进一步的,所述旋转机构包括转盘和驱动机构,所述座椅本体安装在转盘上,所述驱动机构与转盘在水平面上的投影不重叠;所述驱动机构包括螺杆,所述螺杆与转盘形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,所述驱动机构通过螺杆带动转盘旋转。
更进一步的,所述转盘与螺杆之间设置有齿环,所述齿环与螺杆形成蜗轮蜗杆结构;所述驱动机构设置在底座上。
本技术方案通过在转盘上设置齿环,利用驱动机构驱动齿环带动转盘转动,从而通过转盘带动座椅本体旋转,齿环使得座椅本体可以实现360度旋转,能够满足多种使用需求;通过将驱动机构设置在底座上,设置螺杆与齿环形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,通过螺杆驱动齿环旋转,相比于现有技术通过双齿轮啮合驱动,螺杆的体积较小,驱动机构占用空间更小,使得儿童安全座椅的体积大大减小。另一方面,通过设置所述驱动机构与转盘在水平面上的投影不重叠,使得驱动机构从侧面带动座椅本体转动,可以降低儿童座椅的高度,提高稳定性。
更进一步的,所述驱动机构包括电机,所述电机用于驱动螺杆;所述螺杆的轴线与电机输出轴的轴线平行。
本技术方案中,设置螺杆与电机输出轴平行,使得整个驱动机构的体积较小,装配不影响座椅整体的体积,并且,螺杆与电机形成整体模块化的驱动机构,不仅安装方便,当驱动机构出现故障时,拆卸维修也更加方便。
更进一步的,所述电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩。
其中,优选减速机构为齿轮组。
在实际使用过程中,驱动齿环带动座椅本体转动需要较大的扭矩,而本技术方案通过在电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置减速机构,如齿轮组,大大增加了螺杆扭矩,使得小功率的电机也可以带动螺杆和齿环,不仅可以降低成本,还可以进一步缩小体积。
更进一步的,所述电机为直流电机。
本公开还可以提供一种具有旋转机构的儿童安全座椅,具体包括座椅本体和底座,所述座椅本体安装在底座上,所述底座上设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构用于使座椅本体在底座上转动。
进一步的,所述旋转机构包括转盘和驱动机构,所述座椅本体安装在转盘上,所述驱动机构与转盘在水平面上的投影不重叠,所述转盘上设置有齿环,所述驱动机构用于驱动齿环带动转盘旋转,所述驱动机构设置在底座上;
所述座椅本体设置有锁紧件和解锁开关,所述锁紧件用于将转盘与齿环锁定,所述解锁开关用于控制锁紧件解锁。
更进一步的,所述齿环设置有定位槽,所述定位槽用于配合锁紧件进行锁定,所述定位槽设置有至少两个。
本技术方案中,座椅本体通过锁紧件进入定位槽,锁紧件在定位槽内实现转盘与齿环锁定,使得转盘受驱动机构驱动时可以带动座椅本体,座椅本体通过锁紧件与定位槽安装在底座上,二者连接的稳定性更好。
更进一步的,本公开的另一构思在于,转盘设置有传感器,所述传感器用于感应锁紧件状态,所述传感器检测锁紧件解锁后控制驱动机构无法启动。
更进一步的,所述解锁开关设置在座椅本体两侧。
更进一步的,所述驱动机构包括螺杆,所述螺杆与齿环形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,所述驱动机构通过螺杆带动转盘旋转;所述驱动机构包括电机,所述电机用于驱动螺杆;所述螺杆的轴线与电机输出轴的轴线的平行;所述电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩。
电动旋转需要考虑安全性,往往速度较慢,在需要快速旋转时,本技术方案可以通过锁紧件与定位槽实现转盘与齿环的连接,进而通过设置解锁开关解锁使得转盘相对于齿环可以转动,进而座椅本体通过转盘转动,通过解锁开关和定位槽可以实现快速旋转调节,通过在齿环上设置多个定位槽,使得解锁开关通过锁定不同的定位槽实现座椅本体旋转位置的变化,并且通过将定位槽设置在几个座椅旋转常用位置,例如朝向车门,使得通过手动调节实现儿童座椅快速旋转,满足更多使用需求。
而另一方面,在手动旋转过程中,若驱动机构仍处于工作状态,此时旋转容易出现危险情况,本技术方案通过设置用于感应锁紧件的感应器,当传感器感应 到锁紧件解锁后,即转盘与齿环处于解锁状态,此时传感器传输信号控制电机处于不可启动,防止电机启动而导致人身伤害,大大提高了座椅旋转的安全性。
本公开还可以提供一种儿童安全座椅,具体包括座椅本体和底座,所述座椅本体安装在底座上,所述底座上设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构用于使座椅本体在底座上转动。
进一步的,所述旋转机构包括转盘和驱动机构,所述座椅本体安装在转盘上,所述驱动机构与转盘在水平面上的投影不重叠,所述转盘上设置有齿环,所述驱动机构用于驱动齿环带动转盘旋转,所述驱动机构设置在底座上;
所述座椅本体上设置有第一感应装置,所述第一感应装置用于感应车门开启,控制座椅本体自动转向开启的车门。
在实际使用过程中,儿童安全座椅是固定在汽车的成人座椅上的,现有技术的儿童安全座椅大多是固定无法旋转,则使得放置儿童的空间有限、十分不便。本技术方案通过设置在底座上设置旋转机构,使得座椅本体通过旋转机构在底座上可以进行360°旋转;并且,通过在座椅本体上设置用于感应车门的第一感应装置,当车门开启时,座椅本体通过第一感应装置朝向开启的车门旋转,便于放置儿童,使用便捷。
更进一步的,所述座椅本体上设置有第二感应装置,所述第二感应装置用于感应座椅本体的空椅情况,所述第二感应装置检测到座椅本体上有儿童则控制旋转机构断电。
由于本技术方案提供的儿童安全座椅通过第一感应装置可以自动转向开启的车门,当儿童需要下车时,若车门开启座椅自动旋转存在误伤儿童的概率,进而本技术方案通过设置第二感应装置,用于检测座椅本体上是否有儿童,当检测到座椅本体为空椅时,座椅本体才可以自动转向,当第二感应装置检测到座椅本体上有儿童时,则旋转机构断电,座椅本体无法自动旋转,以保证儿童的安全。
更进一步的,所述座椅本体设置有连接模块,所述连接模块用于连接车内主控系统,所述车内主控系统通过连接模块将车门开启信号传输至座椅本体,所述座椅本体接收信号后自动转向靠近侧的车门。
本技术方案通过在座椅本体上设置连接模块,使得座椅本体通过连接模块可 以连接车内主控系统,当车门切换至开锁状态时,车内主控系统可以通过连接模块将信号传输给座椅本体,则座椅本体可以接收到车门开启的信号,进而通过旋转机构自动转向靠近座椅本体一侧的车门,便于放置儿童。
更进一步的,所述驱动机构设置在底座上,所述驱动机构包括螺杆,所述螺杆与齿环形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,所述驱动机构通过螺杆带动转盘旋转;所述驱动机构包括电机,所述电机用于驱动螺杆;所述螺杆的轴线与电机输出轴的轴线的平行;所述电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩。

下面结合附图1至6,对本公开作详细的说明。
为了使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本公开进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种儿童安全座椅,具体包括座椅本体1和底座2,座椅本体1安装在底座2上,底座2上设置有旋转机构,座椅本体1通过旋转机构在底座2上转动,旋转机构包括转盘3和驱动机构4,座椅本体1安装在转盘3上,驱动机构与转盘3在水平面上的投影不重叠,座椅本体1与转盘3卡扣连接,转盘3上设置有齿环5,齿环5设置略高于转盘3,在座椅本体1安装时可以起到一定的限位作用,使得安装更加方便,并且齿环5受到座椅本体1自身重量的影响较小,驱动机构4用于驱动齿环5带动转盘3旋转,齿环5使得座椅本体1可以实现360度旋转,驱动机构4设置在底座2上,通过侧向驱动座椅本体1旋转,更加省力、节省能耗、降低高度,并且不易损坏。
进一步的,如图3和4所示,驱动机构4包括螺杆6和电机9(此实施例中,电机9可以为直流电机),螺杆6与齿环5形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,驱动机构4通过电机9驱动螺杆6,从而使得螺杆6带动转盘3及转盘3固定的座椅本体1旋转,螺杆6体积小、结构简单;电机9的输出轴与螺杆6轴线处于平行,缩小驱动机构4的体积,并且驱动机构4为一个整体结构,安装拆卸更加方便;电机9与螺杆6之间设置有减速机构10,减速机构10为齿轮组,电机9通过齿轮组驱动螺杆6,大大增加了扭矩,节省成本;使用过程中,由于螺杆6与齿环5形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,当驱动机构4处于非工作状态时,齿环5受螺杆6作用处于锁定状态,座椅本体1不会发生转动,节省了锁定机构的设置,使用更加方便、降低成本。
另一方面,本实施例设置驱动机构与转盘3在水平面上的投影不重叠,使得电机9可以设置在转盘3的外侧面,转盘3可以设置外齿,更容易成型,驱动效率更好,后期需要维护驱动机构时,不需要整体拆卸座椅本体,只需在拆开底座壳体即可进行维护和更换,故后期维护和保养更简单,维护成本也更低;并且,侧边驱动的设置方式,可保留现有常用手动调节的转动机构,而取消了现有技术中电动调节需要球头顶柱的结构,使得旋转机构的整体高度降低,改造和升级成本更低,生产也更加方便。
实施例2
如图1至图6所示,本实施例基于实施例1提供一种儿童安全座椅,本实施例中包括实施例1的电动旋转机构,并且还能实现手动旋转调节。
其中,如图5和图6所示,座椅本体1底部设置有锁紧件7,锁紧件7用于将转盘3与齿环5锁定,如图2所示,齿环5设置有定位槽8,定位槽8用于配合锁紧件7进行锁定,本实施例中通过设置锁紧件7与定位槽8,使得齿环5与转盘3可相对旋转或固定,锁紧件7为锁销,锁销在座椅本体1底部设置有1个或对称设置有2个(本实施例中选用1个或2个,也可以为多个),而定位槽8则对应锁销设置有1个或2个,通过锁紧件7进入定位槽8实现转盘3与齿环5的固定。
进一步的,座椅本体1设置有解锁开关,解锁开关用于控制锁销解锁,转盘3与齿环5处于非锁定状态,而齿环5在螺杆6作用下无法转动,转盘3相对于齿环5可以转动,从而使得座椅本体1通过转盘3可以转动,而通过设置两组(每组两个)或多组定位槽8,用于容纳座椅本体1底部的两个对称锁销,实现座椅本体1多种旋转位置的锁定,相比于电动旋转,手动旋转更加快速,并且手动、电动一体式设计能够满足更多的使用需求。
更进一步的,如图6所示,转盘3设置有传感器11,传感器11设置在靠近锁销的位置,用于感应锁销的状态,锁销打开后会触碰传感器11,则传感器11检测到锁销解锁,使得电机9断电无法启动,确保在手动调节时电动调节机构处于断电状态,提高装置使用安全。
更进一步的,底座设置有定位器,定位器用于感应座椅本体的位置信息,定位器可以是通过感应转动角度实现,也可以是通过触碰感应实现,定位器至少可以感应四个旋转位置,每相邻的两个旋转位置之间呈90度,可以通过在每个旋转 位置设置感应用的定位器,感应旋转常用位置使用更加方便。
实施例3
本实施例基于实施例1或实施例2提供一种儿童安全座椅,其中,座椅本体1上设置有第一感应装置12,第一感应装置12用于感应车门开启,当车门开启时,旋转机构通过第一感应装置12控制座椅本体1朝向开启的车门旋转,其中,第一感应装置12为激光雷达,激光雷达安装在椅身两侧,激光雷达体积小,安装后不影响座椅整体体积。其中,第一感应装置12对称安装在椅身两侧且靠近车门的位置,第一感应装置12也可以安装4个,分别安装在座椅本体的上下左右四个方向,以提高感应精准性。
进一步的,座椅本体1上设置有第二感应装置13,用于感应座椅本体1的空椅情况,当检测到座椅本体1为空椅时,座椅本体1才可以自动转向,当第二感应装置13检测到座椅本体1上有儿童时,则旋转机构断电,座椅本体1无法自动旋转,其中,第二感应器为压力传感器,压力传感器安装在座椅本体1的座位处,也可以设置在底座2的转盘3上。
更进一步的,座椅本体1设置有连接模块,座椅本体1通过连接模块可以连接车内主控系统,当车门切换至开锁状态时,车内主控系统可以通过连接模块将信号传输给座椅本体1,则座椅本体1可以接收到车门开启的信号,进而通过旋转机构自动转向靠近座椅本体1一侧的车门,便于放置儿童;另一方面,儿童安全座椅还可以通过连接模块连接其他信号端,例如手机APP,通过APP可以直接控制座椅本体1的转向,使用更加便捷。
本公开提供的一种儿童安全座椅,通过齿环5与螺杆6带动座椅本体1实现360度旋转,螺杆6侧向驱动更省力、结构更简单;转盘3与座椅本体1相对固定,通过在座椅本体1底部设置锁紧件7、及在齿环5上设置定位槽8,用于实现转盘3与齿环5的固定;通过在齿环5上设置多个定位槽8,设置用于解锁锁紧件7与定位槽8的解锁开关,使得座椅本体1通过转盘3实现手动旋转,更加快捷;通过设置传感器感应座椅本体1是否锁定,提高使用安全性。本申请提供的一种具有旋转机构的儿童安全座椅,具有电动旋转方便、电动旋转机构体积小、快速锁定等优点。

  1. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    包括座椅本体和底座,所述座椅本体安装在底座上,所述底座上设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构用于使座椅本体在底座上转动;
    其中,所述旋转机构包括转盘和驱动机构,所述座椅本体安装在转盘上,所述驱动机构与转盘在水平面上的投影不重叠;所述驱动机构包括螺杆,所述螺杆与转盘形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,所述驱动机构通过螺杆带动转盘旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有旋转机构的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述转盘与螺杆之间设置有齿环,所述齿环与螺杆形成蜗轮蜗杆结构;所述驱动机构设置在底座上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有旋转机构的儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构包括电机,所述电机用于驱动螺杆;所述螺杆的轴线与电机输出轴的轴线平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩。
  5. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,

    所述座椅本体设置有锁紧件和解锁开关,所述锁紧件用于将转盘与齿环锁定,所述解锁开关用于控制锁紧件解锁。

    所述齿环设置有定位槽,所述定位槽用于配合锁紧件进行锁定;所述定位槽设置有至少两个。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    转盘设置有传感器,所述传感器用于感应锁紧件状态,所述传感器检测锁紧件解锁后控制驱动机构无法启动。

    所述解锁开关设置在座椅本体两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构包括螺杆,所述螺杆与齿环形成蜗轮蜗杆结构,所述驱动机构通过螺杆带动转盘旋转。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构包括电机,所述电机用于驱动螺杆;所述螺杆的轴线与电机输出轴的轴线平行;所述电机输出轴与螺杆之间设置有减速机构,所述减速机构用于增加扭矩。
  11. 一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    包括座椅本体和底座,所述座椅本体安装在底座上,所述底座上设置有旋转机构,所述旋转机构用于使座椅本体在底座上转动;
    其中,所述旋转机构包括转盘和驱动机构,所述座椅本体安装在转盘上,所述转盘上设置有齿环,所述驱动机构用于驱动齿环带动转盘旋转,所述驱动机构设置在底座上;
    所述座椅本体上设置有第一感应装置,所述第一感应装置用于感应车门开启,控制座椅本体自动转向开启的车门。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述座椅本体上设置有第二感应装置,所述第二感应装置用于感应座椅本体的空椅情况,所述第二感应装置检测到座椅本体上有儿童则控制旋转机构断电。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,
    所述座椅本体设置有连接模块,所述连接模块用于连接车内主控系统,所述连接模块将车门开启信号传输至座椅本体,所述座椅本体接收信号后自动转向靠近侧的车门。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的一种儿童安全座椅,其特征在于,

    所述座椅本体设置有锁紧件和解锁开关,所述锁紧件用于将转盘与齿环锁定,所述解锁开关用于控制锁紧件解锁;所述齿环设置有定位槽,所述定位槽用于配合锁紧件进行锁定;所述定位槽设置有至少两个;转盘设置有传感器,所述传感器用于感应锁紧件状态,所述传感器检测锁紧件解锁后控制驱动机构无法启动;所述解锁开关设置在座椅本体两侧。
