目前,热水器管组上所使用的管接头连接方式是通过铜管和成型的接头相互之间焊接而成,焊接后的管组在后期有泄露的风险,在材料成本和人工成本上也比较高,加工过程中需要来回周转,比较费时费力。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种热水器用管件、管组件及其热水器。
一种热水器用管件,用于连接对应的接头,所述热水器用管件包括管体,所述管体的一端设有与所述管体一体成型且用于连接所述接头的对接段;其中,所述对接段的外侧壁上至少设有两个凸圈,且相邻两个凸圈之间形成能够容纳密封件的凹槽。
在其中一个实施例中,至少两个所述凸圈分别设为第一凸圈和第二凸圈,所述第一凸圈相对所述第二凸圈靠近所述管体设置,用以配合所述接头及限位所述密封件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述凸圈沿着所述对接段的径向方向的厚度大于或等于所述管体的壁厚。
在其中一个实施例中,所述对接段的内径大于或等于所述管体的内径。
在其中一个实施例中,所述凸圈通过冲压形成。
在其中一个实施例中,所述凸圈的数量包括三个,其中两个所述凸圈靠近所述管体设置且互相抵靠,另一个所述凸圈远离所述管体设置并与两个所述凸圈间隔设置,以形成所述凹槽。

通过将管体11和用于连接接头20的对接段12一体成型设置,如此能够减少对接段12与管体11来回周转并进行焊接的系列步骤,明显减少加工步骤以及加工成本;且对接段12和管体11一体成型,从而对接段12和管体11之间不存在间隙,也不存在焊接不良的问题,消除两者之间泄漏的风险。
至少两个凸圈121分别设为第一凸圈121a和第二凸圈121b,第一凸圈121a相对第二凸圈121b靠近管体11设置,并能够配合实现接头20的限位,防止接头20脱离对接段12。另外第一凸圈121a和第二凸圈121b之间形成凹槽122,凹槽122用于容纳并限位密封件30,防止密封件30移位或者脱落。当然,在其他实施例中凸圈121设置的数量不局限于以上所述。
在其中一个实施例中,参阅图2至图4,设置三个凸圈121,分别为第一凸圈121a、第二凸圈121b和第三凸圈121c,其中第一凸圈121a、第二凸圈121b靠近管体11设置且互相抵靠,第三凸圈121c远离管体11设置并与第一凸圈121a和第二凸圈121b间隔设置,以形成凹槽122,第一凸圈121a和第二凸圈121b相互抵靠,能够增强两者对接头20限位的强度,以免第一凸圈121a单独限位时强度不够导致第一凸圈121a变形,从而影响与接头20限位连接处的密封性。
在另一个实施例中,如图1所示,设置三个凸圈121,分别为第一凸圈121a、第二凸圈121b和第三凸圈121c,而相邻的第一凸圈121a和第二凸圈121b之间形成第一凹槽122a,相邻的第二凸圈121b和第三凸圈121c之间形成第二凹槽122b,其中第一凹槽122a和第二凹槽122b内均可以用于容置密封件30,以加强接头20和对接段12的密封性能。
在其中一个实施例中,凸圈121沿着对接段12的径向方向的厚度大于或等于管体11的壁厚,确保凸圈121具备足够的强度,以免接头20与管体11被相对拉扯时,凸圈121 若强度不足,则凸圈121易发生歪斜,导致对接头20的限位失效,使得接头20脱离对接段12,导致泄漏,因此确保凸圈121具有足够的强度尤为重要。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以通过设置多个相互紧靠的凸圈121相互配合以提供足够的限位强度,从而无需对凸圈121沿对接段12的径向方向的厚度进行限制,凸圈121的厚度可以大于管体11壁厚,也可以小于管体11的壁厚。
在其中一个实施例中,对接段12的内径大于或等于管体11的内径,如此设置,从管体11内流出的液体经过对接段12时,能够顺畅的流出,以免对接段12内径过小对流体造成阻碍,影响流体的流速。
在其中一个实施例中,凸圈121通过冲压形成,冲压的加工方式简单,冲压形成的凸圈121与对接段12为一体结构,从而确保了凸圈121与对接段12之间具有较高的连接强度,进而有效防止凸圈121在使用后期产生脱落。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以通过其他加工方式加工形成凸圈121,例如通过模具一体形成对接段12和凸圈121。
管体11包括铜管,铜管导热性能更好且不易老化、柔韧性更好,尤其适用于热水器中。当然,在其他实施例中,管体11也可以为不锈钢管。
本申请还提供一种管组件100,参阅图3和图4,该管组件100包括接头20、密封件30以及如上任一实施例中所述热水器用管件10,其中,接头20套设于对接段12上,实现接头20与管体11的连接;另外,密封件30安装于凹槽122内,用于实现接头20和对接段12的密封,防止接头20和对接段12的连接处发生内泄漏。
参阅图3和图4,管组件100还包括固定片40,接头20上开设有与接头20内部连通的卡口21,固定片40能够插设于卡口21,如此设置,将接头20套设在对接段12上,并使卡口21与管体11对应,且卡口21位于凸圈121靠近管体11的一侧,即卡口21位于第一凸圈121a靠近管体11的一侧,如此将固定片40插设于卡口21内,固定片40与第一凸圈121a配合抵靠,第一凸圈121a能够限制固定片40朝对接段12移动,从而实现接头20与对接段12抵靠限位,实现接头20与管体11的装配连接。
如图5所示,本申请还提供一种热水器200,包括如上所述的管组件100,管组件100中的管体11和接头20连接紧密,后期使用时不存在泄漏的风险,从而有利于提高换热器的品质、性能以及延长其使用寿命。
