Claims (20)
- 一种制备集流体组件的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:第一送料装置,用于提供转印膜,所述转印膜具有基底层以及形成于其上的金属层;第二送料装置,用于提供底膜,所述底膜具有第一表面以及与所述第一表面相对的第二表面;涂布装置,用于在所述第一表面上涂布粘结剂以得到基膜;转移装置,用于将所述金属层转移至所述基膜上以得到所述集流体组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述基底层为离型膜。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述底膜为聚合物薄膜。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转移装置通过机械剥离将所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转移装置包括:压力辊和第一辊,所述压力辊与所述第一辊辊压所述转印膜与所述基膜使得所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转移装置包括:加热辊和第二辊,所述加热辊和所述第二辊加热辊压所述转印膜与所述基膜使得所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一送料装置与所述第二送料装置的结构相同。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一送料装置包括:第一放卷,用于沿第一送料方向输送所述转印膜;第一收卷,用于收集经所述转移装置后的所述转印膜;至少一个第一导向辊,沿所述第一送料方向设置于所述第一放卷与所述第一收卷之间,所述第一导向辊用于支撑所述转印膜,以使所述转印膜按照所述第一导向辊的排布路径被运送。
- 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二送料装置包括:第二放卷,用于沿第二送料方向输送所述底膜;第二收卷,用于收集所述集流体组件;至少一个第二导向辊,沿所述第二送料方向设置于所述第二放卷与所述第二收卷之间,所述第二导向辊用于支撑所述底膜或所述集流体组件,以使所述底膜或所述集流体组件按照所述第二导向辊的排布路径被运送。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备为一体化设备。
- 一种集流体组件的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:提供转印膜,所述转印膜具有基底层以及形成于其上的金属层;提供底膜,所述底膜具有第一表面以及与所述第一表面相对的第二表面;在所述第一表面上涂布粘结剂以得到基膜;转移所述金属层至所述基膜上以形成所述集流体组件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述转印膜通过在所述基底层上电镀所述金属层得到。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述转印膜通过在所述基层上蒸镀所述金属层得到。
- 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基底层为离型膜。
- 根据权利要求11-14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述底膜为聚合物薄膜。
- 根据权利要求11-15中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述转移所述金属层至所述基膜上包括:通过机械剥离将所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过机械剥离将所述金属层转移至所述基膜上包括:辊压所述转印膜与所述基膜以使所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述转移所述金属层至所述基膜上包括:加热辊压所述转印膜与所述基膜以使所述金属层转移至所述基膜上。
- 根据权利要求11-18中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提供所述转印膜包括:通过第一送料装置提供所述转印膜。
- 根据权利要求11-19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提供所述底膜包括:通过第二送料装置提供所述底膜。
