Description

一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法 技术领域
本发明涉及集装箱码头的装卸工艺,更具体地说,涉及一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法,尤其涉及一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸工艺及布置方法。
背景技术
现有的集装箱码头的前沿装卸普遍采用水平运输设备平行于岸线或船舶方向进出前沿岸桥下进行装卸作业;其中传统码头多采用水平运输设备在岸桥下大车轨间地面装卸道进行作业,自动化码头多采用水平运输设备在岸桥的陆侧大车轨后地面装卸道进行作业;传统方式轨间作业的水平运输一般采用单向循环的交通流,容易产生堵车现象;自动化轨后作业的水平运输不能有效利用岸桥轨间地面的装卸空间,需要额外的水平运输装卸作业道空间和转弯缓冲停车空间;这对码头的作业交通管理和区域面积利用产生了负面的影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法,以规避平行于岸线作业中传统岸桥轨间作业可能存在的单向堵车现象和自动化岸桥轨后作业的额外占用码头空间现象。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法:
在集装箱岸桥的陆侧大车轨后地面区域内布置水平运输装卸位,所述水平运输装卸位内布置水平运输设备;
所述水平运输装卸位的一端为码头前沿岸线,另一端布置后方横向水平运输通行道,所述后方横向水平运输通行道与所述码头前沿岸线之间平行布置;
所述水平运输装卸位的布置方向与所述码头前沿岸线之间形成夹角,所述水平运输设备沿所述水平运输装卸位的布置方向行驶;
所述集装箱岸桥上的吊具调整集装箱在水平方向的位置与角度,使所述集装箱能与所述水平运输设备的装卸位置吻合,进行水平运输装/卸船作业。
较佳的,所述水平运输装卸位布置若干条,等距间隔布置。
较佳的,所述水平运输设备沿所述水平运输装卸位的行驶方向与所述码头前沿岸线之间的夹角α设置为0°<α<180°。

本发明所提供的一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法,在岸桥上设置平移、旋转吊具的功能以调整集装箱位置及角度,水平运输可直接进出岸桥轨后与前沿岸线方向呈一定夹角的水平运输装卸位,两者结合成非平行于岸线的装卸布局方式,实现岸桥对船舶集装箱和水平运输之间的装卸、运输作业;以规避平行于岸线作业中传统岸桥轨间作业可能存在的单向堵车现象和自动化岸桥轨后作业的额外占用码头空间现象。

具体实施方式
为了能更好地理解本发明的上述技术方案,下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
结合图1至图4所示,本发明所提供的一种集装箱码头前沿水平运输非平行于岸线的装卸方法,对集装箱码头布置如下:
在集装箱岸桥103的陆侧大车轨后地面区域内布置非平行于码头前沿岸线的水平 运输装卸位101,水平运输装卸位101内布置水平运输设备107。
水平运输装卸位101的一端为码头前沿岸线,另一端布置后方横向水平运输通行道102,后方横向水平运输通行道102与码头前沿岸线之间为平行布置。
水平运输设备107沿水平运输装卸位101的行驶方向与码头前沿岸线之间形成一定的夹角α。
集装箱岸桥103上的吊具106调整集装箱108在水平方向的位置与角度,使集装箱108能与水平运输设备107的装卸位置吻合,进行水平运输装/卸船作业。
因为码头前沿岸线与集装箱船100大致平行,通过集装箱岸桥103对集装箱船100及水平运输设备107进行水平运输装/卸船作业,水平运输装卸位101一般布置在集装箱岸桥103的陆侧大车轨后地面区域空间内。
水平运输装卸位101的布置方向与码头前沿岸线的方向不平行,每个水平运输装卸位101布置在与码头前沿岸线方向呈一定夹角α的位置上,夹角α设置为0°<α<180°。
利用集装箱岸桥103自身具有平移小车105、旋转小车104或吊具106自带平移旋转等机构,使其可通过吊具106调整集装箱108在水平方向的位置与角度,并与水平运输装卸位101的位置与夹角吻合,以使集装箱岸桥103可对水平运输设备107进行装卸作业。
集装箱岸桥103轨后方的水平运输装卸位101根据水平运输进出的需要按一定间隔等距布置,每个水平运输装卸位101一端紧邻后方横向水平运输通行道102,呈单端进出状态。
水平运输设备107可正反双向行驶,特定工况下水平运输设备107还可具备横向移动的平移功能;通过交通流的设定,水平运输设备107在每个水平运输装卸位101一定程度上可以同步进出、互不影响。
再参考图3和图4所示,通过本发明装卸方法实现水平运输装船作业具体包括以下步骤:
S1、水平运输设备107从堆场装箱后经后方横向水平运输通行道102驶入对应的水平运输装卸位101;
S2、集装箱岸桥103上的吊具103移至该水平运输装卸位101的上方区域;
S3、集装箱岸桥103上的旋转小车104将吊具106在水平面内旋转至与该水平运输装卸位101相同的角度;
S4、集装箱岸桥103上的平移小车105将吊具106在水平面内平移至该水平运输装卸位101的正上方;
S5、集装箱岸桥103上的吊具106将集装箱108从水平运输设备107上吊离;
S6、集装箱岸桥103上的平移小车105将吊具106平移至小车中心位置;
S7、集装箱岸桥103上的旋转小车104将吊具106旋转至0°(与集装箱船100平行);
S8、集装箱岸桥103上的吊具106将集装箱108吊运至集装箱船100进行装船作业。
再参考图3和图4所示,通过本发明装卸方法实现水平运输卸船作业具体包括以下步骤:
S1、水平运输设备107经后方横向水平运输通行道102驶入对应的水平运输装卸位101;
S2、集装箱岸桥103上的吊具106从集装箱船100上吊离集装箱100至该水平运输装 卸位101的上方区域;
S3、集装箱岸桥103上的旋转小车104将集装箱108在水平面内旋转至与该水平运输装卸位101相吻合的角度;
S4、集装箱岸桥103上的平移小车105将集装箱108在水平面内水平运输至该水平运输装卸位101的正上方;
S5、集装箱岸桥103上的吊具106将集装箱108放至水平运输设备107上;
S6、水平运输设备107驶出该水平运输装卸位101进入后方横向水平运输通行道102并将集装箱108转运至堆场堆存。

    S3、所述集装箱岸桥上的旋转小车将所述集装箱在水平面内旋转至与所述水平运输装卸位相吻合的角度;
    S4、所述集装箱岸桥上的平移小车将所述集装箱在水平面内水平运输至所述水平运输装卸位的正上方;
    S5、所述集装箱岸桥上的所述吊具将所述集装箱放至所述水平运输设备上;
    S6、所述水平运输设备驶出所述水平运输装卸位进入所述后方横向水平运输通行道并将所述集装箱转运至堆场堆存。
