背景技术
国家一直提倡“垃圾分类就是新时尚”,鼓励全民垃圾分类,国家也出台了相应的规章制度来引导人们开展生活垃圾分类,维护生态文明,然而,目前很多人依旧分类意识不够,不能持续分类,目前的垃圾桶也不具备语音提醒分类的功能,另外,现有的垃圾桶基本上都是固定式的,无法追踪使用者的位置,不仅不便于使用者的垃圾投放,而且,由于现有的垃圾桶基本都只设置有一个投放区,无论是可回收垃圾还是不可回收垃圾都投放到一个区域,使用者在家里扔垃圾的时候都没有在投放时进行分类,这样后续再进行分拣,不仅可能出现使用者怕麻烦而不进行分类的现象,而且即使分类也会需要大量的人力和时间,不利于环保事业的推动和发展,无法满足现有的需求。
由鉴于此,申请一种移动式语音感应垃圾桶是非常必要的。
申请内容

较佳地,所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶还包括用于检测满载情况的传感器组件,所述传感器组件与所述处理器电性连接,所述传感器组件设于所述盖板的两侧,借由所述第一回收格内满载的垃圾或所述第二回收格内满载的垃圾触发所述盖板上的传感器组件,借由所述传感器组件反馈至所述处理器处的信息使得所述内桶在所述升降装置的驱动下由所述安装位置上升至拆卸位置。

(S4)投放完毕后,所述外桶的外盖关闭,所述移动式语音感应垃圾桶通过移动撤离用户的位置。

请参阅图1至图4,展示了本申请的移动式语音感应垃圾桶100的具体结构,其包括内桶1、外桶2、升降装置3、底部滑轮组件4、翻转组件5、语音模块6和处理器7,语音模块6和处理器7安装于外桶2,内桶1和外桶2均为开口朝上且呈圆柱状的桶体结构,内桶1内套于外桶2,内桶1可相对外桶2上下滑动, 升降装置3设于内桶1与外桶2之间,内桶1在升降装置3的驱动下相对外桶2升降,内桶1相对外桶2升降而具有伸出外桶2的拆卸位置和缩回外桶2的安装位置(拆卸位置如图4所示,安装位置如图1与图3所示),垃圾桶整体通过内桶1和外桶2套接组合而成,由于外桶2上设有电子装置且重量大,内桶1从外桶2中拆卸出来,不仅便于内桶1的定期清洗,确保卫生,而且便于内桶1所分类的垃圾对应地倒入外部的大型回收箱内,提高分类的便利性,从而促进分类环保事业的发展;内桶1通过隔板11分隔成第一回收格12和第二回收格13,第一回收格12和第二回收格13均呈半圆柱状结构,第一回收格12和第二回收格13中的一者用于存放可回收的垃圾,第一回收格12和第二回收格13中的另一者用于存放不可回收的垃圾,从而形成分类格,翻转装置包括翻转驱动装置51、旋转轴52和盖板53,翻转驱动装置51安装于外桶2,盖板53连接于旋转轴52,旋转轴52设于隔板11上,内桶1处于安装位置时,翻转驱动装置51的输出端的位置恰好与旋转轴52的位置平齐,使得翻转驱动装置51的输出端与旋转轴52配合,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动(转动方向如图1中箭头B所示),盖板53在旋转轴52的驱动下转动以通过盖板53的盖合关闭第一回收格12的开口或第二回收格13的开口,假设第一回收格12用于存放可回收垃圾,第二回收格13用于存放不可回收垃圾,当用户的垃圾为不可回收垃圾时,处理器7对语音模块6所录取的语音信息进行处理并控制翻转驱动装置51工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53盖于第一回收格12处,这样就可以避免用户将垃圾投放到第二回收格13以达到引导的目的。语音模块6可以收音,语音模块6发出声音并提醒用户需要进行垃圾分类,语音模块6可发出“请注意垃圾分类”等提示语对用户进行提醒,从而达到提醒的目的,语音模块6询问用户垃圾类型并录取用户的回答,语音模块6将相应信息反馈至处理器7,处理器7根据垃圾的类型驱使翻转组件5工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53翻动,借由盖板53的盖合关闭所第一回收格12的开口或第二回收格13的开口,使得用户只能正确地将垃圾投放于未盖合且处于打开状态的第一回收格12或第二回收格13,这样能够有效地在投放的时候避免用户投放错误,内桶1处于拆卸位置时,翻转 驱动装置51的输出端与旋转轴52分离,内桶1在升降装置3的驱动下通过升降在拆卸位置和安装位置之间自动切换,两个位置之间的自动切换不仅便于内桶1和外桶2的拆卸,而且翻转驱动装置51与旋转轴52能够在内桶1和外桶2拆卸时自动分离,以及翻转驱动装置51与旋转轴52能够在内桶1和外桶2安装时自动配合,这样设置能够使得翻转驱动装置51保留在外桶2,避免内桶1清洗的时候弄湿翻转驱动装置51,减少维修成本,两个动作之间形成相互配合;底部滑轮组件4设于外桶2的底部,底部滑轮组件4能够带动外桶2移动,从而实现靠近用户的目的,底部滑轮组件4的驱动机构、升降装置3、语音模块6和翻转驱动装置51均与处理器7电性连接,处理器7能够协调底部滑轮组件4、升降装置3、语音模块6和翻转驱动装置51等多个装置之间的配合。更为具体地,如下:
请参阅图1至图4,本申请的移动式语音感应垃圾桶100还包括用于检测满载情况的传感器组件,传感器组件与处理器7电性连接,传感器组件设于盖板53的两侧,借由第一回收格12内满载的垃圾或第二回收格13内满载的垃圾触发盖板53上的传感器组件,借由传感器组件反馈至处理器7处的信息使得内桶1在升降装置3的驱动下由安装位置上升至拆卸位置,当盖板53通过翻转盖于第一回收格12和第二回收格13处时,满载的垃圾就会触碰到盖板53上的传感器,从而传导垃圾已满的信息并控制内桶1伸出以提醒倒出垃圾。具体地,传感器组件包括第一压力传感器81和第二压力传感器82,盖板53之朝向第一回收格12的侧面设有第一压力传感器81,盖板53之朝向第二回收格13的侧面设有第二压力传感器82,盖板53在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下盖于第一回收格12或第二回收格13,借由第一回收格12内满载的垃圾触发第一压力传感器81或第二回收格13内满载的垃圾触发第二压力传感器82,第一压力传感器81和第二压力传感器82可将相应的信息反馈至处理器7,升降装置3在处理器7的驱动下工作,内桶1伸出,当然,生产者可以根据需要设置为提醒功能,再设置功能键,按压功能键确认内桶1的弹出。
请参阅图1至图2,翻转驱动装置51的输出端向内凹陷形成卡槽511,旋转轴52向卡槽511凸伸形成卡块521,内桶1处于安装位置时,翻转驱动装置51的输出端正对旋转轴52,借由卡槽511与卡块521的卡合使得翻转驱动装置 51的输出端与旋转轴52配合,内桶1处于拆卸位置时,翻转驱动装置51的输出端的位置与旋转轴52的位置错开,借由卡槽511与卡块521的退卡使得翻转驱动装置51的输出端与旋转轴52分离。
请参阅图4,升降装置3包括升降驱动装置和至少两组滚轮组件31,滚轮组件31沿内桶1的径向呈对称地设置,滚轮组件31包括多个滚轮311,滚轮311沿内桶1的轴向呈间隔开设置,所有滚轮311安装于升降驱动装置的输出端,滚轮311在升降驱动装置的驱动下滚动并带动内桶1升降。于其他实施例中,升降装置3可以为传动带升降装置,故不限于此。
请参阅图5至图6,语音模块6包括语音播放机构61、语音收录机构62和语音跟踪机构63,语音播放机构61、语音跟踪机构63和语音跟踪机构63均与处理器7电性连接,语音播放机构61用于语音播放,语音收录机构62用于录音,语音跟踪机构63用于跟踪用户位置并反馈至处理器7;处理器7包括用于处理信息的处理模块71、发送指令的控制模块72和收发信息的蓝牙模块73。外桶2的外壁周围内嵌有多个触碰传感器21,触碰传感器21与处理器7电性连接,触碰传感器21感应到外桶2碰撞物体的信息就反馈到处理器7,处理器7控制底部滑轮组件4移动并自动避开障碍物。

处理器7通过蓝牙模块73与手机远程连接,手机可以控制语音模块6播放音乐或控制移动式语音感应垃圾桶100的工作,处理器7根据手机的定位模块获取手持手机的用户的具体位置信息,处理器7通过手机的定位模块所获取的信息比对位置并校准用户的具体位置,用户可以通过手机或者声音发送指令给移动式语音感应垃圾桶100,处理器7根据用户的声音信息分析出用户位置并控制底部滑轮组件4移动并靠近用户,当触碰传感器21感应到外桶2碰撞物体的信息就反馈到处理器7,处理器7控制底部滑轮组件4移动并自动避开障碍物;移动式语音感应垃圾桶100通过移动抵达用户的位置,语音模块6发出声音并提醒用户需要进行垃圾分类,语音模块6询问用户垃圾类型并录取用户的回答,语音模块6将相应信息反馈至处理器7,处理器7根据垃圾的类型驱使翻转组件5工作,外桶2的外盖22打开,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53翻动,假设第一回收格12用于存放可回收垃圾,第二回收格13用 于存放不可回收垃圾,当用户的垃圾为不可回收垃圾时,处理器7对语音模块6所录取的语音信息进行处理并控制翻转驱动装置51工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53盖于第一回收格12处,这样就可以避免用户将垃圾投放到第一回收格12,确保用户投放到第二回收格13,以达到引导的目的,当用户的垃圾为可回收垃圾时,处理器7对语音模块6所录取的语音信息进行处理并控制翻转驱动装置51工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53盖于第二回收格13处,这样就可以避免用户将垃圾投放到第二回收格13,确保用户投放到第一回收格12,以达到引导的目的,借由盖板53的盖合关闭所第一回收格12的开口或第二回收格13的开口,使得用户只能正确地将垃圾投放于未盖合且处于打开状态的第一回收格12或第二回收格13;投放完毕后,外桶2的外盖22关闭,移动式语音感应垃圾桶100通过移动撤离用户的位置。

(S1)建立移动式语音感应垃圾桶100;
(S2)语音模块6收取用户的声音信息并反馈至处理器7,处理器7根据用户的声音信息分析出用户位置并控制底部滑轮组件4移动并靠近用户;
(S3)移动式语音感应垃圾桶100通过移动抵达用户的位置,语音模块6发出声音并提醒用户需要进行垃圾分类,提示音如“请注意垃圾分类”,语音模块6发出声音“请问投放的垃圾是什么?”以询问用户垃圾类型,语音模块6录取用户的回答,语音模块6将相应信息反馈至处理器7,处理器7根据语音信息获取垃圾的类型并驱使翻转组件5工作,外桶2的外盖22打开,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53翻动,借由盖板53的盖合关闭所第一回收格12的开口或第二回收格13的开口,使得用户只能正确地将垃圾投放于未盖合且处于打开状态的第一回收格12或第二回收格13,假设第一回收格12用于存放可回收垃圾,第二回收格13用于存放不可回收垃圾,当用户的垃圾为不可回收垃圾时,处理器7对语音模块6所录取的语音信息进行处理并控制翻转驱动装置51工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53盖于第一回收格12处,确保用户投放到第二回收格13,当用户的垃圾为可回收垃圾时,处理器7对语音模块6所录取的语音信息进行处理并控制翻转驱动装置51工作,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53盖于第二回收格13处,确保用户投放到第一回收格12,以达到引导的目的;
(S4)投放完毕后,外桶2的外盖22关闭,移动式语音感应垃圾桶100通过移动撤离用户的位置。
进一步地,步骤(S4)之后,还包括如下步骤:
(S5)盖板53在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下盖于第一回收格12或第二回收格13,借由第一回收格12内满载的垃圾触发第一压力传感器81或第二回收格13内满载的垃圾触发第二压力传感器82,第一压力传感器81和第二压力传感器82可将相应的信息反馈至处理器7,当第一回收格12满载时,盖板53在盖于第一回收格12时会触发第一压力传感器81,第一压力传感器81可将相应的信息反馈至处理器7,或,当第二回收格13满载时,盖板53在盖于第二回收格13时会触发第二压力传感器82,第二压力传感器82可将相应的信息反馈至处 理器7;
(S6)处理器7根据反馈的信息控制升降装置3工作,内桶1在升降装置3的驱动下由安装位置上升至拆卸位置,内桶1处于拆卸位置时,借由卡槽511与卡块521的退卡使得翻转驱动装置51的输出端与旋转轴52分离。
进一步地,步骤(S1)之前,还包括如下步骤:
(S0)处理器7通过蓝牙模块73与手机远程连接,手机可以控制语音模块6播放音乐或控制移动式语音感应垃圾桶100的工作,处理器7根据手机的定位模块获取手持手机的用户的具体位置信息,处理器7通过手机的定位模块所获取的信息比对位置并校准用户的具体位置。
本申请的基于移动式语音感应垃圾桶100的垃圾分类回收方法能够结合多个机构,利用用户的声音进行定位并驱使移动式语音感应垃圾桶100靠近使用者,提高了使用者投放的便利性;与此同时,利用语音模块6对用户进行提醒以提高用户分类的意识,再者利用语音模块6询问用户垃圾类型并录取用户的回答,处理器7根据垃圾的类型驱使翻转组件5工作,外桶2的外盖22打开,旋转轴52在翻转驱动装置51的驱动下转动并连动盖板53翻动,借由盖板53的盖合关闭所第一回收格12的开口或第二回收格13的开口,使得用户只能正确地将垃圾投放于未盖合且处于打开状态的第一回收格12或第二回收格13,即,利用盖板53的盖合情况引导用户根据垃圾的类型正确地投放在目标回收格上,确保分类的准确性,这样在投放的时候就可以实现分类,简化了投放后再次分拣的步骤,促进用户的分类意识。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,其包括内桶、外桶、升降装置、底部滑轮组件、翻转组件以及安装于所述外桶的语音模块和处理器,所述内桶内套于所述外桶,所述升降装置设于所述内桶与所述外桶之间,所述内桶在所述升降装置的驱动下相对所述外桶升降而具有伸出所述外桶的拆卸位置和缩回所述外桶的安装位置,所述内桶通过隔板分隔成第一回收格和第二回收格,所述翻转装置包括翻转驱动装置、旋转轴和盖板,所述翻转驱动装置安装于所述外桶,所述盖板连接于所述旋转轴,所述旋转轴设于所述隔板上,所述内桶处于所述安装位置时,所述翻转驱动装置的输出端与所述旋转轴配合,所述旋转轴在所述翻转驱动装置的驱动下转动,以通过所述盖板的盖合关闭所述第一回收格的开口或所述第二回收格的开口,所述内桶处于所述拆卸位置时,所述翻转驱动装置的输出端与所述旋转轴分离,所述底部滑轮组件设于外桶的底部,所述底部滑轮组件的驱动机构、升降装置、语音模块和翻转驱动装置均与所述处理器电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,还包括用于检测满载情况的传感器组件,所述传感器组件与所述处理器电性连接,所述传感器组件设于所述盖板的两侧,借由所述第一回收格内满载的垃圾或所述第二回收格内满载的垃圾触发所述盖板上的传感器组件,借由所述传感器组件反馈至所述处理器处的信息使得所述内桶在所述升降装置的驱动下由所述安装位置上升至拆卸位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述传感器组件包括第一压力传感器和第二压力传感器,所述盖板之朝向所述第一回收格的侧面设有所述第一压力传感器,所述盖板之朝向所述第二回收格的侧面设有所述第二压力传感器,所述盖板在所述翻转驱动装置的驱动下盖于所述第一回收格或第二回收格,借由所述第一回收格内满载的垃圾触发所述第一压力传感器或所述第二回收格内满载的垃圾触发所述第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器和所述第二压力传感器可将相应的信息反馈至所述处理器,所述升降装置 在所述处理器的驱动下工作。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述翻转驱动装置的输出端向内凹陷形成卡槽,所述旋转轴向所述卡槽凸伸形成卡块,所述内桶处于所述安装位置时,借由所述卡槽与所述卡块的卡合使得所述翻转驱动装置的输出端与所述旋转轴配合,所述内桶处于所述拆卸位置时,借由所述卡槽与所述卡块的退卡使得所述翻转驱动装置的输出端与所述旋转轴分离。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括升降驱动装置和至少两组滚轮组件,所述滚轮组件沿所述内桶的径向呈对称地设置,所述滚轮组件包括多个滚轮,所述滚轮沿所述内桶的轴向呈间隔开设置,所有所述滚轮安装于所述升降驱动装置的输出端,所述滚轮在所述升降驱动装置的驱动下滚动并带动所述内桶升降。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述语音模块包括语音播放机构、语音收录机构和语音跟踪机构,所述语音播放机构、语音跟踪机构和语音跟踪机构均与所述处理器电性连接,所述语音播放机构用于语音播放,所述语音收录机构用于录音,所述语音跟踪机构用于跟踪用户位置并反馈至所述处理器;所述处理器包括用于处理信息的处理模块、发送指令的控制模块和收发信息的蓝牙模块。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述外桶的外壁周围内嵌有多个触碰传感器,所述触碰传感器与所述处理器电性连接。
  8. 一种基于移动式语音感应垃圾桶的垃圾分类回收方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    (S1)建立移动式语音感应垃圾桶;
    (S2)语音模块收取用户的声音信息并反馈至处理器,所述处理器根据用户的声音信息分析出用户位置并控制底部滑轮组件移动并靠近用户;
    (S3)所述移动式语音感应垃圾桶通过移动抵达用户的位置,所述语音模 块发出声音并提醒用户需要进行垃圾分类,所述语音模块询问用户垃圾类型并录取用户的回答,所述语音模块将相应信息反馈至所述处理器,所述处理器根据垃圾的类型驱使翻转组件工作,外桶的外盖打开,旋转轴在翻转驱动装置的驱动下转动并连动盖板翻动,借由所述盖板的盖合关闭所第一回收格的开口或第二回收格的开口,使得用户只能正确地将垃圾投放于未盖合且处于打开状态的所述第一回收格或所述第二回收格;
    (S4)投放完毕后,所述外桶的外盖关闭,所述移动式语音感应垃圾桶通过移动撤离用户的位置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶的垃圾分类回收方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(S4)之后,还包括如下步骤:
    (S5)所述盖板在所述翻转驱动装置的驱动下盖于所述第一回收格或第二回收格,借由所述第一回收格内满载的垃圾触发第一压力传感器或所述第二回收格内满载的垃圾触发第二压力传感器,所述第一压力传感器和所述第二压力传感器可将相应的信息反馈至所述处理器;
    (S6)所述处理器根据反馈的信息控制升降装置工作,内桶在所述升降装置的驱动下由安装位置上升至拆卸位置,所述内桶处于所述拆卸位置时,借由卡槽与卡块的退卡使得所述翻转驱动装置的输出端与所述旋转轴分离。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的移动式语音感应垃圾桶的垃圾分类回收方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(S1)之前,还包括如下步骤:
    (S0)所述处理器通过蓝牙模块与手机远程连接,所述手机可以控制所述语音模块播放音乐或控制所述移动式语音感应垃圾桶的工作,所述处理器根据手机的定位模块获取手持手机的用户的具体位置信息,所述处理器通过手机的定位模块所获取的信息比对位置并校准用户的具体位置。
