフェニルホスフィンである。
アリールホスフィンを含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは0.001~0.3質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)と併せて含有する樹脂組成物が、色相と耐湿熱変色性にもより優れる。アリールホスフィンの含有量は、より好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、中でも0.008質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.01質量部以上であり、また、より好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.1質量部以下、0.05質量部以下、特に0.04質量部以下が好ましい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、アリールホスフィンオキシドを含有することも好ましい。アリールホスフィンオキシドとしては、トリフェニルホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニルブチルホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニルオクタデシルホスフィンオキシド、トリス(p-トリル)ホスフィンオキシド、トリス(p-ノニルフェニル)ホスフィンオキシド、トリス(ナフチル)ホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル(アセトキシメチル)ホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル(β-エチルカルボキシエチル)ホスフィンオキシド、トリス(p-クロロフェニル)ホスフィンオキシド、トリス(p-フルオロフェニル)ホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニルベンジルホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル-β-シアノエチルホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル(p-ヒドロキシフェニル)ホスフィンオキシド、ジフェニル-1,4-ジヒドロキシフェニル-2-ホスフィンオキシド、フェニルナフチルベンジルホスフィンオキシド等が好ましく挙げられ、トリアリールホスフィンオキシドが好ましく、特に好ましくはトリフェニルホスフィンオキシドである。
アリールホスフィンオキシドを含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは0.001~0.3質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)、さらには上記した各成分と組み合わせて含有する樹脂組成物が、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性にも優れる。アリールホスフィンオキシドの含有量は、より好ましくは0.002質量部以上であり、中でも0.003質量部以上、0.004質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、また、より好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.13質量部以下、特に好ましくは0.1質量部以下である。
[ポリアルキレングリコール]
ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、ポリアルキレングリコールを含有することも好ましい。ポリアルキレングリコールを含有することで、さらに色相を向上させ光線透過率を良好にすることができる。

ポリアルキレングリコールとしては、テトラメチレングリコールユニット、(1-メチル)エチレングリコールユニット、(1-エチル)エチレングリコールユニット、トリメチレングリコールユニット及びエチレングリコールユニットから選ばれる少なくとも1または2以上のユニットを有するものが好ましく、少なくとも2以上のユニットを共重合した共重合体として含むことが好ましい。
また、ポリアルキレングリコールは、その末端基はヒドロキシル基であることが好ましい。加えて、その片末端あるいは両末端がアルキルエーテル、アリールエーテル、アラルキルエーテル、脂肪酸エステル、アリールエステルなどで封鎖されたような誘導体でもその性能発現に影響はなく、エーテル化物またはエステル化物が同様に使用できる。
アルキルエーテルを構成するアルキル基としては、直鎖状又は分岐状のいずれも使用でき、炭素数1~22のアルキル基、例えばメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基、オクチル基、ラウリル基、ステアリル基等であり、ポリアルキレングリコールのメチルエーテル、エチルエーテル、ブチルエーテル、ラウリルエーテル、ステアリルエーテル等が好ましく例示できる。
アリールエーテルを構成するアリール基としては、好ましくは炭素数6~22、より好ましくは炭素数6~12、さらに好ましくは炭素数6~10のアリール基が好ましく、例えばフェニル基、トリル基、ナフチル基等が挙げられ、フェニル基、トリル基等が好ましい。
アラルキルエーテルを構成するアラルキル基としては、好ましくは炭素数7~23、より好ましくは炭素数7~13、さらに好ましくは炭素数7~11のアラルキル基が好ましく、例えばベンジル基、フェネチル基等が挙げられ、ベンジル基が特に好ましい。
アラルキルエーテルを構成するアラルキル基としては、好ましくは炭素数7~23、より好ましくは炭素数7~13、さらに好ましくは炭素数7~11のアラルキル基が好ましく、例えばベンジル基、フェネチル基等が挙げられ、ベンジル基が特に好ましい。
脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸は、直鎖状又は分岐状のいずれも使用でき、飽和脂肪酸であってもよく不飽和脂肪酸であってもよい。
脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸としては、炭素数1~22の1価又は2価の脂肪酸、例えば、1価の飽和脂肪酸、例えば、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、吉草酸、カプロン酸、エナント酸、カプリル酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、ペンタデシル酸、パルミチン酸、ヘプタデシル酸、ステアリン酸、ノナデカン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸や、1価の不飽和脂肪酸、例えば、オレイン酸、エライジン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、アラキドン酸などの不飽和脂肪酸、また炭素数10以上の二価の脂肪酸、例えば、セバシン酸、ウンデカン二酸、ドデカン二酸、テトラデカン二酸、タプシア酸及びデセン二酸、ウンデセン二酸、ドデセン二酸である。
脂肪酸エステルを構成する脂肪酸としては、炭素数1~22の1価又は2価の脂肪酸、例えば、1価の飽和脂肪酸、例えば、ギ酸、酢酸、プロピオン酸、酪酸、吉草酸、カプロン酸、エナント酸、カプリル酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、ミリスチン酸、ペンタデシル酸、パルミチン酸、ヘプタデシル酸、ステアリン酸、ノナデカン酸、アラキジン酸、ベヘン酸や、1価の不飽和脂肪酸、例えば、オレイン酸、エライジン酸、リノール酸、リノレン酸、アラキドン酸などの不飽和脂肪酸、また炭素数10以上の二価の脂肪酸、例えば、セバシン酸、ウンデカン二酸、ドデカン二酸、テトラデカン二酸、タプシア酸及びデセン二酸、ウンデセン二酸、ドデセン二酸である。
アリールエステルを構成するアリール基としては、好ましくは炭素数6~22、より好ましくは炭素数6~12、さらに好ましくは炭素数6~10のアリール基が好ましく、例えばフェニル基、トリル基、ナフチル基等が挙げられ、フェニル基、トリル基等が好ましい。末端封止する基は、アラルキル基であってもポリカーボネートと良好な相溶性を示すことから、アリール基と同様の作用を発現でき、アラルキル基としては、好ましくは炭素数7~23、より好ましくは炭素数7~13、さらに好ましくは炭素数7~11のアラルキル基が好ましく、例えばベンジル基、フェネチル基等が挙げられ、ベンジル基が特に好ましい。
ポリアルキレングリコールの数平均分子量としては、200~10000であることが好ましく、500~5000がより好ましく、さらに好ましくは800以上、中でも1000以上、特に好ましくは1500以上であり、より好ましくは4500以下、さらに好ましくは4000以下、中でも3500以下、3000以下、特に2500以下が好ましい。上記範囲の上限を超えると、相溶性が低下するので好ましくなく、上記範囲の下限を下回ると成形時にガスが発生するので好ましくない。
なお、本明細書中、ポリアルキレングリコールの数平均分子量はJIS K1577に準拠して測定する水酸基価に基づいて算出される値として定義される。
ポリアルキレングリコールを含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは0.01~4質量部である。ポリアルキレングリコールの含有量が4質量部を超えるとポリカーボネート樹脂の白濁により透過率が低下しやすい。ポリアルキレングリコールの含有量は、より好ましくは0.05質量部以上、中でも0.08質量部以上、0.1質量部以上、0.15質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.2質量部以上であり、好ましくは3.5質量部以下、より好ましくは3.0質量部以下、特には2.5質量部以下である。
[エポキシ化合物]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、エポキシ化合物を含有することも好ましい。
エポキシ化合物としては、1分子中にエポキシ基を1個以上有する化合物が用いられる。具体的には、フェニルグリシジルエーテル、アリルグリシジルエーテル、t-ブチルフェニルグリシジルエーテル、3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシ-6-メチルシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシ-6’-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、2,3-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4-(3,4-エポキシ-5-メチルシクロヘキシル)ブチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルエチレンオキシド、シクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシ-6-メチルシクロヘキシルメチル-6’-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、ビスフェノール-Aジグリシジルエーテル、テトラブロモビスフェノール-Aグリシジルエーテル、フタル酸のジグリシジルエステル、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸のジグリシジルエステル、ビス-エポキシジシクロペンタジエニルエーテル、ビス-エポキシエチレングリコール、ビス-エポキシシクロヘキシルアジペート、ブタジエンジエポキシド、テトラフェニルエチレンエポキシド、オクチルエポキシタレート、エポキシ化ポリブタジエン、3,4-ジメチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、3,5-ジメチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、3-メチル-5-t-ブチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、オクタデシル-2,2-ジメチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、N-ブチル-2,2-ジメチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、シクロヘキシル-2-メチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、N-ブチル-2-イソプロピル-3,4-エポキシ-5-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、オクタデシル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、2-エチルヘキシル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4,6-ジメチル-2,3-エポキシシクロヘキシル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4,5-エポキシ無水テトラヒドロフタル酸、3-t-ブチル-4,5-エポキシ無水テトラヒドロフタル酸、ジエチル4,5-エポキシ-シス-1,2-シクロヘキシルジカルボキシレート、ジ-n-ブチル-3-t-ブチル-4,5-エポキシ-シス-1,2-シクロヘキシルジカルボキシレート、エポキシ化大豆油、エポキシ化アマニ油などを好ましく例示することができる。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、エポキシ化合物を含有することも好ましい。
エポキシ化合物としては、1分子中にエポキシ基を1個以上有する化合物が用いられる。具体的には、フェニルグリシジルエーテル、アリルグリシジルエーテル、t-ブチルフェニルグリシジルエーテル、3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシ-6-メチルシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシ-6’-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、2,3-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4-(3,4-エポキシ-5-メチルシクロヘキシル)ブチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルエチレンオキシド、シクロヘキシルメチル3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、3,4-エポキシ-6-メチルシクロヘキシルメチル-6’-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、ビスフェノール-Aジグリシジルエーテル、テトラブロモビスフェノール-Aグリシジルエーテル、フタル酸のジグリシジルエステル、ヘキサヒドロフタル酸のジグリシジルエステル、ビス-エポキシジシクロペンタジエニルエーテル、ビス-エポキシエチレングリコール、ビス-エポキシシクロヘキシルアジペート、ブタジエンジエポキシド、テトラフェニルエチレンエポキシド、オクチルエポキシタレート、エポキシ化ポリブタジエン、3,4-ジメチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、3,5-ジメチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、3-メチル-5-t-ブチル-1,2-エポキシシクロヘキサン、オクタデシル-2,2-ジメチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、N-ブチル-2,2-ジメチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、シクロヘキシル-2-メチル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、N-ブチル-2-イソプロピル-3,4-エポキシ-5-メチルシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、オクタデシル-3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、2-エチルヘキシル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4,6-ジメチル-2,3-エポキシシクロヘキシル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレート、4,5-エポキシ無水テトラヒドロフタル酸、3-t-ブチル-4,5-エポキシ無水テトラヒドロフタル酸、ジエチル4,5-エポキシ-シス-1,2-シクロヘキシルジカルボキシレート、ジ-n-ブチル-3-t-ブチル-4,5-エポキシ-シス-1,2-シクロヘキシルジカルボキシレート、エポキシ化大豆油、エポキシ化アマニ油などを好ましく例示することができる。
これらのうち、脂環族エポキシ化合物が好ましく用いられ、特に3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル-3’,4’-エポキシシクロヘキシルカルボキシレートが好ましい。
エポキシ化合物を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、好ましくは0.001~0.3質量部である。このような量で、トリアリールホスフェート(B)、さらには上記した各成分と組み合わせて含有する樹脂組成物が、良好な色相を有し耐湿熱変色性にも優れる。エポキシ化合物の含有量は、より好ましくは0.005質量部以上であり、中でも0.008質量部以上、特に好ましくは0.01質量部以上であり、また、より好ましくは0.25質量部以下であり、中でも0.2質量部以下、0.15質量部以下、0.1質量部以下、0.07質量部以下、0.05質量部以下、特に0.04質量部以下が好ましい。
[離型剤]
本発明の樹脂組成物は離型剤を含有することも好ましい。
離型剤としては、例えば、脂肪族カルボン酸、脂肪族カルボン酸とアルコールとのエステル、数平均分子量200~15000の脂肪族炭化水素化合物、ポリシロキサン系シリコーンオイルなどが挙げられる。
本発明の樹脂組成物は離型剤を含有することも好ましい。
離型剤としては、例えば、脂肪族カルボン酸、脂肪族カルボン酸とアルコールとのエステル、数平均分子量200~15000の脂肪族炭化水素化合物、ポリシロキサン系シリコーンオイルなどが挙げられる。
脂肪族カルボン酸としては、例えば、飽和または不飽和の脂肪族一価、二価または三価カルボン酸を挙げることができる。ここで脂肪族カルボン酸とは、脂環式のカルボン酸も包含する。これらの中で好ましい脂肪族カルボン酸は、炭素数6~36の一価または二価カルボン酸であり、炭素数6~36の脂肪族飽和一価カルボン酸がさらに好ましい。かかる脂肪族カルボン酸の具体例としては、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、カプロン酸、カプリン酸、ラウリン酸、アラキン酸、ベヘン酸、リグノセリン酸、セロチン酸、メリシン酸、テトラリアコンタン酸、モンタン酸、アジピン酸、アゼライン酸などが挙げられる。
脂肪族カルボン酸とアルコールとのエステルにおける脂肪族カルボン酸としては、例えば、前記脂肪族カルボン酸と同じものが使用できる。一方、アルコールとしては、例えば、飽和または不飽和の一価または多価アルコールが挙げられる。これらのアルコールは、フッ素原子、アリール基などの置換基を有していてもよい。これらの中では、炭素数30以下の一価または多価の飽和アルコールが好ましく、炭素数30以下の脂肪族飽和一価アルコールまたは脂肪族飽和多価アルコールがさらに好ましい。なお、ここで脂肪族とは、脂環式化合物も包含する用語として使用される。
かかるアルコールの具体例としては、オクタノール、デカノール、ドデカノール、ステアリルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、エチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、グリセリン、ペンタエリスリトール、2,2-ジヒドロキシペルフルオロプロパノール、ネオペンチレングリコール、ジトリメチロールプロパン、ジペンタエリスリトール等が挙げられる。
なお、上記のエステルは、不純物として脂肪族カルボン酸及び/又はアルコールを含有していてもよい。また、上記のエステルは、純物質であってもよいが、複数の化合物の混合物であってもよい。さらに、結合して一つのエステルを構成する脂肪族カルボン酸及びアルコールは、それぞれ、1種を用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の組み合わせ及び比率で併用してもよい。
脂肪族カルボン酸とアルコールとのエステルの具体例としては、蜜ロウ(ミリシルパルミテートを主成分とする混合物)、ステアリン酸ステアリル、ベヘン酸ベヘニル、ベヘン酸ステアリル、グリセリンモノパルミテート、グリセリンモノステアレート、グリセリンジステアレート、グリセリントリステアレート、ペンタエリスリトールモノパルミテート、ペンタエリスリトールモノステアレート、ペンタエリスリトールジステアレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリステアレート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラステアレート等が挙げられる。
数平均分子量200~15000の脂肪族炭化水素としては、例えば、流動パラフィン、パラフィンワックス、マイクロワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、フィッシャ-トロプシュワックス、炭素数3~12のα-オレフィンオリゴマー等が挙げられる。なお、ここで脂肪族炭化水素としては、脂環式炭化水素も含まれる。また、これらの炭化水素は部分酸化されていてもよい。
これらの中では、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックスまたはポリエチレンワックスの部分酸化物が好ましく、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックスがさらに好ましい。
また、前記の脂肪族炭化水素の数平均分子量は、好ましくは5000以下である。
なお、脂肪族炭化水素は、単一物質であってもよいが、構成成分や分子量が様々なものの混合物であっても、主成分が上記の範囲内であれば使用できる。
これらの中では、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックスまたはポリエチレンワックスの部分酸化物が好ましく、パラフィンワックス、ポリエチレンワックスがさらに好ましい。
また、前記の脂肪族炭化水素の数平均分子量は、好ましくは5000以下である。
なお、脂肪族炭化水素は、単一物質であってもよいが、構成成分や分子量が様々なものの混合物であっても、主成分が上記の範囲内であれば使用できる。
ポリシロキサン系シリコーンオイルとしては、例えば、ジメチルシリコーンオイル、メチルフェニルシリコーンオイル、ジフェニルシリコーンオイル、フッ素化アルキルシリコーン等が挙げられる。
なお、上述した離型剤は、1種が含有されていてもよく、2種以上が任意の組み合わせ及び比率で含有されていてもよい。
離型剤の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、通常0.001質量部以上、好ましくは0.01質量部以上であり、また、通常2質量部以下、好ましくは1質量部以下、より好ましくは0.5質量部以下である。離型剤の含有量が前記範囲の下限値未満の場合は、離型性の効果が十分でない場合があり、離型剤の含有量が前記範囲の上限値を超える場合は、耐加水分解性の低下、射出成形時の金型汚染などが生じる可能性がある。
[紫外線吸収剤]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、紫外線吸収剤を含有することも好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤としては、例えば、酸化セリウム、酸化亜鉛などの無機紫外線吸収剤;ベンゾトリアゾール化合物、ベンゾフェノン化合物、サリシレート化合物、シアノアクリレート化合物、トリアジン化合物、オギサニリド化合物、マロン酸エステル化合物、ヒンダードアミン化合物などの有機紫外線吸収剤などが挙げられる。これらの中では有機紫外線吸収剤が好ましく、ベンゾトリアゾール化合物がより好ましい。有機紫外線吸収剤を選択することで、本発明の樹脂組成物の透明性や機械物性が良好なものになる。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、紫外線吸収剤を含有することも好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤としては、例えば、酸化セリウム、酸化亜鉛などの無機紫外線吸収剤;ベンゾトリアゾール化合物、ベンゾフェノン化合物、サリシレート化合物、シアノアクリレート化合物、トリアジン化合物、オギサニリド化合物、マロン酸エステル化合物、ヒンダードアミン化合物などの有機紫外線吸収剤などが挙げられる。これらの中では有機紫外線吸収剤が好ましく、ベンゾトリアゾール化合物がより好ましい。有機紫外線吸収剤を選択することで、本発明の樹脂組成物の透明性や機械物性が良好なものになる。
ベンゾトリアゾール化合物の具体例としては、例えば、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-メチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2-[2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)フェニル]-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-tert-ブチル-フェニル)-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’-tert-ブチル-5’-メチルフェニル)-5-クロロベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-tert-ブチル-フェニル)-5-クロロベンゾトリアゾール)、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-3’,5’-ジ-tert-アミル)-ベンゾトリアゾール、2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-tert-オクチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2,2’-メチレンビス[4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)-6-(2H-ベンゾトリアゾール-2-イル)フェノール]等が挙げられ、中でも2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-tert-オクチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾール、2,2’-メチレンビス[4-(1,1,3,3-テトラメチルブチル)-6-(2H-ベンゾトリアゾール-2-イル)フェノール]が好ましく、特に2-(2’-ヒドロキシ-5’-tert-オクチルフェニル)ベンゾトリアゾールが好ましい。
ベンゾフェノン化合物の具体例としては、例えば、2,4-ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン-5-スルホン酸、2-ヒドロキシ-4-n-オクトキシベンゾフェノン、2-ヒドロキシ-n-ドデシロキシベンゾフェノン、ビス(5-ベンゾイル-4-ヒドロキシ-2-メトキシフェニル)メタン、2,2’-ジヒドロキシ-4-メトキシベンゾフェノン、2,2’-ジヒドロキシ-4,4’-ジメトキシベンゾフェノン等が挙げられる。
サリシレート化合物の具体例としては、例えば、フェニルサリシレート、4-tert-ブチルフェニルサリシレート等が挙げられる。
シアノアクリレート化合物の具体例としては、例えば、エチル-2-シアノ-3,3-ジフェニルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル-2-シアノ-3,3-ジフェニルアクリレート等が挙げられる。
オキサニリド化合物の具体例としては、例えば、2-エトキシ-2’-エチルオキサリックアシッドビスアリニド等が挙げられる。
マロン酸エステル化合物としては、2-(アルキリデン)マロン酸エステル類が好ましく、2-(1-アリールアルキリデン)マロン酸エステル類がより好ましい。
シアノアクリレート化合物の具体例としては、例えば、エチル-2-シアノ-3,3-ジフェニルアクリレート、2-エチルヘキシル-2-シアノ-3,3-ジフェニルアクリレート等が挙げられる。
オキサニリド化合物の具体例としては、例えば、2-エトキシ-2’-エチルオキサリックアシッドビスアリニド等が挙げられる。
マロン酸エステル化合物としては、2-(アルキリデン)マロン酸エステル類が好ましく、2-(1-アリールアルキリデン)マロン酸エステル類がより好ましい。
紫外線吸収剤を含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、通常0.05質量部以上、好ましくは0.1質量部以上であり、また、通常1質量部以下、好ましくは0.5質量部以下である。紫外線吸収剤の含有量が前記範囲の下限値未満の場合は、耐候性、耐光性の改良効果が不十分となる可能性があり、紫外線吸収剤の含有量が前記範囲の上限値を超える場合は、モールドデボジット等が生じ金型汚染を引き起こす可能性がある。
紫外線吸収剤は、1種が含有されていてもよく、2種以上が任意の組み合わせ及び比率で含有されていてもよい。

[添加剤等]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、上記した以外のその他の添加剤、例えば、蛍光増白剤、顔料、染料、難燃剤、耐衝撃改良剤、可塑剤、相溶化剤などの添加剤を含有することができる。これらの添加剤は一種又は二種以上を含有してもよい。なお、充填材、特に繊維状充填材は含有してもよいが、含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、5質量部未満であることが好ましい。
また、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)以外の他の樹脂を含有してもよい。その他の樹脂としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートなどの熱可塑性ポリエステル樹脂;ポリスチレン樹脂、高衝撃ポリスチレン樹脂(HIPS)、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(AS樹脂)などのスチレン系樹脂;ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂等のポリオレフィン樹脂;ポリアミド樹脂;ポリイミド樹脂;ポリエーテルイミド樹脂;ポリウレタン樹脂;ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂;ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂;ポリスルホン樹脂;ポリメタクリレート樹脂等が挙げられる。その他の樹脂としては、特にABS樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂が好ましい。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、上記した以外のその他の添加剤、例えば、蛍光増白剤、顔料、染料、難燃剤、耐衝撃改良剤、可塑剤、相溶化剤などの添加剤を含有することができる。これらの添加剤は一種又は二種以上を含有してもよい。なお、充填材、特に繊維状充填材は含有してもよいが、含有する場合の含有量は、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、5質量部未満であることが好ましい。
また、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)以外の他の樹脂を含有してもよい。その他の樹脂としては、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレートなどの熱可塑性ポリエステル樹脂;ポリスチレン樹脂、高衝撃ポリスチレン樹脂(HIPS)、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体(AS樹脂)などのスチレン系樹脂;ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂等のポリオレフィン樹脂;ポリアミド樹脂;ポリイミド樹脂;ポリエーテルイミド樹脂;ポリウレタン樹脂;ポリフェニレンエーテル樹脂;ポリフェニレンサルファイド樹脂;ポリスルホン樹脂;ポリメタクリレート樹脂等が挙げられる。その他の樹脂としては、特にABS樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂が好ましい。
[ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物]
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、耐湿熱変色性に優れるので、厚さ3mmの試験片をプレッシャークッカー試験機(PCT)中に100時間、試験した後の厚み方向(3mmt)のYI(PCT後YI)と、試験前のYI(初期YI)の差ΔYI、即ち、(PCT後YI)-(初期YI)が、好ましくは1.6以下であり、より好ましくは1.5以下、中でも1.3以下、特には0.8以下とすることが可能である。
なお、ΔYIの測定方法の詳細は、実施例に記載する通りである。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、耐湿熱変色性に優れるので、厚さ3mmの試験片をプレッシャークッカー試験機(PCT)中に100時間、試験した後の厚み方向(3mmt)のYI(PCT後YI)と、試験前のYI(初期YI)の差ΔYI、即ち、(PCT後YI)-(初期YI)が、好ましくは1.6以下であり、より好ましくは1.5以下、中でも1.3以下、特には0.8以下とすることが可能である。
なお、ΔYIの測定方法の詳細は、実施例に記載する通りである。
本発明のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の効果を確認するため以下を行ったが、本発明は以下の例に限定して解釈されるものではない。
使用した成分は、以下の表1の通りである。

(実施例1~31、比較例1~22)
上記した各成分を、後記表2以下に記した割合(質量部)で配合し、タンブラーにて20分混合した後、スクリュー径40mmのベント付単軸押出機(田辺プラスチック機械社製「VS-40」)により、シリンダー温度を240℃で溶融混練し、ストランドカットによりペレットを得た。

得られたペレットを120℃で5時間、熱風循環式乾燥機により乾燥した後、射出成形機(日本製鋼所社製「J55AD」)により、樹脂温度280℃、金型温度80℃で、厚さ1.0mm、2.0mm、3.0mmの部分をそれぞれ有する3段プレートを成形した。射出成形は以下の条件で行った。

上記3段プレートの厚さ3.0mmの部分について、厚み方向のYI(初期YI)を測定した。測定は、JIS K7105に基づき、日本電色工業社製色差計「SE-6000」を使用して行った。なお、光源はC、視野は2度に設定した。
次いで、この3段プレートを、温度121℃、湿度100%、ゲージ圧力0.1MPaで、プレッシャークッカー試験機(PCT)中に100時間保持した後、同様にしてYIを測定(PCT後YI)し、以下の式からΔYIを求めた。なお、PCTはエスペック社製「EHS-212MD」を使用して行った。

次いで、この3段プレートを、温度121℃、湿度100%、ゲージ圧力0.1MPaで、プレッシャークッカー試験機(PCT)中に100時間保持した後、同様にしてYIを測定(PCT後YI)し、以下の式からΔYIを求めた。なお、PCTはエスペック社製「EHS-212MD」を使用して行った。

以上の評価結果を、下記表2以下に示す。

フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)が、2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種を含み、
2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.12質量部、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパンを含む場合は0.002~0.03質量部、4-tert-ブチルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.01質量部、クミルフェノールを含む場合は0.0012~0.01質量部を、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、含有することを特徴とするポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1~R5は、その少なくとも1つ以上が炭素数1~12のアルキル基である請求項1に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1、R3が炭素数1~12のアルキル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子である請求項1または2に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 式(1)において、各芳香環上のR1、R3がtert-ブチル基であり、各芳香環上のR2、R4及びR5が水素原子である請求項3に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- さらに、トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスファイトを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部を含有する請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- さらに、ポリアルキレングリコールを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.01~4.0質量部含有する請求項1~5のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- さらに、アリールホスフィンまたはアリールホスフィンオキシドを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.001~0.3質量部含有する請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- フェノール構造を有する化合物(C)が、前記2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,2-ビス(4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロパン、4-tert-ブチルフェノール、及びクミルフェノールから選ばれる少なくとも1種に加え、さらに、フェノールを、ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、0.0017~0.01質量部含有する請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物からなるペレット。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物からなる成形体。
- 請求項9に記載のペレットを成形してなる成形体。
