具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明,为实现预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下扣合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
实施例 1
如图1、图2、图13所示,本发明提供一种自行车辐条固定结构,该自行车辐条固定结构,包括辐条帽2、辐条帽固定螺母3和辐条5,辐条5一端螺接辐条帽2,辐条5另一端连接花鼓法兰6。辐条帽2与碳纤维轮圈1相连接,辐条帽固定螺母3与辐条帽2可拆卸地连接,辐条帽固定螺母3将辐条帽2固定在轮圈1上。
如图3和图4所示,辐条帽2包括辐条帽杆21,辐条帽沿22和固定螺杆23。固定螺杆23为外六角螺杆,用于扳手旋拧,使辐条帽2和辐条5旋紧或松开。辐条帽沿22为圆形,辐条帽沿22一体成型的连接于辐条帽杆21的一端,且辐条帽沿22的直径大于辐条帽杆21的直径,固定螺杆23一体成型的连接于辐条帽杆21的另一端,固定螺杆23的外径与辐条帽杆21的外径尺寸一致。辐条帽杆21靠近固定螺杆23一端的杆体上设有外螺纹,用于螺接辐条帽固定螺母3。辐条帽2底部中心位置设有贯穿的通孔一24,在靠近辐条帽沿22一侧的通孔一24设有内螺纹用于连接辐条5。在本实施例中辐条帽采用铝合金材质,在其它实施例中,辐条帽还可以采用铜质或铁质。固定螺杆23可为其它类型固定件。
如图1和图5所示,辐条帽固定螺母3为六角螺母,中心孔31设有内螺纹,辐条帽固定螺母3固定在辐条帽2的辐条螺杆21上,用于使辐条帽2与轮圈1紧固,使辐条帽2、辐条5与轮圈1具有一体性,为辐条5在自行车运动时提供支撑力。在其它实施例中,辐条帽固定螺母3可为其它类型固定件。
如图6所示,沿轮圈1的外圈依次设有若干通孔二11,在轮圈1的内圈与通孔二11对应的位置上依次设有若干通孔三12,通孔二11与通孔三12相互贯穿,通孔二11与通孔三12用于使辐条帽2从轮圈1外圈插入并露出于内圈,通孔二11的直径大于通孔三12的直径,通孔二11的直径稍大于辐条帽沿22的直径尺寸,用于使辐条帽2的辐条帽沿22穿过,通孔三12的直径稍大于辐条帽杆21的直径,且通孔三12的孔径小于辐条帽沿的外径,用于使辐条帽2的辐条帽杆21插入,辐条帽2插入轮圈1后,辐条帽2的辐条帽沿22抵靠在轮圈1下部的内侧壁上,辐条帽2的辐条帽杆21和固定螺杆23露出于通孔三12,用于固定连接辐条5。
如图1和图7所示,辐条帽2通过辐条帽固定螺母3固定在轮圈1上时,辐条帽固定螺母3与轮圈1之间还设有垫片4,垫片4为矩形形状,垫片4接触轮圈1内圈的一面设有弧形槽41,垫片4中心位置设有通孔四42,通孔四42用于使辐条帽2插入。垫片4用于避免辐条帽固定螺母3与轮圈1的接触面不够以及适应不同车轮的辐条不同角度的设置。
如图1和图8所示,辐条5的辐条主体52为碳纤维复合材料,辐条5的辐条主体52两端连接有辐条连接件一51,辐条连接件一51为金属材质,辐条连接件一51的端部设有螺纹,用于和辐条帽2的通孔一24内的螺纹螺接固定以及和花鼓法兰6连接。在本实施例中,辐条5的辐条主体52和辐条连接件一51之间的连接方式可采用胶结固定的方式,在其它实施例中,辐条5的辐条主体52和辐条连接件一51之间的连接方式可采用拉铆的方式,辐条5的辐条主体52也可以采用其它材质,例如钛合金或高碳钢材质。
如图1和图9所示,辐条5一端连接有花鼓法兰6,花鼓法兰6整体呈花鼓造型,花鼓法兰6由花鼓壳本体61、轴承端盖62和轴承组成,轴承端盖62设置在花鼓壳本体61的两端中心位置,轴承安装在轴承端盖62的内部,轴承端盖62与轴承可拆卸的连接,花鼓壳本体61两端具有圆弧形凸起部,圆弧形凸起部上设有若干通孔五63,通孔五63为螺纹孔,用于和辐条5的辐条连接件一51固定连接。
使用时,自行车在行驶时,车轮的轮圈1外包裹着轮胎,在行驶过程中车轮载重与地面接触,产生的压力通过轮胎传递给轮圈1,辐条5通过辐条帽2和花鼓法兰6固定在轮圈1内为轮圈1提供支撑,因为载重,车轮下方的辐条因为受到轮圈自身的拉力降低,受到了来自地面和载重的压力,辐条一端连接的辐条帽发生移动,导致下方辐条的长度缩短,花鼓法兰的轴心位置会发生移动,上方辐条因为受到较大拉力,辐条一端连接的辐条帽发生移动,辐条相应拉长。但是辐条帽2上安装连接有辐条帽固定螺母3,辐条帽固定螺母3将辐条帽2牢固的固定在轮圈1上,使辐条和轮圈具有一体性。在下方辐条因为受到拉力降低要产生缩短的时候,因为辐条帽固定螺母抵靠轮圈内圈壁上,为辐条提供向上的支撑力,使辐条无法产生缩短,进而上方的辐条也不会产生拉长,保证了自行车在骑行过程中,轮圈不会容易发生变形。
实施例 2
实施例2提供的一种自行车辐条固定结构与实施例1提供的一种自行车辐条固定结构基本相同,其不同之处在于辐条的结构不同。
如图10所示,辐条5与花鼓法兰6的连接方式可以根据辐条的设计采用不同的方案,辐条5的辐条主体52只有一端连接有辐条连接件一51,辐条5的辐条主体52采用一体式碳纤维的材质,碳纤维的辐条5另一端可设为楔形膨大头53,辐条5的楔形膨大头53与花鼓法兰6相连接,花鼓法兰6与辐条5的楔形膨大头53的连接处可以根据辐条端部形状相应作出改变。
实施例 3
实施例3提供的一种自行车辐条固定结构与实施例1提供的一种自行车辐条固定结构大致相同,其不同之处在于辐条与辐条帽的结构不同。
如图11所示,辐条5包括辐条主体52、和辐条主体52一端连接的辐条连接件二55,辐条主体52为碳纤维材质,辐条主体52为扁条形,辐条连接件二55为金属材质,辐条5的辐条主体52和辐条连接件二55之间的连接方式可采用胶结固定的方式或者拉铆的方式,辐条连接件二55与辐条帽2连接的一端设有连接孔54,连接孔54设有内螺纹,用于连接辐条帽2,辐条5的另一端与花鼓法兰6连接,辐条5另一端与花鼓法兰6的连接方式可以采用实施例1或者实施例2的连接方式。
如图12所示, 辐条帽2包括相连接的辐条帽杆21、辐条帽沿22、用于扳手旋拧的固定螺杆23、辐条连接杆25,辐条帽沿22的直径尺寸大于辐条帽杆21的直径,所述辐条帽杆21设有用于连接辐条帽固定螺母3的外螺纹,固定螺杆23的一端与辐条帽杆21相连接,固定螺杆23的另一端与辐条连接杆25相连接,所述辐条连接杆25与辐条5连接的端部设有外螺纹,辐条帽2采用金属材质。
实施例 4
本发明的实施例4提供一种自行车辐条固定结构,包括第一固定件2a、第二固定件3a和辐条4a,辐条4a一端设有辐条连接件41a,辐条连接件41a穿过轮圈1a内圈上的通孔二11a后与第一固定件2a、第二固定件3a分别从轮圈1a内圈的内侧和外侧固定,辐条4a另一端连接花鼓法兰。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,第一固定件2a、第二固定件3a可以是具有螺纹连接功效的各种结构。进一步,第一固定件2a、第二固定件3a可以是样式相同或不同的螺母,螺母样式可以是顶部带凸沿或不带凸沿的螺母,也可以是带垫圈的螺母。螺母的形状可以是外六角形或其他形状。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,如图14所示,第一固定件2a包括螺母本体21a和凸沿22a,凸沿22a从螺母本体21a的底面向外凸出,螺母本体21a和凸沿22a可以是一体成型。螺母本体21a可以设置外六角形结构用于扳手旋拧使第一螺母2a与辐条4a旋紧或松开。辐条连接件41a可以是设置在辐条4a一端的外螺纹。螺母本体21a中心位置设有贯穿的通孔一23a,通孔一23a设有内螺纹用于与辐条连接件41a的外螺纹螺接。第二固定件3a的结构可以与第一固定件2a相同或不同。图14所示的第二固定件3a的结构与第一固定件2a相同。装配时,辐条连接件41a依次穿过第二固定件3a、通孔二11a、第一固定件2a,而后使用扳手将第一固定件2a和第二固定件3a旋紧使第一固定件2a的下表面紧贴轮圈1a内圈的内侧,第二固定件3a的下表面紧贴轮圈1a内圈的外侧。图14中,轮圈1a为图1中轮圈1的横截面。常规的自行车辐条固定结构只在轮圈1a内圈的内侧设置螺母或辐条帽,使用该方法编制的车轮中辐条4a只能提供拉力。在本实施例中,第一固定件2a、第二固定件3a分别从轮圈1a内圈的内侧和外侧与辐条4a固定,使辐条不仅能提供拉力还可以提供支撑力,提升了车轮整体结构的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述自行车辐条固定结构包括辐条帽(2)、辐条帽固定螺母(3)、辐条(5),辐条(5)一端螺接辐条帽(2),辐条(5)另一端连接花鼓法兰(6),辐条帽(2)与轮圈(1)相连接,辐条帽固定螺母(3)与辐条帽(2)可拆卸地连接,并将辐条帽(2)固定在轮圈(1)上,所述辐条帽(2)包括相连接的辐条帽杆(21)、辐条帽沿(22),辐条帽沿(22)的直径尺寸大于辐条帽杆(21)的直径,所述辐条帽杆(21)设有用于连接辐条帽固定螺母(3)的外螺纹,辐条帽(2)采用金属材质,所述辐条帽固定螺母(3)设有中心孔(31),所述中心孔(31)设有内螺纹,中心孔(31)的内螺纹与辐条帽杆(21)的外螺纹相配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条帽(2)还包括用于扳手旋拧的固定螺杆(23),辐条帽沿(22)和固定螺杆(23)一体成型的连接于辐条帽杆(21)的两端,辐条帽(2)的中心位置设有用于连接辐条(5)的通孔一(24),所述辐条帽(2)的通孔一(24)设有内螺纹,辐条(5)一端设有与通孔一(24)的内螺纹相配合的外螺纹。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条帽(2)还包括用于扳手旋拧的固定螺杆(23)和用于连接辐条(5)的辐条连接杆(25),固定螺杆(23)的一端与辐条帽杆(21)相连接,固定螺杆(23)的另一端与辐条连接杆(25)相连接,所述辐条连接杆(25)与辐条(5)连接的端部设有外螺纹,所述辐条(5)一端设有与辐条连接杆(25)的外螺纹相配合的内螺纹。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述轮圈(1)的内圈上设有用于使辐条帽(2)的辐条帽杆(21)和固定螺杆(23)插入的通孔三(12),且通孔三(12)的孔径小于所述辐条帽(2)的辐条帽沿(22)的外径,所述辐条帽(2)的辐条帽杆(21)插入通孔三(12)后辐条帽沿(22)抵靠在所述轮圈(1)内圈的内侧壁上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述轮圈(1)的外圈设有与通孔三(12)位置对应的通孔二(11),且通孔二(11)的孔径大于所述辐条帽(2)的辐条帽沿(22)的外径,所述轮圈(1)由碳纤维材质制成。
  6. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条帽(2)固定在轮圈(1)上时,所述辐条帽固定螺母(3)与所述轮圈(1)之间还设有垫片(4),所述垫片(4)的中心设有用于使辐条帽(2)的辐条帽杆(21)插入的通孔四(42),垫片(4)的与轮圈(1)接触的一面上设有弧形槽(41)。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条(5)包括辐条主体(52)和连接在辐条主体(52)一端的辐条连接件一(51),所述辐条主体(52)采用碳纤维材质,所述辐条连接件一(51)采用金属材质,所述辐条连接件一(51)与辐条帽(2)连接的端部设有外螺纹,所述辐条连接件一(51)通过胶接固定或拉铆固定的方式连接在辐条主体(52)的一端。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条(5)包括辐条主体(52)和连接在辐条主体(52)一端的辐条连接件二(55),所述辐条主体(52)采用碳纤维材质,所述辐条连接件二(55)采用金属材质,所述辐条连接件二(55)与辐条帽(2)连接的端部设有内螺纹,所述辐条连接件二(55)通过胶接固定或拉铆固定的方式连接在辐条主体(52)的一端。
  9. 如权利要求7或者8所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条主体(52)的另一端连接有辐条连接件一(51),辐条连接件一(51)与花鼓法兰(6)连接的端部设有外螺纹,所述花鼓法兰(6)包括花鼓壳本体(61),所述花鼓壳本体(61)的两端具有圆弧形凸起部,所述圆弧形凸起部上设有若干通孔五(63),所述通孔五(63)为与辐条连接件一(51)的外螺纹相配合的螺纹孔。
  10. 如权利要求7或者8所述的一种自行车辐条固定结构,其特征在于,所述辐条主体(52)的另一端为楔形膨大头(53),所述辐条主体(52)的楔形膨大头(53)与所述花鼓法兰(6)相连接。
