相较于现有技术,本发明的可调节颈部支架通过在高度调节旋钮设置第一线缆和第二线缆,在颈托前部支架内滑动设置第一滑块和第二滑块;第一线缆连接第一滑块,第一滑块连接左侧板,第二线缆连接第二滑块,第二滑块连接右侧板;调节高度时,通过旋转操作盖,带动绕线柱旋转,从而拉动第一线缆的两端以及第二线缆的两端,使得第一滑块和第二滑块分别在颈托前部支架内朝相反的方向滑动,从而同步推起左侧板和右侧板或同步拉下左侧板和右侧板,再由左侧板和右侧板推动或拉动下颌托板,进而实现颈部支架的高、低调节,使得颈部支架适用于颈部长度不同的患者使用;相较于传统的齿轮齿条调节结构,有效改善操作的顺畅度,使得高度的调节更容易操作,而且增长颈部支架使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
如图1和图4所示,本发明的可调节颈部支架包括颈托前部支架1、左侧板2、右侧板3、下颌托板4以及高度调节旋钮5;其中,左侧板2和右侧板3分别活动连接在颈托前部支架1左端和右端,下颌托板4连接在左侧板2和右侧板3之间。高度调节旋钮5安装于颈托前部支架1,且高度调节旋钮5与左侧板2和右侧板3机械连接;通过高度调节旋钮5可以调节左侧板2和右侧板3的高度,从而调节下颌托板4的高度,使得颈部支架适用于颈部长度不同的患者使用。
如图4至图7所示,颈托前部支架1包括底壳100以及与底壳100连接的外罩101;高度调节旋钮5通过螺母6与螺栓7安装于穿设于底壳100和外罩101上。高度调节旋钮5包括操作盖501以及绕线柱502;其中,螺母6安装于操作盖501,绕线柱502安装于底壳100;螺栓7穿设于绕线柱502内,一端与底壳100抵接,另一端与螺母6连接,操作盖501与外罩101抵接;从而将高度调节旋钮5安装于颈托前部支架1上。
进一步,绕线柱502贴近外罩101的一端设有限位块503,另一端设有延伸部504。延伸部504的两侧分别形成第一绕线槽505和第二绕线槽506;且绕线柱502开设有第一穿线孔507和第二穿线孔508。第一穿线孔507位于第一绕线槽505内,用以穿设第一线缆8,再将第一线缆8缠绕在第一绕线槽505内;第二穿线孔508位于第二绕线槽506内,用以穿设第二线缆9,再将第二线缆9缠绕在第二绕线槽506内。此外,第一绕线槽505上还设有第一限位槽509,第一线缆8上安装有第一限位套(未图示),第一限位套收容在第一限位槽509内,从而有效避免第一线缆8跑位;第二绕线槽上第二设有限位槽(未图示),第二线缆9上安装有第二限位套(未图示),第二限位套收容在第二限位槽(未图示)内,从而有效避免第二线缆9跑位。
限位块503上设有两个安装槽510以及两个弹性槽511;其中,两个安装槽510相对设置,两个弹性槽511相对设置,每一个弹性槽511与每一个安装槽510相邻设置。操作盖501的底部凸伸有连接部512,连接部512的中间位置设有安装孔513,螺母6安装于安装孔513。连接部512设有四根限位柱514,其中两根限位柱514分别位于两个安装槽510内,另外两根限位柱514分别位于两个弹性槽511内,从而实现操作盖501与绕线柱502的相互连接。
进一步,每一个弹性槽511的槽口均设有凸齿515,外罩101设有与凸齿515配合的内齿槽102,通过内齿槽102对限位块503进行限位,有效避免绕线柱502在无外力的情况下转动。当需要转动绕线柱502时,由于弹性槽511可以弹性形变,只需向操作盖501施加外力使得弹性槽511形变时,凸齿515就可以弹性移动脱离内齿槽102,绕线柱502即可转动。
如图2至图4所示,底壳100设有第一滑槽103和第二滑槽104,高度调节旋钮5位于第一滑槽103和第二滑槽104之间。第一滑槽103内滑动安装有第一滑块10,第二滑槽104内滑动安装有第二滑块11。第一滑块10设有第一连接头部105,第二滑块11设有第二连接头部110。左侧板2的一端与底壳100的左端通过旋转件12旋转连接,另一端设有左滑槽201;右侧板3的一端与底壳100右端通过另一旋转件12旋转连接,另一端设有右滑槽301。
进一步,底壳100的左端设有第三滑槽106,右端设有第四滑槽107;第一连接头部105穿设于第三滑槽106和左滑槽201,且第一连接头部105的一面抵在底壳100的左端上,另 一面抵在左侧板2上;第二连接头部110穿设于第四滑槽107和右滑槽301,且第二连接头部110一面抵在底壳100的右端上,另一面抵在右侧板3上;从而实现左侧板2、右侧板3分别与颈托前部支架1的活动连接。
此外,第一滑块10上设有两个第一连接柱108,其中一个第一连接柱108位于第一滑块10的尾部,另一个第一连接柱108位于第一滑块10的中间位置。第二滑块11上设有两个第二连接柱111;其中一个第二连接柱111位于第二滑块11的尾部,另一个第二连接柱111位于第二滑块11的中间位置。第一线缆8的两端分别固定在两个第一连接柱108上;第二线缆9的两端分别固定在两个第二连接柱111上。第一线缆8、第二线缆9、第一滑块10和第二滑块11均收容在底壳100和外罩101围合形成的空间内;第一连接头部105和第二连接头部110伸出颈托前部支架1外。
本发明的可调节颈部支架工作原理如下:
通过旋转操作盖501,带动绕线柱502旋转,从而拉动第一线缆8的两端以及第二线缆9的两端,使得第一滑块10和第二滑块11分别在第一滑槽103和第二滑槽104内朝相反的方向滑动;
与此同时,第一连接头部105在第三滑槽106和左滑槽201内滑动,第二连接头部110在第四滑槽107和右滑槽301内滑动,从而同步推起左侧板2和右侧板3或同步拉下左侧板2和右侧板3,再由左侧板2和右侧板3推动或拉动下颌托板4,进而实现颈部支架的高、低调节,使得颈部支架适用于颈部长度不同的患者使用。
相较于传统的齿轮齿条调节结构,从而改善操作的顺畅度,使得高度的调节更容易操作,而且有效增长颈部支架使用寿命。
综上,本发明的可调节颈部支架通过在高度调节旋钮5设置第一线缆8和第二线缆9;其中,第一线缆8连接第一滑块10,第一滑块10连接底壳100和左侧板2,第二线缆9连接第二滑块11,第二滑块11连接底壳100和右侧板3;调节高度时,通过旋转操作盖501,带动绕线柱502旋转,从而拉动第一线缆8的两端以及第二线缆9的两端,使得第一滑块10和第二滑块11分别在第一滑槽103和第二滑槽104内朝相反的方向滑动;使得第一连接头部105在第三滑槽106和左滑槽201内滑动,第二连接头部110在第四滑槽107和右滑槽301内滑动,从而同步推起左侧板2和右侧板3或同步拉下左侧板2和右侧板3,再由左侧板2和右侧板3推动或拉动下颌托板4,进而实现颈部支架的高、低调节,使得颈部支架适用于颈部长度不同的患者使用;相较于传统的齿轮齿条调节结构,有效改善操作的顺畅度,使得高度的调节更容易操作,而且增长颈部支架使用寿命。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调节颈部支架,其特征在于,包括:颈托前部支架、左侧板、右侧板、下颌托板以及高度调节旋钮;所述左侧板和所述右侧板分别活动连接在所述颈托前部支架左端和右端,所述下颌托板连接在所述左侧板和所述右侧板之间,所述高度调节旋钮安装于所述颈托前部支架;所述高度调节旋钮包括操作盖以及连接所述操作盖的绕线柱;所述绕线柱安装于所述颈托前部支架内,所述操作盖露出所述颈托前部支架;
    所述颈托前部支架内滑动安装有第一滑块和第二滑块,所述第一滑块设有第一连接头部,所述第二滑块设有第二连接头部;所述第一连接头部滑动连接所述颈托前部支架的左端与所述左侧板,所述第二连接头部滑动连接所述颈托前部支架的右端与所述右侧板,所述绕线柱上缠绕有第一线缆和第二线缆,所述第一线缆的两端均固定在所述第一滑块上,所述第二线缆的两端均固定在所述二滑块上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述绕线柱设有限位块和延伸部;所述限位块与所述颈托前部支架配合,所述操作盖与所述限位块连接;所述延伸部的两侧分别形成第一绕线槽和第二绕线槽;所述绕线柱开设有第一穿线孔和第二穿线孔;所述第一穿线孔位于所述第一绕线槽内,所述第一线缆穿设于所述第一穿线孔,且所述第一线缆缠绕在所述第一绕线槽内;所述第二穿线孔位于所述第二绕线槽内,所述第二线缆穿设于所述第二穿线孔,且所述第二线缆缠绕在所述第二绕线槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述限位块上设有两个安装槽以及两个弹性槽;两个所述安装槽相对设置,两个所述弹性槽相对设置,每一个所述弹性槽与每一个所述安装槽相邻设置;所述操作盖的底部凸伸有连接部,所述连接部设有四根限位柱,其中两根所述限位柱分别位于两个所述安装槽内,另外两根所述限位柱分别位于两个所述弹性槽内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:每一个所述弹性槽的槽口均设有凸齿,所述颈托前部支架设有与所述凸齿配合的内齿槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述颈托前部支架设有第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述绕线柱位于第一滑槽和第二滑槽之间;所述第一滑块滑动安装于所述第一滑槽内,所述第二滑块滑动安装于所述第二滑槽内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述第一滑块上设有两个第一连接柱,其中一个所述第一连接柱位于所述第一滑块的尾部,另一个所述第一连接柱位于所述第一滑块的中间位置,所述第一线缆的两端分别固定在两个所述第一连接柱上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述第二滑块上设有两个第二连 接柱;其中一个所述第二连接柱位于所述第二滑块的尾部,另一个所述第二连接柱位于所述第二滑块的中间位置,所述第二线缆的两端分别固定在两个所述第二连接柱上。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述第一绕线槽设有第一限位槽,所述第一线缆上安装有第一限位套,所述第一限位套收容在所述第一限位槽内;所述第二绕线槽设有第二限位槽,所述第二线缆上安装有第二限位套,所述第二限位套收容在所述第二限位槽内。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述颈托前部支架包括底壳以及与所述底壳连接的外罩;所述连接部设有安装孔,所述安装孔内安装有螺母,所述绕线柱安装于所述底壳;且所述绕线柱内穿设有螺杆,所述螺杆的一端与所述底壳抵接,另一端与所述螺母连接,所述操作盖与所述外罩抵接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可调节颈部支架,其特征在于:所述左侧板的一端与所述底壳的左端旋转连接,另一端设有左滑槽;所述右侧板的一端与所述底壳右端旋转连接,另一端设有右滑槽;所述底壳的左端设有第三滑槽,右端设有第四滑槽;所述第一连接头部穿设于所述第三滑槽和所述左滑槽,且所述第一连接头部的一面抵在所述底壳的左端上,另一面抵在左侧板上;所述第二连接头部穿设于所述第四滑槽和所述右滑槽,且所述第二连接头部一面抵在所述底壳的右端上,另一面抵在所述右侧板上。
