本发明属于汽车发光装饰件技术领域,涉及一种蒙皮面板元件、发光保险杠及汽车。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的快速发展,电动汽车前脸发生了较大的变化,外观造型师将光元素融入至汽车的造型设计中,外饰灯光作为辅助信号灯或者作为品牌设计语言的重要构成部分,其中发光保险杠是一种的趋势。若要实现保险杠的发光,其需要使用透光材料,而目前市场上常用的透光材料有PC材料和PMMA材料。但是,PC材料和PMMA材料的刚性强,韧性差,当发生碰撞时,不利于对行人的保护,而PP材料的模量高,韧性好,发生低速碰撞后,可以很好的吸收碰撞能量,从而保护了行人的安全,因此在采用PP材料时,尤其在增加光源后如何实现较高的透光率以及变化颜色是目前所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,是针对现有技术的现状,而提供一种透光性好,消除了灯源间隙与面差的匹配风险,确保了造型的整体性与美观性的蒙皮面板元件、发光保险杠及汽车。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种蒙皮面板元件,包括有本体,所述的本体的后方布置有发光源,所述的本体具有内表面和外表面,其特征在于,所述的本体内表面上具有遮光层,遮光层包括有遮蔽区域以及透光区域,在本体的外表面上具有有色层,所述的本体在发光源熄灭时具有由有色层呈现的第一颜色,当发光源点亮光线从透光区域穿过经本体以及有色层混合后呈现出区别于第一颜色的第二颜色。
作为其中一种方式,在上述的一种蒙皮面板元件中,所述的遮光层为遮光油漆涂层,在本体内表面与遮光油漆涂层之间设置有背面透光底漆层,所述的背面透光底漆层附着在本体内表面,遮光油漆涂层附着在背面透光底漆层的内表面。
在上述的一种蒙皮面板元件中,所述的遮光油漆涂层的内表面上附着有内保护清漆层。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于
1、通过在主体上内表面涂遮光油漆层,外表面涂透光色漆层,并在遮光油漆层上开设透光区域,从而保证光线仅从透光区域射出,提高面板发光的均匀性,另外,面板在不发光状态下,直接呈现色漆层的第一颜色,从而避免色差的产生,进而提高整车的美观度;
2、在设置透光色漆层以及遮光油漆层之前需要先设置一道透光底漆层,以此提高的附着力;
3、设置保护透明清漆层的目的在于保护透光色漆层,避免透光色漆层由于长时间环境变化而发生褪色或者色差,从而延长透光油漆色漆的使用寿命。

由于需要发光,为了保证发光和不发光时的整体美观性,这里起主要作用的是蒙皮面板元件100,如图2所示,蒙皮面板元件100包括有本体101,在本实施例中本体101为透光PP材质,本体101透光率处于60%-80%,这样使得整个发光保险杠透光性更好,这里本体101的后方布置有发光源500,其中发光源500可为光线或者LED灯等,本体101具有内表面和外表面,本体101内表面上具有遮光层,遮光层包括有遮蔽区域601以及透光区域602,其中遮蔽区域601主要作用是对不发光的位置进行遮蔽,透光区域602主要用于透出发光源500发出的光线,发光源500发射的光线能够从透光区域602穿过。
其中对于遮光层有三种方式,第一种为遮光层为遮光油漆涂层600,在本体101内表面与遮光油漆涂层600之间设置有背面透光底漆层102,背面透光底漆层102附着在本体101内表面,遮光油漆涂层600附着在背面透光底漆层102的内表面,遮光油漆涂层600的内表面上附着有内保护清漆层103,对于遮光油漆涂层600进行保护,在本体101的外表面上具有有色层,这里有色层为透光色漆层105,在透光色漆层105与本体101的前表面之间设置有正面透光底漆层104,透光色漆层105的透光率处于10%-40%之间,为了保证蒙皮面板元件100在不发光的情况下,蒙皮面板元件100的颜色与汽车整体的颜色相匹配,设置透光色漆层105,提高上漆可靠性,避免发生油漆自动脱落,因此,在本体101设置透光色漆层105之前需要先设置一道正面透光底漆层104,以此提高透光油漆色漆层的附着力,在本实施例中当遮光油漆层喷涂完成后,整个主体即使在发光源500的照射下,仍然处于“不透光”的状态,此时则需要通过对遮光油漆层进行镭雕、对遮光油漆层进行腐蚀、对遮光层进行机械刮除、对遮光层进行加热或对丝网印刷形成透光区域602,使得透光区域602能够在发光源500的照射下发光,而未被处理的区域,仍然由遮光油漆层进行遮挡,因此,在该区域仍然处于“不透光”状态,所以,此时状态下的主体,在发光源500的照射下,能够形成该发光的区域发光,不该发光的区域不发光,透光色漆层105的外表面上具有至少一层外保护透明清漆层106,避免透光色漆层105由于长时间环境变化而发生褪色或者色差,从而延长透光色漆层105的使用寿命,因此当本体101在发光源500熄灭时具有由有色层呈现的第一颜色,当发光源500点亮光线从透光区域602穿过经本体101以及有色层混合后呈现出区别于第一颜色的第二颜色,这里透光色漆层105的透光率处于10%-30%之间,透光色漆层105由于具有颜色,这样当发光源500不光时就呈现透光色漆层105自身的第一颜色,当发光源500发光时光线和透光色漆层105混合后呈现出第二颜色,这样提高蒙皮面板元件100发光的均匀性,从而避免色差的产生,进而提高整车的美观度。
如图3所示,这里遮光层第二种为遮光层为高压成型膜片700,高压成型膜片700附着在本体101内表面上,这里当采用高压成型膜片700时可以直接将背面透光底漆层102去掉,透光区域602由对高压成型膜片700进行镭雕、对高压成型膜片700进行腐蚀、对高压成型膜片700进行机械刮除、对高压成型膜片700进行加热形成。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蒙皮面板元件,其特征在于,所述的遮光层为高压成型膜片,所述的高压成型膜片附着在本体内表面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蒙皮面板元件,其特征在于,所述的遮光层为丝网印刷件,所述的丝网印刷件附着在本体内表面上。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的一种蒙皮面板元件,其特征在于,所述的遮光层的透光区域由对遮光层进行镭雕、对遮光层进行腐蚀、对遮光层进行机械刮除、对遮光层进行加热或对丝网印刷形成。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种蒙皮面板元件,其特征在于,所述的有色层为透光色漆层,在透光色漆层与本体的前表面之间设置有正面透光底漆层,所述的透光色漆层的透光率处于10%-40%之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种蒙皮面板元件,其特征在于,所述的本体为透光PP材质,所述的本体透光率处于60%-80%。
  9. 一种发光保险杠,其特征在于,包括权利要求8所述的蒙皮面板元件以及灯组件,在蒙皮面板元件与灯组件之间具有设置有连接组件,所述的蒙皮面板元件与灯组件通过连接组件能够可拆卸一体式相互连接。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,安装有权利要求9的发光保险杠。
