  1. 椅背结构,包括靠背板及用于支撑所述靠背板的固定框,所述靠背板是塑料件,所述固定框是金属件,所述靠背板至少上边沿朝后翻折形成固定翻边,其特征在于:所述固定框对应所述固定翻边设有安装卡槽,所述靠背板是吸塑板,所述固定翻边表面设有吸塑成型或模压成型的倒扣凸齿,所述固定翻边插入到所述安装卡槽当中,所述倒扣凸齿与所述安装卡槽的边沿卡接从而限制所述固定翻边脱离所述安装卡槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的椅背结构,其特征在于:所述靠背板上边沿及左右两侧的边沿均朝后翻折形成所述固定翻边,所述固定翻边从头到尾均匀间隙设置所述倒扣凸齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的椅背结构,其特征在于:所述固定框包括左右对称设置的支撑段以及连接于二支撑段顶端之间的安装段,所述靠背板上边沿是弧形状,所述固定框的安装段的形状对应所述靠背板上边沿的形状设置,所述安装卡槽从一支撑段顶部开始,经过安装段后,延伸到另一支撑段的顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的椅背结构,其特征在于:所述固定框还包括连接于二支撑段下部之间的横杆。
  5. 一种折叠椅,包括权利1至4中任意一项的靠背,椅腿、座板;折叠椅的椅腿和座板之间的结构包括滑座和连接轴,所述滑座滑动地连接于座板的侧边,所述连接轴设置于椅腿上,所述滑座可转动地与所述连接轴相连接,所述滑座呈U形状,所述滑座内设置有U形状的内衬塑料件,所述内衬塑料件附着于所述滑座的内表面,所述滑座从下往上与所述座板的侧边套接,所述内衬塑料件设有压边,所述座板的侧边设有定位台阶,所述压边靠在所述定位台阶上方从而在竖向上限制所述滑座,阻止所述滑座和所述座板侧边竖向分离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述内衬塑料件的底面设有向上凸起的支撑筋条,所述支撑筋条靠在所述定位台阶的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述座板包括吸塑面板和支撑边框,所述吸塑面板的外侧设有竖直向下的围边,所述支撑边框沿着所述围边的内侧面设置,所述定位台阶设置于所述支撑边框的内侧面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述支撑边框的底部朝外翻折形 成C形铆钩,所述围边的底端部插入所述C形铆钩当中并由所述C形铆钩压紧固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述内衬塑料件的底面对应所述C形铆钩设有滑槽,所述C形铆钩适配安装于所述滑槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠椅,其特征在于:所述内衬塑料件在与所述压边相对的侧边设有定位凸缘,所述内衬塑料件的压边所在的侧边从内侧横向挡住所述定位台阶,所述定位凸缘从外侧横向挡住所述座板的外侧边。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠椅的椅腿和座板之间的位移结构,其特征在于:所述内衬塑料件与所述滑座卡接。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠椅的椅腿和座板之间的位移结构,其特征在于:所述连接轴铆固于所述椅腿上。
