本发明提供了一种分拣台用公转自转装置,以通过一个电机就可实现一边公转一边自转的功能。
本发明中的分拣台用公转自转装置可安装在分拣台的底座上,公转自转装置的自转支撑座可围绕中心轴进行公转,也可绕自己传动轴进行自转,以实现料箱的传输等目的。
如图1所述,在一些实施例中,所述公转自转装置包括固定支撑座组件a和安装在所述固定支撑座组件a上的至少一个旋臂单元b。该装置可安装一个旋臂单元b,也可安装为两个、三个、甚至四个,其设置数量可根据实际需求设定。
在上述实施例中,如图4所示,所述旋臂单元b可包括中间连接臂120、自转组件和驱动组件150等。其中,中间连接臂120作为中间的连接结构,将自转组件和固定支撑座组件a进行连接,中间连接臂120可水平布置,其可采用型材件,以便连接可附接在其上的结构,如电控组件180、张紧组件170等等。自转组件作为进行自转的机构,位于该装置的最外周的位置,其上端可承载料箱。驱动组件150作为该悬臂单元或整个装置的驱动结构,可随着中间连接臂120同步的进行公转运动。
在上述实施例中,如图2和图3所示,所述中间连接臂120的一端与所述固定支撑座组件a连接,另一端安装所述自转组件。所述自转组件包括端部支架122和安装在端部支架122上的自转支撑座130,所述自转支撑座130包括自转台131和传动轴132,所述自转台131位于所述传动轴132的上方,所述传动轴安装有传动机构140,该传动机构140与所述固定支撑座组件a传动连接。可选地,传动机构可采用带传动或链传动,例如可优选为带传动。
其中,所述驱动组件150固定安装在所述支撑板或所述中间连接臂120上,所述驱动组件150包括驱动轮155,该驱动轮155的外周面用于在分拣台的底座上滚动,使得驱动轮155在转动的状态下驱动所述旋臂单元b以所述固定支撑座组件a为中心进行公转;在所述旋臂单元b进行公转的状态下,所述自转支撑座130由所述传动机构140带动进行自转。
在本发明中,该装置可通过一个驱动组件150和传动机构140实现公转与自转,既有利于降低成本,又有利于降低控制难度。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图3所示,所述固定支撑座组件a用于将该装置固定在底座上,其包括固定支撑座110和轴承支撑座113,所述固定支撑座110包括中间座111和固定在中间座111上的中间轴112。其中,固定支撑座110的中间座111上可具有螺栓孔、销孔等,用于与底座的固定连接和定位。中间座111与中间轴112可为一体成型,也可为焊接连接。中间轴112可为阶梯轴,以安装轴承支撑座113和带轮等零件,中间轴112的不同轴段上可设置键槽、轴肩和环槽等结构。
在上述实施例中,所述轴承支撑座113通过第一轴承114安装在中间轴112上,所述第一轴承114的内圈与所述中间轴112固定连接,所述第一轴承114的外圈与所述轴承支撑座113固定连接,所述轴承支撑座113的安装数量为1个或与所述旋臂单元b的数量相同。在该结构中,轴承支撑座113可在中间轴112上进行相对转动,使得旋臂单元b可进行公转运动。
如图2所示,在中间轴112的轴系结构中,中间轴112可为中空结构,以减轻整体重量并可走线,轴承支撑座113安装在中间轴112的中上部,轴承支撑座113的上部可通过封盖并用螺栓固定的轴承盖板115实现第一轴承114的外圈固定,第一轴承114的内圈可通过卡簧116固定;第一传动件141可通过平键144安装在中间轴112的中下部,同步带轮或链轮的上部也可通过卡簧116实现固定。
在上述实施例中,该装置的驱动组件150可设置一个,也可设置多个。若该装置设有多个旋臂单元b,各个悬臂单元都可配置对应的驱动组件150进行整体或单独的驱动,各个悬臂单元也可共用一个驱动组件150进行整体的驱动。单独驱动时需要各个旋臂单元b可均设置各自的轴承支撑座113与中间轴112连接。
轴承支撑座113的设置数量也与旋臂单元b的数量有关,例如多个旋臂单元b共用一个轴承支撑座113,则各个旋臂单元b需同步公转。例如,在所述轴承支撑座113的安装数量为1个的情况下,所述轴承支撑座113具有与所述旋臂单元b的数量相同的对接部, 所述对接部与所述旋臂单元b的中间连接臂120连接或通过中间件连接。或者,在所述轴承支撑座113的安装数量与所述旋臂单元b的数量相同的情况下,所述轴承支撑座113具有1个对接部,所述对接部与对应的所述旋臂单元b的中间连接臂120连接或通过中间件连接。
在一些实施例中,中间连接臂120可为铝型材或板材,其两端直接与轴承支撑座113、端部支架122连接,也可通过锁紧板121与轴承支撑座113、端部支架122连接。例如,中间连接臂120的外周面可具有连接槽,连接槽优选为T型槽,轴承支撑座113、端部支架122的对应的连接板凸出,并延伸至中间连接臂120的上方或下方,该轴承支撑座113、端部支架122的对应的连接板具有上下贯通的连接孔,通过螺栓即可实现固定连接。优选地,中间连接臂120的两端不仅直接与轴承支撑座113、端部支架122连接,也通过锁紧板121加强连接。例如,轴承支撑座113、端部支架122的对应的连接板不仅具有上下贯通的连接孔,其前后两侧也具有连接孔,锁紧板121上具有两排连接孔,其中一排与轴承支撑座113或端部支架122通过螺栓连接,另外一排与中间连接臂120的连接槽通过螺栓连接,即该轴承支撑座113、端部支架122的底侧、前后两侧都与中间连接臂120固定连接,三面固定联接,保证可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图4-图6所示,所述端部支架122设置在中间连接臂120的外周部位,其主要用于支撑和连接自转组件、驱动组件150和从动组件160等。端部支架122整体可呈板式结构,其中部具有通孔。端部支架122的两侧具有分别与所述从动组件160和所述驱动组件150连接的凸出翼板,中间具有安装轴承的凸起加厚结构。
如图5所示,端部支架122的通孔用于供所述自转支撑座130的传动轴132穿设。自转支撑座130的传动轴132通过第二轴承123安装在所述端部支架122的通孔内,所述第二轴承123的内圈与所述传动轴132的外周面固定连接,所述第二轴承123的外圈与所述通孔的内周面固定连接。第二轴承123可设有一个或两个。
在传动轴132上的轴系结构中,第二轴承123的上部可通过通孔的轴肩定位与固定,第二轴承123的下部可用过隔套124实现定位和固定。传动轴132的下部可安装有第二带轮142,第二带轮142与隔套124抵接以轴向固定,第二带轮142可通过键连接与传动轴132实现周向固定,第二带轮142的下部可通过固定在传动轴132上的涨紧套145实现轴向固定。
在一些实施例中,如图4、图6和图7所示,所述驱动组件150还包括驱动电机151、减速机152和驱动轮支架154等;其中,所述驱动轮155安装在所述驱动轮支架154上, 所述驱动轮支架154与所述端部支架122固定连接,所述驱动电机151的输出动力经减速机152减速后带动所述驱动轮155转动。可选地,驱动电机151可采用减速电机,驱动轮支架154具有与端部支架122的凸出翼板对接的水平板面,也具有供减速机152和驱动轮连接板153安装的竖直板面。优选地,驱动轮155的外周面可具有凹凸相间的外表面,以增强摩擦力,该摩擦力即为该悬臂单元或整个装置的驱动力。优选地,驱动电机151采用直流无刷电机。
在一些实施例中,如图6和图8所示,所述从动组件160包括从动轮162和从动轮支架161等,所述从动轮162安装在从动轮支架161上,所述从动轮支架161与所述端部支架122固定连接。具体地,从动轮162的中部穿设有从动轮轴163,该从动轮轴163可安装在从动轮支架161上,从动轮162在从动轮轴163上的固定可通过螺母164实现。从动轮162的外表面可为光滑的外表面,以减小摩擦力,以便该悬臂单元或整个装置进行公转运动。
在一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述传动机构140包括:安装在所述固定支撑座110的中间轴112上的第一传动件141;安装在所述自转支撑座130的传动轴132的底部的第二传动件142;以及将所述第一传动件141和第二传动件142连接的传动连接件143。优选地,所述传动连接件143为同步带,可增强同步性,防止打滑,所述第一传动件141和第二传动件142为同步带轮,但不限于此,也可采用平带传动或者链传动等。
上述的传动机构140主要用于实现公转带动自转的目的,使得一个电机驱动即可完成公转和自转。传动机构以采用带传动为例,进一步地,为便于调节传动带143的松紧程度,如图9所示,所述传动机构140还包括张紧组件170,张紧组件170可位于中间连接臂120的中间位置。所述张紧组件170包括张紧轮172和张紧轮支架171,所述张紧轮172安装在所述张紧轮支架171上,所述张紧轮支架171上设有位置调节槽,所述张紧轮支架171通过安装在所述位置调节槽的调节螺栓175固定在所述中间连接臂120上。具体地,张紧轮支架171可为折型板,其与中间连接臂120连接的位置调节槽可设置一对,并具有一定的长度,以便通过调节螺栓175调整张紧轮支架171的位置,从而使得张紧轮172调整压靠传动带143的程度。张紧轮172可通过转轴安装在张紧轮支架171上,外侧通过垫片173和螺母164进行固定。优选地,张紧轮支架171可具有至少一个加强筋。
在一些实施例中,电控组件180可包括电控箱子、驱动器和钣金等,其可固定在中间连接臂120上。
本发明的分拣台用公转自转装置中,驱动组件150提供动力,驱动轮155旋转,带动 整个旋臂单元b围绕固定在中间的固定支撑座110旋转,实现公转;旋臂单元b实现公转后,由于固定在中间固定支撑座110上的同步带轮固定不动,而与自转组件连接的同步带轮跟随着公转,从而导致同步带旋转,进而实现与自转支撑座130连接的同步带轮的旋转,最终实现自转支撑座130的自转台131围绕传动轴132的自转。
根据本发明中的分拣台用公转自转装置,可获得的有益效果至少包括:该装置可通过一个驱动组件和传动机构实现公转与自转,既有利于降低成本,又有利于降低控制难度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述公转自转装置包括固定支撑座组件和安装在所述固定支撑座组件上的至少一个旋臂单元;
    所述旋臂单元包括中间连接臂、自转组件和驱动组件;
    其中,所述中间连接臂的一端与所述固定支撑座组件连接,另一端安装所述自转组件;
    所述自转组件包括端部支架和穿设在端部支架上的自转支撑座,所述自转支撑座包括自转台和传动轴,所述自转台位于所述传动轴的上方,所述传动轴安装有传动机构,该传动机构与所述固定支撑座组件传动连接;
    所述驱动组件固定安装在所述支撑板或所述中间连接臂上,所述驱动组件包括驱动轮,该驱动轮的外周面用于在分拣台的底座上滚动,使得驱动轮在转动的状态下驱动所述旋臂单元以所述固定支撑座组件为中心进行公转;在所述旋臂单元进行公转的状态下,所述自转支撑座由所述传动机构带动进行自转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述固定支撑座组件包括固定支撑座和轴承支撑座,所述固定支撑座包括中间座和固定在中间座上的中间轴;
    所述轴承支撑座通过第一轴承安装在中间轴上,所述第一轴承的内圈与所述中间轴固定连接,所述第一轴承的外圈与所述轴承支撑座固定连接,所述轴承支撑座的安装数量为1个或与所述旋臂单元的数量相同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,
    在所述轴承支撑座的安装数量为1个的情况下,所述轴承支撑座具有与所述旋臂单元的数量相同的对接部,所述对接部与所述旋臂单元的中间连接臂连接或通过中间件连接;
    在所述轴承支撑座的安装数量与所述旋臂单元的数量相同的情况下,所述轴承支撑座具有1个对接部,所述对接部与对应的所述旋臂单元的中间连接臂连接或通过中间件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述旋臂单元还包括从动组件,所述从动组件与所述驱动组件分别位于所述中间连接臂的两侧;所述端部支架的两侧具有分别与所述从动组件和所述驱动组件连接的凸出翼板。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述端部支架的中间部位具有用于供所述自转支撑座的传动轴穿设的通孔,所述传动轴通过第二轴承安装在所述端部支架的通孔内,所述第二轴承的内圈与所述传动轴的外周面固定连接,所述第二轴承的外圈与所述通孔的内周面固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括:
    安装在所述固定支撑座的中间轴上的第一传动件;
    安装在所述自转支撑座的传动轴的底部的第二传动件;以及
    将所述第一传动件和第二传动件连接的传动连接件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,
    所述传动机构还包括张紧组件,所述张紧组件包括张紧轮和张紧轮支架,所述张紧轮安装在所述张紧轮支架上,所述张紧轮支架上设有位置调节槽,所述张紧轮支架通过安装在所述位置调节槽的调节螺栓固定在所述中间连接臂上;
    或者,所述传动连接件为同步带。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,
    所述驱动组件还包括驱动电机和驱动轮支架;其中,所述驱动轮安装在所述驱动轮支架上,所述驱动轮支架与所述端部支架固定连接,所述驱动电机的输出动力用于带动所述驱动轮转动。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,
    所述从动组件包括从动轮和从动轮支架,所述从动轮安装在从动轮支架上,所述从动轮支架与所述端部支架固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的分拣台用公转自转装置,其特征在于,所述公转自转装置还包括固定安装在所述中间连接臂上的电控组件;
    所述中间连接臂为铝型材或板材,其长度方向的外周面具有连接槽。
