更优选的实施例中,所述支撑杆包括外杆以及内轴;所述内轴套设在所述外杆内,并可相对所述外杆伸缩;所述平衡驱动件可驱使所述内轴与所述外杆发生相对伸缩。
更进一步优选的实施例中,所述平衡驱动件设置于所述外杆内,且所述平衡驱动件与所述内轴传动连接,并可驱使所述内轴在所述外杆上伸缩。
更优选的实施例中,上述任一项所述的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,对应于所述座椅的前端或后端,所述座椅的前端和后端的左右两侧至少设置一个所述支撑杆。
一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,包括车体以及平衡装置;所述平衡装置设置在所述车体上;在所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡装置作用,促使所述车辆保持于平衡状态;
所述平衡装置包括摆动件以及平衡驱动件;所述摆动件设置在所述车体上;所述平衡驱动件与所述 摆动件驱动连接,并可驱使所述摆动件在所述车体内移动,改变所述车体的重心。
当所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡驱动件驱使所述摆动件与倾斜方向相反的方向移动,使所述车体的重心偏向于与倾斜方向相反的方向。
优选的实施例中,所述摆动件包括配重块,所述车体上设置有滑轨,所述配重块滑动设置在所述滑轨上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点和有益效果:
本实用新型的车辆中,在车体内设置平衡装置,当车体发生倾斜时,平衡装置即作用并最终使车辆保持在平衡驾驶的状态,而不会因倾斜而发生摔倒,保证驾驶安全,从根本上解决车辆易倾斜而摔倒的问题,且无需增设额外的保护措施,成本低,安全性高。

以下结合具体实施例及附图对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步详细的描述,但本实用新型的保护范围及实施方式不限于此。
在具体的实施例描述中,需要说明的是,术语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,或者该发明产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,是为了便于区分,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的结构或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制,更不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

本实用新型的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆包括两轮车,如两轮摩托车或两轮电瓶车等,甚至可以为两轮自行车。其中,该车辆包括车体1,该车体1可以为常规的两轮车车体结构,车辆具有沿前进方向所定义的前方,以及与前方相对的后方。并且车辆上具有由此定义方向而确定的部件,包括设置在沿前进方向在前的车辆的前轮12,以及与前轮12相对应的行驶在后的后轮13。
车体1的前后端分别通过前支架16和后支架17支撑设置在前轮12和后轮13上,且车体1上具有供乘坐的座椅11,车体1的前端车头上具有车把手14,驾驶员坐着座椅11上并手握车把手14进行驾驶。 正常状态下,车体1及其座椅11均保持水平。
该车辆具有根据前方和后方的定义而确定的左侧和右侧,车辆在常规情况下发生倾斜时即主要为向左侧或向右侧倾斜。而为防止车辆倾斜摔倒,保证车辆保持平衡驾驶,本实用新型的车辆设置有平衡装置2。该平衡装置2具体被设置在车体1上,并在车体1发生倾斜时,该平衡装置2即作用并至少促使驾驶人员保持于平衡状态,保证平衡驾驶,以确保安全。
另外,在车辆上可设置包括挡风罩3,如下示出的具体实施例中,均为车辆上安装有挡风罩3的示例,该挡风罩3可为乘坐的驾乘人员提供挡风、遮阳、挡雨等功能,保证驾乘人员在遭遇不良天气下的驾乘体验以及安全性。当然,该挡风罩3并不是本实用新型的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆所必须的,仅仅为车辆的附加功能装置,本实用新型的车辆在不设置挡风罩3的裸车结构下,仍具有保持平衡驾驶的功能。而在设置有挡风罩3的车辆上,尤其是设置有全包式的挡风罩3的车辆,基于本实用新型的设计使车辆可保持平衡驾驶,则显然可极大增加车辆的安全性和驾乘体验。
如下的实施案例,均可对本实用新型的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆进行详细的示例性阐述。
实施例一
本实施例的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,请参见图1所示,包括车体1以及平衡装置2。
具体的,车体1的前端和后端分别通过前支架16和后支架17支撑在前轮12和后轮13上,座椅11设置在车体1上。座椅11在车体1上的设置为活动设置,与车体1为非固定连接,可左右倾斜摆动。
平衡装置2设置在车体1上,可作用促使车体1保持于平衡状态。其中,平衡装置2包括平衡驱动件21a以及躯干轴22。躯干轴22具有沿前后的轴向,该躯干轴22的前后端分别与车体1的前后端活动连接,且躯干轴22可相对于车体1旋转。而平衡驱动件21a具体与躯干轴22作用连接,可驱使躯干轴22旋转。其中,平衡驱动件21a可选但不限于电机。
而请参见图1和图2所示,相对活动设置在车体1上的座椅11则连接躯干轴22,在躯干轴22发生旋转时,座椅11可随躯干轴22一起旋转而发生左右倾斜摆动。
在优选的实施例中,平衡驱动件21a可为安装在躯干轴22外的独立动力源,并与躯干轴22传动连接,可驱使躯干轴22相对于车体1发生旋转。
或者,在另外优选的实施例中,躯干轴22具体可以为管体式自动力杆轴,如为管体式马达,该自动力杆轴具有动力端和输出端,在动力端的动力输出作用下可使输出端相对动力端而旋转;其中,该自动力杆轴的动力端和输出端可分别与车体的1的前端和后端连接,平衡驱动件21a作为动力源设置在动力端的内部,而座椅11则与该自动力杆轴的输出端连接,可随输出端一起旋转。
当平衡驱动件21a动作时,即可通过驱使躯干轴22旋转而带动座椅11旋转而发生左右倾斜。从而,可设置:在车体1发生倾斜时,即可由平衡装置2的平衡驱动件21a的作用,促使座椅11向车体1倾斜的反方向旋转,以使车辆平衡。请参见图3所示,在车体1向左倾斜时,平衡驱动件21a可通过躯干轴22顺时针旋转而带动座椅11向右倾斜摆动,调节平衡;或者,请参见图4所示,在车体1向右倾斜时,平衡驱动件21a可通过躯干轴22逆时针旋转而带动座椅11向左倾斜摆动,调节平衡。由此,促使座椅11反向倾斜而保持座椅11上的驾乘人员保持于平衡状态,以保证平衡驾驶。
实施例二
本实施例的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,请参见图5和图6所示,包括车体1以及平衡装置2。
具体的,平衡装置2包括支撑杆23以及平衡驱动件21b,该平衡驱动件21b可选但不限于电机。
车体1包括车架15,座椅11通过支撑杆23支撑设置在车架15上,车架15支撑设置在车轮上。座椅11通过支撑杆23的支撑设置,相对于车架15为活动设置,与车架15为非固定,可相对车架15进行左右倾斜摆动。其中,平衡驱动件21b与支撑杆23作用连接,并可通过对支撑杆23的驱使作用而顶升或下拉座椅11,使车架15上的座椅11相对车架15发生左右倾斜。
请参见图6和图7所示,车架15上具有躯干底盘151,支撑杆23连接支撑在躯干底盘上,支撑杆23的一端为直接连接支撑在车架15的躯干底盘151,座椅11支撑设置在支撑杆23的另一端上,座椅11具体为固定安装在支撑杆23上。当平衡驱动件21b动作时,可通过支撑杆23驱使座椅11左右倾斜。
支撑杆23可以为固定杆,或者为伸缩杆,具体形式可不限制。在优选的实施例中,支撑杆23被设 计为伸缩杆,可伸缩进行长短变化,其中,平衡驱动件21b与支撑杆23作用连接,并可驱使支撑杆23进行伸缩。支撑杆23的一端为固定设置,而另一端则连接支撑座椅11,两端之间可因支撑杆23的伸缩而发生相对靠近或远离。从而,在平衡驱动件21b的驱动作用下,使支撑杆23伸缩,进而使座椅11与支撑杆23的连接部位上升或下降,座椅11即发生倾斜。
示出的具体实施例中,请参见图8和图9所示,支撑杆23包括外杆231以及内轴232。其中,内轴232套设在外杆231上,并相对外杆231可进行伸缩;而平衡驱动件21b则与外杆231和内轴232具有传动连接作用,可驱使外杆231与内轴232发生相对伸缩。具体的,在示出的具体实施例中,平衡驱动件21b设置在外杆231内,输出端与内轴232传动连接;在平衡驱动件21b的输出端作用推出时,即可驱使内轴232伸出至外杆231外,从而使支撑杆23伸长;而在平衡驱动件21b的输出端作用拉回时,即可驱使内轴232朝向外杆231内缩回从而使支撑杆23缩短。
基于伸缩结构设计的支撑杆23,使得支撑杆23可作用车架的一部分对座椅11进行支撑设置,具体的,其中支撑杆23的一端支撑设置在车架15的躯干底盘151上,而另一端连接支撑座椅11。如示出的具体实施例中,采用的支撑杆23为图8和图9示出的支撑杆,其中,支撑杆23的外杆231的远离内轴232的一端支撑设置在车架15的躯干底盘151上,而内轴232的远离外杆231的一端连接支撑座椅11。
如示出的具体实施例中,座椅11的前端和后端分别由一组支撑组件进行支撑,支撑组件采用的支撑杆23为图8和图9示出的支撑杆,且支撑座椅11的前端的支撑杆23的外杆231支撑设置在躯干底盘的前端上而内轴232直接支撑连接座椅11的前端,而支撑座椅11的后端的支撑杆23的外杆231支撑设置在躯干底盘的后端上而内轴232直接支撑连接座椅11的后端。
在优选的实施例中,针对座椅11在保持平衡驾驶时的作用情况,为确保对座椅11的平衡调节灵敏性以及功能稳定性,座椅11的左右两侧分别连接支撑设置支撑杆23,在左右两侧的支撑杆23具有不同伸缩长度时,座椅11的左右两侧之间具有倾斜度。从而,可由左右两侧的支撑杆23同时作用进行调节座椅11的左右倾斜,或者,可由左侧或右侧的支撑杆23独立调节座椅11的左右倾斜。
进一步的,单侧的支撑杆23的数量可根据实际需求进行设置,至少为一个,可为多个,而不受限制。而且,左侧和右侧相对应的两个支撑杆23被定义为一组支撑组件,其中,至少在座椅11的前端和后端分别设置有一组支撑组件,以分别对座椅11的前端和后端进行支撑,并保证对座椅11的倾斜调节。
当平衡驱动件21b动作时,即可通过驱使座椅11发生左右倾斜。从而,可设置:在车体1发生倾斜时,即可由平衡装置2的平衡驱动件21b的作用,促使座椅11向车体1倾斜的反方向倾斜,以使车辆平衡。请参见图10所示出的具体实施例中,在车体1向左倾斜时,左侧支撑杆23内的平衡驱动件21b驱使支撑杆23向上顶升,而右侧支撑杆23内的平衡驱动件21b驱使支撑杆23下拉,通过带动座椅11向右倾斜摆动,调节平衡;或者,请参见图4所示出的具体实施例中,在车体1向右倾斜时,左侧支撑杆23内的平衡驱动件21b驱使支撑杆23下拉,而右侧支撑杆23内的平衡驱动件21b驱使支撑杆23向上顶升,通过带动座椅11向左倾斜摆动,调节平衡。由此,促使座椅11反向倾斜而保持座椅11上的驾乘人员保持于平衡状态,以保证平衡驾驶。
实施例三
本实施例的可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,请参见图12所示,包括车体1以及平衡装置2。
具体的,车体1上固定设置有座椅11。而平衡装置2包括摆动件24以及平衡驱动件21c。其中,摆动件24设置在车体1上,具体可以设置在车体1内部;且该摆动件24具有较大重量,可选但不限于配重块,当摆动件24在车体1上的位置发生变化时,将使得车体1的重心位置发生改变。而平衡驱动件21c可选但不限于电机,该平衡驱动件21c与摆动件24传动连接,并可驱使摆动件24在车体1上移动,使摆动件24在车体1上的位置发生变化,以改变车体1的重心,进而使车体1倾斜。
其中,摆动件24在车体1上的移动,具体为左右移动。在优选的实施例中,车体1上可设置有滑轨,而摆动件24滑动设置在所述滑轨上,并可沿所述滑轨在车体1上左右滑行移动。
当平衡驱动件21c动作时,即可直接驱使摆动件24左右移动而改变车体1的重心,使车体1发生左右倾斜。从而,可设置:在车体1发生倾斜时,即可由平衡装置2的平衡驱动件21c的作用,促使车体1的重心反方向偏移,以使车辆平衡。请参见图13所示出的具体实施例中,在车体1向左倾斜时,平衡驱 动件21c即驱使摆动件24向右移动,使车体1的重心向右偏移,调节平衡;或者,请参见图13所示出的具体实施例中,在车体1向右倾斜时,平衡驱动件21c即驱使摆动件24向左移动,使车体1的重心向左偏移,调节平衡。由此,促使车体1的座椅11上的驾乘人员保持于平衡状态,以保证平衡驾驶。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,包括车体以及平衡装置;所述平衡装置设置在所述车体上;在所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡装置作用,并促使车辆保持于平衡状态;
    所述车体上设有座椅;所述座椅通过所述平衡装置与所述车体作用连接,在所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡装置可促使所述座椅发生反向倾斜而保持车辆于平衡状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述平衡装置包括躯干轴和平衡驱动件;所述座椅通过所述躯干轴可旋转的设置在所述车体上;所述平衡驱动件与所述躯干轴传动连接,并可驱使所述躯干轴旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述平衡驱动件设置于所述躯干轴内。
  4. 一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,包括车体以及平衡装置;所述平衡装置设置在所述车体上;在所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡装置作用,并促使车辆保持于平衡状态;
    所述车体包括车架以及座椅;所述平衡装置包括支撑杆以及平衡驱动件;所述座椅通过所述支撑杆连接支撑在所述车架上,所述平衡驱动件通过所述支撑杆与所述座椅作用连接,并可通过所述支撑杆促使所述座椅倾斜。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述支撑杆为伸缩杆;所述平衡驱动件与所述支撑杆作用连接,并可驱使所述支撑杆进行伸缩;
    所述座椅的左右两侧分别连接支撑有所述支撑杆,且当左右两侧的所述支撑杆具有不同伸缩长度时,所述座椅即发生倾斜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括外杆以及内轴;所述内轴套设在所述外杆内,并可相对所述外杆伸缩;所述平衡驱动件可驱使所述内轴与所述外杆发生相对伸缩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述平衡驱动件设置于所述外杆内,且所述平衡驱动件与所述内轴传动连接,并可驱使所述内轴在所述外杆上伸缩。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,对应于所述座椅的前端或后端,所述座椅的前端和后端的左右两侧至少设置一个所述支撑杆。
  9. 一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,包括车体以及平衡装置;所述平衡装置设置在所述车体上;在所述车体发生倾斜时,所述平衡装置作用,促使所述车辆保持于平衡状态;
    所述平衡装置包括摆动件以及平衡驱动件;所述摆动件设置在所述车体上;所述平衡驱动件与所述摆动件驱动连接,并可驱使所述摆动件在所述车体上移动,改变所述车体的重心。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可保持平衡驾驶的车辆,其特征在于,所述摆动件包括配重块,所述车体上设置有滑轨,所述配重块滑动设置在所述滑轨上。
