下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。其中,在本申请的描述中,除非另有说明,“/”表示或的意思,例如,A/B可以表示A或B;本文中的“和/或”仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。
随着新的通信业务及应用需求的不断产生,终端直连通信对传输带宽、通信速率、通信时延、可靠性、可扩展性等性能要求越来越高,需要非授权频谱来作为授权频谱的补充,以满足未来多样化的应用场景及需求,所以对于非授权频谱上的终端直连(Sidelink,SL,也叫直连链路)通信技术的研究已迫 在眉睫。
在相关技术中,为了满足连续占用信道时间的要求,设计了基站与终端设备之间共享信道占用时间(channeloccupancytime,COT),终端直连部署在非授权频段中,终端设备每次都需要通过类型1(Type1)的先听后发(Listen Before Talk,LBT)方式接入信道,进行LBT的时间较长,效率较低,而且LBT的成功率较低。
此外,基于已提出的终端设备间共享COT的设计,由于在终端直连通信系统中,发起共享COT的终端设备周围存在多个终端设备,在组播和广播中,还存在周围的多个终端设备是发起COT终端设备的接收终端,所以会出现较多的终端设备使用共享COT产生冲突的情况,造成效率较低,且LBT的成功率也较低。
基于上述问题,本申请实施例提出了一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法及其装置。为了更好的理解本申请实施例申请的一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法,下面首先对本申请实施例适用的通信系统进行描述。
请参见图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种通信系统架构示意图。该通信系统可以包括但不限于两个终端设备,其中,终端设备之间通过Sidelink通信。图1所示的设备数量和形态仅用于举例并不构成对本申请实施例的限定。图1所示的通信系统以包括第一终端设备101、第二终端设备102为例。
本申请实施例中的第一终端设备101和第二终端设备102可以分别是一种用于接收或发射信号的实体,如手机。终端设备也可以称为终端设备(terminal)、用户设备(user equipment,UE)、移动台(mobile station,MS)、移动终端设备(mobile terminal,MT)等。终端设备可以是具备通信功能的汽车、智能汽车、手机(mobile phone)、穿戴式设备、平板电脑(Pad)、带无线收发功能的电脑、虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)终端设备、增强现实(augmented reality,AR)终端设备、工业控制(industrial control)中的无线终端设备、无人驾驶(self-driving)中的无线终端设备、远程手术(remote medical surgery)中的无线终端设备、智能电网(smart grid)中的无线终端设备、运输安全(transportation safety)中的无线终端设备、智慧城市(smart city)中的无线终端设备、智慧家庭(smart home)中的无线终端设备等等。本申请的实施例对终端设备所采用的具体技术和具体设备形态不做限定。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例描述的通信系统是为了更加清楚的说明本申请实施例的技术方案,并不构成对于本申请实施例提供的技术方案的限定,本领域普通技术人员可知,随着系统架构的演变和新业务场景的出现,本申请实施例提供的技术方案对于类似的技术问题,同样适用。
下面结合附图对本申请所提供的确定共享信道占用时间的方法及其装置进行详细地介绍。
请参见图2,图2是本申请实施例提供的一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。需要说明的是,本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,且该方法由第一终端设备执行,其中,第一终端设备为共享COT的终端设备。如图2所示,该确定共享信道占用时间的方法可以包括但不限于如下步骤。
步骤201,基于终端设备间COT的共享条件,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二终端设备是指发起COT共享的终端设备。举例而言,第二终端设备可以使用类型1(Type 1)的LBT方式接入信道,发起一个一定长度的COT,并向第一终端设备发送共享COT信息。第一终端设备接收到第二终端设备发送的共享COT信息后,基于终端设备间COT的共享条件,来确定其是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
其中,终端设备间COT的共享条件,可以预设在终端直连通信系统中,第一终端设备在接收到第二终端设备发送的共享COT信息后,可以根据预先定义的COT的共享条件,来确定其是否可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT。此外,终端设备间的共享条件可以根据实际应用场景来确定,本申请对此不作限定。
作为一种示例,可以根据第一终端设备与发起COT共享的第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以提高数据传输的成功率。
作为另一种示例,也可以根据第一终端设备是否可以利用第二终端设备的共享COT中的时频域资 源实现数据的发送,确定第一终端设备是否可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以保证第一终端设备接收到共享COT后是否可以使用。
作为又一种示例,也可以预先定义可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的终端设备标识信息,第一终端设备在接收到第二终端设备发起的共享COT信息后,可以根据自身与预先定义的终端设备标识信息进行比对,确定是否可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定第一终端设备是否共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以提高终端设备接入信道的效率,保证终端设备使用共享COT发送数据的成功率。
为了便于上述实施例的实现,本申请提出了另一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法。
请参见图3,图3为本申请实施例提出的另一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图3所示,该方法可以包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤301,基于第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在本申请实施例中,第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息可以为第一终端设备与第二终端设备各自所在的区域zone信息,也可以为第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的地理距离大小,也可以为其他可用于表示第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间距离的相关信息,本申请对此不作限定。
也就是说,通过对第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息的判断,使距离第二终端设备较近的第一终端设备可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,而对于距离第二终端设备较远的第一终端设备不可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,从而可以保证传输成功的概率。
在一种实现方式中,第一终端设备接收到的第二终端设备的SCI(Sidelink Control Information,直连控制信息)后,可以通过解码SCI获取其中携带的第二终端设备的位置信息,并将第一终端设备的位置信息和第二终端设备的位置信息的进行比对,根据比对结果,确定是否可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,根据第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,也就是说,通过只有距离第二终端设备较近的第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,保证共享COT的第一终端设备与发起COT共享的第二终端设备周围的干扰环境几乎一致,从而可以提高数据传输成功的概率,提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
基于上述实施例,接下来针对基于第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可使用第二终端设备发起的COT的实现方式提出了又一个实施例。
请参见图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图4所示,该方法可以包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤401,接收第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;其中,第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第一区域标识和COT的共享信息。
在本申请的实施例中,第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息中可以至少包括第一区域标识和COT的共享信息。其中,第一区域标识可以为第二终端设备所在的区域标识,比如可以为第二终端设备所在的区域zone的zone标识信息(Identity document,ID)。COT共享信息中可以包括COT剩余长度、COT的标识信息、信道接入方式中的至少一个,以使第一终端设备可以根据接收到的COT共享信息接入信道,实现该COT的共享。
在一种实现方式中,第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息中携带第一区域标识和COT的共享信息,第一终端设备接收到第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息后,可以对SCI进行解析,以获取其携带的第二终端设备所在的区域标识和COT的共享信息。
步骤402,确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,第一终端设备所在的区域标识与第一区域标识相同。
可以理解,若第一终端设备所在的区域标识与第一区域标识相同,则说明第一终端设备和第二终端设备在同一区域内,也就是说,第一终端设备和第二终端设备在地理位置上距离较近,说明第一终端设备与第二终端设备的周围干扰环境基本一致,则第一终端设备共享第二终端设备发起的COT传输成功的概率较高,所以该第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在一种实现方式中,第一终端设备对接收到的第二终端设备发送的SCI进行解码后,得到第二终端设备所在的zone ID;将第二终端设备所在的zoneID与自身所在的zoneID进行比对,若二者一致,则说明该第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,从而可以基于COT共享信息接入信道。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,第一终端设备根据接收的由第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息,获取第二终端设备所在的区域标识,若第一终端设备自身所在的区域标识与第二终端设备所在的区域标识一致,则第一终端设备可共享COT。也就是说,根据第一终端设备自身所在的区域标识和第二终端设备所在的区域标识是否一致,来确定第一终端设备与第二终端设备的地理距离的远近,从而确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,不仅可以提高数据传输成功的概率,也可以提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
基于上述实施例,本申请针对基于第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可使用第二终端设备发起的COT步骤提出了另一种实现方式。
请参见图5,图5为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图5所示,该方法的实现方式可以包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤501,接收第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;其中,第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第二区域标识。
在本申请实施例中,第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息中可以至少包括第二区域标识。其中,第二区域标识可以为第二终端设备所在的区域标识,比如可以为第二终端设备所在的区域zone的zone ID。此外,第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息中还可以包括COT共享信息,其中COT共享信息可以包括COT剩余长度、COT的标识信息、信道接入方式中的至少一个,以使第一终端设备可以根据接收到的COT共享信息接入信道,实现该COT的共享。
在一种实现方式中,第一终端设备接收到第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息后,可以对SCI进行解析,以获取第二终端设备所在的区域标识。
步骤502,基于第二区域标识,确定第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离。
在一种实现方式中,可以根据第二区域标识,确定第二终端设备的地理位置信息;根据第一终端设备的地理位置信息和第二终端设备的地理位置信息,确定第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离。
作为一种示例,若第二区域标识为第二终端设备所在的zone ID,则可以通过查表的方式获取其对应的x 1和/或y 1,并基于如下公式(1)、公式(2)和公式(3)计算第二终端设备的地理位置坐标信息,并基于如下公式(4)计算第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离。

也就是说,可以根据实际应用场景的需求预先配置距离阈值,或者预先配置距离范围,若第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间距离的小于距离阈值,或者第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离在预先配置的距离范围内,则说明第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离较近,第一终端设备与第二终端设备的周围干扰环境基本一致,也就说明第一终端设备使用第二终端设备发起的COT传输成功的概率较大,所以该第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,第一终端设备根据第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息获取第二终端设备所在的区域标识,并根据该区域标识确定第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离,将该小于预设的距离阈值,或者,在预设的距离范围内,则第一终端设备可共享COT。也就是说,基于第二终端设备所在的区域标识,确定第一终端设备与第二终端设备的距离,若距离满足预先定义条件则可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,不仅可以提高数据传输成功的概率,也可以提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
基于上述实施例,本申请针对基于第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可使用第二终端设备发起的COT步骤提出了又一种实现方式。
请参见图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图6所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤601,确定物理直连链路控制信道PSCCH/物理直连链路共享信道PSSCH的解调参考信号DMRS的参考信号接收功率RSRP测量值。
需要说明的是,第一终端设备在接收第二终端设备发送的SCI时,会对物理直连链路控制信道(physical sidelink control channel,PSCCH)/物理直连链路共享信道(physical sidelink share channel,PSSCH)的调解参考信号(Demodulation Reference Signal,DMRS)进行参考信号接收功率(Reference Signal Receiving Power,RSRP)测量,从而可以确定RSRP测量值。
步骤602,确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,RSRP测量值在预先配置的功率范围内,或者,RSRP测量值大于预定先配置功率阈值。
可以理解,若RSRP测量值在预先配置的功率范围内,或者,RSRP测量值大于预定先配置功率阈值,说明SCI传输过程种功率损耗较小,从而可以说明第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离较近,第一终端设备与第二终端设备周围干扰环境几乎一致。这样,若第一终端设备使用第二终端设备发起的COT进行数据传输则传输成功的概率更大,所以该第一终端设备可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,根据PSCCH/PSSCH的DMRS的RSRP测量值的大小,若RSRP测量值在预先配置的功率范围内,或者,RSRP测量值大于预定先配置功率阈值,则第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。也就是说,基于RSRP测量值来获取第一终端设备与第二终端设备的远近,以确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,从而可以提高数据传输成功的概率,提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
由于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件不仅可以是对于终端设备之间的距离信息的条件,也可以是利用其他方面的信息的限定条件。为此,本申请提出了又一个实施例。
请参见图7,图7为本申请实施例所提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图7所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤701,基于终端设备所在的资源池,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在一种实现方式中,第二终端设备向第一终端设备发送的SCI信息中可以携带其所在的资源池信息,所以第一终端设备可以通过将接收到的SCI信息进行解码以获取第二终端设备所在的资源池信息;第一终端设备将自身所在的资源池与第二终端设备所在的资源池进行比对,以确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在本申请的一些实施例中,步骤701的实现方式可以为:确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发 起的COT,其中,第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与第二终端设备所在的第二资源池相同。
可以理解,若第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与第二终端设备所在的第二资源池一致,则说明第二终端设备发起的COT中的时频域资源与第一终端设备所在的第一资源池相同,即第一终端设备可以使用第二终端设备发起的COT中的时频域资源进行数据传输。若第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与第二终端设备所在的第二资源池不一致,则说明第二终端设备发起的COT中的时频域资源与第一终端设备所在的第一资源池不同,也就是说,第一终端设备不会使用第二终端设备发起的COT中的时频域资源进行数据传输。所以,只有第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与第二终端设备所在的第二资源池相同时,第一终端设备才可以共享第二终端设备发起的COT,从而可以保证数据传输成功的概率。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过基于终端设备所在的资源池,第一终端设备是否共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以提高终端设备接入信道的效率,保证终端设备使用共享COT发送数据的成功率。
请参见图8,图8为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图8所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤801,确定第一终端设备是否为第二终端设备的目的终端设备。
在本申请的一些实施例中,针对组播和广播业务的应用场景,第二终端设备向第一终端设备发送SCI信息时,可以携带目的终端设备的标识信息。其中,目的终端设备的标识信息,即目的ID信息,该信息字段由第一阶段SCI携带的,为可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的终端设备的标识信息。
在一种实现方式中,第一终端设备接收第二终端设备发送的SCI信息并解码,获取第二终端设备的目的终端设备标识信息,即目的ID信息;将自身的终端设备的标识信息与目的终端设备的标识信息进行比对,若二者一致,则第一终端设备是第二终端设备的目的终端设备,若二者不一致,则第一终端设备非第二终端设备的目的终端设备。
步骤802,确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,第一终端设备为第二终端设备的目的终端设备。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过判断第一终端设备是否为第二终端设备的目的终端设备,来确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以保证终端设备使用共享COT发送数据的成功率,提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
请参见图9,图9为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图9所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤901,基于第一终端设备的业务类型,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在本申请的一些实施例中,可以预先定义可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备的业务类型,第一终端设备基于自身的业务类型来确定是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在一种可实现的方式中,,确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发送起的COT,其中,第一终端设备的业务类型为目标业务类型;此外,目标业务类型为预先配置的可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备业务类型,至少可以包括单播业务、组播业务和广播业务中的任意一种。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过第一终端设备的业务类型,来确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以保证终端设备使用共享COT发送数据的成功率,提升终端设备间共享COT的效果。
请参见图10,图10为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图10所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤1001,基于终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
可以理解,终端设备发送的信息所属的信道类型与其所接入的信道类型应该一致,以实现信息的成功发送。也就是说,若第二终端设备发起的COT是物理直连反馈信道(physical sidelink feedback channel,PSFCH),则只有发送的信息所属的信道类型也为PSFCH信道的第一终端设备可使用该COT进行数据 传输;若第二终端设备发起的COT是PSSCH信道,则只有发送的信息所属的信道类型也为PSSCH信道的第一终端设备可使用该COT进行数据传输。
在一种可实现的方式中,确定第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,第一终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型与第二终端设备所发送的信息所属的信道的类型相同。也就是说,第一终端设备已知其将要发送的信息所属的信道的类型(如控制信道,反馈信道,数据信道),并接收第二终端设备所发送的信息,获取了第二终端设备所属的信道的类型,并将二者进行比对,若二者一致,则第一终端设备可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,从而可以提升终端设备间共享COT的成功率。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型,来确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以提升终端设备间共享COT的成功率。
为了实现上述方法,本申请提出了又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法,该方法应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,且该方法由第二终端设备执行,即由发起COT共享的终端设备执行。
请参见图11,图11为本申请实施例提供的又一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法的流程示意图。如图11所示,该方法可以包括但不限于以下步骤:
步骤1101,向第一终端设备发送共享COT信息。
在一种实现方式中,共享COT信息可以包括以下至少一种:COT剩余长度、COT的唯一标识(Identity document,ID)、信道接入方式。
举例而言,第二终端设备可以使用类型1(Type 1)的LBT方式接入信道,发起一个一定长度的COT,根据具体情况,确定COT剩余长度,并在与第一终端设备进行Sidelink通信时携带包括COT剩余长度、COT ID、信道接入方式中至少一种的共享COT信息。
第一终端设备在接收到第二终端设备发送的共享COT信息时,可以基于终端设备间COT的共享条件,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。其中,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的方式可采用上述图2至图10任一实施例中的任一种方式实现,本申请实施例并不对此作出限定,也不再赘述。
根据本申请实施例的确定共享信道占用时间的方法,通过向第一终端设备发送共享COT信息,以使第一终端设备可以接收到该共享COT信息,从而可以实现终端设备之间的COT共享,提高频段利用率,满足通信业务需求。
上述本申请提供的实施例中,分别从第一终端设备、第二终端设备的角度对本申请实施例提供的方法进行了介绍。为了实现上述本申请实施例提供的方法中的各功能,第一终端设备和第二终端设备可以包括硬件结构、软件模块,以硬件结构、软件模块、或硬件结构加软件模块的形式来实现上述各功能。上述各功能中的某个功能可以以硬件结构、软件模块、或者硬件结构加软件模块的方式来执行。
请参见图12,图12为本申请实施例提供的一种通信装置的结构示意图。需要说明的是,该装置应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,可以是第一终端设备,也可以是第一终端设备中的装置,还可以是能够与第一终端设备匹配使用的装置。如图12所示的通信装置可以包括处理模块1201。
在本申请的实施例中,处理模块1201用于基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
在一种实现方式中,处理模块1201还用于:
基于第一终端设备与第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。

根据本申请实施例的通信装置,通过终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定第一终端设备是否共享第二终端设备发起的COT,以限制可共享第二终端设备发起的COT的第一终端设备,从而可以提高终端设备接入信道的效率,保证终端设备使用共享COT发送数据的成功率。
请参见图13,图13为本申请实施例提供的另一种通信装置的结构示意图。需要说明的是,该通信装置可应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,且该通信装置可以是第二终端设备,也可以第二终端设备中的装置,还可以是能够于第二终端设备匹配使用的装置。如图13所示,该通信装置可以包括收发模块1301。
在本申请的实施例中,收发模块1301用于向第一终端设备发送共享COT信息。
根据本申请实施例的通信装置,通过向第一终端设备发送共享COT信息,以使第一终端设备可以接收到该共享COT信息,从而可以实现终端设备之间的COT共享,提高频段利用率,满足通信业务需 求。
请参见图14,图14是本申请实施例提供的一种通信装置1400的结构示意图。通信装置1400可以是前述方法实施例中的第一终端设备或者第二终端设备,还可以是支持终端设备实现上述方法的芯片、芯片系统、或处理器等。该装置可用于实现上述方法实施例中描述的方法,具体可以参见上述方法实施例中的说明。
通信装置1400可以包括一个或多个处理器1401。处理器1401可以是通用处理器或者专用处理器等。例如可以是基带处理器或中央处理器。基带处理器可以用于对通信协议以及通信数据进行处理,中央处理器可以用于对通信装置(如,基站、基带芯片,终端设备、终端设备芯片,DU或CU等)进行控制,执行计算机程序,处理计算机程序的数据。
可选的,通信装置1400中还可以包括一个或多个存储器1402,其上可以存有计算机程序1404,处理器1401执行所述计算机程序1404,以使得通信装置1400执行上述方法实施例中描述的方法。可选的,所述存储器1402中还可以存储有数据。通信装置1400和存储器1402可以单独设置,也可以集成在一起。
可选的,终端设备1400还可以包括收发器1405、天线1406。收发器1405可以称为收发单元、收发机、或收发电路等,用于实现收发功能。收发器1405可以包括接收器和发送器,接收器可以称为接收机或接收电路等,用于实现接收功能;发送器可以称为发送机或发送电路等,用于实现发送功能。
可选的,终端设备1400中还可以包括一个或多个接口电路1407。接口电路1407用于接收代码指令并传输至处理器1401。处理器1401运行所述代码指令以使终端设备1400执行上述方法实施例中描述的方法。
终端设备1400为前述方法实施例中的第二终端设备:收发器1405用于执行图11中的步骤1101。
终端设备1400为前述方法实施例中的第一终端设备:处理器1401用于执行图2中的步骤201、图3中的步骤301、图4中的步骤402、图5中的步骤502和503、图6中的步骤601和602、图7中的步骤701、图8中的步骤801和802、图9中的步骤901和图10中的步骤1001;收发器1405用于执行图4中的步骤401和图5中的步骤501。
在一种实现方式中,处理器1401中可以包括用于实现接收和发送功能的收发器。例如该收发器可以是收发电路,或者是接口,或者是接口电路。用于实现接收和发送功能的收发电路、接口或接口电路可以是分开的,也可以集成在一起。上述收发电路、接口或接口电路可以用于代码/数据的读写,或者,上述收发电路、接口或接口电路可以用于信号的传输或传递。
在一种实现方式中,处理器1401可以存有计算机程序1404,计算机程序1404在处理器1401上运行,可使得终端设备1400执行上述方法实施例中描述的方法。计算机程序1404可能固化在处理器1401中,该种情况下,处理器1401可能由硬件实现。
在一种实现方式中,终端设备1400可以包括电路,所述电路可以实现前述方法实施例中发送或接收或者通信的功能。本申请中描述的处理器和收发器可实现在集成电路(integrated circuit,IC)、模拟IC、射频集成电路RFIC、混合信号IC、专用集成电路(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)、印刷电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)、电子设备等上。该处理器和收发器也可以用各种IC工艺技术来制造,例如互补金属氧化物半导体(complementary metal oxide semiconductor,CMOS)、N型金属氧化物半导体(nMetal-oxide-semiconductor,NMOS)、P型金属氧化物半导体(positive channel metal oxide semiconductor,PMOS)、双极结型晶体管(bipolar junction transistor,BJT)、双极CMOS(BiCMOS)、硅锗(SiGe)、砷化镓(GaAs)等。
以上实施例描述中的终端设备可以是网络设备或者终端设备,但本申请中描述的终端设备的范围并不限于此,而且终端设备的结构可以不受图14的限制。终端设备可以是独立的设备或者可以是较大设备的一部分。例如所述终端设备可以是:

  1. 一种确定共享信道占用时间的方法,应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,其特征在于,所述方法由第一终端设备执行,所述方法包括:
    基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    基于所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定所述第一终端设备是否可使用所述第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    接收所述第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;所述第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第一区域标识和所述COT的共享信息;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备所在的区域标识与所述第一区域标识相同。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    接收所述第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;所述第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第二区域标识;
    基于所述第二区域标识,确定所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述距离小于距离阈值,或者,所述距离在预先配置的距离范围内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第二区域标识,确定所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离,包括:
    根据所述第二区域标识,确定所述第二终端设备的地理位置信息;
    根据所述第一终端设备的地理位置信息和所述第二终端设备的地理位置信息,确定所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    确定物理直连链路控制信道PSCCH/物理直连链路共享信道PSSCH的解调参考信号DMRS的参考信号接收功率RSRP测量值;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述RSRP测量值在预先配置的功率范围内,或者,所述RSRP测量值大于预定先配置功率阈值。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备所在的资源池,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与所述第二终端设备所在的第二资源池相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    确定所述第一终端设备是否为所述第二终端设备的目的终端设备;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备为所述第二终端设备的所述目的终端设备。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    基于所述第一终端设备的业务类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述第一终端设备的业务类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发送起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备的业务类型为目标业务类型;
    其中,所述目标业务类型至少包括单播业务、组播业务和广播业务中的任意一种。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    基于终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT,包括:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型与所述第二终端设备所发送的信息所属的信道的类型相同。
  14. 一种通信装置,应用于终端直连通信非授权频段,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    处理模块,用于基于终端设备间信道占用时间COT的共享条件,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    基于所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离信息,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    收发模块,用于接收所述第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;所述第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第一区域标识和所述COT的共享信息;
    所述处理模块,还用于确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备所在的区域标识与所述第一区域标识相同。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    收发模块,用于接收所述第二终端设备发送的第二阶段SCI信息;所述第二阶段SCI信息中至少包括第二区域标识;
    所述处理模块,还用于:
    基于所述第二区域标识,确定所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述距离小于距离阈值,或者,所述距离在预先配置的距离范围内。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    根据所述第二区域标识,确定所述第二终端设备的地理位置信息;
    根据所述第一终端设备的地理位置信息和所述第二终端设备的地理位置信息,确定所述第一终端设备与所述第二终端设备之间的距离。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    确定物理直连链路控制信道PSCCH/物理直连链路共享信道PSSCH的解调参考信号DMRS的参考信号接收功率RSRP测量值;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述RSRP测量值在预先配置的功率范围内,或者,所述RSRP测量值大于预定先配置功率阈值。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    基于终端设备所在的资源池,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备所在的第一资源池与所述第二终端设备所在的第二资源池相同。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    确定所述第一终端设备是否为所述第二终端设备的目的终端设备;
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中,所述第一终端设备为所述第二终端设备的所述目的终端设备。
  23. 根据权利要求14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    基于所述第一终端设备的业务类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发送起的COT,其中,第一终端设备 的业务类型为目标业务类型;
    其中,所述目标业务类型至少包括单播业务、组播业务和广播业务中的任意一种。
  25. 根据权利要求14所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    基于终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型,确定所述第一终端设备是否可共享第二终端设备发起的COT。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    确定所述第一终端设备可共享所述第二终端设备发起的COT,其中所述第一终端设备发送的信息所属的信道的类型与所述第二终端设备所发送的信息所属的信道的类型相同。
  27. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序,以使所述装置执行如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法。
  28. 一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储有指令,当所述指令被执行时,使如权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法被实现。
