现有的草莓果脯生产设备,在进行水果的运输过程中,由于草莓果实比较脆弱,在进行运输过程,速度较快,容易加大果实的碰撞冲击力,而且数量越多,冲击力就越大,大大加强了果实的损伤,而且,对草莓的大量切片时,刀片上容易粘附草莓产生的汁水,在不同批次的草莓切片时容易混合,卫生度差,从而影响草莓果脯形成的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种草莓果脯生产设备,解决在进行水果 的运输过程中,由于草莓果实比较脆弱,在进行运输过程,速度较快,容易加大果实的碰撞冲击力,而且数量越多,冲击力就越大,大大加强了果实的损伤,而且,对草莓的大量切片时,刀片上容易粘附草莓产生的汁水,在不同批次的草莓切片时容易混合,卫生度差,从而影响草莓果脯形成的质量的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种草莓果脯生产设备,包括浸泡清洗箱以及切片烘干箱,所述切片烘干箱设置于浸泡清洗箱侧下方,设置于浸泡清洗箱与切片烘干箱之间的运输组件以及设置于切片烘干箱上的清洗组件;
所述运输组件包括运输架以及缓冲部,所述运输架倾斜设置,且倾斜方向为从浸泡清洗箱向切片烘干箱倾斜,所述缓冲部包括缓冲垫以及摩擦柱,所述缓冲垫为软材质,所述运输架靠近浸泡清洗箱的一面内设置缓冲垫,所述缓冲垫上设置若干缓冲槽,若干所述缓冲槽呈线性阵列等距排布,每个所述缓冲槽内部设有若干摩擦柱,若干所述摩擦柱呈线性阵列等距排布;
所述运输架与导出槽位置对应
其中,水果在通过导出槽导出,进行自由落体运动,落入到运输架上时,首先接触缓冲垫对其缓冲,且软材质的摩擦系数较大,使其速度减慢,且通过缓冲槽增加缓冲垫表面的粗糙程度,进一步减小其摩擦力,且当大量水果进入运输架时,其重量会使缓冲垫收缩,收缩时会使缓冲槽内部的摩擦柱接触到水果,与缓冲槽的凹凸边配合增大表面粗糙度,增大摩擦力,减小水果的下落速度,防止水果损坏。
所述清洗组件包括清洗部以及充气部,所述清洗部设置于切片烘干箱中,所述充气部包括输气管、气囊以及气缸,所述切片烘干箱内部设有软垫,所述软垫内部设有接触开关,所述输气管一端与清洗部连接,所述输气管另一端与气囊连接,所述气囊一侧与气缸连接,所述接触开关与气缸电性连接。
优选地,所述清洗部包括清洗盒、进水管、喷头以及管盖,所述清洗盒设置于浸泡清洗箱一侧,所述清洗盒顶部设有进水管且进水管与清洗盒相互连通,所述进水管内活动设有管盖,所述清洗盒上设有若干喷头,且喷头穿过清洗盒外壁伸入浸泡清洗箱内部。
其中,切片烘干箱中盛放的草莓到一定的重量时,其重量使软垫收缩,并接触到其内部的接触开关,使气缸启动,并挤压气囊,气囊中的气体通过输气管输入到清洗部的清洗盒中,通过气压原理,使清洗盒的喷头喷出水,对切割的刀进行清洗。
优选地,所述浸泡清洗箱底部设有若干承载柱,每个所述承载柱靠近浸泡清洗箱一角。
优选地,所述浸泡清洗箱底部设有输出组件,所述输出组件包括导出板、旋转轴以及动力部,所述浸泡清洗箱底部设有导出槽,所述导出槽内部两相对侧面各活动设有一个旋转轴,两个所述旋转轴之间设有导出板,所述动力部包括从动齿轮、主动齿轮以及驱动电机,所述从动齿轮连接在旋转轴上,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,且主动齿轮与驱动电机连接。
其中,通过驱动电机提供动力,使主动齿轮旋转,带动从动齿轮 旋转,旋转轴与从动齿轮一起旋转,带动导出板上下旋转,使导出槽开启或者关闭。
优选地,所述浸泡清洗箱内部设有若干安装座,若干所述安装座开设有一个活动槽,每个所述活动槽内部活动设有活动球,每个所述活动球上连接有一个清洗头。
优选地,所述切片烘干箱内部设有切片组件,所述切片组件包括传动部以及切片部,所述传动部包括滚珠丝杠、动力电机以及移动块,所述滚珠丝杠上设有移动块,所述动力电机输出端与滚珠丝杠连接,所述切片烘干箱内壁上两相对侧面各设有滑槽,每个所述滑槽内部活动设有滑块,所述移动块与滑块连接,两个所述滑块之间设有移动板,所述切片部包括电动伸缩杆、安装板以及切刀,所述电动伸缩杆设置于移动板底部,所述电动伸缩杆输出端与安装板连接,所述安装板底部设有若干切刀。
其中,切刀对切片烘干箱内部的草莓进行切块,通过电动伸缩杆使其进行上下移动,实现切块动作,并通过动力电机提供动力,使滚珠丝杠旋转,使移动块移动,移动块带动滑块进行移动,带动移动板移动,间接使切刀进行移动,使其能够调节切刀的横向位置。
优选地,所述切片烘干箱底部还设有排水组件,所述排水组件包括过滤网以及排水塞,所述切片烘干箱底部设有排水口,所述排水口内部设有过滤网,且排水口靠近切片烘干箱底部的方向活动设有排水塞。
其中,通过排水口将切片烘干箱中清洗的水排出,过滤网防止切 片烘干箱中的草莓被排出,排水塞对排水口进行封闭和开启。
优选地,所述切片烘干箱上设有烘干组件,所述烘干组件包括烘干盒、风机以及加热管,所述切片烘干箱沿其中心轴对称设有两个烘干盒,每个所述烘干盒内部设有一个风机,且风机输出端对着烘干盒内部,所述烘干盒内部还设有若干加热管,且位于风机输出端与切片烘干箱之间。
其中,加热管进行加热,使周围产生热风,通过风机对着热风吹动,将热风吹到切片烘干箱内部的草莓,对其进行烘干。
优选地,所述烘干盒远离还设有若干切片烘干箱的一侧设有若干通风孔。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过在输送草莓时,进行自由落体运动,落入到运输架上时,首先接触缓冲垫对其缓冲,且软材质的摩擦系数较大,使其速度减慢,且通过缓冲槽增加缓冲垫表面的粗糙程度,进一步减小其摩擦力,且当大量水果进入运输架时,其重量会使缓冲垫收缩,收缩时会使缓冲槽内部的摩擦柱接触到水果,与缓冲槽的凹凸边配合增大表面粗糙度,增大摩擦力,减小水果的下落速度,防止水果损坏,且对于大数量的草莓同时运输时,也能使水果保持完好。
2、本发明在切片烘干箱中盛放的草莓到一定的重量时,其重量使软垫收缩,并接触到其内部的接触开关,使气缸启动,并挤压气囊,气囊中的气体通过输气管输入到清洗部的清洗盒中,通过气压原理,使清洗盒的喷头喷出水,对切割的刀进行清洗,使其盛放水果的数量 与清洗盒联系起来,整个结构方便清洁切刀,卫生效果得到提高,防止切刀大量切草莓后,表面的汁水混合影响草莓果脯的质量。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1-9所示,本实施列一种草莓果脯生产设备,包括浸泡清洗箱110以及切片烘干箱120,切片烘干箱120设置于浸泡清洗箱110侧下方,设置于浸泡清洗箱110与切片烘干箱120之间的运输组件以及设置于切片烘干箱120上的清洗组件;
运输组件包括运输架210以及缓冲部,运输架210倾斜设置,且倾斜方向为从浸泡清洗箱110向切片烘干箱120倾斜,缓冲部包括缓 冲垫220以及摩擦柱230,缓冲垫220为软材质,运输架210靠近浸泡清洗箱110的一面内设置缓冲垫220,缓冲垫220上设置若干缓冲槽240,若干缓冲槽240呈线性阵列等距排布,每个缓冲槽240内部设有若干摩擦柱230,若干摩擦柱230呈线性阵列等距排布;
运输架210与导出槽位置对应。

清洗组件包括清洗部以及充气部,清洗部设置于切片烘干箱120中,充气部包括输气管310、气囊320以及气缸330,切片烘干箱120内部设有软垫130,软垫130内部设有接触开关340,输气管310一端与清洗部连接,输气管310另一端与气囊320连接,气囊320一侧与气缸330连接,接触开关340与气缸330电性连接。
清洗部包括清洗盒350、进水管360、喷头370以及管盖380,清洗盒350设置于浸泡清洗箱110一侧,清洗盒350顶部设有进水管360且进水管360与清洗盒350相互连通,进水管360内活动设有管盖380,清洗盒350上设有若干喷头370,且喷头370穿过清洗盒350外壁伸入浸泡清洗箱110内部。
本实施例中,切片烘干箱120中盛放的草莓到一定的重量时,其重量使软垫130收缩,并接触到其内部的接触开关340,使气缸330启动,并挤压气囊320,气囊320中的气体通过输气管310输入到清洗部的清洗盒350中,通过气压原理,使清洗盒350的喷头370喷出水,对切割的刀进行清洗。
浸泡清洗箱110底部设有若干承载柱140,每个承载柱140靠近浸泡清洗箱110一角。
浸泡清洗箱110底部设有输出组件,输出组件包括导出板410、旋转轴420以及动力部,浸泡清洗箱110底部设有导出槽,导出槽内部两相对侧面各活动设有一个旋转轴420,两个旋转轴420之间设有导出板410,动力部包括从动齿轮430、主动齿轮440以及驱动电机450,从动齿轮430连接在旋转轴420上,主动齿轮440与从动齿轮430啮合,且主动齿轮440与驱动电机450连接。
本实施例中,通过驱动电机450提供动力,使主动齿轮440旋转,带动从动齿轮430旋转,旋转轴420与从动齿轮430一起旋转,带动导出板410上下旋转,使导出槽开启或者关闭。
浸泡清洗箱110内部设有若干安装座510,若干安装座510开设有一个活动槽,每个活动槽内部活动设有活动球520,每个活动球520上连接有一个清洗头530。
切片烘干箱120内部设有切片组件,切片组件包括传动部以及切片部,传动部包括滚珠丝杠540、动力电机550以及移动块560,滚珠丝杠540上设有移动块560,动力电机550输出端与滚珠丝杠540 连接,切片烘干箱120内壁上两相对侧面各设有滑槽,每个滑槽内部活动设有滑块570,移动块560与滑块570连接,两个滑块570之间设有移动板580,切片部包括电动伸缩杆610、安装板620以及切刀630,电动伸缩杆610设置于移动块560底部,电动伸缩杆610输出端与安装板620连接,安装板620底部设有若干切刀630。
本实施例中,切刀630对切片烘干箱120内部的草莓进行切块,通过电动伸缩杆610使其进行上下移动,实现切块动作,并通过动力电机550提供动力,使滚珠丝杠540旋转,使移动块560移动,移动块560带动滑块570进行移动,带动移动板580移动,间接使切刀630进行移动,使其能够调节切刀630的横向位置。
切片烘干箱120底部还设有排水组件,排水组件包括过滤网640以及排水塞650,切片烘干箱120底部设有排水口,排水口内部设有过滤网640,且排水口靠近切片烘干箱120底部的方向活动设有排水塞650。
本实施例中,通过排水口将切片烘干箱120中清洗的水排出,过滤网640防止切片烘干箱120中的草莓被排出,排水塞650对排水口进行封闭和开启。
切片烘干箱120上设有烘干组件,烘干组件包括烘干盒710、风机720以及加热管730,切片烘干箱120沿其中心轴对称设有两个烘干盒710,每个烘干盒710内部设有一个风机720,且风机720输出端对着烘干盒710内部,烘干盒710内部还设有若干加热管730,且位于风机720输出端与切片烘干箱120之间。
本实施例中,切片烘干箱120上可设置箱盖,且其内部的切片组件可拆卸,对其内部进行封闭,加热管730进行加热,使周围产生热风,通过风机720对着热风吹动,将热风吹到切片烘干箱120内部的草莓,对其进行烘干。
烘干盒710远离还设有若干切片烘干箱120的一侧设有若干通风孔。
本发明一种草莓果脯生产设备工作原理为:
首先,将一定数量的草莓放置于浸泡清洗箱110中,通过喷头370,对其中的草莓进行喷洒清洗,且在浸泡清洗箱110中盛满水时,此时,使草莓在其中浸泡一定时间;
然后将水排出,将草莓通过输出组件导出,通过驱动电机450提供动力,使主动齿轮440旋转,带动从动齿轮430旋转,旋转轴420与从动齿轮430一起旋转,带动导出板410向下旋转,将导出槽打开,草莓落在运输架210上,首先接触缓冲垫220对其缓冲,且软材质的摩擦系数较大,使其速度减慢,且通过缓冲槽240增加缓冲垫220表面的粗糙程度,进一步减小其摩擦力,且当大量水果进入运输架210时,其重量会使缓冲垫220收缩,收缩时会使缓冲槽240内部的摩擦柱230接触到水果,与缓冲槽240的凹凸边配合增大表面粗糙度,增大摩擦力,减小水果的下落速度;
草莓落入切片烘干箱120时,先进行切片,通过电动伸缩杆610使其进行上下移动,实现切块动作,并通过动力电机550提供动力,使滚珠丝杠540旋转,使移动块560移动,移动块560带动滑块570 进行移动,带动移动板580移动,间接使切刀630进行移动,使其能够调节切刀630的横向位置。
再进行切刀630的清洗,切片烘干箱120中盛放的草莓到一定的重量时,其重量使软垫130收缩,并接触到其内部的接触开关340,使气缸330启动,并挤压气囊320,气囊320中的气体通过输气管310输入到清洗部的清洗盒350中,通过气压原理,使清洗盒350的喷头370喷出水,对切割的刀进行清洗;
再将通过排水口将切片烘干箱120中清洗的水排出,过滤网640防止切片烘干箱120中的草莓被排出,排水塞650对排水口进行封闭和开启;
最后,切片烘干箱120上盖上箱盖,且其内部的切片组件可拆卸,对其内部进行封闭,加热管730进行加热,使周围产生热风,通过风机720对着热风吹动,将热风吹到切片烘干箱120内部的草莓,对其进行烘干。

  1. 一种草莓果脯生产设备,包括浸泡清洗箱(110)以及切片烘干箱(120),所述切片烘干箱(120)设置于浸泡清洗箱(110)侧下方,其特征在于,设置于浸泡清洗箱(110)与切片烘干箱(120)之间的运输组件以及设置于切片烘干箱(120)上的清洗组件;
    所述运输组件包括运输架(210)以及缓冲部,所述运输架(210)倾斜设置,且倾斜方向为从浸泡清洗箱(110)向切片烘干箱(120)倾斜,所述缓冲部包括缓冲垫(220)以及摩擦柱(230),所述缓冲垫(220)为软材质,所述运输架(210)靠近浸泡清洗箱(110)的一面内设置缓冲垫(220),所述缓冲垫(220)上设置若干缓冲槽(240),若干所述缓冲槽(240)呈线性阵列等距排布,每个所述缓冲槽(240)内部设有若干摩擦柱(230),若干所述摩擦柱(230)呈线性阵列等距排布;
    所述清洗组件包括清洗部以及充气部,所述清洗部设置于切片烘干箱(120)中,所述充气部包括输气管(310)、气囊(320)以及气缸(330),所述切片烘干箱(120)内部设有软垫(130),所述软垫(130)内部设有接触开关(340),所述输气管(310)一端与清洗部连接,所述输气管(310)另一端与气囊(320)连接,所述气囊(320)一侧与气缸(330)连接,所述接触开关(340)与气缸(330)电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述浸泡清洗箱(110)底部设有若干承载柱(140),每个所述承载柱(140)靠近浸泡清洗箱(110)一角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述清洗部包括清洗盒(350)、进水管(360)、喷头(370)以及管盖(380),所述清洗盒(350)设置于浸泡清洗箱(110)一侧,所述清洗盒(350)顶部设有进水管(360)且进水管(360)与清洗盒(350)相互连通,所述进水管(360)内活动设有管盖(380),所述清洗盒(350)上设有若干喷头(370),且喷头(370)穿过清洗盒(350)外壁伸入浸泡清洗箱(110)内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述浸泡清洗箱(110)底部设有输出组件,所述输出组件包括导出板(410)、旋转轴(420)以及动力部,所述浸泡清洗箱(110)底部设有导出槽,所述导出槽内部两相对侧面各活动设有一个旋转轴(420),两个所述旋转轴(420)之间设有导出板(410),所述动力部包括从动齿轮(430)、主动齿轮(440)以及驱动电机(450),所述从动齿轮(430)连接在旋转轴(420)上,所述主动齿轮(440)与从动齿轮(430)啮合,且主动齿轮(440)与驱动电机(450)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述浸泡清洗箱(110)内部设有若干安装座(510),若干所述安装座(510)开设有一个活动槽,每个所述活动槽内部活动设有活动球(520),每个所述活动球(520)上连接有一个清洗头(530)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述切片烘干箱(120)内部设有切片组件,所述切片组件包括传动 部以及切片部,所述传动部包括滚珠丝杠(540)、动力电机(550)以及移动块(560),所述滚珠丝杠(540)上设有移动块(560),所述动力电机(550)输出端与滚珠丝杠(540)连接,所述切片烘干箱(120)内壁上两相对侧面各设有滑槽,每个所述滑槽内部活动设有滑块(570),所述移动块(560)与滑块(570)连接,两个所述滑块(570)之间设有移动板(580),所述切片部包括电动伸缩杆(610)、安装板(620)以及切刀(630),所述电动伸缩杆(610)设置于移动板(560)底部,所述电动伸缩杆(610)输出端与安装板(620)连接,所述安装板(620)底部设有若干切刀(630)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述切片烘干箱(120)底部还设有排水组件,所述排水组件包括过滤网(640)以及排水塞(650),所述切片烘干箱(120)底部设有排水口,所述排水口内部设有过滤网(640),且排水口靠近切片烘干箱(120)底部的方向活动设有排水塞(650)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述切片烘干箱(120)上设有烘干组件,所述烘干组件包括烘干盒(710)、风机(720)以及加热管(730),所述切片烘干箱(120)沿其中心轴对称设有两个烘干盒(710),每个所述烘干盒(710)内部设有一个风机(720),且风机(720)输出端对着烘干盒(710)内部,所述烘干盒(710)内部还设有若干加热管(730),且位于风机(720)输出端与切片烘干箱(120)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于: 所述烘干盒(710)远离还设有若干切片烘干箱(120)的一侧设有若干通风孔。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种草莓果脯生产设备,其特征在于:所述运输架(210)与导出槽位置对应。
