参照图2所示:支撑座1底面边角处设有支脚16,且支撑杆11顶端设有插槽12;支脚16便于对支撑座1进行支撑,方便支撑座1稳定的放置,插槽12便于配合机体2,方便机体2和支撑杆11插接在一起;支撑座1后端中部设有套圈13,套圈13两侧设有压紧螺栓15,套圈13背面设有线孔14;套圈13便于配合电动推底部,方便电动推杆3底部插入套圈13内侧,线孔14便于电动推杆3的导线34穿过套圈13,方便对电动推杆3进行连接。
参照图3所示:机体2底面后端设有电机21,机体2前端设有驱动头24;电机21便于电动驱动头24旋转,方便驱动头24带动钻头25对工具进行打孔处理;机体2中部设有支撑头22,支撑头22底部设有插杆23;支撑头22配合插杆23,从而方便机体2底部插入支撑座1内部,方便机体2配合支撑座1使用,便于机体2能够沿支撑杆11进行升降。
参照图4所示:电动推杆3输出端设有伸缩杆31,伸缩杆31顶端设 有连接盘32;伸缩杆31便于带动机体2上下升降,便于机体2的使用,连接盘32便于电动推杆3和机体2连接在一起,方便机体2的安装和使用;连接盘32边缘设有若干连接孔33,且电动推杆3底部设有导线34;连接孔33便于螺栓穿过,从而方便通过螺栓将电动推杆3顶端和机体2连接在一起,导线34便于对电动推杆3通电,方便电动推杆3带动机体2上下移动,方便电动推杆3的使用。
参照图5所示:承托板4后端设有转接圈41,转接圈41中部设有轴承42,承托板4上表面两侧设有导向槽43;转接圈41和轴承42的配合,从而方便承托板4和支撑杆11转动连接,方便承托板4能够携带电子元器件转动,导向槽43便于配合压紧板5,从而方便对压紧板5沿导向槽43来回拉动,进而方便点解电子元器件的位置,方便对电子元器件进行钻孔。
参照图6所示:压紧板5两侧设有挡板51,且压紧板5底面两侧设有卡杆56,压紧板5前端中部设有拉环55;挡板51便于配合压紧板5,从而方便压紧板5能够和压紧螺杆52连接在一起,卡杆56便于压紧板5能够沿导向槽43前后移动,方便压紧板5的调节和使用,拉环55便于拉动压紧板5,便于压紧板5的使用;压紧螺杆52朝向内侧的一端转动连接有压头53,压紧螺杆52朝向外部的一面设有旋转手柄54;压头53便于抵在电子元器件上,从而方便对电子元器件稳定在压紧板5上,旋转手柄54便于转动压紧螺杆52,方便压紧螺杆52抵在电子元器件。
使用方法:使用时将需要打孔的电子元器件放置在压紧板5上,然后拧紧压紧螺杆52,使得压紧螺杆52将电子元器件稳定在压紧板5上,然后将压紧板5卡在承托板4上,之后控制电动推杆3,使得电动推杆3带动机体2上下移动,同时电机21带动驱动头24旋转,使得驱动对电子元器件进行钻孔加工,且钻孔的过程中可以转动承托板4和压紧板5,可以变换电子元器件的位置,方便对电子元器件上进行多位置钻孔。

  1. [细则91条,06.05.2023]一种电子元器件生产加工用定位钻孔装置,其特征在于:包括支撑座(1),所述支撑座(1)的顶端设有机体(2),所述机体(2)和支撑座(1)插接在一起,所述机体(2)后端和支撑座(1)之间设有电动推杆(3),所述支撑座(1)上表面设有支撑杆(11),所述支撑杆(11)上转动连接有承托板(4),所述承托板(4)上设有压紧板(5),所述压紧板(5)两侧对称设有若干压紧螺杆(52)。
