一种车圈辐条 技术领域
本发明涉及车圈辐条技术领域,具体涉及一种车圈辐条。
背景技术
车圈辐条一端连接车圈,另一端连接花鼓,现有的车圈辐条通常采用刚性材质辐条,例如钢辐条,当辐条的拉力接近硬性材质的极限时,辐条会在受到大的冲击时变形,最终导致强度减弱,造成骑行故障隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车圈辐条,当纺织纤维辐条绳在高张力的状态下遇到猛烈撞击,由于辐条绳本身的柔性和强度余量,缓冲掉部分的撞击力,使得辐条绳极端的冲击力下,也依然可以保持原有的特性,不会发生不可逆转的形变,降低骑行故障率,确保骑行的安全性,同时降低车轮的日常维护的需求,降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种车圈辐条,包括辐条绳和牙帽,所述辐条绳的两端均固定套接有安装头,所述牙帽设有贯穿的安装孔,所述牙帽通过所述安装孔固定套接在所述安装头上。
优选地,所述辐条绳采用纺织纤维材质。
优选地,所述辐条绳通过若干根纺织纤维绳编制而成。
优选地,所述安装孔为内小外大的锥度孔,所述安装头为外径均匀的安装头,所述安装头的外径与所述安装孔的最大内径相适配。
优选地,所述牙帽的外端设有螺纹结构,所述牙帽插入车圈或花鼓的辐条孔内与螺帽配合将辐条绳与车圈或花鼓连接。
优选地,所述安装头设有套接孔,且其外壁沿径向开设有与所述套接孔 连通的压制开口,所述辐条绳的端部插设在所述套接孔内,所述压制开口通过粘合剂和机台压制形成闭合紧压结构用于固定所述辐条绳。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与背景技术相比,具有如下优点:
1、本发明一种车圈辐条,现有技术中辐条普遍采用刚性材料,刚性辐条在受到大的冲击时,缓冲能力较差,最终导致难以逆转的形变,本发明跨越技术盲区,创造性采用柔性的纺织纤维辐条绳作为辐条材料;相比传统的刚性辐条只能承受2-3kn的极限拉力,纺织纤维辐条绳能承受6-8kn的极限拉力;且纺织纤维辐条绳在提高张力和刚性的同时,依然保有更多的强度余量,当纺织纤维辐条绳在高张力的状态下遇到猛烈撞击,由于辐条绳本身的柔性和强度余量,缓冲掉部分的撞击力,使得辐条绳极端的冲击力下,也依然可以保持原有的特性,不会发生不可逆转的形变,降低骑行故障率,确保骑行的安全性,同时降低车轮的日常维护的需求,降低成本。
2、本发明一种车圈辐条,通过纺织纤维辐条绳制造的车圈,其质量轻,尤其在配合其他的碳纤维轮组使用时,提升用户的骑行舒适度,且相比传统的刚性辐条,其更为环保。
3、本发明一种车圈辐条,辐条绳的端部通过粘合剂和机台压制配合固定插设在安装头的套接孔内,牙帽上的安装孔为内小外大的锥度孔,且安装头的外径与所述安装孔的最大内径相适配,在安装头安装前,先将牙帽套入辐条绳内,待安装头在辐条绳的端部固定后,移动牙帽,使其安装孔与安装头紧密啮合,由于安装头的外径与安装孔的最大内径相适配,在移动过程中,安装孔逐渐变小,受安装头的挤压产生微变形,导致对与其相适配的螺帽向外的挤压力增加,越往辐条绳末端挤压力越大,有效的预防了骑行过程中由于辐条绳震动导致螺帽松动从牙帽上脱落,从而造成故障隐患,且由于安装头微变形同时会朝套接孔挤压,进一步将安装头压紧在辐条绳的端部。

实施例
请参考图1至图4所示,本发明公开了一种车圈辐条,包括辐条绳1和牙帽2,辐条绳1的两端均固定套接有安装头3,牙帽2设有贯穿的安装孔21,牙帽2通过安装孔21固定套接在安装头3上。
辐条绳1采用纺织纤维材质,辐条绳1表面经过切割和打磨处理,使表面非常均匀,由于辐条绳1自身的张力迫使辐条绳表面也不会沾染太多污物。
辐条绳1采用中空编辑结构,通过若干根纺织纤维绳编制而成,本实施例中纺织纤维材质采用涤纶纤维。
安装头3和牙帽2均采用金属材质,安装孔21为内小外大的锥度孔,安装头11为外径均匀的安装头,安装头3的外径与安装孔21的最大内径相适配。牙帽2的外端设有螺纹结构22,牙帽2插入车圈或花鼓的辐条孔内与螺帽4配合将辐条绳1与车圈或花鼓连接。
安装头3设有套接孔31,且其外壁沿径向开设有与套接孔31连通的压制开口32,辐条绳1的端部插设在套接孔31内,压制开口32通过粘合剂和机 台压制形成闭合紧压结构用于固定辐条绳1,确保安装头3牢固套接在辐条绳的端部。
在安装头3安装前,先将牙帽2套入辐条绳1内,待安装头3在辐条绳的端部固定后,移动牙帽2,使其安装孔21与安装头3紧密啮合,由于安装头3的外径与安装孔21的最大内径相适配,在移动过程中,安装孔21逐渐变小,受安装头3的挤压产生微变形,导致对与其相适配的螺帽4向外的挤压力增加,越往辐条绳1末端挤压力越大,有效的预防了骑行过程中由于辐条绳1震动导致螺帽4松动从牙帽3上脱落,且由于安装头3微变形同时会朝套接孔31挤压,进一步将安装头3压紧在辐条绳1的端部。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种车圈辐条,其特征在于:所述辐条绳采用纺织纤维材质。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种车圈辐条,其特征在于:所述辐条绳通过若干根纺织纤维绳编制而成。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种车圈辐条,其特征在于:所述安装孔为内小外大的锥度孔,所述安装头为外径均匀的安装头,所述安装头的外径与所述安装孔的最大内径相适配。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种车圈辐条,其特征在于:所述牙帽的外端设有螺纹结构,所述牙帽插入车圈或花鼓的辐条孔内与螺帽配合将辐条绳与车圈或花鼓连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种车圈辐条,其特征在于:所述安装头设有贯穿的套接孔,且其外壁沿径向开设有与所述套接孔连通的压制开口,所述辐条绳的端部插设在所述套接孔内,所述压制开口通过粘合剂和机台压制形成闭合紧压结构,所述闭合紧压结构用于固定所述辐条绳。
