为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供的一种风冷直发器结构,包括下夹板组件、上夹板组件和控制电路板;所述下夹板组件包括下夹板、下发热板组件和风机;所述下夹板内设置有第一空腔,所述下夹板顶部的两端分别设置有第一风口和第一安装位,所述下发热板组件设于所述第一安装位内,所述风机设于所述第一空腔靠近所述第一风口的一端;所述下夹板靠近所述风机的端部设置有进风孔,靠近所述下发热板组件一端的外侧分布有多个第一出风孔;所述上夹板组件包括上夹板和上发热板组件,所述上夹板与所述下夹板枢接;所述上夹板内设有第二空腔,所述上夹板自由端的底部设置有第二安装位,另一端的底部设置有第二风口,所述第二风口与所述第一风口连通,所述上发热组件 设于所述第二安装位内,所述上夹板的外侧设置有多个第二出风孔;所述第一风口的口部设置有导风板,所述导风板的另一端搭接在所述第二风口的端部,所述导风板的倾斜角度随所述下夹板组件与所述上夹板组件夹合的角度改变而变化,使所述导风板始终搭接在所述第二风口的端部;所述控制电路板设于所述第一空腔或者所述第二空腔内,且与所述下发热板组件和所述上发热板组件电连接。
进一步,所述导风板的朝着所述风机的气流方向倾斜。
进一步,所述导风板下端的两侧延伸有连接柱,所述连接柱与所述第一风口的两侧壁转动连接。
进一步,所述连接柱上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端限位在所述第一风口的端部,另一端限位在所述导风板上,使所述导风板的自由端始终搭接在所述第二风口的端部。
进一步,所述导风板下端的两侧设有避空槽,用于避空所述扭簧。
进一步,所述导风板的下端设有圆柱面,所述第一风口的端部延伸到所述圆柱面。
进一步,所述第一风口的端部倾斜向上延伸形成第一导风部。
进一步,所述第一风口的两侧向上延伸有第一侧板,所述第二风口的口部的两侧向下延伸有第二侧板,且两所述第一侧板位于两所述第二侧板之间;两所述第二侧板、两所述第一侧板和所述导风板使所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔连通、且形成封闭空间。
进一步,所述导风板上端的两侧向外延伸有限位部,用于限位在两所述第一侧板的端部。
进一步,所述第一风口的另一端设置有向上延伸的端板,靠近所述端板的一端设置连接两所述第一侧板顶部的限位板,所述限位板用于限位所述风机。
进一步,所述第二风口的端部设有倾斜向下延伸的第二导风部,所述导风板贴合在所述第二导风部的内表面。
进一步,所述控制电路板设于所述上夹板内,所述上夹板上设有避空孔,用于避空设置在控制电路板上的控制开关。
进一步,所述控制电路板上的控制开关为推动开关。
进一步,所述下夹板靠近所述第一风口的一端的上表面向上延伸有安装部,所述上夹板靠近所述第二风口的一端底部设置有安装槽,所述安装部伸入所述安装槽内,枢轴贯穿所述安装部与所述安装槽的两侧壁连接。
进一步,所述安装槽设有第一定位孔,所述安装部上设有第二定位孔,所述第二定位孔内设置有定位定位柱,所述上夹板与所述下夹板之间还设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端伸入所述第一定位孔,另一端设于所述第二定位孔内,且卡于所述定位柱上。
进一步,所述上夹板包括第一底壳和第一面壳,所述第一面壳与所述第一底壳盖合形成所述第二空腔;所述第二安装位和所述第二风口设于所述第一底壳上;所述第一底壳的两内侧壁设置有安装台阶,所述第一底壳内设有支撑在两所述安装台阶上的载板,所述控制电路板设于所述载板上;
所述下夹板包括第二底壳和第二面盖;所述第二面盖与所述第二底壳盖合形成所述第一空腔;所述第一安装位和所述第一风口设于所述第二面盖上。
进一步,所述第一底壳位于所述载板底部的底壁向下凹陷部,凹陷部的底壁有所述载板的底壁形成风道;所述第二面盖的顶部设有向内凹陷的避空凹槽,用于避空所述凹陷部。
进一步,所述载板的端部设置有向上延伸的挡风板。
进一步,所述下夹板靠近所述第一风口的一端设置有圆弧过渡面,所述圆弧过渡面上设置有安装位,所述上夹板与所述安装位枢接;所述上夹板设有与所述圆弧过渡面配合的圆弧面。
进一步,所述下夹板靠近所述圆弧过渡面的一端设置有安装滑槽,所述安装滑槽的一端贯穿所述所述圆弧过渡面,所述安装滑槽内滑设有限位推块;所述上夹板的圆弧面上设置有限位槽,所述限位槽的外端设有向下延伸的限位凸 起;所述上夹板与所述下夹板夹合,推动所述限位推块伸入到所述安装滑槽内,所述限位推块限位所述上夹板张开。
进一步,所述安装滑槽的一端延伸有弹性部,所述弹性部的自由端向上延伸有限位凸起,所述限位推块的底部设置有限位卡槽。
进一步,所述下夹板上有多条第一凹槽,所述第一出风孔分布在各所述第一凹槽内;所述所述上夹板上有多条第二凹槽,所述第二出风孔分布在各所述第二凹槽内。
本发明实施例提供的风冷直发器结构中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果:
1、直发时,控制电路板接电,从而实现给下加热板和上加热板通电,使二者通电发热;直发时,上夹板与下夹板夹持头发,使得下加热板和上加热板给头发加热,往发尾方向拉,进而实现直发。在需要卷发时,上夹板和下夹板夹持头发,并且旋转本直发器,使得头发缠绕在第一出气孔和第二出气孔一圈,再向发尾拉头发,在拉头发的过程中,风机将外界的空气抽入到第一空腔内,在导风板的作用下,使得流动的空气进入到上夹板的空腔内,进而实现第一出气孔和第二出气孔向头发吹风,达到对头发快速冷却定型,从而完成头发卷发定型,因此本风冷直发器能实现直发和卷发的功能,满足用户的需求。
2、在直发和卷发的过程中,通过风机实现第一空腔和第二空腔与外界的空气对流,因此能实现给上夹板和下夹板散热降温,使得上夹板和下夹板的外表面处于低温状态,避免烫伤用户。

在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1~图7,一种风冷直发器结构,包括下夹板组件1、上夹板组件2和控制电路板3。所述下夹板组件1包括下夹板100、下发热板组件110和风机120。所述下夹板100内设置有第一空腔101,所述下夹板100顶部的两端分别设置有第一风口102和第一安装位,所述下发热板组件110设于所述第一安装位内,所述风机120设于所述第一空腔101靠近所述第一风口102的一端。所述下夹板100靠近所述风机120的端部设置有进风孔103,靠近所述下发热板组件110一端的外侧分布有多个第一出风孔104。所述上夹板组件2包括上夹板200和上发热板组件210,所述上夹板200与所述下夹板100枢接。所述上夹板200内设有第二空腔201,所述上夹板200自由端的底部设置有第二安装位,另一端的底部设置有第二风口202,所述第二风口202与所述第一风口102连通,所述上发热组件210设于所述第二安装位内,所述上夹板200的外侧设置有多个第二出风孔203。所述第一风口102的口部设置有导风板300,所述导风板300的另一端搭接在所述第二风口202的端部,所述导风板300的倾斜角度随所述下夹板组件1与所述上夹板组件2夹合的角度改变而变化,使所述导风板300始终搭接在所述第二风口202的端部。所述控制电路板3设于所述第一空腔101或者所述第二空腔201内,且与所述下发热板组件110和所述上发热板组件210电连接。本实施例中,在风机120运行时,外界的空气通过进风孔103进入到第一空腔101内,再导风板300的作用下,使得进入到第一空腔101内的空气进入到第二空腔201内;进而使得第一空腔101和第二空腔201内形成气流,并分别从第一出风孔104和第二出风孔203吹出,形成空气对流。在括下夹板组件1和上夹板组件2夹合或者张开时,导风板300的角度也随之改变,进而下夹板组件1和上夹板组件2在任何状态下,都能实现上夹板200和下夹板100始终能形成空气对流。
本实施例的直发器,其在直发时,控制电路板3接电,从而实现给下加热板组件110和上加热板组件210通电,使二者通电发热;直发时,上夹板200与下夹板100夹持头发,使得下加热板组件110和上加热板组件210的发热面给头发加热,在往发尾方向拉,进而实现直发。在需要卷发时,上夹板200和下夹板100夹持头发,并且旋转本直发器,使得头发缠绕在第一出气孔104和第二出气孔203一圈,再向发尾拉头发,在拉头发的过程中,风机120将外界的空气抽入到第一空腔101内,在导风板300的作用下,使得流动的空气进入到上夹板200的空腔内,进而实现第一出气孔104和第二出气孔203向头发吹风,达到对头发快速冷却定型,从而完成头发卷发定型,因此本风冷直发器能实现直发和卷发的功能,满足用户的需求。并且,在直发和卷发的过程中,通过风机120实现第一空腔101和第二空腔201与外界的空气对流,因此能实现给上夹板200和下夹板100散热降温,使得上夹板和下夹板的外表面处于低温状态,避免烫伤用户。并且能通过散热能实现上发热组件210和下发热组件110处于恒温状态,避免上发热组件210和下发热组件110持续通电发热导致温度过高而烧坏头发,达到对头发和直发器起到保护的作用。在直发或者卷发完成后,控制电路板3控制风机120继续通电运行,使得风机120形成的气流将上发热组件210和下发热组件110散热降温,使得二者快速降温,避免在将该直发器收集时意外烫伤用户,并且避免该直发器过快老化,增加使用寿命。
进一步,参照图2~5,所述导风板300的朝着所述风机120的气流方向倾斜。本实施例中,通过导风板300更好的将气流导向到上夹板200的第二空腔201内;更好的实现分流。
进一步,参照图2~4,所述导风板300下端的两侧延伸有连接柱301,所述连接柱301与所述第一风口102的两侧壁转动连接。本实施例中,通过导风板300下夹板100转动连接,因此在夹板组件1与上夹板组件2夹合时,导风板300的角度也能发生改变。
进一步,所参照图2~4,述连接柱301上套设有扭簧302,所述扭簧302的 一端限位在所述第一风口102的端部,另一端限位在所述导风板300上,使所述导风板300的自由端始终搭接在所述第二风口202的端部。本实施例中,通过扭簧302的弹力推压导风板300的自由端搭接在第一风口102的端部,并且在夹板组件1与上夹板组件2夹合时,导风板300也会克服弹力一起旋转,使得第一空腔101与第二空腔201始终连通。
进一步,参照图4,所述导风板300下端的两侧设有避空槽303,用于避空所述扭簧302。
进一步,参照图2~4,所述导风板300的下端设有圆柱面,所述第一风口102的端部延伸到所述圆柱面。本实施例中,通过第一风口102的端部延伸到所述圆柱面,进而实现密封作用,避免空气从第一风口102的口部直接吹出,进而提高风机120的利用率。
进一步,参照图2~4,所述第一风口102的端部倾斜向上延伸形成第一导风部1020。本实施例中,通过第一导风部1020便于气流导流到第一吹风孔104的一端。
进一步,参照图2~6,所述第一风口102的两侧向上延伸有第一侧板105,所述第二风口的口部的两侧向下延伸有第二侧板204,且两所述第一侧板105位于两所述第二侧板204之间。两所述第二侧板204、两所述第一侧板105和所述导风板300使所述第一空腔101与所述第二空腔201连通、且形成封闭空间。在本实施例中,通过形成封闭的空间,因此更有效地防止夹板组件1与上夹板组件2连接的位置漏气。并且通过两第二侧板204将第一风口102和第二风口202遮住,使得整体外观更美观。
进一步,参照图2,所述导风板300上端的两侧向外延伸有限位部304,用于限位在两所述第一侧板105的端部。本实施方案中,在夹板组件1与上夹板组件2处于开夹状态时,限位部304限位在第一侧板105端部,因此能有效防止导风板300脱落的问题。
进一步,参照图3和图4,所述第一风口102的另一端设置有向上延伸的端 板106,靠近所述端板106的一端设置连接两所述第一侧板105顶部的限位板107,所述限位板107用于限位所述风机120。本实施例,通过限位板107合端板106对风机120限位和固定。
进一步,参照图6和图7,所述第二风口202的端部设有倾斜向下延伸的第二导风部206,所述导风板300贴合在所述第二导风部206的内表面。本实施例中,通过导风板300更便于气流导入到第二空气201内。
进一步,所述控制电路板3设于所述上夹板200内,所述上夹板200上设有避空孔,用于避空设置在控制电路板3上的控制开关。
进一步,所述控制电路板3上的控制开关为推动开关。本实施例中,采用推动开关控制通断电,因此在头发定型时,能防止意外触碰到开关而断电的问题,给用户带来便利。
进一步,参照图3和图4,所述下夹板100靠近所述第一风口102的一端的上表面向上延伸有安装部108,所述上夹板200靠近所述第二风口202的一端底部设置有安装槽207,所述安装部108伸入所述安装槽207内,枢轴贯穿所述安装部108与所述安装槽207的两侧壁连接。本实施例,采用安装部108伸入到安装槽207中枢接,使得本直发器的结构更为紧凑,美观。
进一步,参照图1~7,所述安装槽207设有第一定位孔,所述安装部108上设有第二定位孔,所述第二定位孔内设置有定位定位柱。所述上夹板200与所述下夹板100之间还设置有压缩弹簧400,所述压缩弹簧400的一端伸入所述第一定位孔,另一端设于所述第二定位孔内,且卡于所述定位柱上。本实施例中,通过压缩弹簧400可推动夹板组件1与上夹板组件2处于打开状态,因此应用用于操作来夹持头发。
进一步,参照图4~图7,所述上夹板200包括第一底壳220和第一面壳221,所述第一面壳221与所述第一底壳盖合形成所述第二空腔201。所述第二安装位和所述第二风口202设于所述第一底壳220上。所述第一底壳220的两内侧壁设置有安装台阶,所述第一底壳220内设有支撑在两所述安装台阶上的载板222, 所述控制电路板3设于所述载板222上。
所述下夹板100包括第二底壳130和第二面盖131。所述第二面盖131与所述第二底壳130盖合形成所述第一空腔101。所述第一安装位和所述第一风口102设于所述第二面盖131上。
进一步,参照图4和图5,所述第一底壳220位于所述载板222底部的底壁向下凹陷部223,凹陷部223的底壁有所述载板的底壁形成风道;所述第二面盖131的顶部设有向内凹陷的避空凹槽132,用于避空所述凹陷部222。
进一步,参照图6和图7,所述载板222的端部设置有向上延伸的挡风板223。本实施例中,通过挡风板223能有效防止气流进入到控制电路板3的位置,因此防止灰尘积累在控制电路板3上,达到对控制电路板3起到保护作用。
进一步,参照图1~图7所述下夹板100靠近所述第一风口102的一端设置有圆弧过渡面109,所述圆弧过渡面109上设置有安装位,所述上夹板200与所述安装位枢接;所述上夹板200设有与所述圆弧过渡面109配合的圆弧面208。本实施例中,在夹板组件1与上夹板组件2夹合与打开时,圆弧面208在圆弧过渡面109上贴合转动;使得本直发器的结构更为紧密和美观。
进一步,参照图1~图7,所述下夹板100靠近所述圆弧过渡面109的一端设置有安装滑槽(附图为标注),所述安装滑槽的一端贯穿所述所述圆弧过渡面109,所述安装滑槽内滑设有限位推块500。所述上夹板200的圆弧面上设置有限位槽,所述限位槽的外端设有向下延伸的限位凸起209;所述上夹板200与所述下夹板100夹合,推动所述限位推块500伸入到所述安装滑槽内,所述限位推块500限位所述上夹板200张开。本实施例中,在将直发器收集包装时,可以将限位推块500推入到限位槽内限位上夹板200,避免上夹板200张开,便于包装。
进一步,参照图2和图3,所述安装滑槽的一端延伸有弹性部100b,所述弹性部100b的自由端向上延伸有限位凸起100c,所述限位推块500的底部设置有限位卡槽。所述限位推块500伸入所述限位槽内时,所述限位凸起100c卡于 限位卡槽内。进而达到对限位推块500起到限位作用。
进一步,参照图2和图3,所述下夹板100上有多条第一凹槽100a,所述第一出风孔104分布在各所述第一凹槽100a内。所述所述上夹板200上有多条第二凹槽200a,所述第二出风孔103分布在各所述第二凹槽内200a。本实施例,在卷发时,头发缠绕在下夹板100和上夹板200外表面时,能防止头发堵塞第一出风孔104和第二出风孔103,进而能达到气流从第一凹槽100a和第二凹槽内200a吹出,实现对头发快速冷却。

  1. 一种风冷直发器结构,包括下夹板组件、上夹板组件和控制电路板;其特征在于,所述下夹板组件包括下夹板、下发热板组件和风机;所述下夹板内设置有第一空腔,所述下夹板顶部的两端分别设置有第一风口和第一安装位,所述下发热板组件设于所述第一安装位内,所述风机设于所述第一空腔靠近所述第一风口的一端;所述下夹板靠近所述风机的端部设置有进风孔,靠近所述下发热板组件一端的外侧分布有多个第一出风孔;所述上夹板组件包括上夹板和上发热板组件,所述上夹板与所述下夹板枢接;所述上夹板内设有第二空腔,所述上夹板自由端的底部设置有第二安装位,另一端的底部设置有第二风口,所述第二风口与所述第一风口连通,所述上发热组件设于所述第二安装位内,所述上夹板的外侧设置有多个第二出风孔;所述第一风口的口部设置有导风板,所述导风板的另一端搭接在所述第二风口的端部,所述导风板的倾斜角度随所述下夹板组件与所述上夹板组件夹合的角度改变而变化,使所述导风板始终搭接在所述第二风口的端部;所述控制电路板设于所述第一空腔或者所述第二空腔内,且与所述下发热板组件和所述上发热板组件电连接。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述导风板下端的两侧延伸有连接柱,所述连接柱与所述第一风口的两侧壁转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述连接柱上套设有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端限位在所述第一风口的端部,另一端限位在所述导风板上,使所述导风板的自由端始终搭接在所述第二风口的端部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述导风板下端的两侧设有避空槽,用于避空所述扭簧。
  6. 根据权利要求3~5任一项所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述导风板的下端设有圆柱面,所述第一风口的端部延伸到所述圆柱面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述第一风口的端部倾斜向上延伸形成第一导风部。
  8. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述第一风口的两侧向上延伸有第一侧板,所述第二风口的口部的两侧向下延伸有第二侧板,且两所述第一侧板位于两所述第二侧板之间;两所述第二侧板、两所述第一侧板和所述导风板使所述第一空腔与所述第二空腔连通、且形成封闭空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述导风板上端的两侧向外延伸有限位部,用于限位在两所述第一侧板的端部。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述第一风口的另一端设置有向上延伸的端板,靠近所述端板的一端设置连接两所述第一侧板顶部的限位板,所述限位板用于限位所述风机。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述第二风口的端部设有倾斜向下延伸的第二导风部,所述导风板贴合在所述第二导风部的内表面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述控制电路板设于所述上夹板内,所述上夹板上设有避空孔,用于避空设置在控制电路板上的控制开关。
  13. 根据权利要求1或12所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述控制电路板上的控制开关为推动开关。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述下夹板靠近所述第一风口的一端的上表面向上延伸有安装部,所述上夹板靠近所述第二风口的一端底部设置有安装槽,所述安装部伸入所述安装槽内,枢轴贯穿所述安装部与所述安装槽的两侧壁连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述安装槽设有第一定位孔,所述安装部上设有第二定位孔,所述第二定位孔内设置有定位 定位柱,所述上夹板与所述下夹板之间还设置有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的一端伸入所述第一定位孔,另一端设于所述第二定位孔内,且卡于所述定位柱上。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述上夹板包括第一底壳和第一面壳,所述第一面壳与所述第一底壳盖合形成所述第二空腔;所述第二安装位和所述第二风口设于所述第一底壳上;所述第一底壳的两内侧壁设置有安装台阶,所述第一底壳内设有支撑在两所述安装台阶上的载板,所述控制电路板设于所述载板上;
    所述下夹板包括第二底壳和第二面盖;所述第二面盖与所述第二底壳盖合形成所述第一空腔;所述第一安装位和所述第一风口设于所述第二面盖上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述第一底壳位于所述载板底部的底壁向下凹陷部,凹陷部的底壁有所述载板的底壁形成风道;所述第二面盖的顶部设有向内凹陷的避空凹槽,用于避空所述凹陷部。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述载板的端部设置有向上延伸的挡风板。
  19. 根据权利要求1~5、11、12、14~17任一项所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述下夹板靠近所述第一风口的一端设置有圆弧过渡面,所述圆弧过渡面上设置有安装位,所述上夹板与所述安装位枢接;所述上夹板设有与所述圆弧过渡面配合的圆弧面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述下夹板靠近所述圆弧过渡面的一端设置有安装滑槽,所述安装滑槽的一端贯穿所述所述圆弧过渡面,所述安装滑槽内滑设有限位推块;所述上夹板的圆弧面上设置有限位槽,所述限位槽的外端设有向下延伸的限位凸起;所述上夹板与所述下夹板夹合,推动所述限位推块伸入到所述安装滑槽内,所述限位推块限位所述上夹板张开。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述安装滑槽的一端延伸有弹性部,所述弹性部的自由端向上延伸有限位凸起,所述限位推 块的底部设置有限位卡槽。
  22. 根据权利要求1~5、11、12、14~17任一项所述的风冷直发器结构,其特征在于:所述下夹板上有多条第一凹槽,所述第一出风孔分布在各所述第一凹槽内;所述所述上夹板上有多条第二凹槽,所述第二出风孔分布在各所述第二凹槽内。
