Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de placement de diaphragme intra-utérin (100), comprenant : une poignée (10), l'extrémité distale de la poignée (10) étant pourvue d'un premier trou traversant (11) ; un cathéter (20), l'extrémité proximale du cathéter (20) s'étendant dans le premier trou traversant (11) et étant reliée de manière fixe à la poignée (10) ; un ensemble de poussée (30), l'ensemble de poussée (30) étant disposé sur la poignée (10) et étant mobile le long de la poignée (10) ; et une tige de poussée interne (60), la tige de poussée interne (60) étant disposée dans le cathéter (20). L'ensemble de poussée (30) pousse la tige de poussée interne (60) afin qu'elle se déplace entre une position rétractée et une position dépliée et l'extrémité distale de la tige de poussée interne (60) est pourvue d'une mâchoire de serrage (61) destinée au montage d'un diaphragme (200).
