Claims (15)

- 根据权利要求10所述的免疫偶联物或其药学上可接受的盐,其中接头单元-L-为-L 1-L 2-L 3-L 4-,L 1选自-(琥珀酰亚胺-3-基-N)-W-C(O)-、-CH 2-C(O)-NR 1-W-C(O)-或-C(O)-W-C(O)-,其中W选自C 1-8烷基或C 1-6烷基-环烷基;L 2选自-NR 2(CH 2CH 2O)p 1CH 2CH 2C(O)-、-NR 2(CH 2CH 2O)p 1CH 2C(O)-、-S(CH 2)p 1C(O)-或化学键,其中p 1为1至20的整数;优选为化学键;L 3为由2至7个氨基酸残基构成的肽残基,其中所述氨基酸残基选自苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、缬氨酸、赖氨酸、瓜氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸和天冬氨酸形成的氨基酸残基;L 4选自-NR 3(CR 4R 5) t-、-C(O)NR 3-、-C(O)NR 3(CH 2) t-或PAB基团,其中t为1至6的整数;R 1、R 2和R 3相同或不同,且各自独立地选自氢原子、烷基、卤代烷基、氘代烷基和羟烷基;R 4和R 5相同或不同,且各自独立地选自氢原子、卤素、烷基、卤代烷基、氘代烷基和羟烷基。
- 一种药物组合物,其包含:权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分离的抗ROR1抗体,或权利要求6所述的分离的核酸分子,或权利要求9至12中任一项所述的免疫偶联物或其药学上可接受的盐;以及一种或多种药学上可接受的赋形剂、稀释剂或载体。
- 权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分离的抗ROR1抗体,或权利要求6所述的分离的核酸分子,或权利要求9至12中任一项所述的免疫偶联物或其药学上可接受的盐,或权利要求13所述的药物组合物在制备用于治疗ROR1介导的疾病或病症的药物中的用途。
- 权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分离的抗ROR1抗体,或权利要求6所述的分离的核酸分子,或权利要求9至12中任一项所述的免疫偶联物或其药学上可接受的盐,或权利要求13所述的药物组合物在制备用于治疗肿瘤或癌症的药物中的用途;优选地,所述肿瘤或癌症选自乳腺癌、胰腺癌、肺癌、食道癌、非小细胞肺癌、喉部肿瘤、肉瘤、咽部肿瘤、口腔肿瘤、胃癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌、结肠直肠癌、淋巴瘤和白血病。
