一种吹风机散热结构
本申请是以申请号为202120512306.0、申请日为2021年3月10日的中国专利申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该申请的全部内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及吹风机散热技术领域,更具体地说是指一种吹风机散热结构。
背景技术
吹风机是人们日常生活中使用频率非常高的小家电,吹风机主要用于头发的干燥和整形,但是吹风机越来越追求小型化,使得PCB板在吹风机内部安装空间不足,难以散热,导致功率元件温度过高,再传热到外壳上,让使用者感受过热甚至烫手问题。
申请内容
本申请的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种吹风机散热结构。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用以下技术方案:
一种吹风机散热结构,包括外壳,筒身,及手柄组件;所述筒身与所述外壳连接,所述手柄组件与所述筒身、及外壳连接;所述筒身的后端设有马达组件,所述马达组件的前端设有风道,所述风道的下端设有透风孔,所述透风孔还连接有引风管,所述引风管下端延伸至所述手柄组件内,所述手柄组件包括与所述外壳连接的手柄壳,及与所述筒身连接的手柄部,所述手柄部的下端设有对应于所述引风管的散热口。
其进一步技术方案为:所述手柄部包括PCB板,底壳,及电源线;所述PCB板的上端与所述筒身连接,所述底壳与所述PCB板下端连接,所述电源线的上端穿过所述底壳与所述PCB板连接,所述散热口设于所述底壳上。
其进一步技术方案为:所述散热口为环形状。
其进一步技术方案为:所述电源线与所述底壳嵌接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述PCB板上设有若干功率元件。
其进一步技术方案为:所述手柄壳包括左手柄壳和右手柄壳;所述左手柄壳和右手柄壳均与所述PCB板连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述左手柄壳和右手柄壳通过螺丝连接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述手柄壳与所述外壳卡接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述引风管为L形状。
其进一步技术方案为:所述引风管与所述透风孔套接。
本申请与现有技术相比的有益效果是:通过筒身与外壳连接,手柄组件与筒身、及外壳连接,筒身的后端设有马达组件,马达组件的前端设有风道,风道的下端设有透风孔,透风孔还连接有引风管,引风管下端延伸至手柄组件内,手柄组件包括与外壳连接的手柄壳,及与筒身连接的手柄部,手柄部的下端设有对应于引风管的散热口;使得马达组件吹出的风有一部分通过透风孔、及引风管分流至手柄组件内,给手柄组件内部散热降温,然后在通过散热口将风吹出去,有效地降低了手柄壳的温度,解决了使用者在使用过程中感受过热甚至烫手的问题,提高了使用体验,实用性强,能够更好地满足需求。

如图1到图2所示的具体实施例,本申请公开了一种吹风机散热结构,包括外壳10,筒身20,及手柄组件30;所述筒身20与所述外壳10连接,所述手柄组件30与所述筒身20、及外壳10连接;所述筒身20的后端设有马达组件21,所述马达组件21的前端设有风道22,所述风道22的下端设有透风孔23,所述透风孔23还连接有引风管24,所述引风管24下端延伸至所述手柄组件30内,所述手柄组件30包括与所述外壳10连接的手柄壳31,及与所述筒身20连接的手柄部32,所述手柄部32的下端设有对应于所述引风管24的散热口321。
其中,如图1所示,所述手柄部32包括PCB板322,底壳323,及电源线324;所述PCB板322的上端与所述筒身20连接,所述底壳323与所述PCB板322下端连接,所述电源线324的上端穿过所述底壳323与所述PCB板322连接,所述散热口321设于所述底壳323上,结构紧凑、节约空间,且便于散热。
其中,在本实施例中,所述散热口321为环形状,散热效率高,速度快,于其他实施例中,散热口321也可以为其他形状,以满足不同应用场景。
其中,所述电源线324与所述底壳323嵌接,连接牢固,拆装方便,且生产成本低。
其中,在本实施例中,所述PCB板322上设有若干功率元件3221,节约空间且便于散热。
其中,如图1所示,所述手柄壳31包括左手柄壳311和右手柄壳312;所述左手柄壳311和右手柄壳312均与所述PCB板322连接,起到固定保护和增加强度的作用。
其中,所述左手柄壳311和右手柄壳312通过螺丝连接,连接牢固且便于拆装。
其中,所述筒身20与所述外壳10通过螺丝连接,连接牢固且便于拆装。
其中,所述手柄壳31与所述外壳10卡接,连接牢固,密封性能强。
其中,在本实施例中,所述引风管24为L形状,便于安装,节约空间且强度高。
其中,所述引风管24与所述透风孔23套接,连接牢固,不易脱落,且便于安装。
本申请使得马达组件吹出的风有一部分通过透风孔、及引风管分流至手柄组件内,给手柄组件内部散热降温,然后在通过散热口将风吹出去,有效地降低了手柄壳的温度,解决了使用者在使用过程中感受过热甚至烫手的问题,提高了使用体验,实用性强,能够更好地满足需求。

  1. 一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,包括外壳,筒身,及手柄组件;所述筒身与所述外壳连接,所述手柄组件与所述筒身、及外壳连接;所述筒身的后端设有马达组件,所述马达组件的前端设有风道,所述风道的下端设有透风孔,所述透风孔还连接有引风管,所述引风管下端延伸至所述手柄组件内,所述手柄组件包括与所述外壳连接的手柄壳,及与所述筒身连接的手柄部,所述手柄部的下端设有对应于所述引风管的散热口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述手柄部包括PCB板,底壳,及电源线;所述PCB板的上端与所述筒身连接,所述底壳与所述PCB板下端连接,所述电源线的上端穿过所述底壳与所述PCB板连接,所述散热口设于所述底壳上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述散热口为环形状。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述电源线与所述底壳嵌接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述PCB板上设有若干功率元件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述手柄壳包括左手柄壳和右手柄壳;所述左手柄壳和右手柄壳均与所述PCB板连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述左手柄壳和右手柄壳通过螺丝连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种吹风机散热结构,其特征在于,所述手柄壳与所述外壳卡接。
