所述筒体2内设置有第一过风通道22和第二过风通道23,所述第二过风通道23内设置有发热架24;当吹风机处于吹风状态时,气流从所述入风口32吸入,依次穿过所述第一出风通道31、所述第一过风通道22、所述第二过风通道23和所述出风口21从所述集风风嘴1吹出。
本实施例通过电机33将空气从手柄3的入风口32吸入,经过第一出风通道31进入筒体2内,在第一过风通道22和第二过风通道23之间进行挤压,使筒体2内的气流进行相互碰撞和挤压,从而使局部的高温和局部的低温进行充分的融合,气流再进入集风风嘴1内,集风风嘴1对气流进行压缩后送出,使吹出来的风力更强,更均匀,有利于头发的吹干和造型的设计,使用户体验更具有舒适感。
需要说明的是本实施例的发热丝从任何角度均看不见,并且可触及处与发热丝带电体的电气间隙爬电距离远远大于国际标准规定值,增加了产品的电气安全性并且美观大方。
此外,本实施例的筒体的高度为52mm,相对于现有技术而言,超薄的筒体可以提升人们对产品美的感受。
如图3-7所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述筒体2内设置有下隔热内衬26和上隔热内衬25,所述上隔热内衬25与所述下隔热内衬26连接,所述上隔热内衬25的中部向下凹入形成第一挡风圈251,所述下隔热内衬26的中部向上凸出形成第二挡风圈261,所述第一挡风圈251与所述壳体内壁之间形成所述第一过风通道22,所述第一挡风圈251与所述第二挡风圈261之间形成所述第二过风通道23。
通过该设置使气流穿过第一出风通道31进入第一过风通道22时,第 一挡风圈251对气流进行一次挤压,即通过阻拦的方式,使气流在第一过风通道22内进行90°的旋转,在第一过风通道22的底部,第二挡风圈261对气流进行二次挤压,即通过阻拦的方式,使气流再次进行90°的旋转,而在旋转时气流在第二过风通道23和第一过风通道22之间进行相互碰撞和挤压,从而使局部的高温和局部的低温进行充分的融合后,再将气流经过第二过风通道23输送出去,从而使输出的气流温度均匀,解决气流温度偏差较大的现象,使用户体验更具有舒适感。
如图3-10所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述集风风嘴1设置有磁铁11,所述筒体2内安装有铁环27,所述磁铁11与所述铁环27磁性连接。
通过磁性连接的方式,将集风风嘴1安装在筒体2的出风口21处,安装方便,便于拆卸。
如图3-7所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述筒体2包括面盖28,所述上隔热内衬25的顶部向下凹入形成一安装槽252,所述铁环27安装于所述安装槽252,所述面盖28盖合于所述上隔热内衬25。
通过铁环27的设置,使集风风嘴1能够通过磁铁11安装在面盖28上,结构简单,实用性强。
如图8-10所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述集风风嘴1包括出风嘴12、安装座13、导风支架14和底盖15,所述出风嘴12和所述导风支架14分别安装于所述安装座13的两端,所述底盖15的一端安装于所述导风支架14,所述底盖15的另一端伸入所述出风口21,所述出风嘴12和所述安装座13之间安装有所述磁铁11。
通过导风支架14对输出的气流进加压,加强气流输出的风力。
如图8-10所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述出风嘴12开有第一容纳腔121,所述安装座13开有第二容纳腔131,所述安装座13安装于所述第一容纳腔121,所述导风支架14安装于所述第二容纳腔131,所述第一容纳腔121的底部开有第一集风口122,所述第二容纳腔131的底部开有第二 集风口132,所述导风支架14与所述安装座13之间设置有第三集风口,所述第一集风口122、所述第二集风口132和所述第三集风口之间形成第二出风通道。
第二出风通道的设置能够对输出的气流进行加压,即通过导风支架14对输入的气流进行加压后,气流再依次穿过第二集风口132和第一集风口122,经过加压后的气流会更加强力。
如图8-10所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述第一容纳腔121的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,所述第二容纳腔131的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,所述导风支架14的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,通过渐变式的第一容纳腔121、第二容纳腔131和导风支架14能够使气流在经过时,进行压缩,从而达到加强输出气流的目的。
如图3-7所示,所述第二挡风圈261的直径小于所述第一挡风圈251的直径。通过该设置使气流能够穿过第二挡风圈261和第一挡风圈251之间的第二过风通道23。
如图8-10所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述导风支架14的外侧设置有多个对气流进行导向的导风骨位141,多个所述导风骨位141的外侧分别抵顶于所述安装座13,多个所述导风骨位141均匀分布与所述导风支架14。
导风骨位141的设置能够对输入的气流进行导向,而经过导向后的气流在离开导风骨位141时会在进行聚集,此时气流的强度已经通过导风骨位141进行加强,因此输出的气流的风力会更大。
如图3-7所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述出风口21贯穿所述筒体2,出风口21的输入端安装有入风网29,所述集风风嘴1安装于所述出风口21的输出端。
入风网29的设置可以防止杂物被吸入及头发被卷入;因入风网29处是风速带吸风状态,在出热风的反面,为冷风。可以冷却头发,达到快速定型的效果。
如图3-7所示,在其他的具体实施例中,所述手柄3内安装有导风板34,所述导风板34设置于所述电机33与所述第一出风通道31之间。通过导风板34的设置使电机33吹出的气流强度更大。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:包括集风风嘴、筒体和手柄,所述集风风嘴和所述手柄分别与所述筒体连接,所述手柄与所述筒体之间设置有第一出风通道,所述筒体设置有出风口,所述手柄的末端设置有入风口;
    所述手柄内设置有电机,所述电机的输出端朝向所述第一出风通道;
    所述筒体内设置有第一过风通道和第二过风通道,所述第二过风通道内设置有发热架;
    当吹风机处于吹风状态时,气流从所述入风口吸入,依次穿过所述第一出风通道、所述第一过风通道、所述第二过风通道和所述出风口从所述集风风嘴吹出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述筒体内设置有下隔热内衬和上隔热内衬,所述上隔热内衬与所述下隔热内衬连接,所述上隔热内衬的中部向下凹入形成第一挡风圈,所述下隔热内衬的中部向上凸出形成第二挡风圈,所述第一挡风圈与所述壳体内壁之间形成所述第一过风通道,所述第一挡风圈与所述第二挡风圈之间形成所述第二过风通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述集风风嘴设置有磁铁,所述筒体内安装有铁环,所述磁铁与所述铁环磁性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述筒体包括面盖,所述上隔热内衬的顶部向下凹入形成一安装槽,所述铁环安装于所述安装槽,所述面盖盖合于所述上隔热内衬。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述集风风嘴包括出风嘴、安装座、导风支架和底盖,所述出风嘴和所述导风 支架分别安装于所述安装座的两端,所述底盖的一端安装于所述导风支架,所述底盖的另一端伸入所述出风口,所述出风嘴和所述安装座之间安装有所述磁铁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述出风嘴开有第一容纳腔,所述安装座开有第二容纳腔,所述安装座安装于所述第一容纳腔,所述导风支架安装于所述第二容纳腔,所述第一容纳腔的底部开有第一集风口,所述第二容纳腔的底部开有第二集风口,所述导风支架与所述安装座之间设置有第三集风口,所述第一集风口、所述第二集风口和所述第三集风口之间形成第二出风通道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述第一容纳腔的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,所述第二容纳腔的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,所述导风支架的底部到顶部的宽度变化趋势为逐渐变大,所述第二挡风圈的直径小于所述第一挡风圈的直径。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述导风支架的外侧设置有多个对气流进行导向的导风骨位,多个所述导风骨位的外侧分别抵顶于所述安装座,多个所述导风骨位均匀分布与所述导风支架。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述出风口贯穿所述筒体,出风口的输入端安装有入风网,所述集风风嘴安装于所述出风口的输出端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高速超短吹风机,其特征在于:所述手柄内安装有导风板,所述导风板设置于所述电机与所述第一出风通道之间。
