The present application relates to the technical field of drilling devices, in particular to a positioning drilling device for electronic component production and machining.
BACKGROUND
During the electronic component production and machining, some portions require positioning drilling devices to position and drill electronic components, as to guarantee the convenient installation and maintenance of the electronic components during post-installation, thus it is convenient to use the electronic components.
Chinese patent with an authorized publication number of CN216831309U discloses a drilling device for machining a power electronic component circuit board, its structure includes a positioning hole, a bottom seat, a positioning groove, a drilling shaft, and a regulating end; the positioning hole penetrates both sides of the bottom seat, the positioning groove is fixed on an upper end of the bottom seat, the drilling shaft is arranged above the positioning groove and communicated to each other, and the drilling shaft is control-connected with the regulating end; and according to the drilling device for machining the power electronic component circuit board of the present application, components such as a chip cleaner are arranged by the positioning groove, thereby the positioning groove positions the circuit board by a groove, the positioning of the circuit board is strengthened by a pulling rod, and the center chip cleaner may form a communicated state that is in line with a hole drilled on the circuit board, so that after penetration, internal debris of the hole may be directly guided into a cavity for storage by using a centrifugal force, and problems such as a drill bit is stuck inside and a hole diameter is forced to expand due to accumulation of the debris in the hole may be effectively solved.
The positioning drilling device for the electronic component in the above patent has the following problems: the existing positioning drilling device for the electronic component is inconvenient to lift up and down and drill, and it is inconvenient to rotate and adjust while the electronic component is supported, so that it is 504297 inconvenient to drill the electronic component.

A positioning drilling device for electronic component production and machining includes a support seat, a top end of the support seat is provided with a machine body, the machine body and the support seat are inserting-connected together, an electric pushing rod is arranged between a rear end of the machine body and the support seat, an upper surface of the support seat is provided with a support rod, the support rod is rotating-connected with a support plate, the support plate is provided with a pressing plate, and a plurality of pressing screw rods is symmetrically arranged on both sides of the pressing plate.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the support seat is convenient to support various components of the entire drilling device, and it is convenient for the flexible use of the entire support seat. The machine body is convenient to move up and down in coordination with the support seat, thus it is convenient for drilling and machining an electronic component. The electric pushing rod is convenient to drive the machine body to move up and down, and it is convenient to use the machine body.
The support plate is convenient to support the pressing plate, thus it is convenient to drill and machine the electronic component by the pressing plate. The pressing plate is convenient to press the electronic component, and the pressing screw rod presses and positions the electronic component, thereby it is convenient for the stable drilling and machining.
Optionally, a corner of a bottom surface of the support seat is provided with a support leg, and a top end of the support rod is provided with an inserting groove.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the support leg is convenient to support the support seat, it is convenient for the stable placement of the support seat, and the 504297 inserting grove is convenient to cooperate with the machine body, it is convenient to inserting-connect the machine body and the support rod together.

Optionally, a middle portion of the machine body is provided with a support head, and a bottom portion of the support head is provided with an inserting rod.

As shown in Fig. 4, an output end of the electric pushing rod 3 is provided with a telescopic rod 31, and a top end of the telescopic rod 31 is provided with a connecting plate 32; the telescopic rod 31 is convenient to drive the machine body 2 up and down, it is convenient to use the machine body 2, and the connecting plate 32 is convenient to connect the electric pushing rod 3 and the machine body 2 together, it is convenient for installation and use of the machine body 2; an edge of the connecting plate 32 is provided with a plurality of connecting holes 33, and the bottom portion of the electric pushing rod 3 is provided with the guide wire 34; and the connecting hole 33 is convenient for the bolt to pass through, thereby the top end of the electric pushing rod 3 and the machine body 2 are conveniently connected together by the bolt, the guide wire 34 is convenient to power on the electric pushing rod 3, the electric pushing rod 3 conveniently drives the machine body 2 up and down, and it is convenient to use the electric pushing rod 3.
