固定门1和滑动门2分别设置在站台上,滑动驱动机构带动滑动门2相对于固定门1滑动,形成上下车通道,门机控制单元100与进站列车的车载系统连接,获取不同的进站列车的车型信息,并根据不同车型的进站列车的车型信息控制滑动驱动机构动作,调节滑动门2的伸出量,以使上下车通道能够与不同车型的进站列车的车门位置对应;其根据不同车型的进站列车的车门宽度、 调节滑动门2的伸出量,使得车门的宽度方向的边缘与滑动门的宽度方向的边缘分别对应,如当滑动门2为双开门、进站列车的车门宽度为单侧滑动门宽度时,控制双开门中与车门对应的其中一个滑动门2开关,以减少进站列车和屏蔽门之间的错叠空间,提高上下车通道的安全性。同时,解决既有线路上同时运行城轨车辆和城市车辆时、对应的站台屏蔽门无法与各种车型的车门一一对应,存在无法满足互联互通需求的问题。
具体的,为了安装固定门1和滑动门2,上述屏蔽门系统还包括门槛、第一立柱和第二立柱。其中,门槛固定在站台上,优选为可拆卸的连接,固定门1和滑动门2分别位于门槛上,同时可在门槛上设置滑动轨道,以实现滑动门2的伸缩;当滑动门2收起时,固定门1和滑动门2重叠,沿站台的中心方向上,固定门1位于靠近站台中心的内侧,滑动门2位于远离站台中心的外侧。第一立柱和第二立柱分别与站台固定连接,固定门1的两端分别与第一立柱和第二立柱固定,以实现固定门1在站台上的安装定位,提高系统的稳定性。
在一种实施例中,滑动驱动机构包括电机、滑动轮和滑槽。电机位于滑动门2的底部,与滑动门2固定连接,电机的一端与滑动轮连接,电机驱动滑动轮在滑槽内转动,滑槽沿门槛的长度方向设置;电机驱动滑动轮转动,使得滑动轮在滑槽内滑移,同时电机与滑动门2一起滑移,实现滑动门2的滑动伸缩。
同时,为了优化站台屏蔽门系统结构,在固定门1长度方向的两端分别设置滑动门2,固定门1的长度大于两个滑动门2的宽度之和,由此设置,以使得两个滑动门2能够相对于固定门1完全伸缩。其中,两个滑动门2的宽度相等设置,便于生产加工。可以理解的是,当滑动门2的门板伸出超过固定门1端部边缘时,上下车通道由相邻的两个滑动门2的门板端部边缘形成;或者,由一个滑动门2的门板端部边缘与立柱/门框边缘形成,其根据当前屏蔽门是双开门或单开门决定。当滑动门2的门板缩回至固定门1端部边缘平齐时,上下车通道的结构与上述实施例相同,当滑动门2的门板缩回至固定门1端部边缘 内侧时,上下车通道的结构由两个固定门1的门端部边缘组成。
具体的,站台屏蔽门系统具体包括依次设置的左固定门1、左滑动门2、右滑动门2和右固定门1,左滑动门2收起时向靠近左固定门1侧滑动,右滑动门2收起时向靠近右固定门1侧滑动;当屏蔽门为单开门时,左滑动门2或右滑动门2收起时,上下车通道开启;左滑动门2或右滑动门2展开时,上下车通道关闭。当屏蔽门为双开门时,左滑动门2和右滑动门2收起时,上下车通道开启;左滑动门2和右滑动门2展开时,上下车通道关闭。同理,屏蔽门展开时,上下车通道关闭。
在一种实施例中,该系统还包括站台总控单元200,站台总控单元200用于与进站列车的车载系统无线通信连接,站台总控单元200与门机控制单元100有线连接,以对其进行指令传输;站台总控单元200用于根据车载系统的车型信息控制门机控制单元100动作,以驱动与车型信息对应的左滑动门2和/或右滑动门2滑动,以开关上下车通道。当车型信息为城轨车辆时,可驱动左滑动门2和右滑动门2同步滑动,同步开关;当车型信息为市域动车时,可驱动左滑动门2或右滑动门2滑动,以根据车型的车门大小、控制上下车通道的大小,使得二者相适应,由此以提高旅客上下车的安全性,防止因车门和屏蔽门不匹配导致的缝隙过大、造成人员被夹或货物被夹的问题。在一种实施例中,车型信息包括列车的车门宽度、车门位置以及列车位置信息、列车运行方向等,在更优选的实施例中,车型信息还可以进一步包括屏蔽门列表信息。
优选地,上述系统还包括车门位置检测单元300,以检测进站列车的车门位置,车门位置检测单元300与站台总控单元200连接,车门位置检测单元300与左滑动门2、右滑动门2一一对应设置;站台总控单元200还用于当车型信息为第一车型时、控制车门位置检测单元300进行进站列车的车门位置检测,并控制与车门对应的左滑动门2或右滑动门2开关。车门位置检测单元300可设置为红外传感器等检测单元,可根据需要进行设置。由此设置,根据车型信息进行单开门或双开门的判断,当车型信息为第一车型时,进行单开门控制, 并通过车门位置检测单元300检测车门与左滑动门2或右滑动门2的对应情况,站台总控单元200根据车门位置检测单元300的检测控制对应的左滑动门2或右滑动门2开关。
在另一实施例中,站台总控单元200还用于当车型信息为第二车型时、控制车门位置检测单元300进行进站列车的车门位置检测,并控制左滑动门2和右滑动门2分别伸出,以使上下车通道的两侧边缘分别与进站列车的车门的两侧边缘对应。由此设置,以根据车门在站台上的停靠位置,控制上下车通道与车门的两侧边缘一一对应,减少旅客能够接触到的进站列车的侧墙的面积,以及进站列车和屏蔽门之间的空间,提高系统安全性。
基于上述实施例中提供的站台屏蔽门系统,本申请还提供了一种站台屏蔽门联动控制系统,包括进站列车的车载系统,还包括上述实施例任一项所述的站台屏蔽门系统,车载系统和站台屏蔽门系统无线通信连接。由于该站台屏蔽门联动控制系统采用了上述实施例中的站台屏蔽门系统,所以该站台屏蔽门联动控制系统的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
所述车载系统还包括第一无线通信模块,车载系统通过该第一无线通信模块和站台屏蔽门系统无线通信连接,用于传输车型信息,增加专用模块传输车型信息,增加信息传输稳定性。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前”、“后”、“首”、“尾”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限 定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“连接”等术语应做广义理解;以连接为例,可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
尽管已描述了本申请一些可选的实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括一些可选的实施例以及落入本申请范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,包括:
    固定门和滑动门,所述固定门和所述滑动门分别位于站台上、靠近轨道一侧设置;
    滑动驱动机构,一端与站台固定,另一端与所述滑动门连接,所述滑动驱动机构用于带动所述滑动门相对于所述固定门滑动,形成上下车通道;
    门机控制单元,用于与进站列车的车载系统连接,获取不同的进站列车的车型信息,并根据不同的车型信息控制所述滑动驱动机构动作,调节所述滑动门的伸出量,以使所述上下车通道能够与不同车型的进站列车的车门位置对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,还包括门槛、第一立柱和第二立柱;
    所述门槛固定于所述站台上、靠近轨道一侧设置,所述固定门和所述滑动门分别位于所述门槛上;当所述滑动门收起时,所述固定门和所述滑动门重叠,且在站台的中心方向上、自内至外设置;
    所述第一立柱和所述第二立柱分别与站台固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,所述滑动驱动机构包括电机、滑动轮和滑槽;
    所述电机位于所述滑动门的底部,所述电机的一端与所述滑动轮连接;
    所述滑槽沿门槛的长度方向上设置,所述滑动轮位于所述滑槽内,所述滑动门在所述电机的驱动下在所述滑槽中滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,所述固定门沿长度方向的两端分别设有所述滑动门;所述固定门的长度大于两个所述滑动门的宽度之和;两个所述滑动门的宽度相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,所述站台屏蔽门系统具体包括:
    依次设置的左固定门、左滑动门、右滑动门和右固定门,所述左滑动门收起时向靠近所述左固定门侧滑动,所述右滑动门收起时向靠近所述右固定门侧滑动;
    所述左滑动门和/或所述右滑动门收起时,所述上下车通道开启。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    站台总控单元,用于与所述进站列车的车载系统无线通信连接、且与所述门机控制单元有线连接;
    所述站台总控单元用于根据车载系统的车型信息控制所述门机控制单元动作,以驱动与所述车型信息对应的所述左滑动门和/或右滑动门滑动、开关所述上下车通道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    车门位置检测单元,用于检测进站列车的车门位置,所述车门位置检测单元与所述站台总控单元连接,所述车门位置检测单元与所述左滑动门、所述右滑动门一一对应设置;
    所述站台总控单元还用于当所述车型信息为第一车型时、控制所述车门位置检测单元进行进站列车的车门位置检测,并控制与车门对应的所述左滑动门或所述右滑动门开关。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的站台屏蔽门系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    车门位置检测单元,用于检测进站列车的车门位置,所述车门位置检测单元与所述站台总控单元连接,所述车门位置检测单元与所述左滑动门、所述右滑动门一一对应设置;
    所述站台总控单元还用于当所述车型信息为第二车型时、控制所述车门位置检测单元进行进站列车的车门位置检测,并控制所述左滑动门和所述右滑动门分别伸出,以使所述上下车通道的两侧边缘分别与进站列车的车门的两侧边缘对应。
  9. 一种站台屏蔽门联动控制系统,包括进站列车的车载系统,其特征在于, 还包括上述权利要求1-8任一项所述的站台屏蔽门系统,所述车载系统和所述站台屏蔽门系统无线通信连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的站台屏蔽门联动控制系统,其特征在于,所述车载系统还包括第一无线通信模块,所述车载系统通过所述第一无线通信模块和所述站台屏蔽门系统无线通信连接。
