Description

一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带 技术领域
本发明涉及输送带技术领域,更具体地说是涉及一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带。
背景技术
输送带是起承载和运送物料作用的橡胶与纤维、金属复合制品,或者是塑料和织物复合的制品,输送带广泛应用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、钢铁等行业中输送距离较短、输送量较小的场合。但现有技术中,由于输送带其转弯半径大,因此导致对转动辊的抱紧力小,及其不利益作业传输,且传统的输送带强度相对较差、延伸率较小,从而导致承载、运送能力降低。
因此,如何提供一种延伸率高、强度高、转弯半径小的小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带是本领域亟需解决的技术问题之一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带。目的就是为了解决上述之不足而提供。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取了如下技术方案:
一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带,包括:基带和多条带芯;多条所述带芯沿所述基带的纵向设置于所述基带的内部;所述基带的横截面为等腰梯形,且所述基带底端宽度为所述基带顶端宽度的95%;所述基带的顶端设有多条V型纹;所述基带的底端设有多条横纹。
优选的,多条所述带芯互相平行设置,且分上下两层设置于所述基带的内部;临近所述基带顶端的一层所述带芯的数量,大于远离所述基带顶端的一层所述带芯的数量。
此技术方案的有益效果是:有利于所述基带的顶端朝所述基带的底端弯曲。
优选的,每条所述带芯包括:加粗高弹性皮筋和多条麻绳;多条所述麻绳沿所述加粗高弹性皮筋的轴线缠绕于所述加粗高弹性皮筋上。
此技术方案的有益效果是:所述加粗高弹性皮筋为多条所述麻绳提供了收缩空间,有利于提高整条输送带的延伸率。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
1、通过临近所述基带顶端的一层所述带芯的数量,大于远离所述基带顶端的一层所述带芯的数量,有利于所述基带的顶端朝所述基带的底端弯曲;
2、将多条所述麻绳沿所述加粗高弹性皮筋的轴线缠绕于所述加粗高弹性皮筋上,从而为多条所述麻绳提供了收缩空间,因此有利于提高整条输送带的延伸率,且多条所述麻绳有连接强度高的优点,因此提高了整条输送带的强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
参照图1-5所示一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带,包括:基带1和多条带芯2,多条带芯2互相平行,且分上下两层沿基带1的纵向设置于基带1的内部,从而提高整条输送带的强度;其临近基带1顶端的一层带芯2的数量,大于远离基带1顶端的一层带芯2的数量,有利于基带1的顶面朝底面弯曲。
基带1的横截面为等腰梯形,且基带1底端宽度为基带1顶端宽度的95%,进一步有利于基带1的底面弯曲。
每条带芯2包括:加粗高弹性皮筋21和多条麻绳22,多条麻绳22沿加粗高弹性皮筋21的轴线缠绕于加粗高弹性皮筋21上,其加粗高弹性皮筋21为多条麻绳22提供了收缩空间,有利于提高整条输送带的延伸率。
基带1的顶端设有多条V型纹11,基带1的底端设有多条横纹12,其每相邻的两条V型纹11的间距为此输送带厚度的1/3,每相邻的两条横纹12的间距为此输送带厚度的1/5,每条横纹12的厚度为此输送带厚度的1/100,通过限定多条V型纹11和多条横纹12的技术参数,有利于控制整条输送带的转弯幅度。
工作原理:
该输送带作业时,利用内部的多条带芯2提高整体的强度;通过多条麻绳22缠绕在加粗高弹性皮筋21,其其加粗高弹性皮筋21为多条麻绳22提供了收缩空间,因此该输送带作业过程中具有极佳的延伸率;并配合限定多条V 型纹11和多条横纹12的技术参数,满足整条输送带在转动辊上转弯幅度的要求。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带,其特征在于,包括:基带(1)和多条带芯(2);多条所述带芯(2)沿所述基带(1)的纵向设置于所述基带(1)的内部;
    所述基带(1)的横截面为等腰梯形,且所述基带(1)底端宽度为所述基带(1)顶端宽度的95%;
    所述基带(1)的顶端设有多条V型纹(11);所述基带(1)的底端设有多条横纹(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带,其特征在于,多条所述带芯(2)互相平行设置,且分上下两层设置于所述基带(1)的内部;临近所述基带(1)顶端的一层所述带芯(2)的数量,大于远离所述基带(1)顶端的一层所述带芯(2)的数量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小转弯高强度高延伸的输送带,其特征在于,每条所述带芯(2)包括:加粗高弹性皮筋(21)和多条麻绳(22);多条所述麻绳(22)沿所述加粗高弹性皮筋(21)的轴线缠绕于所述加粗高弹性皮筋(21)上。
